We spent the most amazing 5 nights at Hotel Hubertus. My wife and I have stayed at some really nice hotels previously and none of them compared to our stay here. Literally every single detail is thought out. The rooms are amazing, the pools are perfect, everything is so clean, the towels, robes and really everything was just phenomenal. There is even a really nice hiking backpack set in our room for us to use all trip. The staff is welcoming, patient and extremely accommodating. And We can't forget about the food. We were a bit nervous of not knowing what to expect from the food, but every single meal was better than the next. Some of the best bites we've ever had. Breakfast was great and the midday "snack" was really a full lunch to come back to after our daily activities and dinners were incredible. We can't wait to return at some point. This is a really special place. Thank you Hotel Hubertus for an amazing stay.

A perfect stay at the Hubertus Hotel!
It's a 5-star hotel that deserves every single one: from the rich and varied breakfast buffet to the impeccably clean rooms, everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail.
The panoramic pool is undoubtedly one of the hotel's highlights, with spectacular mountain views—an ideal place to completely unwind.
The spa is also well-equipped, with various saunas and wellness areas, including nudist areas.
We took a guided excursion, which was very pleasant; we appreciated the tranquility of the setting: it's a romantic place but also suitable for families.
The staff is extremely kind and always available, and the overall atmosphere is that of a place where you can truly feel at home.
A stay that's definitely worth the trip.

An exceptional and very well-planned experience.
Meals: Full-board with an exceptional breakfast, buffet lunch (the most limited but still very good) and a selection of top-notch desserts, and a gourmet restaurant-style dinner with 5 courses, including an appetizer, where there's basically a buffet in addition to the daily specials. On the first day, you're assigned a table that will be your table for the rest of the day. The only thing not included are drinks (only at breakfast).**
Activities: Every day there are well-thought-out activities, always with free options that are also weather-appropriate. Excursions with a transfer and a guide are open to all ages. Gym activities start early, followed by excursions that usually last until 3 p.m., and lunch is available upon arrival.
Facilities: Top-notch, high-quality spa with special attention to the saunas, the Heaven & Hell area, and the infinity pool. A fantastic wellness experience. (There are both nude saunas and clothed saunas, although the best are the nude ones, where you can wear a towel.) They offer sauna "experiences" that end with a free drink. Even if you have a couple of days of bad weather, you'll enjoy it.
Comfort and service: Very nice, new rooms with spectacular views. Very attentive and friendly service, top-notch.
Notes:
*Some seasons have a 7-night minimum, others 6... for us it was 5, and I think that's the bare minimum.
*The price may seem high, but if you consider everything mentioned (top-quality food 3 times a day, top-notch spa, included activities, etc.), parking, I think it's a good deal. We spent almost nothing during our stay, just drinks.
*The crowd is mostly adults (very few children), and it's easy to meet people at the activities.
*The area isn't as spectacular as other Dolomite landscapes. We recommend stopping along the way to Alpe di Suisi or Sta. Maddalena to take some typical photos. Lago di Braiers is just 30 minutes away, and you can go without a reservation after 4 p.m. *

It's located just above the village of Valdaora, a panoramic spot with a breathtaking spa on the slopes of Kronplatz, excellent food, and fantastic staff. It's a perfect location if you like skiing, just two minutes from the brand-new facilities with heated chairlifts (Plane de Corones) and huge slopes for all levels of skiers, including children. We return often.

Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus is located on the mountainside, offering visitors spectacular views. It offers a wide range of activities for those who wish to take advantage of it (hikes, indoor pool classes, fitness and yoga classes, among other activities, as well as tastings and live performances). The facilities are state-of-the-art and offer a stunning visual impact (skypool, heaven & hell pools, and saunas). I preferred to enjoy the facilities when the weather was less crowded, taking advantage of two massage sessions, and exploring the surrounding landscapes by car. One of the secret spots I enjoyed most late in the day was the 6th-floor terrace.

A dream hotel! Everything is top-notch—the decor, the atmosphere, the service, the food, the wine selection, the spa area—especially "Heaven & Hell." The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The bar staff creates a very welcoming atmosphere—especially Mr. Karol. What's more, adorable bunnies run freely between the loungers, feasting on grass! A unique place with breathtaking views. It's worth a visit.

After three unforgettable days at Hotel Hubertus, my only regret is that the stay had to come to an end.
Everything about this hotel is simply exceptional, from the elegant and thoughtfully designed spa areas to the breathtaking views, gourmet cuisine, and relaxing pool and jacuzzi facilities. The massage treatments and overall level of professionalism made us feel completely at home.
Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in around the world, Hotel Hubertus truly stands out as one of the best. It’s absolutely worth the price and the journey. The surrounding area also offers some fantastic hiking opportunities, adding even more to the experience.
Many thanks to Nora, who guided us from the booking process through to welcoming us personally and showing us to our room. Many thanks also to Jonas for his outstanding service, Nancy for the wonderful massage, and the rest of the team who all did an amazing job.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, but it didn't blow me away.
Our waitress, Lisa from Taisten, was the most pleasing part of the entire stay! It's rare to find such a lovely, personable, and attentive waitress!
Otherwise - this is really "complaining at a high level" - but given the price is already very high, I do think this "complaining" is appropriate:
After the sauna infusion, there was no encore, not even a glass of water - sure, you can get that at the drinks bar, but I know (cheaper) hotels where you can refresh yourself right after the infusion, right next to the sauna, with water, juice, buttermilk, melon, various pieces of fruit, etc. I was very surprised and even a little disappointed that this was completely missing here.
The food was good (my duck was even very good ), but I found the menu selection a bit odd and, for me as a "non-fish eater," even disappointing. I skipped the first appetizer, "shrimp," and for the second appetizer (a choice of) a drink (without fish ) or lobster soup, and the third appetizer was again a choice of two fish dishes! Even on the à la carte menu (I'm not very picky), I didn't find a real alternative (frittata soup or gray cheese ️ although I had that in the afternoon).
Unfortunately, the bed, or rather the mattresses, aren't made for "snuggling up"... although I was almost on the edge of the bed, my husband unfortunately spent the night in the visitors' crevice.
So, all in all, a really nice hotel, but I've been to "cheaper" ones where I was more impressed.

We just had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel Hubertus. We found the hotel through instagram and it did not disappoint. The architecture and view from the Sky Pool and the Heaven and Hell Spa are just a piece of art and unreal. Everyone at the hotel is very well trained, attentive and so warm and welcoming. They offer great daily guided activities that are optional to participate from bike rides, work outs, hikes, sauna experiences etc. We loved our guide Fabian and tried to hit all his activities. The food is amazing (maybe too good - we totally ate too much). Rooms were beautiful, big and clean. They also have cute little bunnies that happily hop around the property. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I don’t say it often, but truly a 10/10.
From the one-of-a-kind Heaven & Hell sauna platform and the overhanging infinity pool, to the way the staff operates so professionally and genuinely treats their guests.
Next to their regular menu, they even offer a complete vegan menu, which is very unique, especially in this region.
And we had the most gorgeous sunrises with the mountains in the background. Absolutely magical.
P.S. there are bunnies walking around the outside areas, they are beyond adorable.

