We're spending a relaxing weekend at this wonderful hotel, which is decidedly high-quality and beautiful. The menu selection and food are excellent. This hotel is worth considering for any vacation, whether large or small. I'm giving it a 5 because it deserves it in every way.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service is excellent. The staff are very attentive, courteous, and friendly. The hotel is relatively new, so the furnishings are perfect. Everything is very stylish. The food is superb, but the breakfast is amazing. I've never seen such a wide selection. There really is something for everyone. We have a suite with a large bathroom, a dressing area, a separate toilet, a small sitting area, and a large balcony with mountain views. All in all, highly recommended.

Hotel Solvie in South Tyrol impresses across the board with its exceptionally beautiful aesthetic and harmonious overall concept. The hotel's special atmosphere is palpable from the moment you arrive – modern, stylish, and incredibly inviting.
Our room with a private sauna, whirlpool, and pool was an absolute highlight and perfectly complemented our stay. The amenities left nothing to be desired and provided the ideal retreat for relaxation and well-being.
The culinary quality also deserves special mention. The cuisine impresses with its creativity, regional focus, and high level of craftsmanship. Every dish was a feast for the eyes and the palate, beautifully complemented by the service staff – Sabine and Ricardo deserve special mention.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Solvie was a truly wonderful experience. The aesthetics, the hospitality, and the cuisine far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended – we would love to return!

A wonderful wellness hotel – we were absolutely thrilled! Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
Breakfast left nothing to be desired, with a wide variety of fresh options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The multi-course dinners were a highlight every time – top quality and beautifully presented. Again, there were plenty of vegetarian options.
The spa area is fantastic, the sauna infusions are professional and relaxing, and we also thoroughly enjoyed the fitness classes.
One small suggestion for next time: an evening program like live music would make the experience perfect.

We had the pleasure of spending a few wonderful days at Hotel Solvie and were thrilled from the very first moment. The hotel is very modern, stylish, and incredibly cozy at the same time. Many thoughtful details – from the beautiful bar area to the state-of-the-art, extremely comfortable loungers – make the stay particularly pleasant.
The service is exceptional: the entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We were especially delighted by the thoughtful touches surrounding our wedding, including a surprise in our room – this made our stay unforgettable.
The hotel's culinary offerings are a true highlight: dinner was fantastic, and breakfast was varied and of the highest quality. You can tell that the utmost importance is placed on freshness and quality in every single product.
The combination of the various amenities – hiking, spa, massages, and more – completely won us over. We took full advantage of everything and were absolutely delighted.
Our only criticisms are that emails are sometimes not answered at all, only after a reminder, and then only very incompletely. The booking process is also very inflexible and frustrating. We prefer to book independently and flexibly. Having to request quotes for every period instead of simply checking prices ourselves, especially when you rarely receive a response, is difficult. The emails also often seem impersonal. That's where service begins, hence only 4 stars for service.
Overall, Hotel Solvie combines a high level of quality, service, and hospitality. We had exclusively positive experiences and can wholeheartedly recommend it. We are already looking forward to returning!

We spent two nights at this beautiful hotel. It boasts a unique, very sunny, and peaceful location. We had a lovely room with a view of Kronplatz, and the entire garden area, with its large heated pool, thermal pool, and natural swimming pond, is absolutely stunning. The rooftop pool is incredible, and then there's the spa area with its various saunas, steam room, brine pool, cold plunge pool, and snowfall feature. I especially enjoyed the event sauna with its different infusions, light effects, and accompanying music. The food—breakfast, dinner with its appetizer buffet, and a six-course menu—is a truly exceptional culinary experience. The entire team is incredibly friendly and attentive. This hotel deserves more than five stars. Thank you for the wonderful stay; we will definitely be back!

