Reviews

Alain 22. November travelled as 0 + I've stayed at Amonti several times. The location is excellent for any activity. The atmosphere is luxurious and modern, very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious, functional, and well-appointed. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, they make you feel truly pampered. The only downside is the covered parking, which is only available for a daily fee. I'll definitely be back.
marianna 20. November travelled as 0 + Always a pleasant stay, with one small point for improvement. We've been returning to this hotel for years because for us, it's truly a place of ️: splendid structure, excellent services, excellent food, and wonderful pools. We continue to choose it and will do so again. However, I would like to point out a small issue ️in the management of problems. During our last stay, the bathroom heating wasn't working: despite various interventions and assurances received, the radiator unfortunately remained inactive for the entire holiday. And showering in a cold bathroom isn't exactly ideal. We were provided with an electric radiator to plug the gap, a welcome but temporary solution. With a 9-year-old daughter, it wasn't the most comfortable or safe situation, and towards the end of our stay, we preferred to avoid further requests. It remains an excellent establishment , which we highly respect. A small improvement in the management of complaints would make the experience truly perfect, as a 5-star rating deserves.
Tina 18. November travelled as Group of friends + Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't live up to our 5-star expectations. We usually stay at a different 5-star hotel in South Tyrol, where, for example, our cars are parked for us, all the staff (no matter when or where) greet us warmly, and you don't have to freeze anywhere in the building. The only pleasantly warm area is the sauna. The entire spa area on the 4th floor, as well as the rest of the hotel, is relatively cold. Unfortunately, this also applies to the pre-Christmas atmosphere. But perhaps we're just too early in November. Regarding the service: our room wasn't cleaned until 12:30 pm, so we didn't have fresh bathrobes in the afternoon. Additionally, the shower gel ran out on our arrival day. In the evening, we were simply given the rest of the bottle of wine, even though we had explicitly declined, simply because, from the waiter's perspective, it wasn't worth saving the bottle. During dinner and breakfast, we felt like we were sitting in the children's area, which often made the noise unbearable. Clean hotel, delicious food - but not worth the money for 5 stars in our opinion.
Martin 16. November travelled as 0 + We are currently staying at the Amonti & Lunaris in the Ahrntal Valley – and it is simply outstanding. The hotel offers true 5-star comfort, and so far I haven't found a single thing that isn't perfect. The spa area is impressively large, modern, and incredibly relaxing. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and professional – you feel welcome from the very first moment. The rooms are beautifully furnished, high-quality, and spotlessly clean. The hotel's cuisine is also top-notch: the food is exclusive, creative, and prepared to the highest standard. In short: a place to feel good and enjoy yourself. An absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in the Ahrntal Valley.
Julia 15. November travelled as Family with young kids + We spent a week at the Amonti with our 4-year-old daughter and my parents. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. There's an adults-only spa area, a great family area, and a separate water slide area. We'll be back!
Jean-Michel 14. November travelled as Family with young kids + We were fortunate enough to spontaneously enjoy a wonderful short break here after our originally booked hotel turned out to be a complete nightmare... Luckily, we were able to cancel the first accommodation on the spot and contacted the reception of the Amonti & Lunaris by phone. The receptionist proved to be extremely helpful, friendly, and competent. We were immediately sent a fantastic offer by email, which we accepted right away. Two hours later, we arrived at the hotel with our exhausted children (3 & 5) and received a warm welcome. The room was already prepared, we were allowed to take the little ones to the pool area, and towels, bathrobes, and everything else we needed were provided. Less than an hour later, the room was ready, and we were able to check in and enjoy the lunch buffet, the show kitchen, and everything else the hotel had to offer. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, the buffet was plentiful, and the wine list featured exquisite wines from all regions. The childcare was varied and our children were absolutely delighted... We would like to thank the wonderful hotel team again for this fantastic time Thank you all so much, we will definitely be back for a longer stay!
eleonora 13. November travelled as Young couple + We needed a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and here we found a corner of paradise where we could unwind and rest our bodies. Excellent service, from arrival to departure. Well-appointed and spacious room. Impeccable cleanliness from the common areas to the room. Spacious wellness area. Professional and unobtrusive staff, ready to satisfy every need. I recommend it for everything.
Mann-TV 09. November travelled as Family with young kids + Flawless. Everything is perfect.
