One of the best staff i ever met in the hotels all over the world. Amazing, very big rooms with every detail perfected. Great spa with in and outdoor pool, lots of saunas and other nice things. And creme de la creme - dinner included, but not ordinary dinner, thst was perfect expirience. I will be back for 1000% absolutely love this place!

The day spa isn't worth the asking price (€85 with a light lunch and snack).
Shared changing room with just one shower and two cubicles for everyone.
Towels and bathrobes piled on the only available bench.
Shower without shower gel/shampoo, and hair was flooded.
Baskets overflowing with towels outside the pools.
The lunch buffet was meager, with only enough for a salad, a first course, and a soup.
I don't understand why the snack buffet had more choices than lunch, with cheese, cold cuts, desserts, and a few cold main courses (including salmon).
Finally, it should be noted that the spa is 90% textile-free, making it nudist-friendly. For those who prefer to wear a swimsuit, everything is limited to a sauna, a quiet area, and the heated pool.
Overall, a good spa for nudists, but from a 5-star hotel that calls itself luxury, you'd expect much, much better service.
Not recommended if you're looking for a luxury day spa experience.

For six days my husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel and spa while hiking in the area of Valdaora. What a treasure it was to relax here after a day of hiking and walking. The pool and sauna areas were a very relaxing place to unwind. From the moment we entered this hotel, we were taken with the hospitality of the staff. A welcome drink as we arrived was a pleasant surprise. Our room was beautifully appointed and the food was amazing and delicious. Every night the menu was different and the desserts were to die for. One of our servers, Zuzana, was a delight and excellent at her job. We looked forward to seeing her at our breakfast and dinner seatings. This hotel had so many lovely touches. One night an appetizer and drink night before dinner, guided hikes and yoga classes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it very highly.

I stayed at the Hotel Mirabell for a golf course and can't recommend the instructor Pierluigi highly enough: in just one week of lessons, I achieved excellent results, earned a golf license, and acquired a FIG membership.
I also found gluten-free options here, although the selection wasn't extensive. The rooms are functional, if rather simple, while the spa and treatments are truly excellent, with very skilled professionals. The location is excellent for beautiful hikes and trekking.
A special thanks to the staff, always kind and helpful: they made the stay very pleasant.

I stayed for a weekend and found all the peace and relaxation I was looking for.
The structure is truly beautiful and easy to reach.
At check-in they immediately offered to take my luggage to my room and take care of my car, putting it in the garage and charging it (I have an electric vehicle).
Luckily, my room was ready by 11:30, so I immediately put on my bathrobe and enjoyed my welcome cocktail.
From the hotel you can choose a series of activities, including a golf course with a teacher.
I preferred to enjoy the pool, the spa area and the large garden.
For lunch time there are a series of very good snacks, with cold dishes and a hot dish of the day.
Excellent dinner, with delicious and refined dishes, in a truly beautiful and friendly environment.
Well, the friendliness is one of the most beautiful characteristics of this place, with the very kind and smiling staff, with whom it is a pleasure to exchange even a few words.
To conclude, breakfast, really very good and full of local products.
The room was very nice and comfortable, with a small living room and a small balcony. The bed was comfortable and the possibility of choosing the pillow was excellent.
The courtesy products in the bathroom were also excellent.
The only small negative note of the room is the curtains: unfortunately in room 102 the curtains are semi-blackout, so from the first light of dawn the room is very bright, this is a problem for those like me who can only sleep in complete darkness, so I would recommend increasing the weight of the curtains.
Having said that, it is an experience that is worth doing and an exceptional structure like few others.

A beautiful hotel, well-maintained and beautifully renovated over time. A relaxing and pleasant atmosphere at any time of day.
Close to the town where there are several charming shops.
The spacious and delightfully stylish Comfort Room has a modern and functional bathroom. A courtesy kit and a minibar with complimentary water and apple juice are included.
Courtesy and helpfulness are never lacking in this hotel. The staff is always present and friendly. This family's passion for their hotel is evident in every room, in every detail. The spa is truly wonderful, with a well-designed heated pool, decidedly welcoming spaces with saunas and well-designed relaxation areas. A superb herbal tea area with various options, juices, and dried fruit.
The cuisine is truly 5-star, well-presented and made with excellent ingredients, not to mention the desserts!
Everything a la carte.
The highlights are the breakfast (amazing) and the afternoon snack, open from 12:30 to 5:00 PM. Incredible, sweet and savory, tea, coffee, and the daily special.
Gym on the floor facing the pool.
Enchanting bar area that makes you want to stay there forever! Excellent, expertly prepared drinks.
Impeccably clean throughout.
Shuttle bus to the Plan ski lifts.
Garage and ski storage area in the basement.
Garden overlooking the snow-capped mountains.
I highly recommend it; we'll definitely be back as soon as we can.

