We spent three unforgettable nights at Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus, and it is no exaggeration to say that words or even photographs cannot do the view justice. The landscape unfurls in such majestic silence that it feels almost sacred. From dawn’s golden breath to the violet hush of twilight, the mountains seem to suspend time itself.
A View Beyond Description
The panorama surrounding the hotel is not merely scenic; it is transcendent. The peaks rise like cathedral spires, the valleys breathe with morning mist, and each hour paints the sky anew. To gaze upon it is to witness the language of nature spoken fluently in light and shadow.
The Sky Pool A Masterpiece in Mid Air
The legendary Sky Pool is a marvel of design and sensation, a glass fronted infinity pool that appears to hover in the heavens. Swimming there, one feels both weightless and eternal, drifting between sky and mountain in an exquisite blur of reflection.
It is said that across the vast Alpine region there are only about eight to ten comparable sky pools, a reminder of just how exceptional this experience truly is.
Heaven and Hell The Spa of Contrasts
Then there is the Heaven and Hell wellness area, an architectural poem in contrasts. Suspended between worlds, it invites guests to journey through warmth and chill, elevation and descent, three jacuzzis at 36 C mirrored against saunas and a cold rain shower below.
Our private jacuzzi experience was, in every sense, unforgettable. The sequence, shower, sauna, jacuzzi, framed by that impossible mountain view, is unlike anything we have ever encountered. It is both romantic and elemental, an intimate immersion in the poetry of contrast.
Divine Dining and Graceful Hospitality
The cuisine at Hubertus is nothing short of divine: eclectic, imaginative, and elegantly executed. Each plate felt like an artist’s composition, alpine ingredients transformed through creativity and care.
The management and staff deserve special praise: attentive yet unpretentious, professional yet warm. The owners themselves radiate a genuine hospitality that makes one feel both welcomed and valued.

Our stay at the hotel was simply perfect!
The service was exceptional — professional, friendly, and filled with genuine care.
Dinner felt like dining in a gourmet restaurant – a combination of a rich buffet and beautifully plated dishes bursting with flavor.
Guests celebrating a birthday receive truly special treatment – the room and dinner table are beautifully decorated, and a delicious cake awaits at the table.
The excursions offered by the hotel are of high quality, interesting, and well-organized.
A special mention goes to Yana and Fabian, who led the tours and activities at an exceptionally high level, with warmth and great attention to detail.
The sauna ceremony with them was an unforgettable experience — highly recommended!
In the dining room, Manuela is absolutely wonderful – attentive, friendly, and provides top-notch service.

A breathtaking hotel – the architectural design suspended in the air is truly impressive, and the infinity pool is just wow.
Everything was perfect, except for the dinner. There weren’t many options for those who don’t eat meat, and the dishes felt quite minimalistic for a hotel of this level.
The day before, we stayed at the ADLER Spa Resort Dolomiti, where the dinner was excellent – a wide variety of options and generous portions – so we naturally expected a similar level here.
Aside from that, the spa and the overall experience were simply outstanding

I visited them for the coffee and the view. The view is beyond amazing, and the seating is wonderful. I ordered a flat white and tiramisu. The coffee was average, and the desserts were excellent.
The reception and waiters were excellent.
The place is beautiful and worth a visit, and I expect their accommodation to be ideal.
The road to them is beautiful and easy, and parking is directly in front of the hotel.

We have stayed in quite a few nice hotels around the world. I think Alpine might take the top spot out of anywhere we have been. The pool was just as incredible as the pictures and we got lucky to mostly have it to our selfs or with one other group. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, our server Manuela was so great. The saunas and hot tubs were honestly the nicest I have ever been in “I work for a hot tub manufacturer”. The room was excellent, we got a family room as that was the only one available, it was probably a bit big for us but no complaints. Special thanks to Hanna and Evi for booking our incredible stay.

Location, view, outdoor pool, saunas—all spectacular. Right on the pass road (the exhaust fans send their regards). No more sun in the late afternoon (the hotel can't be blamed for either). Wonderful terrace, very good food, but also very regional. Breakfast could be improved. Tips are only accepted in cash, which comes at the expense of the service. The service, however, was impeccable, especially the ladies Annemarie and Manuela deserve special mention. Wines by the glass are ambitiously priced, but good quality. No dessert buffet. 3/4 board is too much of a good thing. Rooms with a dream view, many details are either not fully thought through or simply skimped on (not a single drawer in the living/bedroom area, extremely few power outlets, not a decent chair with a backrest, hardly any storage space in the bathroom, etc.). Long walkways, confusing floor plans, and often unlabeled or incorrectly labeled. Very good cocktails and bartenders, thankfully little live music. The crowd was generally okay, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing thanks to the few children. Many short-term guests with influencer characteristics. We love dogs, but they have no place in the park or the restaurant area. What was most annoying: The culture of linguistic adulteration is cultivated even in the most remote corners, and this just a few kilometers from Austria. Apparently, they think it's chic to speak and write English. Some details for a hotel of this top category are missing (no room service, no laundry service—the guest has to do it themselves—no evening turndown service, etc.). The daily "little green thought" is probably intended primarily to save the hotel costs. Conclusion: Very good with easily correctable weaknesses.

Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus is truly a 5-star experience! The property is so beautiful and the views are unreal. This was by far our favorite stop on our honeymoon and hope to be back in the near future. The rooms are very spacious and the wellness area is awesome. We also really enjoyed all the food and cocktails. Definitely recommend is you are looking for an amazing hotel in the Dolomites!

And above all, the sky pool, 25 meters long and with water heated to 35 degrees... The hotel's biggest plus...
Perfect service at every level...
A room of good size (Panoramic Room Braie) with a bed layout that allows you to enjoy the view while lying down... Various very comfortable pillows...
Equipment available for hikers and for accessing the pool...
Full breakfast with fresh orange juice, daily specials, eggs made to order, various fresh fruits (even mango and papaya on occasion) and other... quality breads.
Didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of the afternoon specials.
Dinner with a very varied buffet and daily specials and a menu with various choices... sometimes disappointed...
Various activities both in-house (not tried) and external (hiking and biking). Participated in the sunrise… nice but not as good as the one at a hotel in San Candido that took its guests to the 3 Peaks… Didn't try any other hike. Disappointed with the bike offer… Only one offer for the week (and it was canceled due to rain) and no rental on site… You have to go to the village and organize yourself… Informed the management that this offer should be broader given the region and the number of cyclists… and include the availability of bikes within the hotel… To be continued…

We spent the most amazing 5 nights at Hotel Hubertus. My wife and I have stayed at some really nice hotels previously and none of them compared to our stay here. Literally every single detail is thought out. The rooms are amazing, the pools are perfect, everything is so clean, the towels, robes and really everything was just phenomenal. There is even a really nice hiking backpack set in our room for us to use all trip. The staff is welcoming, patient and extremely accommodating. And We can't forget about the food. We were a bit nervous of not knowing what to expect from the food, but every single meal was better than the next. Some of the best bites we've ever had. Breakfast was great and the midday "snack" was really a full lunch to come back to after our daily activities and dinners were incredible. We can't wait to return at some point. This is a really special place. Thank you Hotel Hubertus for an amazing stay.