William 09. November travelled as 0 + A hotel worth a visit, but with a few caveats. The property is nestled in one of Trentino's most beautiful valleys, a place that captivates with its nature, silence, and attention to detail. The restaurant is truly top-notch: you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to waste, evident not only in the balanced portions but also in the menu, which is thoughtfully and respectfully designed. The family-friendly offerings are also excellent: many areas and activities for children, but also areas reserved for adults only, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The rooms are very beautiful, well-kept, and clean, like the rest of the property. The staff is super professional, friendly, and always attentive: even when we asked to change tables, our request was granted promptly and kindly. Only two aspects left us a little perplexed: • Upon arrival, we found an unpleasant odor in the room; the problem was quickly resolved, but it would have been nice to receive a little feedback or even just a note of concern; • One evening, after dinner at the restaurant, I had severe gastrointestinal discomfort and vomiting. We notified the front desk, who immediately asked if I needed assistance, but no one asked how I was feeling, which is something you'd expect at a hotel of this caliber. While I was feeling unwell, I wondered whether I should see a doctor. Overall, it's still a beautiful place, with so many qualities and enormous potential. With a little more attention to managing small unexpected events, it would truly be perfect.
Anita 08. November travelled as 0 + We just finished our stay at this wonderful property. What can I say? From the moment you arrive, everything was impeccable, and you feel pampered down to the smallest detail. The staff is competent and kind, never intrusive. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The cuisine is varied and high-quality, with a special mention for the meat. The spa is very large, clean, and has everything you need. In the evening, the cocktails were excellent, and the bartender was knowledgeable. Recommended if you're looking for some relaxation. Thanks for these days.
D. 08. November travelled as Young couple + We were completely satisfied! The location was very quiet, ideal for switching off and relaxing. The food was outstanding – true gourmet quality at a high level. One small drawback: the underground parking costs extra. Outdoor parking spaces are available. At this price, it really should be included in the overall package. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation – we'd love to come back!
Luca 04. November travelled as Young couple + Our absolute favorite hotel! We've been happily returning to the Amonti for many years now. The rooms are very well-equipped and feature amenities like a private infrared sauna. The spa area is spacious and offers something for everyone. A few more loungers indoors (during the winter months) would be ideal. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The lunch buffet also offers a good selection, but could be replenished a bit more frequently. All in all, always a wonderful stay.
Steffen 23. October travelled as Family with young kids + Very nice hotel. Friendly staff.
serena 19. October travelled as 0 + If you are looking for a 5 star hotel it does not live up to expectations, from the cuisine to the welcome to the spa.
Alberto 18. October travelled as 0 + Very nice and welcoming, super staff!
Schorsch 15. October travelled as Young couple + Good value for money, nice location, quiet despite the street in front of the door, and you could sleep with the window open. Great food, large wine selection Good spa and fitness center, with plenty of options for children, making it family-friendly.
Jessica 14. October travelled as Young couple + Relaxation, peace, wellness, nature, excursions...all in one resort!
Elisa 14. October travelled as Young couple + The best hotel I've ever seen Well-kept...well-equipped...clean...qualified and professional staff... Large and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a very rich buffet...extraordinary!!!! Special mention to Andrea, the waiter...unbelievably kind. The spa...the enormous saunas...glass windows overlooking the panorama...the heated infinity pools...wonderful...the variety of different relaxation areas...herbal tea lounges everywhere...not to mention the rooms with heated armchairs...a paradise...design...comfort...top organization...I'll definitely be back Highly recommended...10 One piece of advice, if I may...the parking lot should be secure and covered...otherwise, everything was perfect!!!! Congratulations
Ruby 06. October travelled as Young couple + A beautiful hotel with a stylish ambiance, attentive and very friendly service, and spacious rooms furnished with high-quality materials. The hotel is a comfortable size and has a fantastic wellness area. The spa is also fantastic; I booked facials twice and was more than satisfied. There are many leisure activities available, and the surrounding area and the entire Ahrntal Valley are simply beautiful.
Sascha 19. September travelled as Young couple + Very good hotel! We'd be happy to come back anytime!
brj11brj11 18. September travelled as Young couple + We've stayed in many 5-star hotels that weren't worth the money. This was completely different. It's now one of our top hotels – the food was particularly good.
