Anna 20. November travelled as 0 + Our stay at the Garden Park Hotel was absolutely perfect. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival – we received a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was truly magnificent. There was a lavish appetizer buffet, followed by several delicious courses to choose from, and finally a generous dessert buffet. The breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired. In addition, the hotel even offered a midday or afternoon snack with soups and small cakes – essentially three-quarter board. Culinary delights were truly exceptional. The spa area was also outstanding. The expansive outdoor area is enormous and certainly a highlight in the summer. We were particularly impressed by the long, heated outdoor pool, ideal for swimming laps. There's also an indoor pool, a work pool, two saunas – one with a stunning panoramic window – a steam room, and numerous comfortable chill-out lounges. Relaxing here is truly effortless. One slight drawback for us was the activity program: it only took place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – as did the sauna infusions. Since we were there on Saturday and Sunday, we unfortunately couldn't participate in any of the activities. Perhaps this is related to the off-season, but we're not entirely sure. However, this was the only aspect that wasn't quite ideal. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Garden Park Hotel.

Martina 16. November travelled as young couple + Stunning place, excellent location, and kind and friendly staff. The wellness area and spa were very beautiful and relaxing. The only downside was that the pool water was a bit cold, especially when the outside temperature dropped. I recommend stopping by the spa more often during peak hours to pick up dirty glasses from the herbal tea area, as they tend to pile up. As for the Alba room, it was gorgeous! I expected a larger welcome kit, as is standard for a 4-star hotel... soap, herbal tea to drink in your room, and so on. I recommend putting a sanitizing strip on the toilet, and a telephone in the wellness area for any eventuality. Breakfast was mostly savory; the only sweet options were buttery croissants and mini doughnuts. This, unfortunately, disappointed us. Overall, the location, the landscape, the hospitality, and the ambiance were excellent. Cleanliness was top-notch; kudos to the floor cleaners. The hotel also offers a billiards room, gym, children's area, and yoga classes. The shop is very nice, offering products like beach bags, stuffed animals, bathrobes, and slippers. Recommended vacation.

B. 05. October travelled as single traveller + A very nice hotel with a great outdoor area and pools both indoors and outdoors. There's also a sauna and relaxation areas. Great service and excellent food. High quality and regional produce are combined here. E-bikes are available for rental. There's a lovely tour to Merano from the hotel. If the return trip is too strenuous, you can take the train back from Merano. The hotel was expanded and extensively renovated a few years ago. I felt very comfortable and would gladly return. My thanks go to all the hard-working service staff without whom none of this would be possible and who make the hotel what it is: a place to relax and enjoy yourself.

Ruth 11. August travelled as family with young kids + Beautiful, well-maintained, and clean hotel. We stayed there as a family with two sons (10 and 13 years old). The large, well-maintained garden with plenty of relaxing spots around the pool and swimming pond is a real bonus. The soccer field was also a real treat for our sons! The food was excellent and delicious. The children's menu was sometimes almost identical to the adult menu, which didn't always appeal to our children, but the quality was consistently excellent and there was a good variety. The service wasn't very friendly if you don't speak German or Italian, and English is rarely spoken. We would definitely return; there are beautiful walks nearby, and they're within a 45-minute drive.

April travelled as 0 + This spa is very beautiful, there are various stations, including a panoramic sauna, infrared light area, relaxation area.... a sauna and Turkish bath area plus a totally relaxation area with loungers and a fountain, plus there are herbal teas, various juices... then on the ground floor... so going up from minus 1 with the elevator, there is a large bar... a beautiful expanse of green area, with an adjoining billiards table, children's games, ping pong room and the famous swimming pool that goes from inside to outside the area... there is also a Jacuzzi and all the changing rooms with shower areas and private lockers.... really interesting... the day spa is quite affordable, taking into account that you have a bathrobe, slippers and towel, with the day spa basket/bag....

As soon as we arrived, we decided to go to the pool, but unfortunately, since all the rooms were occupied, there clearly wasn't a single free lounger. We ate reasonably well at dinner; the buffet was average, but the food we were served (included in the room rate) was almost inedible in my opinion. The portions were tiny, and the pasta with a ragù sauce was unfit for human consumption. I was sick all night. As for breakfast, everything was excellent! The food was good and plentiful. The wellness area was lovely, but it's a shame you have to walk quite a distance from the pool to the saunas because they aren't connected. Overall, I'm not sure I'd go back.

It has a large indoor pool connected to the outdoor pool, and the well-equipped wellness area is excellent. The restaurant offers different dishes every day, all very good and beautifully presented. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection. I want to compliment all the staff, who were very kind and professional, and the organization of all services was excellent. I recommend it. I'll definitely return.