Hubertus in the Dolomites is easily one of the most incredible hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We were first drawn to the floating infinity pool and the “Heaven & Hell” wellness platform, which are both stunning and cleverly designed, with an amazing view of the Dolomites.
But what really sets this place apart is how every single detail was flawless. The arrival was smooth, with staff taking care of our car, to the amazing and attentive team, breakfast on the deck, and how each night, they have an amazing vegan menu, which is surprisingly hard to find in this region.
We honestly don’t have a single complaint. I feel this place completely lives up to the hype!

Honest 5-star review with light and shade
We spent a few days at the Hotel Hubertus in Valdaora and generally had a lovely stay. The room was spacious, very clean and the view from the balcony was really fantastic. The room service was also excellent - exactly what you would expect in a hotel of this category.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful. However, throughout our stay we were missing that certain extra that we know from other 5-star hotels - the service was good, but not exceptional. For example, luggage was not automatically brought to the room, but only upon request - not tragic, but rather unusual in this hotel category.
The breakfast was rich and of high quality, but the wow factor was missing here too. A menu with individually ordered dishes at the table would have been a nice extra. What was particularly disturbing was a guest who regularly talked loudly on the phone and worked on his laptop during breakfast and dinner - despite a clearly visible ban on cell phones at the entrance to the dining area. It was a shame that this was ignored by the staff for several days.
The dinner tasted very good and our waiter was always attentive. However, there were some clear weaknesses: despite being advised, my vegetarian companion received a dish with meat - an absolute faux pas that was only commented on with a succinct "We'll bring you a new plate." There was no concession, for example about the drinks bill. The fact that a certain starter was gone 30 minutes after the restaurant opened was also dismissed rather unprofessionally with “It happens to the best”.
Another detail: that evening at the bar we were served a beer that had already been expired for five months - shortly after the waiter emphasized the high standards of the house. Even small things like dried chewing gum on the treadmill in the fitness room spoil the overall picture - nothing dramatic, but also nothing you would expect in a hotel of this class.
The spa area is without question a highlight. The “Heaven & Hell” extension with its saunas and whirlpools is impressive, as is the sky pool. But here too there is room for improvement: despite the ban, loungers were regularly reserved in the relaxation rooms - without any staff intervention. Toilets were clean, but toilet paper was often missing. An outdoor ashtray that hadn't been emptied for days also didn't seem appropriate to the high standards.
Conclusion: The Hotel Hubertus offers a very high standard in many areas - great rooms, good food, an impressive spa area. Overall, however, it looks more like a very good 4-star superior hotel than a real 5-star hotel. We had a great time, but would be happy to see a more consistent implementation of our own quality standards if we visited again.

I've never seen a hotel as well-thought-out and organized down to the last detail as the Hubertus. Everything is just perfect! The food, location, friendliness, cleanliness, and feel-good factor are amazing!! When I think about it, I can't think of a single thing I can complain about! The price is high, but if you want to feel comfortable (and that's the case), it's worth every cent! We'll definitely be back! My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus for four nights and were truly thrilled with the experience. The entire staff is incredibly kind and goes out of their way to make you feel at ease, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
A special thanks goes to Tatiana, whom we had the pleasure of meeting in the dining room.
She's a friendly woman, never intrusive, but always attentive and very professional.
Her presence made our mini-vacation even more special.
We also can't forget Jacopo, who takes care of the wines: another true professional who guided us in our selection with great expertise.
The food is truly excellent, and a big compliment also goes to the kitchen. In addition to the evening menu, there are two alternative menus: one South Tyrolean, which allows you to discover the typical flavors of the region, and the other dedicated to typical Italian dishes, to satisfy every taste. The breakfast and afternoon buffet are also top-notch, generous and meticulously prepared, offering a complete and satisfying gastronomic experience.
The hotel organizes numerous outdoor activities, such as snowshoeing, skiing, and hiking, offering perfect opportunities for those who want to actively explore the mountains.
The sauna areas and pools are simply wonderful. In addition to being well-maintained and clean, they offer fantastic views, which can also be enjoyed from the rooms, like the one we stayed in.
If I may offer a small suggestion to further improve an already excellent service,
given that the hotel offers water, herbal teas, fruit, and more, the areas dedicated to these options may be a bit inconvenient compared to the location of the saunas themselves.
Adding a water fountain near each sauna could also make the experience even more seamless and enjoyable.
In any case, we were truly thrilled with our stay; I don't know if you've made that clear, but we highly recommend it.
We'll definitely be back!

It couldn't be better. We had an incredibly wonderful time here over Christmas and New Year's Eve. A friendly, welcoming, beautiful atmosphere, always pleasantly surprising, and almost always one step ahead of our expectations. I spent 7 nights at Hubertus with my fiancée and we had a wonderful time! ️ Here are a few impressions:
Modernization and architecture:
The hotel has been repeatedly modernized over the years. Particularly noteworthy are the spectacular infinity pool and the impressive SPA extension - absolutely a highlight!
Room:
Our suite was generously sized and offered plenty of space. The balcony with a view of the valley was a dream.
Culinary:
We had the 3/4 board and the food was rich and varied.
The breakfast buffet offered a large selection. My suggestion for improvement: Egg dishes should be able to be ordered à la carte instead of waiting in line at the buffet - that would be worthy of a 5-star hotel. In addition, even more healthy options such as unprocessed oatmeal or chia seeds could be added.
In the afternoon there is a buffet with soups, salads, main courses, cakes and desserts. The food is so delicious that it feels more like full board. Warning: calorie trap!
In the evening there are starters from the buffet and the remaining courses are served. The concept is pleasant, but a little more variety in the starters would be refreshing. The dishes are visually appealing and well prepared, although I personally would sometimes have liked less cream or butter sauces - but that is a matter of taste.
Fitness area:
The gym is excellently equipped! In addition to cardio equipment, there are dumbbells and a cable tower with versatile accessories. You can do comprehensive strength training here. The room has lots of natural light and offers a great view of the valley - a real highlight! ️️️
Wellness:
We had several massages and all were excellent. The prices are fair and correspond to the category of the hotel. ️️
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Hubertus. The hotel combines modern luxury with the breathtaking nature of South Tyrol. We'll definitely be back!

From blister plasters to bed toppers, this hotel had everything my soul wanted. In 5 days I didn't even hear a no, we won't do it or no is not possible. This hotel is the very best hotel in the world and I have been to wellness 10,000 times. We are definitely in love with everything! Different table decorations every day, even such little things are taken into account, educated staff. Even being greeted by the boss every evening, that has to be done by another hotel! This hotel deserves 5 stars. We'll be back, we loved and enjoyed everything!