Frank 10. September travelled as 0 + Beautifully located, super attentive staff. The food was really good. The room was clean and stylishly furnished. A very nice view. You can't be late for the lunchtime Vitality buffet ...the show cooking area is sometimes empty. We stayed in Vitality Suite 128, and the patio door was a bit stuck. We also booked a charging space in the garage. Unfortunately, the charging station didn't work, but they were able to make do with the neighboring parking lot. If you want, you can reach everything by bus line 450. .
Gianluca 02. September travelled as Family with young kids + Everything was excellent!!! Top-notch food, top location right in front of one of the most important ski lifts in the Aurina Valley, top-notch service. The room cleaning service could be improved slightly, especially regarding the helpfulness of the staff, who work in a 5-star property and therefore need to be more attentive and helpful. The food and reception service, however, were excellent. In my opinion, it's one of the most beautiful resorts in the region. The food is excellent. Highly recommended.
Zaiby 31. August travelled as 0 + Nice family resort, bring your kid, they have a nice mini and junior club.
imi 30. August travelled as Family with young kids + Our second holiday in Riu Jambo!
Giuseppe 28. August travelled as Young couple + The . I return every year in winter and summer! A new definition of being PAMPERED.
Boling 22. August travelled as Young couple + It was an unforgettable experience. A very beautiful place, both for the view and for relaxation. Very important! You can even bring your pet here; they even leave pet bowls ready in the room. The only shame is that, being a 5-star hotel, there aren't any staff to help you pick up your bags and carry them to your room. P.S.: On the first day, we didn't make it on time, and the staff prepared some cured meats for us.
Melissa 19. August travelled as 0 + We stayed from August 12th to 19th, 2025, with our 8-year-old daughter. I couldn't find a single flaw: the rooms, restaurant, junior club, and pools were all perfect! We couldn't have dreamed of anything better! A special mention goes to Elmar, whose kindness and thoughtfulness accompanied us through all our breakfasts and dinners! We'll definitely be back!
Simone 19. August travelled as 0 + Hotel top
Gianluca 18. August travelled as Family with young kids + What can I say... Everything was perfect... we'll be back...
Davide 15. August travelled as 0 + One of the best resorts I've ever been to. There are two structures: Amonti (the larger one with direct access to the pools and spa) and Lunaris, with separate but internally connected entrances. To access the pools at Lunaris, you have to walk down some corridors and up/down some stairs (in fact, it costs a little less). At Lunaris, for two adults and one child, I paid €750 per day for 3/4 board. The standard room is 36 square meters, with a giant terrace, a spectacular fireplace, and a bathroom without a bidet, but with an attached water feature. There is a children's pool with two slides and a pool with outdoor access. The two areas are not connected; you have to climb stairs and walk down an internal corridor. Both pools have very comfortable and spacious double sofas. Towels and bathrobes are provided daily upon request. The food is varied and good. There was a small room just for juices and one just for cheeses, so much of it. From 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, there's this snack/lunch buffet with first courses, appetizers, and desserts. Free drinks. Dinner is served, drinks not included; you even pay for water. The Junior Club is a bit sparse; I expected more games. The decor is mountain-style, but super modern. The cleanliness is obsessive. Negative aspects or things to improve: - I can pay 30 euros for a char with that sauce and those chips, but you can't charge 4.50 euros for a 50cl water without even writing it on the menu. Coffee costs 3, a steal, but at least it's written down. - Elevators: I've taken them 3 times in 3 days, always busy. It's not programmed to know if it's going up or down, so if you want to go from 0 to 3, you'll probably have to go to -2 first. - There's no air conditioning in the rooms. And there's no bidet. There's the car wash gimmick, but the bidet is sacred. - The outdoor green areas aren't very well-kept. Let's just say the grass wasn't what you'd expect in a 5-star hotel. I'll end with the absolute best thing: the staff. Housekeeping, reception, and catering—10!
Dietmar 10. August travelled as 0 + We stayed at the Lumaris Wellness Hotel for a few days and were absolutely thrilled! We received a super-friendly welcome upon arrival, and this continued throughout our entire stay – whether at reception, in the restaurant, or in the wellness area, everyone was simply warm and attentive. The hotel is large and offers many options: a fantastic wellness area (located in the sister hotel "Amonti," accessible via an underground passage) with pools, various saunas, and plenty of relaxation areas to unwind. The food was a real highlight! Prepared by a chef who definitely cooks at a top-class level – perfect in taste, a visual delight, and with a wide selection that leaves nothing to be desired. Also worth mentioning is the stylish bar, where bar manager Max skillfully and passionately mixes cocktails that impress both visually and tastefully. Whether classic or creative – everyone will find their favorite drink here, perfect for a relaxing end to the day. Families with children are also welcome at the Lumaris. This can sometimes make things a little livelier, but overall, it's not a problem. If you're looking for relaxation, excellent food, and friendly service, this is the place for you!