A 13. September travelled as young couple + Wow, what can I say? Location: Relatively close to the village center, but somehow nestled in a garden, separated from the river. In the evenings, you can sleep comfortably with the window open, as you can't hear a thing. Room: We had a lovely room with a garden/mountain view in the so-called old building. If there was anything to complain about, it would be the lack of USB outlets, otherwise it was spotlessly clean (even in the corners/under the bed). Bathroom was sufficiently large, balcony terrace with chairs, and a silent refrigerator in the room. Service/Staff: Everyone, but also everyone, was in a good mood, super friendly, and inquisitive without seeming pushy or contrived. I would give the guys and girls 6 stars here (including the kitchen). The food was super delicious and there was a huge selection; there's nothing to complain about. This should also be reflected in the tips, which are supposed to be fed centrally at the reception as a piggy bank!

Eragon 30. July travelled as young couple + We have stayed at the hotel several times now and have always been very satisfied. The service is very courteous and the prices are below average! The rooms in the new building are definitely nicer, but the rooms in the older building are cheaper. The rooms were always very clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable, and the TV has all the usual channels. The afternoon buffet is very convenient, especially when returning to the hotel from hikes or other excursions. The bar also seems well-stocked, and the bartender knows how to mix great cocktails. Dinner is always very good and the selection is very extensive. What is unfortunately somewhat neglected is the pool area. The indoor pool and whirlpool smell strongly of chlorine and also foam. More attention could be paid to the water quality here. The outdoor and natural pools, on the other hand, are clean. The cold pool in the sauna area is unfortunately completely neglected. The water was very dirty, and last time we were there, there was a strong chlorine smell there as well.

gianni 26. July travelled as young couple + Let's start with the choice of this beautiful hotel, which I made while surfing the net somewhat by chance. I was drawn to the video, the photos of the garden, and those of the spa. I must say I was very lucky because they perfectly represent what you'll find. My room is in the old complex, and I can't fault it at all. The ones in the new building are certainly more modern, but I repeat, the older ones are fine. I think the breakfast was among the best I've ever had in a hotel in Trentino Alto Adige. Now, I challenge anyone not to be satisfied: a several-meter-long counter set with bread, cured meats, cheeses, yogurt, freshly squeezed juices, sparkling wine, honey, croissants, fruit, smoothies, eggs, omelettes, and so much more. The only limit is the products that aren't zero calories . The dining room—and breakfast, of course—is very comfortable and well-appointed, with just as many meters of appetizer plates that aren't limited to the bowls of salad and various vegetables, which are also available. Dinner was always very satisfying, especially the main courses. Another thing I particularly appreciated, especially now that it's hot, is the fresh spring water station, where guests can drink at any time of day or night. There's plenty of water, as are the towels you'll find in the spa area, where you can enjoy a sauna or Turkish bath in complete silence. The bus stop just 300 meters away is very convenient, taking you to the Merano-Malles train line in 5 minutes, allowing you to go wherever you want for free without having to use your car. I'll finish by saying that I really enjoyed my stay, and I applaud the staff: very young, always smiling and helpful.

The beds were very comfortable; we slept very well in the rooms, also thanks to the pinewood, which gives off a wonderful fragrance. At breakfast, if you book the 3/4 board option, you choose your dinner from two starters and three main courses. The other courses are available at the buffet. Both breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were very tasty and fresh. We really enjoyed the food, and it was truly excellent. You can tap still and sparkling spring water all day long, which was also really great. The wellness area and the pools were very nice, clean, and relaxing after hikes and bike rides. The sauna infusions were also great. Bikes can be borrowed for free, but there is a fee for e-bikes. We used both, and both were excellent. All in all, I can say that it was a very relaxing vacation, one that I would definitely repeat. Many thanks to the courteous staff and service!

Unfortunately, it was so old-fashioned, unemotional, and cold, a three-star standard. The food in the hotel was good, the reception was pleasant. The male staff in the restaurant were neutral and emotionless. Overall, we were disappointed.

Unfortunately, you can only book dinner with the afternoon menu, which you really don't need. The service is very friendly and attentive, but could be a bit quicker in some areas (especially at the bar, where they throw limes into every gin and tonic). Unfortunately, the buffet was usually mostly cleared away, even though we arrived 30 minutes after the dining room opened.