We stayed in July, shortly after the hotel's reopening, and felt very comfortable despite some construction work being underway and the sauna area not being quite finished. The suite with its own whirlpool was a dream. The garden area with its swimming pond and large outdoor pool is also particularly well done. I would also like to commend the cuisine; the selection at the breakfast buffet is unparalleled, and the evening menu was superb. A big compliment also goes to the ladies in the spa area; both the massage and the facial treatment were highlights. The concept is modern, and my impression was that it was a little less welcoming than other South Tyrolean hotels, but that could also be due to the recent reopening. I can recommend the Solvie to anyone who appreciates a stylish hotel with a great spa, sports facilities, and excellent dining.

We spent two nights at the Hotel Solvie and were thrilled from the very first moment. The spa area is modern, immaculately maintained, and offers complete relaxation and breathtaking views with its multiple pools – from the relaxing onsen pool to the spectacular rooftop sky pool.
The culinary offerings were our highlight: Dinner was superbly prepared, creative, and of a very high standard. Breakfast also deserves special praise – a huge selection, fresh, regional, and of the highest quality.
We were also impressed by the wide range of services, from e-bike rentals to the various spa treatments. Everything is well-planned and professionally organized.
A huge compliment goes to the entire team: All the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and dedicated. We would particularly like to commend the hotel manager, Niklas, who was both competent and warm, as well as our waiter, Noah, who ensured a thoroughly pleasant experience with his professionalism and charm.
A hotel that excels in every aspect – we will definitely be back.

An amazing hotel, in a fantastic location where tranquility reigns. The staff are very kind and helpful, truly excellent! The food is exceptional, with the option of changing the menu, and the dinner and breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, in addition to the dishes served at the table.

The rooms are beautiful, very clean, and equipped with every comfort, even those little gems that are always a pleasure to find. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, down to the smallest details.

A fantastic new hotel in South Tyrol. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'd like to highlight the beautiful sky pool, the gardens, the musical entertainment in the evenings, and of course, the fantastic food. It couldn't be better. The salad/antipasti buffet alone is already sufficient and more than perfect for dinner, but then come the delicious courses, which you can choose from daily. The vegan/vegetarian dishes conjured up especially for us were particularly fantastic. The service was always attentive, friendly, and professional! You can't wait to book here! We will definitely be back!

Very nice rooms, very good food, BUT...
Despite or perhaps because of its stylish interior, the hotel lacks a feel-good factor.
There are many different and unclearly structured dining areas, an oversized bar, and the building's architecture doesn't blend in at all with the mountain landscape and the town.
The location directly on the busy road leads to considerable street noise, which is disturbing outside.
What was particularly annoying, however, was the music from the garage to the restaurant areas and even the relaxation rooms in the wellness area. From morning to night, you're bombarded with easy listening, even in the saunas, the garden, and the rooftop pool, and it's not exactly quiet.
Overall, the relaxation in the tranquility of the mountains and South Tyrolean hospitality were missing.

Just returned from 3 days in the magnificent Hotel Solvie, recently renovated in the best possible way... everything perfect, a wonderful spa area, beautiful and very clean common areas, super helpful and prepared staff... Starred dinner restaurant, congratulations to everyone especially to Noah who with his young age and his professionalism made us experience 2 dinners in the best way, advising us and giving the right timing between one course and the next, letting us taste the fantastic dishes that came out of the kitchen (which unfortunately we didn't find on the last evening because there was a new waitress who was more hasty in serving us, the only criticism to make is that)... congratulations to the Winkler family every time we return to your hotels it is a surprise and we never want to leave... see you soon Delfino Family

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Solvie for three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful; everything is new, very clean, the rooms are very nice, and the service was generally very good and attentive. My husband had planned a little surprise for our wedding anniversary, which unfortunately couldn't be organized by the hotel. However, that evening, the hotel manager personally apologized to us with a gift.
There were a few minor initial hiccups, but small mistakes were immediately rectified, and you feel very valued as a guest. We've never experienced this feeling in any other hotel before. A clear recommendation for the Hotel Solvie! We would gladly come back.