Alpin Panaroma Hotel Hubertus is an exceptional property in Alto Asige, Italy. Everything about the property was outstanding, beginning with the pickup at the train station. The property worked like a well-oiled machine… with a nod to environmentally friendly operations. Everything was always clean… like spotless…. And meticulously maintained. The sauna area was wonderful. Warm. Relaxing…. And those views… you could stare at them all day long. Food was just too good… delicious… so nicely prepared… you just couldn’t say no. The sommelier held a spectacular wine tasting and you had endless activities in which to choose from… including hiking and bread making. The bartenders were top of their craft…. And everyone was all around friendly. Next time we will return for ski season, but recommend it for any time of year. A gem of the Dolomites.

I was lucky enough to spend two nights at the Hotel Hubertus with my boyfriend, and the experience was truly perfect! Since our arrival we were welcomed with extreme kindness by an always available, attentive and professional staff, who made our stay special and took care of every detail.
The hotel has an extraordinary location, from the room, the restaurant and the swimming pools you will see a spectacular natural panorama that changes color with the daylight, creating a magical and relaxing atmosphere.
The food was another highlight, especially the breakfast. But it is in the spa that the Hotel Hubertus really stands out. The infinity pool is simply unique and offers a feeling of total relaxation while swimming while admiring the mountains. The sauna, Turkish bath and wellness area services are impeccable!
These days have been a fantastic gift.

We stayed for four days. It was maybe the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to. Breakfast was amazing, we took the option of lunch (a couple of simple options from a buffet setting) and dinner was a 6-course menu with two or three options per course to choose from. You could also order some more basic options à la carte if you didn’t like the options from the tasting menu. Wine cart was really good also. Spa is amazing, clean and very special with views over the valley. It was a good starting point for exploring the area and hiking. Staff were very happy, friendly and always ready to help out.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hubertus Alpin Panorama Hotel and can only recommend it. The facility is breathtaking, the cuisine is at the highest level, and the spa area is a real highlight.
Highlights of our stay:
Culinary: The cuisine is really outstanding, from the 4-course menu in the evening to the extensive breakfast buffet. The dishes are creative, in perfect portion sizes and beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed by the changing hot dishes from the show kitchen and the excellent coffee at breakfast.
Atmosphere: Dinner in the stylishly designed dining room with a fantastic view of the Alps was an experience. The cocktails at the bar were also excellent.
Afternoon snack: The afternoon snack (including sweets) was very good and extensive - a great extra.
Team: The entire team was very friendly and accommodating throughout.
Cleanliness: Everything was extremely clean and well maintained.
Spa area: The spa is gigantic, with many different saunas and a breathtaking skypool that gives you the feeling of swimming in heaven while overlooking the Alps. The new pools and saunas in the “Heaven & Hell” area also offer great views and pure relaxation.
Rooms: The panoramic rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed and clean. A lot of thought was also put into the lighting and the ambience in the room, which further enhances the atmosphere.
Extras: A welcome drink, a lovingly decorated table as a birthday surprise, a Prosecco on the house - the little touches made the stay special.
Activities: The area offers numerous activities, especially hikes on surrounding lakes.
Small areas for improvement:
Vegetarian options: The selection for vegetarians and vegans could be a little more extensive at dinner; however, the team made an effort to adapt the dishes.
Paths within the hotel: You can tell that the hotel has been expanded several times. The paths to dining rooms and other areas are sometimes long and winding - but always well signposted and barrier-free.
Drink prices: Drinks are relatively expensive (especially still water), and coffee is also charged additionally in the afternoon.
Conclusion: Despite the small comments, the price is absolutely justified for the level offered. The Hubertus Alpin Panorama Hotel offers luxury and relaxation at a high level and is the perfect place for a break in the mountains.

Just perfect in every way. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.
We spent 5 nights here in september 2024 and everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.
I thought for sure we'd get tired of having dinner every night at the restaurant, but nope, each dinner was different and fantastic. Their sommelier was fantastic as well.
The pools, saunas and spas are obviously 10/10
Close to tons of hiking and outdoor activities.
I wish we could have tried more of the events and activities the hotel had available. There was so much stuff to do.
We absolutely cannot wait to go back.

More than just an eyecatcher...
Impressive design and style, both inside and out. We had a truly pleasant stay, thanks also to the nice team.
The pool is exceptional, and the wellness area is particularly special. The gym is well-equipped for indoor activities.
The food and wine menu were very good and you can end the evening comfortably in the bar area. We will definitely come back again.

A 3-night stay from September 7th to 9th. Words cannot describe the beauty of the property and the surrounding panorama. The staff were kind and professional. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. The spa and pools were breathtaking.
I don't give it a 5-star rating for two reasons only.
- In a 5-star hotel that's certainly not cheap (but worth every penny), I find it inconceivable to pay €4.90 per liter for tap water at the table.
- During dinner on our last night, we were the second to enter the room and almost the last to leave. After the appetizer, we waited over 30 minutes for the first course, repeatedly pushing for it. We were almost ready to leave the table, but then the first courses arrived. I found the wait truly rude, without any justification for what had happened; total indifference.

A very nice hotel with great food and fantastic service. We stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed our time. The only, but major, criticism is the price of the tap water. In every wellness hotel we've stayed at, a free carafe of tap water was always provided with dinner. The Hubertus is certainly not cheap, but charging so much for tap water is unfortunately outrageous. If you really want to make money from it, then you charge €1-2 for it, and you still have a high profit margin. It's a real shame that the hotel has to do this. I've read this criticism in a few other reviews, but apparently the Gasser family doesn't care much. It's a shame when an otherwise great vacation has such a bland aftertaste.

The establishment offers hiking/sports/outing activities all day long which are included in the price of your stay.
Apart from that, the service is exceptional, the staff makes you feel at ease.

The hotel is extraordinary, although it has a spectacular design, what makes it most special are the people who take care of you. Our restaurant waitress was extra, the team at the Bar was fantastic, the reception - all in one was speechless. We felt very welcome.

Update: The location and staff are top-notch, extremely kind and helpful.
Gorgeous hotel, excellent food—and that's saying it from someone who's very demanding, being vegetarian and a skilled cook. All the rooms are immaculately maintained and clean.

The Hotel position in the Dolomites is stunning and the panorama is unparalleled. The staff is very friendly, and they organize several daily activities. Without a doubt this is a 5 star property. Words really cannot do justice to the spectacular views, the impeccable service, the culinary experience and the spa facilities.
However, I cannot rate this as 5 star for 1 glaring issue. There are small children allowed at this property which completely take away from the experience of serenity that it promises. For 2 days we were unable to relax in designated quiet areas because there were children nearby playing with water guns, yelling and screaming, which was all being encouraged by their parents. Disappointingly, the hotel staff did nothing to stop this even when I brought it to their attention. For this reason, we would perhaps not return which is disappointing because we loved everything else about Hubertus.
Special mention to Emi at the front desk and Georg in the restaurant for their stellar service. Such vibrant personalities that were highlights of our stay.
One other comment to management: please reconsider charging for drinking water at mealtimes. This seemed very petty and we also did not appreciate how this made us limit the amount of water we drank at mealtime. In our opinion water consumption should be encouraged as a healthy choice. If anything, just charge a few extra $ for the room cost and then include the water. This is especially odd since the water out of the taps is excellent and I could bring it to mealtime from my room, yet Hubertus refused to serve it to us and forced us to pay $7.00 for every bottle we drank.
Overall, a world class property with a couple of rough edges.