I've been staying here for four days, and even though I have two more to go, I wanted to write this review.
The property is incredible, beautiful. Gorgeous and clean rooms, incredible views of the valley. The skypool is amazing, both in good weather and in rain and clouds. It feels like you're suspended in mid-air. Excellent saunas and indoor pools with beautiful relaxation areas. Super friendly and hospitable staff. Top-notch cuisine. Amazing desserts. In short, I only have two days left, and I'm feeling incredibly sad. It's paradise.

A perfect stay at the Hubertus Hotel!
It's a 5-star hotel that deserves every single one: from the rich and varied breakfast buffet to the impeccably clean rooms, everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail.
The panoramic pool is undoubtedly one of the hotel's highlights, with spectacular mountain views—an ideal place to completely unwind.
The spa is also well-equipped, with various saunas and wellness areas, including nudist areas.
We took a guided excursion, which was very pleasant; we appreciated the tranquility of the setting: it's a romantic place but also suitable for families.
The staff is extremely kind and always available, and the overall atmosphere is that of a place where you can truly feel at home.
A stay that's definitely worth the trip.

The experience didn't live up to expectations.
Very beautiful location, strategic for both the ski slopes and for lovely summer hikes.
The spa is average, with a truly enchanting infinity pool, as is the Heaven & Hell area (jacuzzi and suspended saunas).
The saunas aren't the newest; some could use a good refresh.
The cuisine is moderately high-quality, especially the multi-course dinner. The buffet setup (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) needs revisiting, in my opinion (I've found it much, much better in 4-star properties).
Now for the sore point: the rooms.
I'll start by saying that I stayed in a basic (classic) room, but the room was nothing like you'd expect in a 5-star property: very little privacy (both visual and acoustic), very small, uninspiring decor (but here we come to personal taste), very few towels, and sparingly provided personal hygiene products (and I assure you, I'm not one to waste towels or personal hygiene products).
The room wasn't very clean (but that was an oversight, and that can happen).
In short, while the experience was positive overall, I wouldn't repeat it...certainly considering the value for money.

An exceptional and very well-planned experience.
Meals: Full-board with an exceptional breakfast, buffet lunch (the most limited but still very good) and a selection of top-notch desserts, and a gourmet restaurant-style dinner with 5 courses, including an appetizer, where there's basically a buffet in addition to the daily specials. On the first day, you're assigned a table that will be your table for the rest of the day. The only thing not included are drinks (only at breakfast).**
Activities: Every day there are well-thought-out activities, always with free options that are also weather-appropriate. Excursions with a transfer and a guide are open to all ages. Gym activities start early, followed by excursions that usually last until 3 p.m., and lunch is available upon arrival.
Facilities: Top-notch, high-quality spa with special attention to the saunas, the Heaven & Hell area, and the infinity pool. A fantastic wellness experience. (There are both nude saunas and clothed saunas, although the best are the nude ones, where you can wear a towel.) They offer sauna "experiences" that end with a free drink. Even if you have a couple of days of bad weather, you'll enjoy it.
Comfort and service: Very nice, new rooms with spectacular views. Very attentive and friendly service, top-notch.
Notes:
*Some seasons have a 7-night minimum, others 6... for us it was 5, and I think that's the bare minimum.
*The price may seem high, but if you consider everything mentioned (top-quality food 3 times a day, top-notch spa, included activities, etc.), parking, I think it's a good deal. We spent almost nothing during our stay, just drinks.
*The crowd is mostly adults (very few children), and it's easy to meet people at the activities.
*The area isn't as spectacular as other Dolomite landscapes. We recommend stopping along the way to Alpe di Suisi or Sta. Maddalena to take some typical photos. Lago di Braiers is just 30 minutes away, and you can go without a reservation after 4 p.m. *

It's located just above the village of Valdaora, a panoramic spot with a breathtaking spa on the slopes of Kronplatz, excellent food, and fantastic staff. It's a perfect location if you like skiing, just two minutes from the brand-new facilities with heated chairlifts (Plane de Corones) and huge slopes for all levels of skiers, including children. We return often.

Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus is located on the mountainside, offering visitors spectacular views. It offers a wide range of activities for those who wish to take advantage of it (hikes, indoor pool classes, fitness and yoga classes, among other activities, as well as tastings and live performances). The facilities are state-of-the-art and offer a stunning visual impact (skypool, heaven & hell pools, and saunas). I preferred to enjoy the facilities when the weather was less crowded, taking advantage of two massage sessions, and exploring the surrounding landscapes by car. One of the secret spots I enjoyed most late in the day was the 6th-floor terrace.

A dream hotel! Everything is top-notch—the decor, the atmosphere, the service, the food, the wine selection, the spa area—especially "Heaven & Hell." The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The bar staff creates a very welcoming atmosphere—especially Mr. Karol. What's more, adorable bunnies run freely between the loungers, feasting on grass! A unique place with breathtaking views. It's worth a visit.

After three unforgettable days at Hotel Hubertus, my only regret is that the stay had to come to an end.
Everything about this hotel is simply exceptional, from the elegant and thoughtfully designed spa areas to the breathtaking views, gourmet cuisine, and relaxing pool and jacuzzi facilities. The massage treatments and overall level of professionalism made us feel completely at home.
Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in around the world, Hotel Hubertus truly stands out as one of the best. It’s absolutely worth the price and the journey. The surrounding area also offers some fantastic hiking opportunities, adding even more to the experience.
Many thanks to Nora, who guided us from the booking process through to welcoming us personally and showing us to our room. Many thanks also to Jonas for his outstanding service, Nancy for the wonderful massage, and the rest of the team who all did an amazing job.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, but it didn't blow me away.
Our waitress, Lisa from Taisten, was the most pleasing part of the entire stay! It's rare to find such a lovely, personable, and attentive waitress!
Otherwise - this is really "complaining at a high level" - but given the price is already very high, I do think this "complaining" is appropriate:
After the sauna infusion, there was no encore, not even a glass of water - sure, you can get that at the drinks bar, but I know (cheaper) hotels where you can refresh yourself right after the infusion, right next to the sauna, with water, juice, buttermilk, melon, various pieces of fruit, etc. I was very surprised and even a little disappointed that this was completely missing here.
The food was good (my duck was even very good ), but I found the menu selection a bit odd and, for me as a "non-fish eater," even disappointing. I skipped the first appetizer, "shrimp," and for the second appetizer (a choice of) a drink (without fish ) or lobster soup, and the third appetizer was again a choice of two fish dishes! Even on the à la carte menu (I'm not very picky), I didn't find a real alternative (frittata soup or gray cheese ️ although I had that in the afternoon).
Unfortunately, the bed, or rather the mattresses, aren't made for "snuggling up"... although I was almost on the edge of the bed, my husband unfortunately spent the night in the visitors' crevice.
So, all in all, a really nice hotel, but I've been to "cheaper" ones where I was more impressed.