**Wonderful stay at the Hotel Solvie**
We spent a few days at the Hotel Solvie in South Tyrol – and we were thrilled. The **wellness area** is stunningly beautiful and ideal for unwinding. Even in bad weather, it never gets boring: **yoga room, fitness area, table tennis, and billiards** offer plenty of opportunities for active relaxation. The **underground parking** is an added bonus.
A real highlight was the **food – absolutely top-notch**! Every course was a delight. The entire hotel is stylishly decorated, very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
We felt completely at home and will definitely be back!

A true gem in South Tyrol! The new Winkler Hotel Solvie in Pfalzen exceeded all our expectations. Beautifully designed rooms, exceptional architecture throughout the hotel. The outstanding spa deserves special mention: modern, spacious, and a place where you can immediately unwind and relax. The variety of saunas and pools, the natural swimming pond, the beautiful relaxation areas, and the view of the surrounding nature make relaxing here an unforgettable experience. Wonderful infusions from Matija, Alessandro, Marion, and Martin complete the rest.
Culinary delights also leave nothing to be desired – the excellent food combines creativity, quality, and regionality at the highest level. Every course was a delight for all the senses.
Another reason we felt so comfortable is the entire hotel team. From the warm welcome to the last day, we experienced exceptional hospitality that was authentic, attentive, and always accompanied by a smile. Our special thanks go to Sabine!

"The hotel was completely redesigned after the renovation and now looks truly stunning! The modern rooms and stylish public areas are a real eye-catcher. The decision to remove all child-friendly amenities was a bit disappointing. That's a shame! A children's playroom can be an important part of a hotel, especially for families with children. Nevertheless, the hotel is still a lovely destination for adults or couples seeking peace and relaxation.
"The children's menu was unfortunately not very diverse and didn't offer healthy side dishes like vegetables. Instead, there were only fries and rice as an option. The menu didn't change every day, which was a bit disappointing.
- "The drink prices were unfortunately a bit excessive, especially considering the food itself was very good."
- "The service wasn't always up to par with the food; sometimes you felt like the staff were lagging behind."
- "It was also a shame that they no longer offer 3/4 board, but only half board.

We came here with a small intimate group of only 150 people (yes, adults, kids, probably half a football team and a marching band), and somehow this hotel still managed to exceed every single expectation.
Five pools - FIVE! At some point I felt like I needed a map just to decide where to swim next. The spa? Pure magic. The food? Let’s just say my diet didn’t survive, but my happiness levels skyrocketed.
The staff deserve their own standing ovation. Super friendly, always smiling, and genuinely helpful - no request was too big, even when we accidentally turned the breakfast area into our private festival.
I’m officially in love with this place. Absolutely recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back - maybe next time with fewer than 150 people… but then again, who knows.

A dream vacation at the modern and brand-new Winkler Hotel Solvie. The rooms and the finished furnishings are extremely luxurious and high-quality. State-of-the-art technology and furnishings leave nothing to be desired (except for a dimmable light function in the room, which would be the absolute highlight). The food and its variety are absolutely unique and deserve to be highlighted! Whether at breakfast or dinner, the buffet offers a selection that is second to none.
Let's talk about the service – this is what makes or breaks the feel-good factor and the return rate. In the bar, we were offered a welcome drink and a small snack. The service at dinner/breakfast with our waiter was absolutely courteous and fantastic.
Noah and Guiseppe are absolutely fantastic.
The fitness room, pools, and even the bar area leave nothing to be desired.
The massage we booked was also of a high standard and very relaxing.
We will definitely be back here again.

A fantastic wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools. The Hotel Solvie is also suitable for families, as long as you don't expect an entertainment program or a dedicated children's area. A very nice 10 days!
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days over Pentecost. We had a room in the cheapest category (presumably because we were outside a lot) – it was a bit small, but that was our own fault, as we booked that way. Nevertheless, it was very clean and fairly newly furnished.
The food:
It was really good. Breakfast had a good selection, fresh egg dishes served at the table, and good coffee. In the afternoon, there was a good snack (salad and cake), and in the evening, a multi-course menu. Both beautifully presented and very tasty.
The pool (heated and natural pool) is very good and new, as are the saunas.
The only minor drawback is the "gym," which consists of three machines and no (weighted) dumbbells – important for younger people on an active vacation.
Overall, though, a very good hotel with great service and good value for money.