The rooms are large and very well-equipped, super clean, and offer a fantastic view of the beautiful garden and mountains. The hotel's wellness area is outstanding and offers a wide range of options. The pool area and the heated outdoor pool are also fantastic. The area is perfect for hiking, biking, and skiing. The food is also particularly noteworthy; it's truly excellent. The head waiter, Gabi, is a gem at this hotel, whose personality makes every stay even more special—she alone is worth a visit! The service in general is also excellent—we'd love to come back next year and have already warmly recommended the hotel to family and friends.

The spa area is top-notch: a wide range of options, very clean, and the waterbeds are heavenly. Swimming in the outdoor pool in the spacious garden is delightful. For beauty treatments and massages, I highly recommend Christiane – if she worked in my city, I would be a regular customer. Renting the hotel's e-bikes was also straightforward. The organic shop is also very close by – I recommend shopping there.

We had our own private whirlpool on the balcony, which we highly recommend. The food is excellent, and the buffet offers everything you could wish for. The entire hotel is very clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our only slight disappointment was the spa area, which is too small for the size of the hotel. The loungers in the relaxation room were reserved with towels, but no one was using them. All in all, however, we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Werner 05. December travelled as 0 + Satisfactory because, for a four-star hotel, there's still a lot of room for improvement in terms of service from the reception and management. For example, we only learned after our arrival that dogs are supposedly allowed to hop and hang around on the seating throughout the restaurant and lounge areas during the regular guests' week, which is particularly unpleasant in terms of smell, especially given the rather humid weather at the moment! I then spoke to management, and the response was that this was agreed upon with the dog owners and that we should and must accept it! It's not stated on the website, otherwise we wouldn't have spent our time there! If you don't have a problem with it, for example, for aesthetic, hygiene, or health (allergy) reasons, it's a good hotel. We had booked by phone a good week in advance, but unfortunately were NOT informed that the time we had chosen was a special week and that additional services would be included. On the positive side: great pools, we didn't use the other wellness areas, it might be a bit crowded if the hotel is full! The hotel's value for money is very good, considering the cuisine and the high-quality products used. All the service staff are exceptionally friendly and serve you discreetly, with a sense of care. Thank you for that. The wine prices are very good, so even higher-quality wines are affordable! Nevertheless, we will NOT be booking this hotel again!

From the staff, who were all extremely friendly and accommodating, to the fantastic 3/4 board with a fantastic breakfast and outstanding evening menus, to the small but perfectly formed spa and a fantastic swimming pool. For a pleasant break in a wonderful setting, highly recommended.

It's a very nice, well-maintained, and clean hotel in a great location. The Garden Dream room was very clean and serviced daily. The service in the afternoon and at dinner was very, very good. The cuisine alone deserves 5 stars for its variety and taste. All wishes were fulfilled. The bar staff were friendly and prompt. In the beauty department, my wife had a chocolate massage and I had a hot stone massage. We were thrilled by the masseuse's skill and sensitivity. From the moment we arrived at the reception to our departure, we felt completely in good hands. We will be back. A big thank you to all the staff.

Great, spacious room in the new building with a pool and garden view, as well as a view of the mountains. Upon request, we received a mattress topper because the mattress was too hard. The room was always spotlessly clean. Balcony with loungers. Large walk-in closet. Toilet separated from the bathroom. Lighting in the bathroom a bit dim. Heating was still off. Great spa area. Music there, however, was a bit too loud and annoying. Staff in the restaurant and at the bar were always super friendly and very attentive. The food was excellent. Update for stay from October 9th to October 16th: For dinner (menu, which is selected at breakfast), you can arrive in the restaurant until 8:30 p.m. However, the entire appetizer buffet was cleared promptly at 8:30 p.m., as was the breakfast buffet at 10 a.m. We found this very annoying. Therefore, for a relaxed breakfast and dinner, we recommend arriving early. However, the buffet was correspondingly crowded. Unfortunately, the tables on the terrace weren't cleared for the afternoon cake buffet. It was almost impossible to get a tidy table, or you had to clear the previous guest's dishes yourself. In our opinion, the restaurant service has declined. Regarding the room: The carpet in room 214 (old building) needs a thorough cleaning or replacement. Everything seems a bit worn. At least in the bathroom, you should be able to turn on the heating in October (cold nights). The minibar was empty, and there was no welcome gift of fruit or a bottle of water.... The staff were generally very friendly, but Vladimira at the bar was unfortunately no longer there.

