Hotel DAS DORNER ****S is located in Algund, near the beautiful spa town Meran. From our hotel you can start wonderful hikes, leisurely walks on the popular “Waalwege” or demanding tours in the mountains all the year round. Among the highlights are crystal clear mountain lakes, idyllic fruit orchards and the finding place of Ötzi, the glacier mummy. More than 160 kilometres of well signposted hiking paths awaits you. Hotel DAS DORNER rents maps, rucksacks and bikes. Furthermore, you get personal hiking recommendations at the reception. A varied fitness and activity programme, with hikes, yoga and Pilates completes the offer.
Pure relaxation and balance for body, mind and soul you will find in our wellness area. Besides various pleasant body and beauty treatments, you can enjoy a Turkish steam bath, a herbal sauna and a Finnish sauna. In the Sky Spa, there is a panoramic sauna as well as indoor and outdoor relax zones. Afterwards you can relax in our indoor pool with counter current system, in the infinity relax pool on the rooftop terrace or in the pool in the Mediterranean garden with relaxing areas.
Because of the motto “food keeps body and soul together” we pamper our guests with culinary delights from morning till night. At Hotel DAS DORNER we combine South Tyrolean specialities, Italian delicacies and international dishes. You can enjoy our varied breakfast on our new terrace in the warm months. For lunch, we offer different dishes á la carte and home-made cakes and small snacks in between times. The grand finale of a beautiful day is our 5-course menu with a fresh salad buffet.
