You arrive and are immediately greeted warmly. This warmth accompanied us throughout our entire stay. You feel truly welcome, and the entire team did everything to make us feel completely at home. We lacked nothing. The rooms are nice and large, comfortable, with private balconies and beautiful mountain views. The entire area is very spacious and offers many options for relaxing after a hike. The food has to be experienced for yourself. There was one delicacy after another.

Wonderful spa, beautiful view of the valley, spacious and clean rooms. The only flaw was the food: having communicated our allergies in advance, they managed to arrange a pasta dish, the best dish of the evening. It was like a hospital cafeteria; there wasn't even a vegetable buffet. Breakfast was forgettable.

We spent another lovely few days at the Belvedere and felt very comfortable. We were once again very impressed by the warm hospitality. A very well-run family business with very friendly and courteous staff. Absolutely great, absolutely nothing to complain about.
The breakfast buffet is very rich and the multi-course, excellent dinner is an absolute pleasure. Top wines and remarkably good advice.
The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated.

The hotel is beautiful, the owners are very kind and professional, the rooms are spacious and modern, the pool and wellness area are lovely, everything is spotless and tidy, the food is top-notch, and the location is convenient for the town. For excursions, you need to use public transport (all free thanks to the hotel's service card), but all the high-altitude destinations can be reached in half an hour. Overall, a truly positive experience.

A beautiful, well-maintained hotel with everything you could wish for. What I liked best about it is that it's a family business, and that's exactly how the hotel is run: with expertise and a lot of heart! Because I had previously stayed at a mountain hut, I was allowed to leave my bike, travel bag, and bike rack there four days early. On the day of my actual arrival, the bag was already in my room.
All the staff were always super friendly and attentive, and the food was also excellent. I will definitely be back and am already looking forward to it. Thumbs up for this oasis in Naturno!

A week-long family vacation at the Belvedere. The owner family is always present and takes care of the guests and the hotel, as well as being very friendly and approachable. The hotel complex, with its wellness area, swimming pool, etc., is very well maintained; everything is not very large but perfectly adequate, never crowded. The half-board food was always delicious and harmonious, predominantly regional. The value for money for such a hotel is remarkably good, which is another reason for us to return. There are also many options for guided hikes, bike tours, etc.; the Vinschgau Valley is a wonderful place.

A very beautiful, well-maintained complex with spacious rooms including large bathrooms and balconies. Excellent wellness areas with a steam bath, various saunas, whirlpools, relaxation rooms, as well as an indoor/outdoor pool and a fitness area with high-quality equipment. You'll also receive good advice on hiking or cycling tours.
Culinary delights await you from morning to night. The friendly and well-coordinated team, led by Mara, is always concerned about the well-being of its guests.
Conclusion: two nights are definitely not enough!

The food was great. The staff was very friendly and German-speaking.
A bit more decor, flowers on the tables in the entrance area would have been nice and of higher quality than the plastic decorative plants.
The rooms were tidy and clean.
The bathroom and pool seem dated. They could easily make it a bit more inviting (paint, pictures, better ceiling lighting).
There were no towels available in the sauna. Unfortunately, you have to take them from your room.
As it is currently, I would give it a 3* rather than a 4+ compared to other hotels.

A wonderful experience! We'll be back, especially for the food. The menu and presentation of the dishes reveal a truly excellent chef at the stove. The ability to accommodate intolerances like lactose and gluten was also a pleasant surprise.
The rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the village. The indoor and outdoor pools, and especially the two hot tubs, were ideal after a day in the mountains. A final note of appreciation goes to the family members, who were able to recommend places to visit or trails for first-time visitors like us. It was a real pleasure. See you next time!

Very nice rooms and attentive staff. The food is also delicious, but there is a little lack of attention to detail. (Mekern at a high level) It takes about 7 minutes on foot to get to the center. The return route is a little longer as the climb to the hotel is a bit steep. But we can highly recommend the hotel.

