The ingredients used by our chef Hannes Rainer for the daily 5-course menus also come from producers in the environs. At the Nature & Hiking Hotel Rainer in Jaufental near Ratschings, hikers and winter sports lovers feel like in paradise, as the surrounding pastures and summits are ideal for adventures in the fresh air at any season. In summer, we recommend bike excursions, climbing at the Skytrek high-ropes route in Sterzing or wild water rafting. Weekly, we organise a hiking tour to our “Ontrattalm” and hiking equipment is available for rental as well. In winter, a free ski shuttle takes you to the Ratschings/Jaufen skiing area, the cross-country ski runs await you and a sleigh and snowshoe rental is offered as well.
Our modern superior pine room 28 m² for 2 persons provide everything needed for a relaxing holiday in our Alps, surrounded by native pine wood. You sleep in the unique pine bed with Zirbenbettauflage and Zirbenpolster with St. John's wort and propolis, better recovery value does not exist! Furthermore, these rooms are equipped with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, hair dryer, desk, satellite TV, telephone, safe, panoramic windows overlooking the valley or the mountain, panoramic balcony with table and chairs for hours of sunshine.