The hotel falls into the high price range, but the overall experience amply justifies the cost. Every promise is kept, every service is up to par. The only slightly more expensive notes concern some extra spa treatments, which could be a little more expensive than average.

I would definitely recommend Hotel Hubertus to anyone who wants a pure mountain relaxation experience, without sacrificing comfort, quality and the possibility of physical activity and adventure. I have been a customer for years, and every stay has lived up to expectations. The hotel organizes wellness activities and excursions on a daily basis, and in the surrounding area there is no shortage of more dynamic options for nature and outdoor lovers.

The architecture and view from the Sky Pool and the Heaven and Hell Spa are just a piece of art and unreal. Everyone at the hotel is very well trained, attentive and so warm and welcoming. They offer great daily guided activities that are optional to participate from bike rides, work outs, hikes, sauna experiences etc. We loved our guide Fabian and tried to hit all his activities. The food is amazing (maybe too good - we totally ate too much). Rooms were beautiful, big and clean. They also have cute little bunnies that happily hop around the property. I don’t say it often, but truly a 10/10.
From the one-of-a-kind Heaven & Hell sauna platform and the overhanging infinity pool, to the way the staff operates so professionally and genuinely treats their guests.
Next to their regular menu, they even offer a complete vegan menu, which is very unique, especially in this region.
And we had the most gorgeous sunrises with the mountains in the background. Absolutely magical.

Hubertus in the Dolomites is easily one of the most incredible hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We were first drawn to the floating infinity pool and the “Heaven & Hell” wellness platform, which are both stunning and cleverly designed, with an amazing view of the Dolomites.
But what really sets this place apart is how every single detail was flawless. The arrival was smooth, with staff taking care of our car, to the amazing and attentive team, breakfast on the deck, and how each night, they have an amazing vegan menu, which is surprisingly hard to find in this region.

More show than substance
Some time has passed since our stay at the Hotel Hubertus. We first became aware of the hotel through its excellent social media efforts. We were very excited about our stay. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the building. The reception at the hotel was very warm, and our first impression of the room was also very good.
The first disappointment came at the afternoon buffet (it's worth mentioning that the buffet can be used on the day of arrival): The shrimp salad looked excellent at first glance, but only at the table did we notice that the shrimp had not been deveined or had only been deveined poorly. We reported this to the service staff, who promised to take care of it. Over the next four days, the shrimp didn't look any better.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel varied greatly. Many rooms were spotless, others were not. Shelves in the hallway were dusty, glass display cases dirty, and the path to the pool was also dirty. The worst, however, were used razors and hair from the previous occupant in our room.
For us, good food is a key part of a relaxing vacation, so the reviews piqued our interest. Unfortunately, we were disappointed – the food ranged from "okay" to "good," and sometimes even unsatisfactory. The low point was a pasta dish with porcini mushrooms, which was inedible. Otherwise, I can't remember any dishes – neither positive nor negative. The food was okay, but you can get much better at many other places in South Tyrol.
The breakfast is varied and has everything you need. The only problem is the size of the buffet. At certain times, there was so little space or the line at the show kitchen was so long that you could hardly move. Furthermore, the buffet was very sparingly restocked – especially the bread: from around 9:00–9:30 a.m., there was hardly any choice.
The wellness area is breathtaking and simply impressive. However, not everything there is perfect. Many glass panes have heavy limescale stains, and information leaflets have melted due to the humidity, and some are falling off the walls. It's not the end of the world, but it just doesn't look good. One thing that's very annoying: The doors to the relaxation rooms slam shut with such a bang that you get a fright every time they slam. The hotel's photo ban isn't working at all – while the hotel can't do much about it, it's still very tedious. On four days, we were always surrounded by at least one couple taking photos or videos of themselves in the infinity pool. Twice, a drone was even flown over the pool.
One thing that deserves to be mentioned as very positive is the staff: We've rarely experienced such friendly and welcoming staff in South Tyrol. Every wish was fulfilled. But there's also something negative to mention here: The sommelier seemed very arrogant and unfriendly. If you order a bottle of wine, he personally comes to open and present it – but you won't hear a "hello" or a greeting. We would have preferred it if the waiter had opened and presented the bottle.
All in all, it wasn't the right hotel for us, and we won't be coming back as we found better hotels for us.

An honest 5-star review with both good and bad points
We spent a few days at the Hotel Hubertus in Olang and generally had a lovely stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and the view from the balcony was truly stunning. The room service was also excellent – exactly what you'd expect from a hotel of this category.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, throughout our stay, we felt that something extra we've come to expect from other 5-star hotels – the service was good, but not exceptional. For example, our luggage wasn't automatically delivered to our room, but only upon request – not a tragedy, but rather unusual in this hotel category.
The breakfast was plentiful and high-quality, but it also lacked the wow factor. A menu with individually orderable dishes at the table would have been a nice touch. One guest, in particular, was bothered by the fact that he regularly talked loudly on the phone and worked on his laptop during breakfast and dinner – despite a clearly visible cell phone ban at the entrance to the dining area. It was a shame that the staff ignored this for several days.
The dinner was very tasty, and our waiter was always attentive. However, there were some clear weaknesses: My vegetarian companion received a meat dish despite being advised – a complete faux pas, which was only addressed with a laconic "We'll bring you a new plate." There was no concession, for example, regarding the drinks bill. The fact that a certain appetizer was sold out 30 minutes after the restaurant opened was dismissed rather unprofessionally with a "It happens to the best of us."
Another detail: That evening at the bar, we were served a beer that had been out of date for five months – shortly after the waiter emphasized the hotel's high standards. Even minor details like a piece of dried chewing gum on the treadmill in the fitness room marred the overall impression – nothing dramatic, but also nothing you'd expect in a hotel of this caliber.
The spa area is without question a highlight. The "Heaven & Hell" annex, with its saunas and whirlpools, is impressive, as is the Sky Pool. But there's room for improvement here too: Despite the ban, loungers in the relaxation rooms were regularly reserved – without staff intervention. Restrooms were clean, but toilet paper was often missing. An outdoor ashtray that hadn't been emptied for days also seemed inconsistent with the hotel's high standards.
Conclusion: The Hotel Hubertus offers a very high standard in many areas – great rooms, good food, and an impressive spa area. Overall, however, it feels more like a very good 4-star superior hotel than a true 5-star establishment. We had a great time, but would appreciate a more consistent implementation of their own quality standards upon a return visit.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus for four nights and were truly thrilled with the experience. The entire staff is incredibly kind and goes out of their way to make you feel at ease, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

She's a friendly woman, never intrusive, but always attentive and very professional.
Her presence made our mini-vacation even more special.
We also can't forget Jacopo, who takes care of the wines: another true professional who guided us in our selection with great expertise.
The food is truly excellent, and a big compliment also goes to the kitchen. In addition to the evening menu, there are two alternative menus: one South Tyrolean, which allows you to discover the typical flavors of the region, and the other dedicated to typical Italian dishes, to satisfy every taste. The breakfast and afternoon buffet are also top-notch, generous and meticulously prepared, offering a complete and satisfying gastronomic experience.
The hotel organizes a wide range of outdoor activities, such as snowshoeing, skiing, and hiking, offering perfect opportunities for those who want to actively explore the mountains.
The sauna areas and pools are simply wonderful. In addition to being well-maintained and clean, they offer fantastic views, which can also be enjoyed from the rooms, like the one we stayed in.
If I may offer a small suggestion to further improve an already excellent service,
given that the hotel offers water, herbal teas, fruit, and more, the areas dedicated to these options may be a bit inconvenient compared to the location of the saunas themselves.
Adding a water fountain near each sauna could also make the experience even more seamless and enjoyable.
In any case, we were truly thrilled with our stay; I don't know if you've made that clear, but we highly recommend it.