Pros: Family Suite: The Family Suite is spacious and ideal for families, with the addition of a whirlpool tub for relaxing moments. Pools: The well-maintained pools are the perfect place for a refreshing break and relaxation. Spa Area: Reserved for adults only, it offers a tranquil environment for ultimate relaxation. Cons: Divided Structure: The hotel is divided into two distinct buildings, and the rooms in the original building are showing signs of age and could really use a renovation. Organization and Services: I encountered some difficulties with the management of staff and services offered, making the stay less seamless at times (e.g., the room not yet cleaned at 3:00 PM, only one bathrobe for the entire stay, no luggage storage space, no courtesy kit, etc.) Food: While overall good, the menu could be more varied, as I found it monotonous, especially to accommodate younger guests. Furthermore, some specific requests were not handled as expected. Bar Hours: I found it strange that the bar closed at 11:00 PM in August, especially considering that there's nothing to do outside in the evenings. Additional Note: After sharing some of our complaints with management, they showed understanding by offering us two complimentary bottles of Prosecco, a gesture we appreciated but still don't think is sufficient to address the shortcomings identified for a 4-star hotel. In conclusion, although I had a pleasant stay, I believe that the Garden Park Hotel has room for improvement in some aspects, so as to offer an even more complete experience to its guests.

Everything was there! The hotel is magnificent, from the rooms to the exterior, and the pool and spa area! Absolutely beautiful! The staff is very friendly (even though I don't speak German, luckily my husband is here, and a friendly nod to Gabi, the only waitress who speaks French and who is very cheerful). The meals are very varied and very, very good! (They offer them to us, and we choose). Everything is done for vacationers: bikes are available and free bus and train passes (+ cable car discount!) And let's not even mention the breathtaking hikes! Congratulations to the managers and their entire team! We'll definitely be back ️ thank you for this great stay!

HORST 12. July travelled as young couple + The Garden Park Hotel in Prad am Stilfser Joch is a fine hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. As regular guests, we've always felt very comfortable. We really liked many things. The amenities are exceptional for the price range and are sure to appeal to many. The outdoor pool, the indoor pool, the natural pond, the gardens, the fitness room, the billiards room, the sauna, the bike storage room, and much more are top-notch. Add to that the varied food—there's not much room for improvement. We also liked the room we chose with the terrace. If everything works out and the price/performance ratio remains good, we'll be happy to come back. The landscape of the Vinschgau Valley is stunning anyway, and you'll never get bored there, especially with your own e-bike.

The food was truly amazing. The only issue was that the loungers at the pool were a bit limited, and unfortunately, they were always "reserved." But in any case, this is a really nice hotel and highly recommended.

The entire hotel is spotless; everything is very clean and well-maintained. The food (dinner) and the selection are very good, but unfortunately, the appetizers aren't replenished. You really have to arrive at dinner on time to get something from the full, and truly delicious, selection. Half an hour later, it's a completely different story, which is a real shame. The afternoon buffet isn't anything special, but it doesn't need to be, as you're quite satisfied in the evening. Breakfast is very varied, with something for everyone. The spa area deserves special mention; it's very tastefully decorated, with a pleasant indoor temperature—you don't get cold when you get out of the water. The pool water temperature is perfect. The only thing that needs improvement is the closing time of the outdoor pool in good weather; there's definitely room for improvement there. One negative point we noticed was that most of the staff barely greeted us; we always greeted them first. A big thank you to Gabi from the service team, a very warm and welcoming person. The hotel as a whole felt a bit cold to us; it lacked a certain "warmth." But overall, a definite recommendation.

