Our Nature Hotel Rainer**** is located in idyllic Jaufental, part of the municipality of Ratschings. Embedded in a magnificent mountain landscape, our house mainly outstands due to its harmonic atmosphere. Nature gives you strength – traditional and modern elements guarantee a natural living ambiance, but nonetheless with any comfort and service. Our rooms and suites are furnished with pine and larch wood and dispose of a balcony with unforgettable panoramic view. At the Hotel Rainer, you can as well enjoy an exclusive wellness offer and delicious gourmet cuisine.
The love of nature and the awareness of sustainability are also reflected in our wellness area Naturea Spa & Beauty. Here, we offer our guests an adventure indoor pool with chlorine-free water, a whirlpool, a lounge with a tea and snack corner and a small sauna landscape. Massages and beauty treatments based on natural products complete your wellness holiday. NEW from July 2024: Enjoy even more relaxation in our new adults-only wellness area. Relax after a sauna session in the forest sauna in one of our themed nooks with lavender, mountain hay, sheep's wool or pine wood. In the steam bath you can get a detox body scrub, and the relaxation path leads you to the panoramic terrace with loungers and a small onsen pool.
Of course, holistic well-feeling also implies the culinary pampering. Already in the morning, we indulge you with a rich breakfast buffet with products from local farmers. The ingredients used by our chef Hannes Rainer for the daily 5-course menus also come from producers in the environs. As well, our kitchen team uses herbs from our own garden and from the Jaufental pastures, preparing excellent menus for allergy sufferers, too.
At the Nature & Hiking Hotel Rainer in Jaufental near Ratschings, hikers and winter sports lovers feel like in paradise, as the surrounding pastures and summits are ideal for adventures in the fresh air at any season. In summer, we recommend bike excursions, climbing at the Skytrek high-ropes route in Sterzing or wild water rafting. Weekly, we organise a hiking tour to our “Ontrattalm” and hiking equipment is available for rental as well. In winter, a free ski shuttle takes you to the Ratschings/Jaufen skiing area, the cross-country ski runs await you and a sleigh and snowshoe rental is offered as well.

After your workout in the in-room fitness area, be sure to enjoy the warmth of the sun on your infinity balcony.