I would book this hotel again. I highly recommend the spa suite, as it allows you to use the sauna undisturbed and at any time (note: there are proper saunas and infrared cabins. If you would like a Finnish sauna, it's best to let us know when booking).
The breakfast had a good selection, and there was also plenty of fruit and pastries in the afternoon. The included multi-course dinner at a quiet table was very well executed with vegan options. It was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.
From the free shuttle service to the location (Bruneck is easily accessible, with walking and hiking trails) to the service and the farewell gift, everything was excellent.

We spent 3 wonderful nights at the Hotel Sonnenhof. We opted for a mix of relaxation and activity, and our expectations for both activities were exceeded by the wide range of options. The hotel offers several hiking tours daily for every difficulty level. For relaxation, there is a well-maintained sauna and pool area.
In the evening, you have the opportunity to interact and chat with other guests and the extremely friendly staff over a delicious dinner. Contrary to other reviews, we found the drink prices more than reasonable. Last but not least, we would like to highlight the attentive and genuinely friendly staff. We had the impression that the team worked very well together, which made everything run smoothly. We would like to thank the entire staff for 3 wonderful days, especially Sabine, Alex, Giovanni, and Vasyl, who gave us a wonderful time at the hotel and rounded off our vacation!! :-)

I've stayed at several properties in their group and have always had a great experience. However, I've encountered some technical issues. The mini-bar wasn't working. I had some medication for my puppy with me, which needed to be kept in the refrigerator. On the second day, a new refrigerator was brought to my room, and we resolved the issue in the best possible way. I believe a 4-star superior hotel should take the right precautions to ensure all rooms are in perfect working order. Their amenities, and above all, I assumed there was air conditioning, but I found myself without it. It was essential for my puppy, who stayed in the room during the day. I'd paid €175 to bring her along, at least. These amenities should be available by 2024. It's my fault for not having looked into it, otherwise I would have chosen other properties. The staff is always super friendly and attentive to customer service. We resolved the issue with a fan purchased specifically for our room from the hotel. "ATTENTION: THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING." THINGS TO KNOW IN THIS HEAT

Beautiful property, in a strategic location for visiting Brunico and the surrounding valleys. The rooms are simple, functional, and very clean. The cuisine is excellent, although it offers few typical South Tyrolean dishes. The relaxation area is very nice, both outdoor and in the sauna area. The indoor pool is a bit crowded and noisy, given the many children, but...that's okay!
I suggest paying a little more attention to some of the details in the service.

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with friendly staff. However, some small improvements could be made to the attentiveness and care of the bar service, as well as to some external amenities: the pool area doesn't have enough loungers for all guests, and only half of the parking lot is on interlocking pavers (half is gravel), and there's not even a carport.
Rooms are average; for those on the ground floor, access to them requires a walkway between the kitchen and the buffet area, which isn't ideal if you're wearing a bathrobe and slippers.
To get to town, you'll need a vehicle, and the view isn't spectacular, although you're certainly surrounded by greenery.
The spa is a strong point. Booking a couple's treatment gives you access to a very well-maintained area at your complete disposal, complete with a sauna, bed, whirlpool, sensory shower, and snacks.

We had a great time, it was our first time at
the Sonnenhof (I had previously stayed at the Winkler). The Winklerhotels chain is always a guarantee: beautiful rooms, a gorgeous outdoor pool, and a lovely lake. The only flaw is the very repetitive breakfast and dinner buffets, with the same selection every day. Everything else was perfect, and chef Walter's dishes were excellent. If I were to return, I think I'd stay at the Winkler again.