For a 5-star hotel, the service has a few flaws. It should be noted that the amount of wine served for tasting is certainly less than the 200 ml that were poorly poured into the glass. The spa is excellent and the rooms are clean. The paint used in the bathrooms is unsuitable, as the walls have obvious marks that appear dirty. The restaurant is good but inconsistent. The bar service is competent and friendly.

The rooms, facilities, and food are excellent.
The hotel is family-run and of a manageable size, so you can quickly find your way around and feel the coziness.
Since the ski bus (in addition to the hotel's own shuttle service) stops right in front of/next to the hotel, you don't need a car (or your own) to ski.
The small town center and nice shops are in the immediate vicinity.

For those seeking a high-end establishment that also maintains a warm, family atmosphere, you've found the perfect hotel. The family and their staff from all departments are always available to fulfill every single request. A 5-star rating is also measured by this subtle yet important aspect.
I would describe the Mirabell as a large, well-kept mountain chalet where the abundance of wood reigns supreme. Here, the cold, large architectural cubes have found no roots, and we really like it that way.
In the wellness area, various Aufguss rituals are offered daily, which we are great fans of.
A special mention goes to the cuisine; we've rarely found such high quality. Sitting down to dinner was THE pleasure of the day.
In short, highly recommended.

We just spent a few days at this property... What can I say? Everything was absolutely perfect: a warm welcome, welcoming, fragrant rooms where you can still feel the true South Tyrolean atmosphere, from the furnishings to the warm atmosphere and the attention to every single detail. The food is wonderful, refined yet authentic. The rooms are clean and comfortable in South Tyrolean style. The wellness area is simply perfect... just the right lighting, just the right size, a truly relaxing, intimate and private environment. I even brought my little dog and on no occasion did I feel like he was a bother. But the thing that undoubtedly touches your heart is the feeling of being at home, with a sincere and real empathy from the owners and all the staff. It's definitely a hotel I recommend and I will definitely return.

Truly a fantastic hotel. The room with a view of the Dolomites and a very spacious and spotless garden. The naturist spa was perfect. The heated pool was large and the garden was full of comfortable loungers. The mid-August dinner was top-notch. The beef fillet with mushrooms was the best I've ever had. The desserts at the buffet were delicious and plentiful. It's one of my favorite hotels, along with the

We would like to thank the entire Mirabell team. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Excellent service, friendly and always relaxed staff, great rooms, a fantastic wellness area with four saunas, a whirlpool, a huge plunge pool, and so much more.
The cuisine is particularly excellent at every meal. For example, there's always plenty of fresh, sliced fruit in the morning, fresh egg dishes, a small, delicious lunch during the day, coffee & cake, and at least four courses in the evening (more likely ;)).
In short: this certainly won't be the last time we stay there. Thank you for the wonderful days.
I wonder if I've found any negative reviews yet? Not really, but if so, it's more about the pricing throughout the region: what happened that a wheat beer now costs €6.50?

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mirabell!!!
We originally booked three nights and then extended our stay because we had such a wonderful time.
All the staff are very friendly, attentive, and cater to the individual needs of their guests.
The food is truly excellent, and there's something for every taste (vegetarian, intolerances, etc.).
We particularly enjoyed the wellness area and the range of treatments. In addition to classic massages, they offer a variety of Ayurvedic massages – definitely one of the best wellness experiences I've ever had.
We will definitely be back & highly recommend the Mirabell!

The rooms are very well-kept and clean. The food was always delicious and very varied. They were right.
Beautiful building kept efficient and spotless.

Excellent hotel in a good location for exploring the valley and other areas. Excellent service, rooms, cleanliness, restaurant, pool, and spa. Free covered parking is available upon request. Two negatives: the bathroom has a bathtub, so you have to climb over it to shower, which isn't comfortable for an elderly person, and the towels are as rough as sandpaper, which was torture for me, with very sensitive skin. But I wanted to find the right nitpick. I definitely recommend it.