It overlooked the garden and the mountains surrounding the Stelvio Pass. There was also an infrared sauna with views of the Vinschgau mountains. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked at that time, and with a heavy heart, we had to return home. )-: Starting with the beautiful, modern, and especially spacious hotel room in the new building, the cleanliness and friendly staff (especially Jasmin in the service, Mirko from the bar, the kitchen team – especially the cook who spoiled us with delicious egg dishes in the morning, the chambermaids, etc. – everyone did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt comfortable and, above all, welcome from the very first minute! The cuisine was the absolute highlight. Every day, there was a huge appetizer buffet with fresh fish (even oysters!) and regional sausages and cheeses! Then a 3-course menu that you could choose from at breakfast... there really wasn't anything we didn't like. Also, the breakfast with the vending machine where you could freshly squeeze your own orange juice – wow, brilliant!!! A huge compliment to the entire kitchen team! The wellness area is very beautiful and well-maintained, the indoor and infinity pools are fantastic, although they could easily be set a few degrees warmer. Diego 01. January travelled as 0 + This hotel meets the standards of a good 4-star hotel, given the amenities it offers and its wellness area. The indoor and outdoor pools are beautifully laid out, allowing guests to enjoy a very beautiful and stylish pool area. The spa area, however, is not as spacious. The main and outdoor pools are also very large, although the water temperature was a bit low compared to other similar properties. I booked this hotel at the last minute for New Year's Eve and was offered a standard double room. The room was spacious, although I didn't like the carpeting, which I found a bit old-fashioned and dated. The shower had a broken wall lock, although the bathroom was spacious, albeit very basic. The minibar in the room was empty, and there was no welcome amenity (which is a bit inadequate for this type of hotel). The pillows were awful, and I recommend changing them; they felt like empty sacks. Let's move on to dinner... Given that we had chosen the New Year's Eve dinner option, we expected something special. First of all, there was no welcome aperitif, unlike what we had been told. The dinner (costing €80 per person) with a meat and fish buffet consisted of two courses plus an appetizer and cake. Drinks were not included. There was no entertainment, no music, and nothing that would distinguish a normal dinner from this New Year's Eve party. The toast offered at the bar consisted of a single glass of prosecco, and again, there was no entertainment or even a countdown (not even on the TV). Also noteworthy is the bartender, who, in my humble opinion, was rude and certainly unprofessional in her approach to us guests. The breakfast buffet, however, was excellent. That said, let's draw our conclusions. In my opinion, this hotel has some obvious shortcomings. Unfortunately, I hoped to give this establishment a higher rating, but I noticed a lack of attention to detail and insufficient services. I've visited many hotels in Alto Adige, and this one, I admit, disappointed me.

erika 01. January travelled as young couple + The property as a whole and the spa are well-maintained and clean. The food was good, with a wide selection for both dinner and breakfast. This property undoubtedly deserves its 4 stars. The dining room staff was also incredibly friendly: everyone made dinner and breakfast enjoyable. The same cannot be said for the bar manager, who on two occasions proved to be rather arrogant and unhelpful. We stayed here for New Year's Eve, and I must say, I found the total lack of organization for the occasion quite disappointing: not even a countdown before midnight and improvised music from a playlist set on a phone. In a hotel of this caliber, these are the shortcomings that make the difference, as is the complete absence of the family, which is unacceptable in a South Tyrolean property. There's so much potential for improvement.

Markus 06. November travelled as 0 + Fantastic hotel. We stayed in a very nice family room. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day, and the beds were nicely made up. Breakfast and dinner had practically everything your heart could desire. We enjoyed the omelet, which was freshly prepared with onions, tomatoes, zucchini, bacon, or ham. We also enjoyed sweet fruit and yogurt, cheeses, and regional sausages. Dinner was amazing every day, and there's always a vegetarian option. The service staff here is always very friendly and professional at the table. We were a bit hidden away, but we weren't forgotten. They were always there if you wanted to order something. Very accommodating. The sauna, swimming pool, bathrooms, and restrooms are always top-notch. You can take water back to your room; there are special bottles for that. I can't really think of anything I'd say isn't so good here. The only thing that comes to mind is the guests who constantly occupy all the loungers, but that's the case everywhere. For me, a definite 6 out of 5. Very nice hotel.

Die Zimmer im Neubau sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Doppelbett mit extrabreiten Einzelmatratzen. Großzügiges Bad mit separater Toilette und ebenerdiger Dusche. Wie fast überall in guten italienischen Hotels gab es auch ein Bidet. 55 Zoll HD Fernseher. Freies WLAN ohne komplizierte Passwort Mimik. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon oder Terrasse. So groß dass zwei Liegen und Stühle Platz haben ohne dass es eng wird. Sport und Wellness: ein geheiztes Außenbecken mind. 20 m lang. Super für Schwimmer. In der Halle ein Whirlpool und ein kleineres Schwimmbecken. Ebenfalls geheizt. Im Garten noch ein unbeheizter Schwimmteich - Anfang November für uns zu kalt. Der Wellnessbereich bietet mehrere Saunen und Behandlungsräume für diverse Anwendungen und Massagen, die man buchen kann. Kosten natürlich extra, aber Preis Leistung ist mehr als OK. Für Sportliche gibt es einen ordentlich ausgestatteten Fitnessraum. Leihräder mit und ohne E Unterstützung. Neue Modelle gut gewartet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Qualität der Produkte ist ausgezeichnet. Nachmittags gibt es ein Kuchenbuffet und eine Suppe. Abends kann zwischen zwei warmen Vorspeisen und drei Hauptgerichten gewählt werden. Immer ein vegetarisches Gericht. Vorher kann man am reichhaltigen Buffet kalte Vorspeisen wählen, auch hier große Auswahl für Vegetarier. Ebenfalls herausragend das Dessertbuffet und die exzellente Käseauswahl. Die Gerichte sind alle sehr lecker abgeschmeckt und in Ihrer Automatik beispielhaft für die feine Südtiroler Küche. Wer den Abend gepflegt ausklingen lassen möchte geht noch in die Bar. Hier erwartet den Gast modernes leicht unterkühltes Ambiente. Es gibt genügend kleine Tische mit gemütliche Sesseln, damit man ein wenig Privatsphäre hat. Hinter der Bar steht eine sehr professionelle Barkeeperin, die neben den Klassischen Drinks eine große Andreas Gin Sorten und Cocktails anbietet. Ursu 08. October travelled as 0 + The hotel is stunningly beautiful, with a great location and fantastic rooms. However, the welcome and service at the front desk were rather snippy and unfriendly. The food is consistently very good, but I found it particularly annoying that, although you can come for dinner until 8:30 p.m., the buffet is cleared away by 7:30 p.m. and isn't replenished. While the service in the dining room is excellent, there's a complete lack of a single point of contact with an overview. Despite being family-run, the hotel management remains invisible. An absolute highlight, however, is the hotel bar and Vladimira, who, with great warmth and dedication, can mix the perfect gin for every occasion. In summary, it's recommended, but there's room for improvement in some details.