This year we chose to visit the Pusteria Valley. We spent four wonderful days at this property. We had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, the food was fantastic, and the rooms were comfortable. The heated outdoor pool was lovely, and we also enjoyed the bio lake. The outdoor area is very well laid out, with plenty of space to relax, reading a good book or simply admiring the view. The wellness area, although not huge, is well-maintained. The only flaw we found was the lack of attention paid to the e-bike rental service. Having booked a size S e-bike in advance, upon arrival we were told that only size M was available. Unfortunately, this greatly limited my excursions, as I didn't feel safe. Otherwise, everything was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Magnificent hotel overlooking the mountains, with a truly fantastic pool, complete with a pond and hot tub. The spa is also top-notch, as is the restaurant. We had the room with the Jacuzzi on the terrace, which was much appreciated. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the services were perfectly managed, from the riding stables to the excursions and the ATV rides. Highly recommended!

The distances from the most popular tourist spots are perfect, within about an hour, and the hotel offers complete peace and quiet in and around the hotel. The warm water in the pools is also worth mentioning.

A beautifully located hotel with a fantastic, warm outdoor pool, delicious food, and consistently friendly staff. The only drawbacks are perhaps a somewhat basic gym, and the childcare and play facilities could be more extensive. However, we really enjoyed it and can definitely imagine coming back, especially with the prospect of another small bike park and pump track being built nearby.

The hotel isn't new, but it's very well-maintained and has been modernized several times over the years.

For those who love trekking, Michael is meticulous and attentive, as is Maddalena. For sports enthusiasts, the Sonnenhof has a well-equipped gym, plus various mountain biking and hiking trails. The spa is panoramic and beautiful, both inside and out. Parking is convenient. What more can I say? Overall, a very good property. Excellent location for excursions and visits to the surrounding area. Spacious room, bathroom a bit cramped. Comfortable beds, pillows could use some updating. The rooms are well-kept and clean. The outdoor area is beautiful, with a heated pool, really comfortable loungers, and an artificial lake. The indoor pool isn't connected to the outside and has only a few loungers available. The spa, like the relaxation area—located in the basement, with no outdoor lighting—though offering good services, feels a bit "dark" in my opinion.
The food is excellent, always beautifully presented: sincere compliments to the chef and all the staff for their kindness.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
I'm not giving the stay less than three stars simply because the price was lower than average for the area and the time of year, so I think the savings are worth considering, although unfortunately, they're justified for several reasons.
This was my first time ever in South Tyrol where breakfast is almost exclusively industrial: no homemade cakes, leavened goods, or cookies, everything strictly frozen and thawed just before opening. The only cake available (for the entire week) was a basic plum cake, and unfortunately, not freshly made every morning, but re-presented every day. I've never seen a cake, a tart, a cookie, or anything. Instead, donuts and mini frozen bombs, the purpose of which is unclear. Overall, very little variety, and never any variation throughout the week; breakfast is the same every day and with little choice.
Another first: in the afternoon, next to the herbal teas, the spa offers leftover chocolate croissants from the morning (obviously made with frozen puff pastry, not by a pastry chef) and donuts. I've never seen anything like this; the spa should offer dried fruit, raw vegetables, fruit, fruit salad, dried fruit...
Even at the afternoon buffet, the feeling is always the same: little variety, many defrosted dishes, and generally leftovers from the previous evening. Never a soup or a typical dish like dumplings, goulash, spaetzle... nothing at all. Having traveled extensively in South Tyrol, it seems like a truly bizarre choice.
Overall, without going into further details, the feeling is that the staff is insufficient to manage the facility and therefore understaffed on several occasions, and above all, that they try to cut corners on services wherever possible.
The food is truly disappointing, and I've never had such a thing in South Tyrol.