We came to the hotel Mirabell for 4 nights to relax and it was unforgettable time spent there.
Hotel Mirabell is located in centre of Olang, which is surrounded by the beautiful Sudtirol’s mountains. We had this beautiful view from the room’s balcony and even from the poolside.
Our stay was absolutely relaxing and we found the peace that we needed.
Thanks to the gorgeous staff, we enjoyed every minute spent at the hotel. After our arrival, a very kind receptionist gave us a full tour around the hotel, to for example show us our table and give us all the details about when are the meals served.
Hausmaster helped us excellently, because we had so many luggages. He took everything from our car, that he even parked in the hotel’s garage, and brought it to our room. At the day of our departure he took our stuff and put everything back to our car. Amazing service.
Our room was just marvelous, perfectly clean, it smelled just amazing and the bed was made so beautifly. We just needed to make a picture of it.
Pure art. And we just loved the fresh fruit like apples that we got in our room. Thank you.
The room had literally everything we needed and was really spacious, as well as the balcony.
The whole staff at the hotel was super hearty. Everyone was greeting and smiling (even under the mask ) at us all the time. They made us feel very comfortable.
The breakfast were absolutely amazing, it was in a bufet style, with fresh orange juice maker, delicious pastry, hams and cheese. There was just a large selection, so you could choose exactly what you were craving at the moment.
At about the lunch time, there is served a few meals and desserts or salads. You just cannot get hungry at this hotel. There is always something delicious on the table.
But the dinners, that was just a wow moment.
Every dinner is a little bit different. You get today’s menu filled with extraordinary gourmet meals. It’s always a 6 course dinner, and everything we ate, was just delicious. As I said before, just unfergettable experience.
We needed some relax and to “recharge our batteries“ and we got even more. We didn’t even wanted to leave this marvelous place.
So if you are looking for a beautiful place to spend your time, hotel Mirabell is always the right choice. You will feel like in a paradise and get your relax and peace.
Thank you for having us, we will come again. We just hope it will be very soon.

I've never stayed at this hotel, but I wanted to compliment the owners after reading a review of rude guests who complained about being reprimanded for their children's rudeness. There are people who, just because they pay, think that everything is allowed for them and their children. I admire the owners' courage in demanding that even children respect the rules. Some of them have become very rude in recent years, which is why I personally only choose adults-only hotels or hotels with a separate wellness area for adults and children. As far as I'm concerned, you've done the right thing. In fact, keep going, because you'll lose some rude guests but gain others, like me, who hate rudeness.

The Mirabell is our favorite wellness hotel.
With 60 rooms, it's the perfect size for us, and it has a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, thanks in part to the host family.
At 5 stars, you can expect a lot of luxury, and that's exactly what you get. Not just in the rooms, but also in the spa area and, above all, in the cuisine.
However, you should expect to pay a premium.
But when I consider the incredible food, the price is more justifiable.
If I were to start describing the food in detail, I'd never stop raving about it. So, in short:
Sensational, brilliant, simply perfect.
Soup, appetizer, salad buffet, main course, and dessert.
Partly from the buffet.
Here are just three things to mention: the fish appetizer buffet, the dessert buffet, and the flying buffet at the revolving bar – indescribable! You have to experience it for yourself.
The service throughout the entire hotel is impeccable.
I can also recommend almost all of the spa treatments.
However, I have to deduct a point for one woman who gave me a foot reflexology massage with a kind of "pen," which was very unpleasant. I hope that other staff members will use finger pressure, as is customary.
Overall, though, it still gets 5 stars.

We've been coming back here for 15 years now, and we're always happy to do so. It's a fantastic place, relaxing, welcoming, and innovative. The staff is friendly and always ready to accommodate your every request. 5 stars for 5-star service! We stayed there for a week and were thrilled! The service, the food, the ambiance, and of course, the spa! We enjoyed every moment together and returned home completely relaxed.
The staff is extremely attentive and accommodating, the rooms spacious and clean. The food is varied and a new experience every day. We also booked various massages and treatments at the Aurora Spa, all of which were truly excellent (especially recommended for pregnant women). Special praise goes to the girls in the sauna; the infusions were amazing! All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely be back.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. I've had the opportunity to visit hotels in various countries, but none have ever conveyed this sense of hospitality and attention to detail. Guests are pampered from morning to night with a generous breakfast featuring quality products, from afternoon tea to dinner with excellent dishes and well-portioned portions. The spa, though not very large, is well-organized and equipped, and the rooms are very welcoming and spacious. The countless activities make the stay more stimulating every day and allow you to discover the wonders of South Tyrol. It is a significant expense, but given that almost everything is included in the price (except for additional wines and some activities), I believe it is balanced by the quality of the service.