Modernization and Architecture:
The hotel has been modernized several times over the years. The spectacular infinity pool and the impressive spa expansion are particularly noteworthy – an absolute highlight!
Rooms:
Our suite was spacious and offered plenty of room. The balcony overlooking the valley was a dream.
Food:
We had the 3/4 board option, and the food was plentiful and varied.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. My suggestion for improvement: Egg dishes should be available à la carte instead of having to queue at the buffet – that would be worthy of a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, more healthy options such as unprocessed oatmeal or chia seeds could be added.
In the afternoon, there's a buffet with soups, salads, main courses, cakes, and desserts. The food is so delicious that it feels more like full board. Warning: calorie trap!
In the evening, there are appetizers from the buffet, and the remaining courses are served. The concept is pleasant, but a little more variety in the appetizers would be refreshing. The dishes are visually appealing and well-prepared, although I personally would have preferred less cream or butter sauce at times – but that's a matter of taste.
Fitness area:
The gym is excellently equipped! In addition to cardio equipment, there are free weights and a cable machine with a variety of accessories. You can do a comprehensive strength training workout here. The room has plenty of natural light and offers a magnificent view of the valley – a real highlight! ️️️
Wellness:
We had several massages, and all were excellent. The prices are fair and in line with the hotel's category. ️️
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Hubertus. The hotel combines modern luxury with the breathtaking nature of South Tyrol. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was amazing, we took the option of lunch (a couple of simple options from a buffet setting) and dinner was a 6-course menu with two or three options per course to choose from. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hubertus Alpin Panorama Hotel and can only recommend it. The facility is breathtaking, the cuisine is at the highest level, and the spa area is a real highlight.

Culinary: The cuisine is really outstanding, from the 4-course menu in the evening to the extensive breakfast buffet. The dishes are creative, in perfect portion sizes and beautifully presented. Atmosphere: Dinner in the stylishly designed dining room with a fantastic view of the Alps was an experience. The cocktails at the bar were also excellent.
Afternoon snack: The afternoon snack (including sweets) was very good and extensive - a great extra.
Team: The entire team was very friendly and accommodating throughout.
Cleanliness: Everything was extremely clean and well maintained.
Spa area: The spa is gigantic, with many different saunas and a breathtaking skypool that gives you the feeling of swimming in heaven while overlooking the Alps. The new pools and saunas in the “Heaven & Hell” area also offer great views and pure relaxation.
Rooms: The panoramic rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed and clean. A lot of thought was also put into the lighting and the ambience in the room, which further enhances the atmosphere.
Extras: A welcome drink, a lovingly decorated table as a birthday surprise, a Prosecco on the house - the little touches made the stay special.
Activities: The area offers numerous activities, especially hikes on surrounding lakes.
Small areas for improvement:
Vegetarian options: The selection for vegetarians and vegans could be a little more extensive at dinner; however, the team made an effort to adapt the dishes.
Paths within the hotel: You can tell that the hotel has been expanded several times. The paths to dining rooms and other areas are sometimes long and winding - but always well signposted and barrier-free.
Drink prices: Drinks are relatively expensive (especially still water), and coffee is also charged additionally in the afternoon.
Conclusion: Despite the small comments, the price is absolutely justified for the level offered. The Hubertus Alpin Panorama Hotel offers luxury and relaxation at a high level and is the perfect place for a break in the mountains.

Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with the hotel grounds – the photos are great, but in reality, everything looks a bit different...
The outdoor area isn't very appealing; with the exception of Heaven & Hell, everything is rather old and neglected. There are no blankets in the relaxation rooms, etc.
We were also very disappointed with the food. On the first evening, the "beef cheek" was truly inedible (grisly and fatty), and you pay almost €5 for a bottle of tap water.
In our opinion, the service staff was too few...
However, we would like to give a big compliment to Lukas, a very hard-working and extremely friendly person who took care of our every need!

It should be noted that we are well acquainted with the Belvita group, to which the Hubertus belongs, so we can offer a fairly thorough review.
The hotel is located in a beautiful and spacious valley. Indeed, their suspended main pool offers a breathtaking view. However, this isn't enough, as, aside from the aforementioned pool and the Heaven and Hell structure,
the hotel has several flaws. Regarding the pool area (except for the panoramic one), we found it old and dated. The sauna area lacks places to find flavored water, apples, and nuts—a treat! The cuisine is not at all up to the standards of a 5-star hotel, especially dinner; lunch and breakfast don't offer a wide selection.
Another truly negative aspect is the length of time between courses at dinner.
Room cleaning was generally disappointing, and we found our used glasses lying in the same place we'd left them, uncleaned.
Our conclusion is very simple: it is an exclusively Instagrammable hotel, but it charges like a 5-star hotel without having the necessary attention and, in some places, the appropriate structure.

We spent 5 nights here in september 2024 and everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.
I thought for sure we'd get tired of having dinner every night at the restaurant, but nope, each dinner was different and fantastic. Their sommelier was fantastic as well.
The pools, saunas and spas are obviously 10/10
Close to tons of hiking and outdoor activities.
I wish we could have tried more of the events and activities the hotel had available. There was so much stuff to do.

A 3-night stay from September 7th to 9th. Words cannot describe the beauty of the property and the surrounding panorama. The staff were kind and professional. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. The spa and pools were breathtaking.
I don't give it a 5-star rating for two reasons only.
- In a 5-star hotel that's certainly not cheap (but worth every penny), I find it inconceivable to pay €4.90 per liter for tap water at the table.
- During dinner on our last night, we were the second to enter the room and almost the last to leave. After the appetizer, we waited over 30 minutes for the first course, repeatedly pushing for it. We were almost ready to leave the table, but then the first courses arrived. I found the wait truly rude, without any justification for what had happened; total indifference.

The hotel has a fantastic location and a beautiful panorama. The food was also very good, but unfortunately, there were a few points of criticism that disappointed us.
There were recurring minor flaws that shouldn't occur in a 5-star hotel (see photos). The evening service was overwhelmed; food was placed on the table without care, the courses were brought quickly one after the other, and guests sometimes had to refill their own wine glasses. All minor complaints, but worth mentioning given the price point.
The issue that bothered us the most, however, was the lack of child-friendliness. We knew before booking that there were no facilities for children. While they are allowed to use almost all the pools, and there is no designated adults-only area apart from the sauna, we were unfortunately charged €70 per night for an infant. However, no children's tableware, extra towels, bibs, etc., were provided. We were also charged €2.50 for a glass of tap water for the child.