Can't really compare to other hotels; it's a unique experience that this hotel provides. The views from the rooms and the pools are amazing; I can't stop admiring the landscape. The staff is really kind, and the fine-dining experience for dinner is fantastic! I really like the idea of having the same table for the whole stay, and it changes every night; it's perfect! I really recommend to visit this hotel, I'd say at least 4 days! I also liked the activities that the hotel provided.

We had the pleasure of being here in the summer of 2023 and had a wonderful time at Hubertus. We were very impressed by the architecture of the hotel, but you can also see the individual expansion steps over time. However, we see this aspect as very positive, as the Gassen family clearly invests a lot of money in the hotel in order to always offer guests a contemporary holiday experience. All in all, we found the price-performance ratio to be reasonable and will definitely come back.

Our 7-day getaway at the Hotel Hubertus was pure bliss. It's truly a place where you feel right at home, thanks to the warm welcome from the staff and the remarkable kindness of the waitresses. Not to mention the spa, a true haven of peace.
The meals were delicious, and I must mention the incredible cocktails made by the bartender—a true talent! However, I didn't expect to have to pay €4.80 for filtered water, especially when it's the same price as a beer. It's a slight disappointment overall, especially considering the cost of the night.
A huge thank you to Marie-Anne and Norah, our dedicated waitresses, who added a touch of magic to our stay. We will cherish precious memories of our time at the Hotel Hubertus.

I stayed here last month and everything was absolutely wonderful! Great facilities, exquisite food and super nice staff. There was a brunette waitress, whose name regrettably I didn’t get but she absolutely stole the show with how friendly and professional she was, remembering all the dietary requirements and always with such an infectious enthusiasm all the guests missed her when she had a couple days off to go skiing. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be back!

Amazing experience at the Hubertus!
We had a great 5 days stay there for ski!
Pros:
- Delicious food (fresh products, ingredients of great quality, the kitchen team really knows how to make tasty food. Their cooking of the meat/fish (we had beef, venison, duck, boar, chicken, various kinds of fishes) is purely exquisite!)
- Great amenities (all pools/saunas are a delight to use)
- Friendly and professional staff (everyone is so polite and willing to help, you really feel that they WANT you to enjoy your stay, not that you’re a nuisance), truly, thanks a lot for your welcome and help during our stay!
- Bed and pillows are really comfy!
Cons:
- Lack of snow for this time of the year, but this was definitely not due to the hotel!
We highly recommend anyone looking for a great experience to go to the Hubertus, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hubertus. The hotel is truly stunning, very unique/iconic. The breathtaking views from the rooms, the multiple pools, jacuzzis, and the restaurant were exceptional. It felt very exclusive and relaxing. We also treated ourselves to a lovely massage at their SPA.
The food was not only amazing but also diverse, offering great portion sizes and catering to various dietary restrictions. The Christmas dinner was very special, with live music, mulled wine, and delicious treats on the balcony.
The location of the hotel is perfect! They have a van to take and collect the guests from the slopes, it is a really short drive. Kronplatz is beautiful and also has a great structure.
The hotel also offers several activities, and they have a journal with the daily activities. Unfortunately our ski classes were in the middle of the day and we couldn’t manage to participate on them. However they have a great variety for everyone!
What really stood out the most for us was the outstanding staff and family; everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly! Thank you ️
Leaving is quite sad, but we will be definitely coming back soon!

It is a structure that has grown over time in a sometimes labyrinthine way, but certainly has a visual impact. The futuristic Heaven and Hell Spa area with breathtaking views stands out above all, together with the splendid panoramic swimming pool overlooking the valley below.
Another positive note is the number of swimming pools and relaxation areas.
Also worth highlighting is the kindness and professionalism of the dining room and reception staff.
Now we come to the most painful notes:
- The rooms are not taken care of in detail: for example, the sink in our bathroom had a faulty drain, so much so that we had to remove the plug to facilitate the flow of water. In 5 days no cleaner took steps to resolve the problem, which was impossible not to notice.
- The evening menu, generally of high quality, sometimes includes less than harmonious combinations (e.g. pigeon as the only pre-】starter followed by tagliolini with oyster), but above all the guests do not have a list of traditional dishes available on the table, nor are they informed of the possibility of combining the different culinary offerings as they wish.
- Imposing a heavy economic duty on tap water to drink at the table is completely unjustified and shows an unnecessary thirst for profit.
-Finally, while we approve of the hotel's policy in favor of welcoming families with children, we cannot understand how certain uneducated children can be allowed to play hide and seek between the Turkish bath and the sauna of the Spa, to the detriment of the tranquility of all the other customers.

Breathtaking view of the dolomites and incredible SPA. It is a beautiful 5 star hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement.
Positive:
- the view is incredible, hard to beat
- location is great: close to the slopes and good hikes as well
- the SPA is unique and huge, meaning that is rarely crowded
- very polite personnel
- delicious food, even if I d have preferred more traditional Italian dishes
Negative:
- it is unreasonable for the hotel to charge 4.60EUR for every bottle of water. It is not even branded but their own filtered water. For the price you pay, this should be included in the room charge
- the SPA provides towels but they are only available at the main desk. Since there are 7 pools and you need to go in an out a lot, it would be appreciated having towels around the place to avoid freezing in a wet one.
- Noisy from early morning (8am) with housekeeping entering your room at 8.30am
- hot water comes and go from the shower especially in the evening
- lastly, this is not an adult only hotel, so kids can play hide an seek between the steam room and sauna
Said that, the hotel is beautiful and we had a great time.

I usually leave reviews once I get home, but in this case I'm leaving it now that I'm lying on the sunbed in the wonderful relaxation area, one step away from heaven. The hotel in this place surpasses all imagination, if in the photos you see it looks wonderful in person it is even more so, the Sky Pool is wonderful, something surreal... I swam with a serenity and lightness I have never felt, the recently built HEAVEN & HELL area leaves you speechless with its incredible beauty. Stay enchanted for hours looking at the nature that surrounds you, because you are truly one step away from heaven.
If I have to give a rating to the staff it is definitely a 10 starting from the family present in the structure who are super helpful, Markus waited for us until 2am on the Sunday of our arrival. The food is superb and you will find buffets at any time, a very rich breakfast, an amazing lunch buffet, an ultra-complete snack buffet and a truly 5-star dinner.
A round of applause also for the Pet Friendly mode, the room is always clean and tidy, they provided us with towels to cover the sofa and bed in case the furry ones climbed upstairs in our absence, obviously to avoid making more mess than necessary. Always very friendly even with my furry friends, I really don't think I felt as at home as I did here... we will definitely be back because they deserve every euro spent here.