The spa area could be a bit bigger, as the extension has increased the number of guests (but it seems to be in the works). But the absolute best thing is the food: what's on offer is phenomenal, a gigantic selection of salads and cold appetizers, and the hot dishes are simply divine. And if you still have room: the desserts... incredible. It's no wonder this hotel has so many repeat guests (including us). Every year you think it can't get any better. But despite everything, it always manages to top itself on the next visit.

David 23. May travelled as young couple + Very nice, modern hotel in South Tyrol. Overall, I only have one criticism: there are no door stops to prevent the room door from slamming against the wall, but that's hardly worth deducting a star. The staff is very accommodating and multilingual, the food is extremely extensive and leaves nothing to be desired, both at breakfast and in the evening, and at lunchtime there's a selection of cakes, soup, and bread. In addition, free water and sparkling water are available 24 hours a day. Prices for other drinks (coffee, wine, cocktails at the bar, etc.) are absolutely reasonable. The wellness area isn't open all day, but the opening hours are sufficient for plenty of relaxation. There's a panoramic sauna, a small bio sauna, and a steam bath, as well as several relaxation rooms before and after a sauna session. In the sauna, free water, tea, and juices are also available during opening hours, which is also a big plus. Outside the sauna, there are three swimming pools, one of which is designed as a pond where you can swim, very nicely landscaped. The hotel's surroundings are small but idyllic, with castle ruins nearby, ice cream parlors, and beautiful hiking trails right next to the hotel. Bicycles can be rented from the hotel, some even free of charge. Overall, I highly recommend the Garden Park Hotel in Prad, for both short and long stays.

The pools and whirlpool are less enjoyable, given the constant noise and diving of children. I would perhaps implement more supervision. I found excellent service at the bar. Vladimira is not only a super professional bartender, but also a great entertainer for both adults and children. Her smile, even with a mask, captivates you! (Perhaps she could use a helping hand during the most important moments of the day.) A negative note, if I really had to find one, was the absence of the family, which is essential in a Tyrolean hotel. Too bad... I hope to meet you soon.

Not too small and not too big. The only thing missing is an infusion in the sauna every now and then. But then you just go to the steam bath for a bit. The pools are great in size, you usually have enough space for yourself. Wellness 5 stars The hotel itself is also great. We had a room in the new building. Cleanliness, room facilities and staff were great. Hotel 5 stars All I can say about the food is, great. The finest starters and antipasti as a buffet, followed by a 4-course menu which was a poem every evening. If there was still room, there was dessert from the buffet. And finally we went to the cocktail bar where every wish was fulfilled. The various gin and tonics are recommended. Price performance also fits at the bar. Restaurant 5+++ stars.

The room, the food, the wellness facilities, and the rest of the service were all perfect. The area is also beautiful for cycling (first-class bike paths), and the hotel also offers a shuttle service with bike transport. The hotel's hiking tips were also excellent; some very beautiful hikes were possible. And then there was a trip to Merano (recommended by train due to heavy traffic). If you want to push yourself even further, you can ride your racing bike up the Stelvio Pass, a sensational pass with 43 hairpin bends and almost 2,000 meters of elevation gain (the hotel has bike storage, and they even do your laundry). It makes for a perfect week's vacation.