I proposed to my girlfriend at this hotel. Besides the immediately warm and friendly communication and excellent service, we weren't just treated as customers; the staff genuinely shared in our excitement on a personal level. Every wish was fulfilled. The hotel staff provided invaluable support during the planning process, allowing us to explore several alternatives together. A highlight was not only the "Love and Fire" package with torches, a fire pit, and a small fireworks display by the natural bathing lake, but also the lovingly arranged decorations.
The suite we stayed in was also beautifully decorated, and there was even music playing. The cleanliness was impeccable. This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in.
The rooms are modernly furnished yet perfectly suited to the location with its mountain views. A particular highlight of our suite was the private whirlpool on the balcony.
There's something for everyone when it comes to food. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with fresh rolls (not your average, mass-produced, pre-baked rolls), muesli, a wide selection of juices (you could even juice your own fruits and vegetables), and much more. Dinner consisted of a five-course meal and was a real treat.
All in all, we will definitely stay here again. The value for money is also excellent.

I returned yesterday from (now I think my fourth) stay at the Sonnenhof; to say it's PERFECT is almost an understatement. The welcome is unique, the facility is stunning, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, the wellness center is exemplary, and the cuisine is fantastic and top-notch.
But the real added value are the people who work there: knowledgeable, passionate, smiling, and always willing to help and satisfy the guest. After coming, I feel compelled to write this review. The hotel is very nice, with practically everything you need for a great vacation: a gym, pool, spa, massages, and even a modest children's area. I'm not giving it five stars for two reasons: first, the reception didn't treat us properly, disrespecting us during a difficult situation (nothing serious, we were just looking for help); second, it's not on par with the Winkler, another hotel in this chain, which is on a whole different level, offering twice the opportunities and experiences. We stayed for four nights in January in a romantic suite. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
Excellent amenities, such as:
- public transportation pass
- shuttle service to the ski resorts
- complete and well-maintained spa
- helpful and friendly staff
- wide variety of breakfast options.
Unfortunately, we encountered some small issues:
- the suite could use some minor maintenance (the bathtub faucet knob was coming loose, there wasn't enough space in the bathroom to store a toiletries bag, and the toilet paper holder was coming loose)
- lack of vegan options for dinner
- the spa, during opening hours, often had no staff to speak to.
Overall, our stay was pleasant and relaxing, and we would gladly return if we were in the area again.

The stay was spectacular, the spa was fabulous, but above all, the room was beyond compare. "Wonderful" doesn't do it justice: clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished in typical mountain style, yet always with functionality and comfort in mind, it was truly enveloping. Guests feel like they've been in a treasure chest. The staff, from the front desk to the waiters and bartender, are always friendly and helpful, always with a smile that is priceless for those who stay. Services: beautiful spa, beautiful and charming outdoor heated pool. Comprehensive and engaging organized activities: excursions, relaxing sauna treatments, sports and other activities.
Room: clean, warm, elegant, and well-furnished. Fully equipped bathroom. Overlooking the garden and pool. Coming back to the room was like being at home.
Staff: professional yet friendly and pleasant. Always available and smiling, they cater to every need.
Location: just steps from the ski slopes, but also from Brunico (for the Christmas markets) and many mountain hiking trails.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect.
We had a wellness suite with its own whirlpool and separate children's room, and a double room with bunk beds and a mountain view! (4 adults + 1 teenager + 2 children)
Everything was perfectly clean and spacious.
They even brought out extra pillows upon request.
The hotel, in conjunction with the other Winkler Hotels, offers great activities for children and young people, which we highly recommend!
The outdoor pool is fantastic and large enough for swimming! The indoor pool is also okay, but be careful with the tiles that are falling off everywhere.
The whirlpools are thankfully nicely heated for relaxing.
The sauna area is immaculately maintained and has something for everyone.
We had massages and teen treatments, and everything was very professional and definitely recommended!
The food truly leaves nothing to be desired. Compliments to the chef and the entire kitchen. Excellent food with great attention to detail!