In every wellness hotel we've stayed at, a free carafe of tap water was always provided with dinner. The Hubertus is certainly not cheap, but charging so much for tap water is unfortunately outrageous. If you really want to make money from it, then you charge €1-2 for it, and you still have a high profit margin. It's a real shame that the hotel has to do this. I've read this criticism in a few other reviews, but apparently the Gasser family doesn't care much. It's a shame when an otherwise great vacation has such a bland aftertaste.

They all really take care for all guests. Food is excellent, especially dinner. As for dinner they offer every day different dishes as well as a la cart menu. They have great choice of different wine. I just missed some Slovenian wines. Not only Slovenian is first neighbouring state, also the wines are very good and high quality.
At the dinner the prepared informations for next day. Guidelines for hiking, cycling, etc. Everything is really great organised.
Parking spaces are covered and electric charging stations are in place.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights as a couple. Unfortunately, we had continuous rain four out of five days. The program was slightly adjusted on one day. The outdoor saunas unfortunately don't open until around 2 p.m. and don't reach the correct temperature until 2:15 p.m. Furthermore, all saunas and the wellness area close at 7:30 p.m. as scheduled, but by around 7 p.m., the cleaning lady is already chasing you away.
In weather like this, the entire wellness area should have opened earlier and stayed open longer. There should also be more infusions, etc.
In a five-star luxury hotel like this, at least tap water could be served at dinner, but here they sell bottled water (with filters) and it's not exactly cheap. (Normal in the region.)
Our bill included drinks we didn't consume. The bill was adjusted without any problems.
With a few exceptions, the food was very good and definitely more than enough. The service in the dining room was outstanding.
The new Heaven&Hell wellness area is definitely worth a visit. However, we'll stick with that one.

Without a doubt this is a 5 star property. Words really cannot do justice to the spectacular views, the impeccable service, the culinary experience and the spa facilities.
However, I cannot rate this as 5 star for 1 glaring issue. There are small children allowed at this property which completely take away from the experience of serenity that it promises. For 2 days we were unable to relax in designated quiet areas because there were children nearby playing with water guns, yelling and screaming, which was all being encouraged by their parents. Disappointingly, the hotel staff did nothing to stop this even when I brought it to their attention. For this reason, we would perhaps not return which is disappointing because we loved everything else about Hubertus.
Special mention to Emi at the front desk and Georg in the restaurant for their stellar service. Such vibrant personalities that were highlights of our stay.
One other comment to management: please reconsider charging for drinking water at mealtimes. This seemed very petty and we also did not appreciate how this made us limit the amount of water we drank at mealtime. In our opinion water consumption should be encouraged as a healthy choice. If anything, just charge a few extra $ for the room cost and then include the water. This is especially odd since the water out of the taps is excellent and I could bring it to mealtime from my room, yet Hubertus refused to serve it to us and forced us to pay $7.00 for every bottle we drank.
Overall, a world class property with a couple of rough edges.

Our 7-day getaway at the Hotel Hubertus was pure bliss. It truly feels like home, thanks to the warm welcome from the staff and the remarkable kindness of the waitresses. Not to mention the spa, a true haven of peace.
The meals were delicious, and I must mention the incredible cocktails made by the bartender—a true talent! However, I didn't expect to have to pay €4.80 for filtered water, especially when it's the same price as a beer. It's a slight disappointment overall, especially considering the cost of the night.
A huge thank you to Marie-Anne and Norah, our dedicated waitresses, who added a touch of magic to our stay. We will cherish precious memories of our time at the Hotel Hubertus.

- Delicious food (fresh products, ingredients of great quality, the kitchen team really knows how to make tasty food. Their cooking of the meat/fish (we had beef, venison, duck, boar, chicken, various kinds of fishes) is purely exquisite!)
- Great amenities (all pools/saunas are a delight to use)
- Friendly and professional staff (everyone is so polite and willing to help, you really feel that they WANT you to enjoy your stay, not that you’re a nuisance), truly, thanks a lot for your welcome and help during our stay!
- Bed and pillows are really comfy!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hubertus. The hotel is truly stunning, very unique/iconic. The breathtaking views from the rooms, the multiple pools, jacuzzis, and the restaurant were exceptional. It felt very exclusive and relaxing. We also treated ourselves to a lovely massage at their SPA.
The food was not only amazing but also diverse, offering great portion sizes and catering to various dietary restrictions. The Christmas dinner was very special, with live music, mulled wine, and delicious treats on the balcony.
The location of the hotel is perfect! They have a van to take and collect the guests from the slopes, it is a really short drive. Kronplatz is beautiful and also has a great structure.
The hotel also offers several activities, and they have a journal with the daily activities. Unfortunately our ski classes were in the middle of the day and we couldn’t manage to participate on them. However they have a great variety for everyone!
What really stood out the most for us was the outstanding staff and family; everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly! Thank you ️
Leaving is quite sad, but we will be definitely coming back soon!

This is a structure that has grown over time, sometimes in a labyrinthine fashion, but it's certainly visually striking. The Heaven and Hell Spa area stands out, boasting a futuristic design and breathtaking views, along with the splendid panoramic pool overlooking the valley below.
Another positive aspect is the large number of pools and relaxation areas.
The kindness and professionalism of the dining room and reception staff is also noteworthy.
Now let's get to the more sobering points:
- The rooms are not well-maintained: for example, the sink in our bathroom had a faulty drain, so much so that we had to remove the plug to facilitate the water flow. In five days, no cleaning staff attempted to fix the problem, which was impossible not to notice.
The evening menu, generally of high quality, sometimes features inconsistent pairings (e.g., pigeon as the only pre-starter, followed by tagliolini with oysters). Most importantly, guests are not provided with a list of traditional dishes, nor are they informed of the option to combine the various culinary offerings as desired.
Imposing a heavy tax on tap water for dining is completely unjustified and demonstrates a needless thirst for profit.
Finally, while I approve of the hotel's policy of welcoming families with children, I cannot understand how certain uneducated children could be allowed to play hide-and-seek between the Turkish bath and the spa sauna, to the detriment of the tranquility of all other guests.

Positive:
- the view is incredible, hard to beat
- location is great: close to the slopes and good hikes as well
- the SPA is unique and huge, meaning that is rarely crowded
- very polite personnel
- delicious food, even if I d have preferred more traditional Italian dishes
Negative:
- it is unreasonable for the hotel to charge 4.60EUR for every bottle of water. It is not even branded but their own filtered water. For the price you pay, this should be included in the room charge
- the SPA provides towels but they are only available at the main desk. Since there are 7 pools and you need to go in an out a lot, it would be appreciated having towels around the place to avoid freezing in a wet one.
- Noisy from early morning (8am) with housekeeping entering your room at 8.30am
- hot water comes and go from the shower especially in the evening
- lastly, this is not an adult only hotel, so kids can play hide an seek between the steam room and sauna
Said that, the hotel is beautiful and we had a great time.