Having returned from the Hubertus a few days ago... what can I say... it was an unforgettable holiday.
We stayed 6 nights and for the first time, apart from one afternoon, we decided to really experience the hotel, taking advantage of all the services.
Location is a 10, because it is located in the middle of Valdaora, in a strategic point, where you have spectacular views from all points.
Interesting buffet, although I would change the dessert options every now and then (I mean the part where there are brioches, sacs, plum cakes...).
The lunches were good (pasta, sandwiches, desserts..) as were the dinners, although I would consider some proposals.
The wellness area is the strong point in my opinion... Heaven & Hell, the suspended houses, are incredible stuff... in the positive sense obviously... I don't know how many hours I spent in there, forgetting that I had come on holiday with my partner ().
Several saunas and Turkish baths...not to mention the "suspended" swimming pool...several hours there too...how can I say...I couldn't do otherwise...I also tried the gym...small but well equipped...3 treatments at the spa with Tea, to whom I congratulate...the wine tasting with Jacopo (maybe I would remove some wines and while we drink, the sommelier should drink with us and explain the wines to us in more detail).
We will definitely be back...maybe in the winter with the snow...
Some small constructive criticism:
-at least for lunch I would leave water available;
- I would not allow the cleaning staff to smoke even in their staff rooms, because several times there was a strong smell of smoke in the corridor;
- I would put a couple of jugs in the hell so as not to have to go out every time;
- I would put a person starting from 11am to change towels so as not to have to go to reception every time.

The hotel is in the upper price range, but worth every cent.
The rooms are very clean, stylishly furnished, and have very comfortable beds.
Breakfast, lunchtime snacks with salads, and the multi-course menus are a delight of the highest quality.

The wellness area is unique.
The only real complaints at the highest level are during the day, due to the busy road on which the hotel is located. It was quiet at night.

There is one minus point. I found the food delicious and even though I'm not a vegetarian, I think that foods like foie gras and caviar simply make a wrong statement and are not contemporary (even if they are well-intentioned)... especially if you present yourself as sustainable and close to nature, such products and so much meat don't fit into the concept... but that was the only point!
Other than that it was an absolute DREAM! The spa area in particular can't be topped and there are numerous offers in the program! We felt really comfortable and we will definitely stop by in the winter!

My 7th month pregnant girlfriend and I stayed there for 5 nights in the last week of July 2023 before continuing on to Bardolino. The hotel is absolutely top in many respects: both in terms of the food, the SPA area and the location. The overhanging infinity pool and the newly built Heaven and Hell area are of course the highlight - both for relaxation and as a photo backdrop.
Our short-term request for an additional topper was fulfilled ad hoc and the service was also really good in many respects.
What was more than disappointing, however, was that our request to make another short stopover for a few hours in the SPA area on the way back from Lake Garda (for a fee, of course) was simply rejected. Instead, the only option we were offered was to book a room for one night for around €700.
I understand that this is most likely what the hotel wants and wants and that only hotel guests should use the SPA area. However, given that we had left over €3,000 (!) there just a few days before and only asked for a few hours to stay in the SPA area (mainly for my pregnant friend due to the very long journey back), we would have liked a lot more flexibility and understanding!

We spent seven nights here and we did not want to leave. The atmosphere is clean and upscale, but comfortable and homey at the same time. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it felt intimate and never crowded.

The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. We have stayed in several wellness hotels, including in this region, and this hotel is our number one so far. The best sky/infinity pool, the new Heaven and Hell spa area is simply fantastic, the infusions in the log cabin sauna, and the sauna masters are simply excellent. What struck me as particularly positive: Everything worked and was used, such as the fireplace. Many other hotels also have great facilities, but unfortunately, something often doesn't work or isn't used. This, along with the cheerful staff, clearly shows that the Gasser family runs their hotel with passion and professionalism. We have stayed in "worse" 5-star luxury hotels. Kudos to everyone!

I can't find the words to describe my stay at Hubertus. I didn't find any negative notes, everything was top: in addition to the structure, it is the welcome, kindness and impeccable service of the staff that makes the difference. You really feel at home. The owner's young son is fantastic and greets you cordially in the corridors as if he has always known you even if it is the first time he has seen you.
I was won over by the treatment reserved for 4-legged friends.
The price is high yes but it's worth it, you enter the room and you can put your wallet in the safe until check out.

Chef Norbert was not there when we were but all of the staff went out of their way to help and ensure we understood all aspects of the experience.

Wow! Where do I begin? This was truly an amazing experience. When we arrived we were welcomed with Prosecco and aperitif and walked to our room. My husband surprised me with a Valentines romantic decoration (flowers, chocolate, petals, Prosecco) and they did an amazing job. It was super cute.
We spent most of the time in the saunas and pools. All were AMAZING! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. Even the view from the gym was impressive.
The staff was very nice and helpful. We ended our stay with a full body massage and it was incredibly relaxing.
Again, everything was perfect at this hotel. Highly recommended.

I originally wanted to book a different hotel and stumbled upon the Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus quite by chance. We were and are absolutely thrilled! So much so, that we booked again for the fall. Because I had an accident during my vacation, I couldn't enjoy the wellness and sauna facilities. However, my husband was very enthusiastic and happy with the entire facility (fitness center, sauna). So I enjoyed the culinary side even more. A huge thank you to the kitchen crew! The buffet was always super fresh and incredibly beautifully presented. The highlight was the evening meals, which I could look forward to all day long. Flavorful and sophisticated compositions, everything fresh and regional = top-notch! At this point, a heartfelt thank you to Lenka and her fantastic service. Thanks also go to the entire team; everyone there is a joy to work with.
The booked hikes were just as great, and we were able to experience and learn a lot of new things here as well.
We can only thank you for the wonderful stay and look forward to our next vacation!

Top hotel - top vacation!
If you drive 1,300km on vacation, then it should be worth it. And in this hotel it really does, without any ifs or buts.
It's really hard to list all the positive points because everything was really great. We are really experienced in hotels and go on many holidays a year and also know many hotels around the world. And it's rare that we say; Everything was really great!
The welcome, the reception, the bright, spacious rooms, the large bathrooms with panoramic windows; really great.
The afternoon snack is a cold and warm buffet, which other hotels don't even offer in the evening. The 6-course menu every evening doesn't just consist of 6 courses; no, it is high-quality cuisine. Very, very great.
The great service with the ski shuttle is worth mentioning, as are the super nice employees in all areas.
We will see at the beginning of 2024 whether this high standard can be maintained in all respects, because we have booked directly for next year!