I stayed at the property for two nights, with a package that included 3/4 board (full board is not offered), spa access, and other benefits. The stay was very pleasant; the room was spacious and very comfortable. The WiFi wasn't the best, nor was the bathroom exhaust fan. However, these issues can be overlooked, as we were warmly welcomed and pampered by a truly pleasant facility in every way, from the indoor/outdoor pool to the small but well-equipped fitness area, to the state-of-the-art spa and spacious rooms. The restaurant proved to be up to par; the menu is limited, but sufficient to offer carefully prepared dishes and often successful combinations. The dishes are accompanied by the option of helping yourself to a varied buffet, including bread, salads, and cheeses. Drinks are not included in the package, but they're not even on the menu (bad).
It's also true that we were given brochures in German at reception, even though we weren't from the area, which meant we had to choose spa treatments in a foreign language, along with other information we weren't able to fully utilize. In any case, if you're unfamiliar with the area, the predominantly German-speaking population in South Tyrol can be confusing. However, the small flaws certainly didn't detract from my overall impression; I think it deserved a 5-star review! Overall, I was happy with my experience and had a good time. Until the bill came... We were charged for a treatment we hadn't requested and hadn't used, a mistake that can happen. In fact, we clarified the matter and received a refund. The staff was very courteous, but they overlooked a detail that a 5-star establishment can't overlook... especially if it's already a bit of a downside for this latest mistake. In fact, upon our arrival, we asked if we could move lunch from the first day to the last. The response was that it wouldn't be a problem, but on the day of departure, another employee told us that it wasn't possible unless we paid for it... To slide like that to the end, no, that's not 5-star; the customer comes first. This explains why I instantly dropped from a 5-star review to a 3-star one. What a shame!

If you're looking for a vacation where you can feel pampered in every sense, this is the perfect place for you. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and multilingual. The rooms are in perfect South Tyrolean style; we stayed in the Stube suite. The food in the restaurant is EXCELLENT. There's a fitness area, a bar where you can sit and relax while enjoying excellent spirits, a splendid wellness area with highly trained staff, and the option of renting mountain bikes or e-bikes. Finally, they organize daily activities to entertain guests, such as excursions, fitness classes, piano bar evenings, etc.

An extremely beautiful, well-maintained hotel with excellent service.
The staff is divine and goes out of their way to make guests feel comfortable, striving to accommodate every possible request.
We booked the Aveda Suite and were delighted with it, complete with a sauna, hot tub, and hydromassage shower.
The spa offers a wide range of treatments, and the staff is highly qualified, despite its small size. Since we don't have a lot of use, I wouldn't rate it highly.
The pool is certainly impressive despite its small size; it can be enjoyed both summer and winter, and the surrounding garden is very well-maintained.
Breakfast is certainly varied, and the à la carte dinner is enriched by highly refined cuisine. Don't expect large buffets where you can gorge yourself, but rather highly curated gourmet dishes.
The only downside that detracted from a star is the desserts. Since we have a sweet tooth, we were too disappointed by the assortment of sweets offered during meals.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, the location is good, close to the center of the city (Valdaora di mezzo) you have also a nice view from the Hotel. My chamber was really nice and pretty spacious, with a nice balcony with mountain view. At breakfast you have a nice buffet, buffet also at lunch, for dinner you have a menù that changes every day, they have some vegetarian variations not vegan variations that I think they should have (forgot to mention that the service is fast). They have a heated pool inside and outside in the garden, they also have a SPA and a little gym. For every other detail check on their website!

I believe this is one of the most beautiful hotels in the entire Pusteria Valley. It is located in the center of Valdaora and is furnished in pure Tyrolean style. The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant is excellent, offering à la carte dining every evening with a wide selection and truly excellent service. The courtesy of all the staff is one of its hallmarks. Breakfast is a highlight; what struck me was the quality and variety of its offerings. The recently renovated spa is beautiful, with a wide selection of saunas at different temperatures, a very nice Turkish bath, and a truly unique relaxation room.