I usually leave reviews once I get home, but in this case I'm leaving it now, lying on the lounger in the wonderful relaxation area, just a step away from heaven. This hotel exceeds all imagination; if it looks wonderful in the photos, it's even more so in person. The Sky Pool is stunning, something surreal. I swam with a serenity and lightness I'd never felt before. The recently built HEAVEN & HELL area leaves you speechless with its incredible beauty. You can spend hours mesmerized by the nature that surrounds you, because you really are just a step away from heaven.
If I had to give the staff a rating, it would definitely be a 10, starting with the family who lives on site, who are super helpful. Markus waited for us until 2 a.m. on the Sunday of our arrival. The food is superb, with buffets available at all hours: a rich breakfast, an amazing lunch buffet, an ultra-complete afternoon snack buffet, and a truly 5-star dinner.
Kudos also to the pet-friendly approach: the rooms are always clean and tidy. They provided us with blankets to cover the sofa and bed in case our furry friends got on it while we were away, obviously to avoid making a mess. Everyone is always friendly, even with my furry friends. I honestly don't think I've ever felt as at home as I did here. We'll definitely be back because they deserve every penny we spend here.

We just returned from the Hubertus... what can I say... it was an unforgettable vacation.
We stayed 6 nights and for the first time, except for one afternoon, we decided to truly experience the hotel, taking advantage of all the amenities.
The location is a top 10, because it's in the middle of Valdaora, in a strategic spot, with spectacular views from every angle.
The buffet was interesting, although I would change the dessert options every now and then (I mean the part with the brioches, pastries, plum cakes, etc.).
Lunches were good (pasta, sandwiches, desserts, etc.), as were dinners, although I would reconsider some of the options.
The wellness area is the highlight in my opinion. Heaven & Hell, the little suspended houses, are incredible... in a positive sense, of course... I don't know how many hours I spent in there, forgetting that I had come on vacation with my partner ().
Various saunas and Turkish baths... not to mention the "suspended" pool... even there for several hours... you know... I couldn't help it... I also tried the gym... small but well-stocked... 3 spa treatments with Tea, whom I compliment... the wine tasting with Jacopo (maybe I'd leave out some wines and have the sommelier drink with us while we're drinking and explain the wines in more detail).
We'll definitely be back... maybe in the winter with the snow...
A few small constructive criticisms:
- I'd leave water available at lunch;
- I wouldn't allow the cleaning staff to smoke, not even in their staff rooms, because there was a strong smell of smoke in the hallway several times;
- I'd put a couple of carafes in the hallway so I wouldn't have to go out every time;
- I'd assign someone to change towels starting at 11:00 so I wouldn't have to go to reception every time.

It's a dream here and truly deserves 5 out of 5 stars. This is exactly how we imagined heaven/wellness. We have a child with us (5 years old). Everyone is very child-friendly. The hotel is in the upper price range, but worth every cent.
The rooms are very clean, stylishly furnished, and have very comfortable beds.

There is one downside. While I found the food delicious, and although I'm not a vegetarian, I feel that dishes like foie gras and caviar simply send the wrong message and are out of touch with the times (even if well-intentioned)... especially when a place presents itself as sustainable and close to nature, such products and so much meat don't fit the concept... but that was the only issue!
Otherwise, it was an absolute DREAM! The spa area, in particular, is unbeatable, and there are numerous treatments on offer! We felt incredibly comfortable and will definitely visit again in winter!

My girlfriend, who was seven months pregnant, and I stayed at the hotel for five nights during the last week of July 2023 before continuing on to Bardolino. The hotel is absolutely top-notch in many respects: the food, the spa area, and the location. The cantilevered infinity pool and the newly built Heaven and Hell area are, of course, the highlights – perfect for relaxation and as a backdrop for photos.
Our last-minute request for an additional topper was promptly fulfilled, and the service was generally excellent.
However, what was more than disappointing was that our request to make a short stop at the spa for a few hours on our return trip from Lake Garda (for a fee, of course) was summarily denied. Instead, the only option offered was to book a room for one night for approximately €700.
I understand that this is most likely the hotel's policy and that only hotel guests are supposed to use the spa area. However, given that we had just spent over €3,000 (!) there a few days prior and had only asked for a few hours in the spa area (mainly for my pregnant girlfriend due to the very long journey home), we would have appreciated much more flexibility and understanding!

We spent seven nights here and we did not want to leave. The atmosphere is clean and upscale, but comfortable and homey at the same time. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it felt intimate and never crowded.

The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. We have stayed in several wellness hotels, including in this region, and this hotel is our number one so far. The best sky/infinity pool, the new Heaven and Hell spa area is simply fantastic, the infusions in the log cabin sauna, and the sauna masters are simply excellent. What struck me as particularly positive: Everything worked and was used, such as the fireplace. Many other hotels also have great facilities, but unfortunately, something often doesn't work or isn't used. This, along with the cheerful staff, clearly shows that the Gasser family runs their hotel with passion and professionalism. We have stayed in "worse" 5-star luxury hotels. Kudos to everyone!

I can't find the words to describe my stay at Hubertus. I couldn't find a single negative, everything was top-notch: beyond the facility, it's the hospitality, the kindness, and the impeccable service of the staff that make the difference. You truly feel at home. The owner's young son is fantastic; he greets you warmly in the hallways as if he's known you forever, even if it's the first time he's seen you.
I was won over by the treatment reserved for four-legged friends.
The price is high, yes, but it's worth it; you enter your room and can leave your wallet in the safe until check out.

Wow! Where do I begin? This was truly an amazing experience. When we arrived we were welcomed with Prosecco and aperitif and walked to our room. My husband surprised me with a Valentines romantic decoration (flowers, chocolate, petals, Prosecco) and they did an amazing job. It was super cute.
We spent most of the time in the saunas and pools. All were AMAZING! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. Even the view from the gym was impressive.
The staff was very nice and helpful. We ended our stay with a full body massage and it was incredibly relaxing.
Again, everything was perfect at this hotel. Highly recommended.

I originally wanted to book a different hotel and came across the Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus quite by chance. And we were, and still are, absolutely thrilled! So much so that we immediately booked again for the fall. Since I had an accident during our vacation, I wasn't able to enjoy the spa and sauna facilities. However, my husband was very impressed with the entire complex (fitness center, sauna) and delighted. Therefore, I enjoyed the culinary aspects all the more. A huge thank you to the kitchen crew! The buffet was always incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The highlight was the evening meal, which I looked forward to all day. Flavorful and sophisticated compositions, all fresh and regional = top-notch! A heartfelt thank you to Lenka and her wonderful service. Thanks also go to the entire team; everyone there clearly enjoys their work.
The guided hikes we booked were equally fantastic, and we were able to experience and learn many new things.