Wonder of wonders! Hotel located in a nice place close to many places to visit. The rooms and the spa are beautiful. The suspended swimming pool with HOT water and a wonderful view of the valley are spectacular. The food is excellent and the staff is prompt and courteous in case of food intolerances or allergies. The owner is a very kind man, every evening he passes between the tables to greet customers. The cost of the stay is proportionate and fair. I will be back again very soon.

Absolute dream hotel with a unique team!
Just WOW. It's hard to put into words. We stayed at the Hotel Hubertus for a week at the beginning of October and had a wonderful week of vacation. We owe this to the great team of the Gasser family, who looked after us well from booking to check-out, and to the fantastic ambience.
We had one or two extra requests because our birthday and anniversary fell during the holiday week. Everything was perfectly organized and implemented for us. We were impressed by how well the team's internal communication works. No matter which employee we went to, everyone knew immediately what we needed. Our every wish was fulfilled. We would particularly like to mention our waitress Tatjana, who looked after us so kindly and courteously at dinner and breakfast.
The room and the hotel are very stylishly decorated. We also really liked the wellness area with its impressive architecture.
It is clear to us that we will definitely be visiting again in the next few years.

I could not recommend this hotel more! Upon arrival they give you an optional itinerary equipped with various hikes for all fitness levels, day trips and classes. For €15 a day, you get a buffet as well as a five course dinner ready for you every night. You barley have to plan because they do literally everything for you (they even provide hiking backpacks and packed lunches!) The only thing I would suggest doing in advance is booking spa appointments. When you factor in how much you would be paying for daily excursions and meals, the nightly rate easily gets cut in half. The rooms have beautiful views, the staff is lovely and the area is breathtaking. 10/10!

A perfect hotel from the very first moment. From the "winding down" at check-in to the Prosecco on the terrace, to departure. From the food, the service, the panoramic pool, the jacuzzis, the wine selection, the saunas and multiple relaxation areas..Staying here was such a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend it enough. Very well trained and polite staff right from the check in with the reception in my case by Miss Silvia, EXCELLENT food compared to many other higher category hotels, perfect room service by Miss Tatiana Boldini always prepared to the point (a cut above the generic chef de rang and compared to many others in the sector), very agile and capable of fulfilling the customer's whims (I am among the capricious ones ), I hope for a splendid career future.
As for the staff in the Spa, I had the opportunity to let myself be shaped by Mrs. Daniela who, having had hernia problems like me, massaged me with excellent benefits.

Beautiful hotel, with a magnificent position overlooking the entire valley. The only flaw was that there was no air conditioning. If you are in the period of maximum heat, it does not go into the rooms and the restaurant. Very good massage service, as well as saunas and whirlpools located in positions where relaxation and nature blend. Panoramic swimming pool suspended between sky, earth and water. Very friendly and professional staff, a note of thanks to the waitresses (Anna Maria and Tatiana) - you are very good and approachable. Prices a little above average. With what you pay per day, the coffee pods and water in the mini fridge should be included in the price once the supplied quantity has been used up. Once in a lifetime you can have a great experience in this structure

We stayed there a couple of years ago, but I wanted to put a review because in my opinion it is really very nice. The suspended swimming pool is something fabulous, and the offer of saunas and Turkish baths is also very complete (and the latest innovations were not yet available). I don't give full marks only because of a small problem with dinner on the first evening, perhaps due to a mix-up due to inexperienced or new staff, certainly however, the suspended swimming pool is worth the 5 stars alone!

My husband and I stayed three nights at this beautiful hotel. The view was breathtaking, the room was clean and spacious, the food was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The spa was welcoming; we enjoyed the pools and saunas. Everything was perfect, including the massages. The only thing I personally think could be slightly improved is the dinner time, from 7:30 PM to 8:15 PM. It seems too short, especially considering the spa and pools close at 7:30 PM. A highly recommended hotel.

Truly one of the most beautiful places to stay in Europe. The facilities and location are as good as they look. The staff were faultless, from the moment of arrival making sure that your stay was as special as it could be.
In particular Rosario the waiter and the two barmen Karol and Abdellah were incredible. All three were extremely professional but in a very personal manner, which is a hard mix to get right.
If you are looking at the polished website, pictures and videos of Hotel Hubertus wondering if it actually as good as it looks, it is, so just book it!

Fantastic!!! Up on the mountain, simply fantastic! The rooms are sensational (even though there's no air conditioning), the variety of pools is phenomenal, but unfortunately, they all feel equally cold. The new Heaven & Hell is gigantic... The view from the infinity pool is simply breathtaking!
The included dinner is excellent! The breakfast offers a fantastic selection... Everything your heart desires can be found at various stations.

A prime location with superbly friendly and attentive service. The wellness area and outdoor area with loungers and pools are excellent. Here, holiday dreams come true from the first to the last minute. Fantastically located, this family-run hotel offers a perfect symbiosis of all the segments needed to have a great holiday. Wonderful atmosphere with top staff at every point in the service area. Gastronomy from the morning - to the midday snack to the 5-course evening menu - is served from the top drawer - a great bar area completes this picture. Wellness, spa and gym - everything was super clean and excellent in service and quality. The absolute highlight are of course the indoor and especially outdoor saunas and pools - breathtakingly beautiful - you don't want to get out of the 33 degree warm water and your head looks out through the billowing fog at minus 5 degree outside temperature at the wonderful mountains all around. Large, light-flooded, cozy rooms are almost a given... we will definitely come back.

But the Hubertus hotel is much more. From the first moment you set foot inside, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail to guarantee unparalleled comfort and relaxation. The staff at the reception are friendly and available to fulfill every request. A very rich program of activities allows guests to try numerous experiences on a daily basis, inside and outside the structure, which are pleasant, fun and sometimes even breathtaking. The guides Werner and Sonja make everything absolutely perfect thanks to their friendliness and professionalism.
The restaurant is of a very high standard and the staff at the tables are impeccable. Breakfast and afternoon buffet are very rich, varied and above all of great quality in every type. Bar with a wide choice of drinks and credit here too to the very kind, friendly and competent barmen.
Now the most important part....relaxation.
The SPA is run by several girls who take care of customers meticulously, pampering them and making them feel at ease in a truly relaxing atmosphere for body and mind. The wellness center satisfies every preference with spacious and silent relaxation areas, an internal area with a wide choice of hot herbal teas and dried fruit, saunas of different temperatures and some with an incredible view, Turkish bath, hydromassage, jacuzzi, internal swimming pool, external swimming pools and finally the magnificent and unique Sky Pool which truly leaves you breathless. Watching the splendid panorama of Valdaora and the Dolomites immersed in 37 water while it snows heavily is priceless. We couldn't have wished for anything better. The Gasser family has created an oasis of happiness where you can enjoy every moment of your stay... and for us it was exactly like that. Normally, we go skiing in Austria, but due to COVID, my boyfriend and I moved to Italy and ended up at Hubertus. And we're so glad we did! What a fantastic hotel; everything was so pleasant from check-in. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast and dinner were delicious. And a very cozy bar with a huge selection of cocktails and drinks. Special thanks to the bartender Abdellah; he was so kind to us. My girlfriend and I decided on this great hotel, unfortunately a double booking happened and shortly before the start of the trip we were given 3 options: postpone our vacation, spend it in a single room, or stay in a neighboring hotel with full use of the Hotel Hubertus (only to sleep in the neighboring hotel).
We were happy that we were able to start the trip, but the gesture from the hotel was very generous and this alone is worthy of the 5 star rating.
The entire stay was taken over by the Hotel Hubertus and the Gasser family, owners of the hotel, all personally apologized to us for the double booking! Hats off to this gesture!!

