+ Even if it was just for a day of pampering, we had a wonderful time! I'm so happy to have discovered you and to be able to tell others about you and recommend them to experience Fayn!! We would have loved to stay at least 3 days. To anyone reading this review, I recommend considering booking as a couple at the first opportunity! From the main entrance, I immediately understood the importance of detail, cleanliness, and good food, including drinks. CONGRATULATIONS to the managers for what they've built and continued. Impeccable cleanliness. Fabulous breakfast (Veronika was very kind) and the in-house restaurant is top-notch with truly exquisite dishes. The gift at checkout was greatly appreciated. + After a week in the summer of 2024, we returned to the Fayn in the fall of 2025. For us, it is without a doubt the best hotel we've visited so far. And it will certainly be the first hotel we'll visit a third time. Honestly, I find it hard to imagine it ever being a different hotel when our destination is "South Tyrol" again. The entire staff – really all of them – strike the perfect balance between warmth and professionalism. Wishes are practically fulfilled before they've even been spoken. The decor is very tasteful, the rooms are clean and furnished to a high standard. The garden is an oasis of relaxation. The food is delicious and varied. By the way, it's great that there's now a large bike storage room where you can store your bike safely and securely. This is another quality feature often lacking in many other hotels. Dear Fayn team, please keep up the good work! We're already looking forward to our next visit. Our Labrador Marla too, of course ;-)