If you drive 1,300 km to go on vacation, it should be worth it. And this hotel truly is, without a doubt.
It's really hard to list all the positive aspects, because everything was truly fantastic. We are truly experienced hotel travelers and take many vacations a year, and we also know many hotels all over the world. And it's rare that we say everything was truly fantastic!
The welcome, the reception, the bright, spacious rooms, the large bathrooms with panoramic windows; truly fantastic.
The afternoon snack is a cold and warm buffet, which other hotels don't even offer in the evening. The evening 6-course menu doesn't just consist of 6 courses; no, it's high-quality cuisine. Absolutely fantastic.
The excellent service with the ski shuttle deserves mention, as do the super friendly staff in all areas.
We'll see whether this high standard can be maintained in all respects in early 2024, as we've already booked for next year!

My friends and I go on wellness vacations twice a year, together as a trio. Unfortunately, this time we weren't entirely happy and satisfied. We were there over the weekend of November 11th to 13th, the last weekend before the Hotel Hubertus closed for its annual holiday. Unfortunately, even the day before, we sensed that many of the staff were already mentally on vacation; drinks in the wellness area weren't refilled, empty cups were left lying around, etc. The next day, we would have liked to use the wellness area (in all the hotels we've stayed at so far, we were still able to use the wellness area on the day of departure), but not at the Hotel Hubertus. They told us, "The hotel must be empty by 1 p.m." We felt very unwelcome. The reception should have told us BEFORE booking that late checkout wasn't possible. If that had been the case, we wouldn't have booked and would have saved ourselves the 6-hour drive. When we were asked how our stay was when paying, we said so, but we weren't accommodated. That shouldn't happen in a hotel of this class.

Food was TOP, in the restaurant you always got the same seat – we found that a bit unfair, as we never had a view.
Room was okay – mattress was very uncomfortable!! Cushions too big and hard. The second night, there were three of us in the bed, as the bunk beds were even more uncomfortable.

Absolute dream hotel with a unique team!
Just WOW. It's hard to put into words. We stayed at the Hotel Hubertus for a week at the beginning of October and had a wonderful week of vacation. We owe this to the great team of the Gasser family, who looked after us well from booking to check-out, and to the fantastic ambience.
We had one or two extra requests because our birthday and anniversary fell during the holiday week. Everything was perfectly organized and implemented for us. We were impressed by how well the team's internal communication works. No matter which employee we went to, everyone knew immediately what we needed. Our every wish was fulfilled. We would particularly like to mention our waitress Tatjana, who looked after us so kindly and courteously at dinner and breakfast.
The room and the hotel are very stylishly decorated. We also really liked the wellness area with its impressive architecture.
It is clear to us that we will definitely be visiting again in the next few years.

I could not recommend this hotel more! Upon arrival they give you an optional itinerary equipped with various hikes for all fitness levels, day trips and classes. For €15 a day, you get a buffet as well as a five course dinner ready for you every night. You barley have to plan because they do literally everything for you (they even provide hiking backpacks and packed lunches!) The only thing I would suggest doing in advance is booking spa appointments. When you factor in how much you would be paying for daily excursions and meals, the nightly rate easily gets cut in half. The rooms have beautiful views, the staff is lovely and the area is breathtaking. 10/10!

Beautiful hotel, with a magnificent location overlooking the entire valley. The only flaw is that the air conditioning wasn't installed. If you visit during the hottest period, it won't work in the rooms or restaurant. The massage service is very good, as are the saunas and whirlpools, located in locations where relaxation and nature blend together. The panoramic pool is suspended between the sky, the earth, and the water. Very friendly and professional staff, especially the waitresses (Anna Maria and Tatiana) - you are excellent and friendly. The prices are a little above average. With the daily rate, the coffee pods and water in the mini fridge should be included in the price once the stock is used up. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We were there a couple of years ago, but I really wanted to leave a review because I think it's really lovely. The suspended pool is fabulous, and the sauna and Turkish bath offerings are also very comprehensive (and they hadn't yet added the latest additions). I'm only missing the top rating because of a small issue with dinner on the first night, perhaps due to a mix-up with inexperienced or new staff. The suspended pool alone is definitely worth the 5 stars!

The only thing I personally think could be slightly improved is the dinner time, from 7:30 PM to 8:15 PM. It seems too short, especially considering the spa and pools close at 7:30 PM. The hotel is very chic, the spa area is truly fantastic and uniquely designed, with many pools and saunas – something for everyone. What's really unacceptable for a wellness hotel is that the entire spa area closes at 7:30 pm! So, no sauna or bathing/swimming after dinner. Therefore, 3 out of 5 stars, and in my personal opinion, a few other points:
I didn't always get enough of the promised peace and quiet: a busy road with hairpin bends, where motorcyclists are particularly fond of riding, and dogs are allowed, which tend to bark occasionally, both outside and in the rooms or on the balconies. What bothered me most were the room doors, which slam loudly . Of course, the hotel can't do anything about the road, but soundproofing would be helpful! It would be great if there were air conditioning; unfortunately, the hotel doesn't offer a summer duvet. There's either a thick down comforter, a linen sheet, or a polyester blanket. The food was always excellent. The staff was perfect. The excursions with Viktor were absolutely fantastic, but not for the unfit. I think that applies to all excursions (hiking/cycling). The hotel has a washroom, which is really great. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday. I'm just very picky and nitpicky. Therefore, my opinion is also very subjective; others certainly wouldn't have noticed these points. The rating is good. Not perfect, and not bad either.

Truly one of the most beautiful places to stay in Europe. The facilities and location are as good as they look. The staff were faultless, from the moment of arrival making sure that your stay was as special as it could be.
In particular Rosario the waiter and the two barmen Karol and Abdellah were incredible. All three were extremely professional but in a very personal manner, which is a hard mix to get right.
If you are looking at the polished website, pictures and videos of Hotel Hubertus wondering if it actually as good as it looks, it is, so just book it!

Wonderful atmosphere with top staff at every point in the service area. Gastronomy from the morning - to the midday snack to the 5-course evening menu - is served from the top drawer - a great bar area completes this picture. Wellness, spa and gym - everything was super clean and excellent in service and quality. The absolute highlight are of course the indoor and especially outdoor saunas and pools - breathtakingly beautiful - you don't want to get out of the 33 degree warm water and your head looks out through the billowing fog at minus 5 degree outside temperature at the wonderful mountains all around. Normally, we go skiing in Austria, but due to COVID, my boyfriend and I moved to Italy and ended up at Hubertus. And we're so glad we did! What a fantastic hotel; everything was so pleasant from check-in. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast and dinner were delicious. And a very cozy bar with a huge selection of cocktails and drinks. Special thanks to the bartender Abdellah; he was so kind to us. Everything was perfect; the room was very spacious, clean, and it was very quiet. The wellness area was also wonderful. There was nothing lacking. And the ski area was also fantastic; it was great that the staff drove us to the lifts at the bottom of Kronplatz every day. We will definitely be back. Thanks!!