We really liked it from the start, the staff were always friendly and accommodating, the food was fantastic and the cancellation was enormous. The wellness area is by far the most beautiful I have ever seen and I think the pictures speak for themselves.
The panorama and this wonderful hotel are worth the trip. As soon as the current situation changes a little we will come back. We're looking forward to it again!

Driving home today, a five-hour drive, I occasionally thought about some aspects that could be improved upon in our three-day stay at this property. I'd say the location and its impact are equal to everything wonderful you'll find inside and in its dedicated services. Completing the experience is the highly trained staff, attentive, always present, yet very discreet. A special mention goes to the truly top-notch bartenders (Ab, as they call him at the hotel, speaks eight languages and is extremely knowledgeable about the culture of his profession and how to excellently manage the dining room, pampering guests).
Does staying here come at a price? I'd say absolutely NOT, considering the quality of the ingredients at breakfast and dinner, the meticulous cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the rooms, and the ever-present owner and his family. Lastly, free, indoor charging for my Tesla and other cars. Fantastic and highly recommended. WELL DONE!

We stayed at Hubertus for 7 days in October. It was one of the best holidays for us. We were thrilled by the house with its bathing areas, the view, the saunas and the cleanliness. As soon as we entered the house, we were made to forget everyday life. The food was so delicious that we now have to fast for two weeks in order to be fully mobile again... But we were particularly deeply impressed by the staff, their friendliness and care. This friendliness didn't seem staged at all. Rather, we felt joy in work and a sense of well-being. You don't just provide service, you live it.

The attraction - at least at first glance - is the large 25m "Skypool". And this infinity pool is really worth mentioning, because in the water, which is around 33 degrees warm, you swim seemingly endlessly, precisely aligned, into the valley opposite. A glass cutout in the pool floor - the pool seemingly floating at a dizzying height - is a thrill for some, a trivial gag for others, but in any case a rarely experienced unique selling point. Outside there is another pool, a saltwater pool and two large whirlpools. Inside you will find another - albeit quite small - pool. Several saunas, a steam bath, as well as a SPA and wellness area, all of this is also attractive. The real attraction, however, is the personable, friendly, courteous and particularly warm, extremely attentive staff... you can feel comfortable and at home here. Our room (Bruneck) was cozy, clean and, at 40 square meters, large enough for seven nights. We enjoyed using the small balcony with two armchairs (unfortunately no loungers) and a small table with a wonderful view of the valley and the mountain landscape. We liked the bathroom with a small, free-standing bathtub (without whirlpool functionality), a separate shower and a separate "room" for the toilet and bidet with a large window for a view of the valley. The bed was very comfortable, suitable for groundhog mode, so to speak. Where there is light in the room there is also shadow... Minibar only filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival (was not refilled), no room service - water, wine, cocktail, coffee - you have to carry it yourself from the bar including the wine cooler to the room. There is a kettle in the room, but only tea, no coffee/espresso :-). No air conditioning... the first night we had 26.4 degrees in the room... at 11:45 p.m., despite the windows being open. Back to the attractions... the 3/4 board with a great selection at the breakfast buffet, a hot and cold buffet open from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with, among other things, excellent desserts and then a 4-6 course menu in the evening dooms any weight loss fantasy to failure. In addition, the quality, presentation, selection, freshness and service are very good. Could something be improved? The bread selection and quality was very inconsistent... from excellent "farmer's bread", to good small croissants, to limp, soft rolls (rolls), there was a clear selection... no Italian white bread, no real cornetti, etc. Otherwise everything was as we expected, or better, significantly better if you take into account the prices quoted. Gladly again. For a significant surcharge you can also have your own whirlpool and sauna, as well as room service and air conditioning.

A few days off in a beautiful hotel!! As soon as you arrive/check in you feel at home. Everyone very friendly. After a welcome drink and a small snack, we were taken to our room. Very nice, with a terrace and a wonderful view. However, the indoor spaces are limited and small. If the weather isn't good and you want to stay indoors for pure relaxation, I'd like to make a suggestion to the management: install a free drinks and herbal tea dispenser at the buffet and offer fruit or a small glass of bitters or liqueurs related to the theme at the end of the meal.

I stayed at the Hotel Hubertus for one night, from 9 to 10 May, with my partner. The experience was bordering on a dream. Beyond the objective beauty of the structure, with the panoramic swimming pool which is a marvel and a very large spa environment, the staff's smile and attention to detail are striking.
It's wonderful to see that there are still those who work with passion, love and professionalism. It is no coincidence that Hubertus is so successful but the result of very careful work.
A special mention should also be made for dinner - at the level of a real starred restaurant with an excellent selection of wines - and for breakfast - plentiful and with a person available to make eggs, waffles, and delicious pancakes! :D

A wonderful experience! We were greeted with a welcome drink (an excellent prosecco) and then escorted to our very spacious room, complete with a beautiful panoramic tub and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping service was exceptional; every day the room was cleaned with the utmost care, even the water jug was refilled and the two chocolates were replaced.
The wellness area is truly one of a kind; even in bad weather, this is a hotel where you can feel at home without even leaving because it has everything you need. Wonderful pools, especially the skypool, a herbal tea corner, and relaxation rooms. The hotel also has a gym with a panoramic view and a free laundry service (a washing machine and dryer are available, as well as detergent, a drying rack, an iron, and a board). The restaurant offers a gourmet menu, excellent food every evening, and the staff are extremely kind and available to satisfy every need and palate. We will definitely return as soon as possible.