First of all, a huge compliment to the entire staff! Every single employee, as well as the owners, was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating at all times. We were also very impressed by the peace and quiet and the pleasantly tranquil atmosphere throughout the hotel. We really appreciated that! We were somewhat disappointed by the food, which, while tasty and of good quality, seemed too unimaginative for a 4-star hotel. At other South Tyrolean hotels, we have enjoyed many variations of delicious South Tyrolean specialties. Here, for example, the bread selection at the breakfast buffet was always the same, even on Sundays. If you arrived a little later at the buffet, you no longer had the same selection as when the breakfast buffet opened. We were very disappointed by the snack bar, where the same cakes were served all week, some of which were even industrially produced cakes (chocolate and coconut pastries). Here, too, the selection was sketchy if you arrived a little later. Dinner was good, but the dishes were relatively simple and everyday. A dessert buffet with regional homemade specialties once a week, for example, would liven things up a bit. The infrastructure, the pool, and the spa area were very well-maintained, pleasant, and beautiful. It's a shame that the beautician was unavailable for the entire week due to illness and no substitute was found. So, the full range of beauty treatments couldn't be enjoyed. The massage, however, was very good. We would like to recommend a few small touches to the owner family: During the wasp plague, they could make the decorations out of lavender and take other useful small measures to keep the wasps away. During dinner during the hot spell, the doors in the dining room could be closed and the air conditioning, which is available in the dining room, could be turned on. If a hotel guest complains about the heat in an unair-conditioned room, a small fan could be provided. Assuming that guests are incapable of ventilating and darkening the room is not helpful. Smaller washcloths were also missing from the bathroom. Perhaps guests could be made aware at the time of booking that there are both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms. When booking, I was only offered a non-air-conditioned room, which I subsequently took. I didn't realize that an air-conditioned room was also available at the time of our stay. All in all, the stay was pleasant and positive. However, we wouldn't return.

We chose the hotel because of its wide range of wellness and spa options. Arriving at the hotel, we went straight to dinner, as we arrived late. Besides the expected dishes, we were very pleasantly surprised by the food from the kitchen. The food was excellent throughout our entire stay.
The room was very modern, and the bathroom was especially nice. The balcony with its beautiful view is also worth mentioning.
We really liked the spa area, with a wide selection. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the massage; it was fully booked shortly after our arrival. They should have told us that at check-in.
We also both noticed that we weren't taken seriously at times, which was probably due to our young age. We felt like we were being treated condescendingly (especially by the reception). The other guests and service staff, on the other hand, were very friendly.
All in all, it was a lovely stay, with super nice spa facilities, a very nice room, and excellent food.
However, some employees should be aware that these days, "younger people" also like to travel, and 4-5 star service is a top priority. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hotel industry; 5-star hotels wouldn't tolerate it.
I hope they're working on this; there's room for improvement in this regard.

This year we spent our two-week vacation at the Belvedere for the 10th time, and we noticed that the hotel has become even more appealing after the renovations. We had a beautiful Deluxe Junior Suite on the top floor with a fantastic view of the sunny side (like all the rooms). The hotel is a good size with a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, a new fitness room, and a brand-new sauna and wellness area. It is personally run by the family owners. They and the entire staff always take care of their guests' well-being in a very friendly manner and are always helpful with any concerns or questions. And the best part is the varied, delicious cuisine. We always look forward to the evening menu on our hikes. Special requests are also happily accommodated. Apart from the fact that South Tyrol, and especially Naturno with its diverse hiking and biking opportunities, is a perfect vacation spot for all tastes, this hotel can be highly recommended. The many repeat guests are a good testament to this.

We returned in September after several years (now for the third time).
It was definitely worth returning.
The wellness and fitness area have since been extensively and very successfully renovated.
A beautiful sunbathing lawn and cool lounge sofas have been created in the garden.
This, too, is a plus for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.
What hasn't changed, because it's unbeatable, is the professionalism and friendliness of the Tappeiner host family.
Even after 7 years, we still encountered old friends among the staff.
This also speaks to a good atmosphere and a family-friendly environment.
The coronavirus pandemic is being handled very consistently and attentively.
Therefore, I can recommend a stay at any time.

Our room, unfortunately, wasn't that modern, but it was well-kept and spacious. We had different expectations based on the website, but we accepted that.
There's a great swimming pool and a fantastic sauna area. The food was very good. Unfortunately, we didn't feel like we were part of the target audience for our age, but that was more due to the other guests than the hotel itself.

The hotel is meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details. The rooms are very clean and spacious with classic furnishings. The view from the restaurant terraces and the pool area is stunning. It features an indoor and outdoor pool and a wellness center with a sauna, Turkish bath, and relaxation area, along with a variety of services available upon reservation. The restaurant serves excellent food in a classy setting, yet without the over-the-top atmosphere of some hotels. You'll always feel comfortable and pampered by the very friendly and helpful staff. Above the pool is a relaxation area with gazebos and sofas, all beautifully designed. The front desk provides all the information you need about the hotel's activities. If I return to the area for a summer vacation, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