Bruno 01. October travelled as 0 + This was our second visit to Prad am Stilfserjoch, the first time at the Hotel Zentral and this time at the Garden Park. We booked a "Gardendream" room in the new building and were not disappointed. A large room with a sofa bed, small seating area, walk-in closet, hardwood floors, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, safe, small refrigerator (formerly a minibar), large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and bathrobes for adults. Garage parking included. We booked ¾ gourmet board, which meant a very rich, good breakfast, a small cake/fruit buffet in the afternoon (although coffee is extra), and a very good dinner. For dinner in the morning, you chose which starter and main course (meat, fish, vegetarian), an appetizer buffet, and a bedside buffet. Everything was excellent for us, even if sometimes one or two of the starters were quickly gone (they weren't replenished), there was always plenty of other options at the buffet. The hotel is good for hikers or cyclists, or like us, just for relaxing. With the free VinschgauCard you can travel to Merano, among other places, or further to Bolzano. The wellness area, from the heated outdoor pool to the sauna, was top-notch. I tried the cosmetics and wellness treatments and was satisfied. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Wlademira from the bar area mixed us a few gin cocktails. Patricia and Gabi in the dining room were very accommodating. Small negative points! I would have liked a first aid kit at reception because I crushed my finger on the sun lounger and had to go to the white cross for first aid (but it was a 2-minute walk away). I would also have liked the towel warmer in the bathroom to have been switched on, because at the end of September it was already a bit chilly in the bathroom in the mornings and evenings. That was just our experience and we will definitely go back because we felt very comfortable. I have also uploaded photos.

The food is high-quality, and the 3/4 board is perfect. Our kids also had a great time and didn't want to leave. Congratulations! I couldn't find a single flaw.

From indoor pool, outdoor pool, and swimming pond to a large sunbathing lawn. There are no limits to sporting activities. Now, let's talk about the culinary offerings in the restaurant. A generous buffet is served for breakfast. In the afternoon, starting at 3:00 PM, soup, snacks, and pastries are available. For dinner, there is a four-course menu for gourmets. The chef deserves three toques. The day can be spent relaxing at the spacious bar, where a skilled bartender mixes the finest cocktails. The entire team deserves high praise.

Changing rooms was possible without any problems after the bathroom in the first room smelled extremely bad. Defects in the second room were only rectified after repeated requests. Unfortunately, we were surprised by a major construction site right next to the hotel. Overall, a good selection of delicious food, but unfortunately, there is little choice for vegetarians. Furthermore, the buffet is not labeled, and the waiters are unable to provide information about whether something is vegetarian or not. Modern wellness area and beautiful gardens. Friendly staff.

The half-board was great. Breakfast and especially the evening menu were excellent. The wellness area was very modern and spacious. Many bike and hiking tours were offered. The rooms were very nice with a small refrigerator. We enjoyed the view of the garden and the mountains. Hopefully, everything will stay this cozy and intimate after the expansion. Two small suggestions for improvement: cushions for the balcony chairs and better ventilation in the fitness room.

Giorgia 10. August travelled as 0 + I wasn't disappointed by the choice to spend my vacation at this hotel. Upon arriving, it immediately became apparent that it's located just outside the center of Prato allo Stelvio, with a pine forest right next to the hotel for walks. It's a majestic structure, meticulously maintained, though it's a shame that construction work is underway to expand the building, which somewhat detracts from the welcoming atmosphere. At reception, they explained the COVID-19 procedures and the various activities included in our package; I must say, the staff were very kind and always smiling. Our room was very large, very clean, and well-furnished. The bathroom was very nice and quite spacious. The only negative, which we also mentioned in the final questionnaire, which made it difficult for us to let them know how we spent our week, was the shared terrace overlooking the pine forest. During our stay, they were putting up dividers, and sometimes people walked past our balcony, allowing them to see right into the room. The food was truly good, with different, carefully curated dishes every evening, offering flavors unlike anything I'm used to, and I enjoyed trying dishes with daring combinations. The breakfast and evening buffets were extensive, with plenty of pre-cut and clean fruit, a variety of breads, cured meats, and cheeses, many types of cereal, hard-boiled and fried eggs, three flavors of yogurt, and all types of milk available. The indoor pool was open until 10 pm for those who wanted to go after dinner or relax until late afternoon; it was small and clean. The beautiful and colorful flowered park features several loungers under gazebos for relaxing on a sunny day. A truly worthy vacation, thanks in part to the friendliness of the girls and women serving during meals. The negative aspects were few, but I'd like to point them out: the whirlpool in the pool, unfortunately, isn't working, and I think the drinking water at dinner is too expensive at 0.75 liters (€3.80 a bottle). Overall, for a 4-star hotel and for what's included, the final price is normal.