Very nice hotel. Good location for many excursions in the surrounding area; the town itself is more of a sleepy little town.
The rooms are clean, tidy, sufficiently large, and have a few extras (e.g., an in-room sauna or a whirlpool on the balcony).
The pools (especially the outdoor ones) are very nice, although some of the wooden decking in the pool area should be replaced, otherwise there's a risk of injury.
The food is incredibly good; there's always something for everyone. Dessert is always a highlight.
The drink prices are a bit high, but on a few days' vacation, you can definitely treat yourself.
The staff are consistently friendly and bilingual (German and Italian).
We've already been here twice and would love to come back.

The outdoor area is beautiful, with several different pools. But the indoor pool has a special charm, perfect for relaxing while listening to soothing background music. A gym, relaxation room, sauna—basically, it has it all. The most surprising thing is the breakfast buffet, where you can find everything you need.
Recommended for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Kids' club with mountain activities every day; they leave in the morning and return at 5 pm to do different activities (fishing, archery, rafting, horseback riding, etc.) and enjoy the outdoors.

So, if you book a property of this caliber with a spa in a remote village in the middle of a valley, it means you're specifically looking for tranquility and a chance to unwind. Arriving on Friday evening, they let us have dinner without a problem, even though it was already 8:30 PM. We went to our room, and around midnight, we were disturbed by the shouting and music of a group of young people at the pool. We held out for about an hour, but it continued until 3:00 AM when I went out onto my terrace and politely urged them to be quiet, and they did, otherwise they would have called the concierge. However, I wonder how it's possible that none of the guests complained, and above all, that nighttime comings and goings are allowed without rules or limits. Unfortunately, the outdoor iron staircase leading to the pools is adjacent to the rooms, and every step makes a jolt, let alone when we're running in a group, laughing loudly in German. The next day, my partner reported it, apologizing, offering a bottle of wine with dinner and a 10% discount, which we greatly appreciated but certainly doesn't make up for the unpleasant incident. The service is expected, and I don't think it's enough to justify saying the problem was solved with the kids' departure. In my opinion, it should simply be avoided. I've tried other establishments of this kind in Trentino, but the best is undoubtedly the Pfoels. It's a whole different ballgame, with design, service, perfect rooms with air conditioning, a mature clientele, excellent quality and attention to detail, using local, locally sourced products for breakfast, and above all, the silence that is respected by everyone and in every part of the establishment, as per the spa philosophy. I'm sorry, but I don't think we'll be returning here.

Unfortunately, we were unlucky that two very large groups were sitting in the dining room, which made it terribly loud. Recommendation: reserve a table in the "Stube" (parlor).
The rooms were very nice and spotlessly clean. My only criticism is the pool area. It could use a bit more light, and in winter, they should ensure that the doors to the ski room and parking lot remain closed, otherwise it would be too cold in the spa area.

We (a couple in our late 20s) stayed there for three days in September 2019. We received a room upgrade and even had a private whirlpool on the balcony (unfortunately, it was broken, but it was repaired on our departure day). The hotel is cozy and modern. The food, outdoor pool, and service are excellent. However, the indoor pool leaves something to be desired. The tiles in the pool itself were peeling off. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

It's inconceivable that in 2019, a 4-star superior hotel that looks like it's recently been renovated doesn't have air conditioning or dehumidification! There's none in the common areas, the restaurant, and even worse, in the rooms! At reception, the bar, and other areas, the doors are always open to let in a bit of fresh air from outside... fans propped up everywhere don't fit the ambiance they've tried to recreate so chicly. It may be a hot summer, but it's no good having to sleep with the doors wide open and the blinds up, otherwise you'll sweat in the room! You escape the city for a bit of cool air only to find yourself hotter than at home. It's impossible to take a nap after lunch for the kids because the room is so hot.
A real shame, since the entire hotel is well-kept, clean, and, as I said before, seems recently renovated. The cuisine is excellent, with products whose quality is evident. Nice room, a bit small for four people, all in wood with a touch of designer flair. The bathroom was very nice, almost disproportionate to the size of the room. In short, it could be a 5-star review, but considering the cost of actually staying there, I wasn't expecting this kind of joke. Also, the lack of air conditioning isn't mentioned anywhere.
One last thing before anyone says that hotels in the mountains don't have air conditioning... no, that's not true. Other experiences in this area suggest otherwise. What a shame, a customer lost for such a basic thing.