We've had the loveliest stay at the Alpin Panorama Hotel Hubertus - surely the best to choose when visiting Dolomites. Its perfect location couldn't be greater for exploring - whether in summer (Lago di Braies lake, hiking in Tre Cime...) or winter (skiing in Kronplatz). The hotel itself is so beautifully decorated. It has its own private parking - super useful as you'll probably want to be renting or coming with your own car to explore the surrounding area. Rooms are spotless and spacious - we've had our own balcony overviewing the mountains and valley! The bed is really comfortable and everything is so clean. Favourite was the bathtub also with panoramic view - JUST WOW. They clean the room daily and cleaning ladies give the chocolates every day. You also get the wellness basket with bathrobe and slippers upon arrival. The temperature in rooms can be regulated. The BIG PLEASANT SURPRISE is the heated sky infinity pool 20 meters above grounds with mountain panorama. It has a glass inserted in the floor and it was our favourite part of the hotel with its garden and many saunas overlooking the mountain vistas again. Even more beautiful during sunrise when the steam is coming out - just a perfect scenery for an unforgettable holiday photo. There's 6 pools in total, plus saunas, plus fitness, plus gymnasium etc etc. There's tea, juices, dried fruits available in sauna are too - all these add up for an unforgettable stay! The booking usually comes as 3/4 wellness board. Buffet breakfast is yummy, organic, there's just so much options, also for vegetarians. + they bring printed newseletters each morning. Lunch buffet was also great and then dinner is the next level - comes as 6-course gourmet menu and you want to come hungry! They even have their own wine cellar. The staff is so attentive and kind. You get complimentary prosecco on arrival which is a nice touch, too. Oh, and fireplaces - loved them!! In winter super handy is also their heated ski storage room to place your skiing equipment.
Overall, it's an UNFORGETTABLE STAY - DEFINITELY FAVOURITE (so good we came for the second time)! Until next time, Hubertus!

A successful short vacation in South Tyrol. We felt welcome and valued from start to finish. We were greeted personally, there were almost no formalities and a nice welcome drink and we were able to enjoy the breathtaking Alpine panorama of the Hubertus for the first time. Afterwards we were personally shown to the room, of course our luggage was already there. The room had all the amenities for a wellness week. Fresh water, bathrobes, slippers, exquisite bathroom with rain shower and free-standing bathtub as well as a terrace with a fantastic view of the Alps. The bed and pillows were lovely. The wellness area with the saunas and pools (indoor/outdoor) was great. There were snacks, drinks, relaxation areas and a great outdoor area with cute hotel rabbits and a spectacular sky infinity pool. The food is amazing. Every evening there was a unique, varied multi-course menu and even special requests were easily taken into account. The breakfast was also absolutely great, there was everything your heart could desire, especially the live cooking at the egg station was great. I would particularly like to emphasize that we had the same table and the same waitress the whole time, so service is perfect. Overall, I could write more. Everything was really great and there was no reason for criticism. Everything perfect. Thanks also to the owner family Gasser, they were present the whole time and left a very human, warm touch. There was even a small present to say goodbye. Great!

Excellent property in a beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. Quality food. The "3/4 wellness board" option is excellent, allowing you to explore the area and always find something to eat when you return to the hotel. A dip in the panoramic pool is not to be missed! The hotel also organizes various excursions with varying levels of difficulty and offers a rich and varied weekly program, including jogging, aqua fitness, and stretching, as well as bread baking. Our stay on this occasion was short, but we will definitely be back!

I can recommend the hotel without reservations. My husband and I spent 12 nights with excellent service, great food and drinks surrounded by picturesque scenery in an incredibly beautiful room (Bevedere). The hotel is just right for active holidaymakers who would like to get to know the region by bike or on foot. Despite the size of the hotel, you can feel the family management of the hotel. It is very chic but at the same time down to earth. And the price-performance ratio is absolutely good! Nothing more is possible - thank you very much for this fantastic holiday!

From Brunico by bike to visit this hotel seen in a magazine... In fact, from a few hairpin bends beforehand, you can already sense the spectacular nature of the place, with the swimming pool cantilevered into the void with a transparent glass base, something that left me breathless... We stopped with the bikes right in front of the entrance, and immediately a gentleman asked us if he could help... We were pleasantly surprised knowing that it was the owner, a friendly and courteous person, who invited us to tour the facility... a true wellness center with pools, saunas, health programs, spa... Enchanting dining rooms. I imagined the dishes... Truly light years ahead... in everything from the welcome to the facilities to the courtesy... Next time I'll know where to go

Omg, this place is perfect.
We were guided to our room, they carried our bags for us.
We were welcomed with a small bottle of prosecco as we arrived to the room.
They showed us our crazy romantic dinner table- with hearts and candles.
They poured our water and wine for us.
Service is great.
The room was clean and beautiful, although there is an issue with flys, we had to hunt them down.
When we wanted to book the room on booking app it looked like there wasn't a room available, at least not on the dates we wanted. My boyfriend emailed them and luckily we found a solution, so its worth trying.
The bathroom is amazing, there is a gorgeous bath with a view.
There is a fan, body lotion, shampoo and body soap (2 in 1) and a few more essentials.
But there is no toothbrush no toothpaste and no razor.

I'm really happy we got here.
We are celebrating my 26 birthday and I'm very pleased.
Also, very important. They have vegetarian options and the food is amazing.

Very, very nice and courteous staff, the boss greets you himself, the food is amazing and always different every day from morning to late in the evening. Highly recommended, I would give 10 stars if I could. Vacation in heaven, if you see the pictures and then the pool, you'll know what I mean. When you swim to the other end of the pool, you mean you are swimming towards the horizon. Hiking trails on your doorstep, something for everyone, from easy to difficult. The view is beautiful from every room because they all face the valley. Heated pools, saunas, fitness center, spa with massage center, reading room, etc. ... it has it all! The sky pool is fantastic: suspended over the valley, immersed in warm water! Dogs are allowed for an additional fee: a welcome kit with specific amenities and a walking area is also provided. Beautiful rooms, a fantastic wellness area with pools and saunas to suit every taste.
In February, there were three guided ski tours and several hikes, as well as a wide range of activities, so there's no chance of getting bored.
The hotel's shuttle works great; we never had to wait long.
Due to the hotel's design, some walks are a bit longer, but that didn't bother us at all.
One small drawback, however, is the cuisine. While there is a sufficient selection and solid service with ample portions and good flexibility, it lacks that final touch and a bit of originality.
The wine selection is also very good, with reasonable prices.

A romantic family luxury hotel with a twist, interesting architecture, unique style, gorgeous location on the mountain, breathtaking views from the rooms. The restaurant offers good cuisine with a buffet for breakfast and a delicious a la carte menu for dinner. There is a spa area, swimming pools and saunas with a mesmerizing hanging pool at a height of 25 m with a partially glass bottom.
What owners should work on:
- have Russian service.,
- do not skimp on the Internet for guests (you cannot send photos via viber and wat's up).,
- for breakfast, offer a more varied selection of desserts, fish, and the best types of champagne.,
- the room must have an iron and ironing board, promptly replenish cosmetics, and at least 4 large towels, because existing ones do not have time to dry out, fruit is desirable.,
- make the pool and sauna area more interesting by diversifying it with additional facilities.

A modern hotel complex with a design that takes some getting used to. Nevertheless, the hotel impresses across the board, with particular attention to its striking and unique sky pool, which is rightly considered the hotel's trademark. One drawback of the layout, however, is the extremely long distances from the hotel lobby and dining room to the private rooms. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi, which is limited to 4 GB of bandwidth during the day (which is certainly sufficient), is below average for a modern building. Despite this, those who don't want intrusive internet usage on vacation can look forward to excellent food and a family atmosphere, along with luxurious entertainment options.