Very well-maintained and recently renovated, the property boasts a lovely wellness center, but the staff is sparse. The quality of the information provided at reception is relatively poor, as they were often unfamiliar with the routes and departure times for possible excursions. The restaurant is good, although somewhat limited, but the complimentary afternoon snack is very interesting, making it easy to opt out of the full-board package.

There were many varieties of herbal teas and juices, dried fruit and fresh fruit. The relaxation area was large. I spent 3 very nice days there.

Pistone 16. February travelled as 0 + Perfect! Nothing to complain about this 4-star hotel in Prato. The room and bathroom are spacious and well-equipped. The Wellness spa and all the wellness facilities are top-notch: 2 saunas, 1 hammam, 1 infrared room, 2 relaxation rooms, 1 small pool, etc. The breakfast buffet is very varied, and some items change daily. The evening meal is a 5-course menu. It's very reasonably priced (€27), and the dishes are high-quality. For skiers: the free bus picks you up and drops you off at the hotel! For others, activities are organized every day. In short: don't hesitate!

Virgi 09. February travelled as 0 + The food isn't always "right." It's probably all geared toward German guests. The staff lacks knowledge of the area and the activities available and/or offered. The wellness center is very nice, although the pool is small and a bit dated. But expansion work has already begun on the facility, which should also include a new pool.

Bernd 24. November travelled as 0 + A modern, comfortable hotel. We stayed here three times over a longer period, during which the hotel also had a change of owners/operators. Our rooms were quite different, facing the garden and the entrance. The reception and restaurant were friendly and efficient. The large, eponymous garden could certainly be improved; there were only a few lounge chairs and nothing else.

A large sauna area—something they've put a lot of effort into—and a beautiful garden. Anyone with something to complain about should probably stay home. One drawback: the lounge music in the public area can be annoying, but it's not necessary. Have a wonderful holiday, everyone.

Michael 23. April travelled as 0 + Our new favorite hotel. We spent a week there in February to relax, and it was pure joy. As soon as we arrived, we knew we were in the right place. We were truly pampered. The food was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly; I especially want to mention Gabie. The wellness area is a dream. You just have to go there. The location, surrounded by nature, is perfect for hiking. We'll be back.

It's sauna area is one of the best I've been to at a hotel of this size, the staff were friendly and breakfast very good. Getting checked in took over 20 mins which I felt was a long time for 2 rooms with 4 people maybe a bit of work before our arrival would of elevated this problem. The only other thing was we had to wait along time at the bar before getting served on both occasions we end up leaving this could easily be sorted by the the staff checking the bar area more offen. I would recommend a stay here and I would most definatly stay again, I wish we were able to stay longer this time

The well spoken, front of house, multilingual manager, gave me everything I needed as a cyclist upon arrival.Secure storage for the bike, a spacious and comfortable room, a hot shower and a clean soft bed. Take the half board offer. You will not regret the sumptuous breakfasts and the 5 course dinners. The chef catered to my vegetarian requests and produced some really very tasty and creative courses. The hotel is on the bike path, runs a bus and guided tours as well as a spa and massage centre. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I forgot to mention, also, reliable fast wifi. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The 30. April travelled as 0 + Overall, a very nice hotel with some great deals. The rooms are nice and quite spacious (I'm talking about the comfort ones) with a garden view. The wellness center is one of the best I've ever experienced... cutting-edge and well-designed... the only flaw was the hourglasses in the saunas, which didn't all work properly, so you had to figure out when it was time to leave . The loungers with infrared lamps are out of this world!!! All with a view of a well-kept garden. There are taps that dispense hot and cold water, and three types of juice! All included I think the pool is the only thing that hasn't been modernized, but I'm sure some improvements are planned. We used the bikes available to guests free of charge and had a lovely ride on the bike path connected to the property! (For fishing enthusiasts, there's an artificial lake nestled in the quiet mountains just a 15-minute walk away.) Overall, a truly beautiful property, especially considering the price is so affordable!

Detlef 05. August travelled as 0 + Very friendly staff. Very quiet hotel. Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds and balconies. Great views of the Stelvio Pass. We've been here twice now. The quality of the food has been improved even further. The only thing we didn't like was the table assignment, as the room didn't have a window directly next to our table. However, the room is beautifully decorated with wood paneling. Free Wi-Fi is also available in all areas and rooms.