My girlfriend and I chose this fantastic hotel. Unfortunately, a double booking occurred, and shortly before departure, we were given three options: postpone our vacation, stay in a single room, or stay at a neighboring hotel with full use of the Hotel Hubertus (only for sleeping in the neighboring hotel).
We were already happy to be able to go on the trip, but the hotel's gesture was very generous, and this alone is worthy of the 5-star rating.
The Hotel Hubertus covered our entire stay, and the Gasser family, owners of the hotel, personally apologized to us for the double booking! Kudos to this gesture!!
Now for the actual review of the hotel.
We loved it from the start; the staff were always friendly and accommodating, the food was fantastic, and the staff were enormous. The wellness area is by far the most beautiful I've ever seen, and I think the pictures speak for themselves.
The panorama and this wonderful hotel are worth a trip. As soon as the current situation improves a bit, we will be back. We're already looking forward to it again!

Driving home today, a five-hour drive, I occasionally thought about some aspects that could be improved upon in our three-day stay at this property. I'd say the location and its impact are equal to everything wonderful you'll find inside and in its dedicated services. Completing the experience is the highly trained staff, attentive, always present, yet very discreet. A special mention goes to the truly top-notch bartenders (Ab, as they call him at the hotel, speaks eight languages and is extremely knowledgeable about the culture of his profession and how to excellently manage the dining room, pampering guests).
Does staying here come at a price? I'd say absolutely NOT, considering the quality of the ingredients at breakfast and dinner, the meticulous cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the rooms, and the ever-present owner and his family. Lastly, free, indoor charging for my Tesla and other cars. Fantastic and highly recommended. WELL DONE!

The attraction – at least at first glance – is the large 25m "Skypool." And this infinity pool is truly remarkable, as in the approximately 33-degree warm water, you swim seemingly endlessly, perfectly aligned, into the opposite valley. A glass cutout in the pool floor – the pool seemingly suspended in mid-air – is a thrill for some, a trivial gag for others, but in any case, a rarely experienced unique selling point. Outside, there is another pool, a saltwater pool, and two large whirlpools. Inside, there is another – albeit quite small – pool. Several saunas, a steam bath, plus a spa and wellness area are also attractive. The real attraction, however, are the pleasant, friendly, courteous, and especially warm, extremely attentive staff... here you can feel comfortable and at home. Our room (Bruneck) was comfortable, clean, and at 40 square meters, sufficiently large for seven nights. We enjoyed the small balcony with two armchairs (unfortunately no loungers) and a small table, offering a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains. We liked the bathroom, which had a small, freestanding bathtub (without a whirlpool function), a separate shower, and a separate "room" for the toilet and bidet, with a large window overlooking the valley. The bed was very comfortable, ideal for groundhog mode, so to speak. Where there's light, there's also shadow when it comes to rooms... The minibar was only stocked with two bottles of water upon arrival (it wasn't refilled), and there's no room service – water, wine, cocktails, coffee – you have to lug it from the bar and wine cooler to the room yourself. There's a kettle in the room, but only tea, no coffee/espresso :-). No air conditioning... the first night, we had 26.4 degrees Celsius in the room... at 11:45 PM, despite the windows being open. Back to the attractions... the 3/4 board with a superb selection at the breakfast buffet, a hot and cold buffet "open" from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, including excellent desserts, and then a 4-6 course dinner menu in the evening dooms any weight-loss fantasy to failure. The quality, presentation, selection, freshness, and service are all very good. Could anything be improved? The bread selection and quality were very inconsistent... from excellent "farmer's bread" to good little croissants to soggy, soft rolls, there was a limited selection... no Italian white bread, no proper cornetti, etc. Otherwise, everything was as we expected, or better, significantly better, considering the prices. We would gladly return. For a significant surcharge, we would also be happy to have a private whirlpool and sauna, room service, and air conditioning.

Very nice, with a terrace and a magnificent view. However, the indoor spaces are limited and small. If the weather isn't good and you want to stay indoors for pure relaxation, I'd like to make a suggestion to the management: install a vending machine with free drinks and herbal teas at the buffet and offer fruit or a small glass of bitters or liqueur related to the theme at the end of the meal.

It's wonderful to see that there are still people working with passion, love, and professionalism. It's no coincidence that the Hubertus is so successful, but rather the fruit of meticulous work.

A wonderful experience! We were greeted with a welcome drink (an excellent prosecco) and then escorted to our very spacious room, complete with a beautiful panoramic tub and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping service was exceptional; every day the room was cleaned with the utmost care, even the water jug was refilled and the two chocolates were replaced.
The wellness area is truly one of a kind; even in bad weather, this is a hotel where you can feel at home without even leaving because it has everything you need. Wonderful pools, especially the sky pool, a herbal tea corner, and relaxation rooms. The hotel also features a gym with a panoramic view and free laundry service (a washing machine and dryer are available, as well as detergent, a drying rack, and an iron and board). The restaurant offers a gourmet menu, excellent food every evening, and the staff are extremely kind and available to satisfy every need and palate. We will definitely return as soon as possible.

Great hotel, incredibly beautiful view, never seen anything so beautiful. Many thanks to the entire team for making our 11-year wedding anniversary even more special!
The rooms are very spacious, completely renovated, the sauna is beautifully clean, and there are several pools. I really like how you feel at home here, because the staff are prepared and everything is always very well distributed. We enjoyed the 6-course menu in the evening, which was very tasty (a small recommendation for everything: not too salty).
And the breakfast was very, very tasty, small but delicious!
Thanks to Mirolaw, they were always very nice and friendly. Thank you so much, it was a perfect vacation, we'll be back!

The pool is uninspiring (from an environmental standpoint).

We spent four nights at the Hubertus in January and were very pleased. The room was very nice with a fantastic view. The panoramic pool is unique and definitely a highlight. The spa treatments were also very pleasant and relaxing. Delicious drinks were available at the bar, and the service was always very good, friendly, and helpful. Dinner was also very tasty, but it was always very noisy, as we had a table very close to neighbors, which we found a bit disturbing. We would recommend the hotel ️

Spectacular. The suspended pool alone is worth a stay at this luxurious hotel, whose comfort and location make it difficult to leave to explore the beautiful surroundings of Valdaora. The prices are high, but the quality of the facilities makes them entirely justified.

Unique - as always -
Due to the size of the Hubertus, social distancing rules were no problem, and everyone adhered to them.
Otherwise, we had four days that were once again completely worth it. Best wishes to the whole team for a short and wonderful break during these times!

Fantastic hotel with a spa.
Every corner of the hotel—the gym, bathrooms, and relaxation area—is spotlessly clean.
Everything works well, and the hotel offers many useful services, such as excursions, fitness, massages (for a fee), an evening restaurant, and snacks at 1 p.m.
In the evening, there's restaurant service. It's truly top-notch. Five different gourmet dishes are served every day.
The staff is friendly and impeccable.
You're made to feel at ease everywhere.
I spent my honeymoon there, and it was worth it.
Worth the price.
An experience I'd happily repeat as soon as I could.

For us, the number one hotel... we travel around the world and have visited various exclusive hotels, but never have we experienced arrogant service... Here, the service is incredibly nice, family atmosphere, for me one of the best hotels in the world, the food is great, the spa treatments and massages are amazing, although I thought they would never surprise me again, but they did ;) I recommend it wholeheartedly