Some areas and rooms could use some updating and modernization. The food is good, not excellent, and the value is average. The outdoor pool and garden area are excellent, though the indoor pool is dated and very small for the facility's capacity.
The hotel's location reflects its peaceful vocation, as it's far from everything.
For trekking enthusiasts like me, it's definitely a long drive, something you can avoid at other hotels.
Ultimately, there are better options.

We had a wonderful short trip at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-maintained. A walk-in shower, plenty of towels, a minibar, and the big surprise was on the balcony: a private whirlpool.
The evening meal was delicious. Unfortunately, the afternoon snacks are only sweet – great for those who like them, but some cheese or something savory would be even better.
The sauna infusion at Klaus's is highly recommended, and you can then cool off in the hotel's own swimming pond.
We were also able to use the spa area of the other Winkler Hotel (an activity offered by the hotel with a shuttle), a really good idea! There, you could swim in the moonlight and enjoy a unique sauna infusion.
The hotel is highly recommended! The view was incredibly beautiful, and we even received a small gift as a farewell gift. All in all, very successful.

Please look at the pictures carefully! Since there are four hotels on the site - Winkler Hotels - you often get the wrong impression! Very well photographed! Unfortunately, the outdoor terrace doesn't have a great view of the adjacent building... Snacks are just cakes, nothing warm... The separate relaxation room is unfortunately very dark and doesn't have small lights on the loungers for reading... The pool is nice and warm, but unfortunately there are too few loungers... The rooms are very nice and equipped with blinds... The bar in the evening is too small, and you sit in the adjoining room very isolated... Dinner is amazing! 10 stars. ::::::::::::::... very, very tasty... However, the area at the buffet for food is very reminiscent of a cafeteria, and the people serving cereal are almost sitting with their hair in it. The annex is wonderful to sit in!

Gluten-free dishes were available upon request, and full information was provided about what I could and couldn't eat. The sauna area was nice, with several to choose from. The only downside was that the indoor pool was very stuffy and lacked a drop in depth, though the pool was a bit too deep for children at 130 cm. But that's a minor detail. I stayed at this hotel for two nights for work. After notifying the front desk, they waited until 1 a.m. for check-in. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The spa features an indoor and outdoor heated pool, saunas, and a Turkish bath. The rooms were very spacious and well-maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. My room was also on the ground floor and overlooked the pool; opening the shutters in the morning made me feel like I was immersed in South Tyrol. Dinner was also excellent. A full menu and dessert buffet to finish. Continental breakfast was high-quality and always beautifully presented. Mountain bike and e-bike rentals were available, included in the price. Very satisfied.

Last weekend. The 4 stars are more than deserved, all the staff are 5-star in their helpfulness and courtesy. The cuisine is characterized by quality, taste, and presentation of all the courses, it's difficult to say which is the best. Compliments are more than deserved to the chef and all the kitchen staff, the entire hotel is clean from inside to out. The perfect place to spend a few relaxing days.

The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and offer a variety of amenities. The spacious wellness area is divided into two sections, one of which features very welcoming relaxation areas.

I was surprised by the rooms with enormous spaces, very clean and modern, the wellness center with a wide choice of indoor and outdoor hot and cold tubs, hydromassage, sauna.

A very nice and well-maintained hotel with beautiful outdoor areas, including a natural swimming pond. The food is delicious and varied. The rooms are very well-maintained and, above all, clean.
The hotel is very quiet yet centrally located. There are many hiking trails directly from the hotel.

Fantastic facility featuring a spa area, two pools, two saunas, hot tubs, and a relaxation area.
The restaurant is also excellent, offering a buffet of appetizers.
The breakfast buffet is also plentiful and high-quality.