Chridal 08. August travelled as Young couple + Fantastic
Julian 07. August travelled as Young couple + The Amonti is a wonderful place, the wellness area is a dream. The food, the ambiance, the staff—everything is truly perfect. We'd love to come back.
A. 03. August travelled as Young couple + A dream stay at the Amonti! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home at the Amonti. The warmth of the staff, the stylish ambiance, and the exceptional wellness area left nothing to be desired. Our room was modern, clean, and had a stunning view. The fantastic food deserves special mention – from breakfast to dinner, a culinary delight of the highest caliber. The spa area is spacious, diverse, and perfect for relaxation. We will definitely be back – a place to feel good and enjoy!
Alberto 03. August travelled as 0 + Fantastic place, clean and well-kept
Thomas 27. July travelled as Young couple + Short: Conjoined double hotel. I can mostly speak for the Lunaris, but the Amonti seems similar enough. Very beautiful place in the Ahrntal (more nature than urban infrastructure). Suitable for families and couples/singles. Rooms: Spacy, clean, luxurious. Big bathroom, balcony, mini bar. Cleaning products as well as a proper hair dryer Restaurant: Simply lovely. Great food: breakfast and lunch are very well stocked buffets and in the evening you get to choose from a multi course menu. Well assorted wine list. Bar: the Lunaris bar is a small gem. Exquisite cocktails and a very nice team Wellness area: all that happens in the Amonti. Easy to reach via an underground hall, no need to get outside of the building. Big family area on the ground floor and the whole top floor is an "adults only" section with gorgeous saunas, pools and relaxing zones.
Alessandro 25. July travelled as 0 + A wonderful experience in a truly exceptional establishment in every way! Kudos to Salvatore, a friendly, competent, and attentive manager!!! Congratulations!!!
Stefano 23. July travelled as Family with young kids + A guarantee...my perfect retreat in South Tyrol!
Ettore 15. July travelled as 0 + From a 5 star hotel to be treated by the restaurant staff rudely every single time is unacceptable. Otherwise everything else was great
Marco 14. July travelled as Young couple + An oasis of relaxation, charm, and enchanting landscapes in the Aurina Valley. Amonti is a place to retreat and recharge, enjoying the mountains, the spa, and excellent food. The common areas and rooms have been recently renovated in a modern Alpine style: it's hard to beat! The top-floor spa (adults only and in Tyrolean style) is a fantastic place to unwind after a day spent hiking (or skiing). Definitely a place to return to...even a third time!
Marco 14. July travelled as Family with young kids + Great hotel, great food, great service, mega spa area and all in a beautiful location.
Patrizia 13. July travelled as Family with young kids + The Aurina Valley is a must-visit for its beauty, order, and tranquility...so many easy and enjoyable hikes for all ages!
I 13. July travelled as Family with young kids + What a fantastic hotel! If you're not happy and satisfied here, no one can make you happy. Starting with the service, which was top-notch everywhere. From room service, who did everything possible to ensure we had a restful night with our little daughter, to reception, who made great suggestions and were always friendly, and of course the service staff in the restaurant and so on! Now we want to talk about this incredible culinary experience. It's absolutely amazing! At breakfast, you can press your own juice, eggs are freshly prepared and even made from real eggs, all kinds of fresh fruit, even berries, which you hardly find in any hotel. The health buffet has every kind of salad, a hot dish that changes daily, a cake buffet from heaven and so on. In the evening, there's always a mix of à la carte and buffet with salad, smaller starters, and an additional hot dish. The desserts are out of this world. So if you don't get physical here, you'll end up rolling home with an extra 10 kg. The rooms are super nice and clean, the spa has a special area and slides for children, and there's an indoor and outdoor playground. There's simply nothing you won't find to make you happy. For us, the hotel is the perfect balance for families who appreciate great food and a certain amount of luxury to unwind from everyday life. The surrounding area is also beautiful and has so much to offer. We didn't have the best weather, but it didn't detract from the holiday in any way because there was so much on offer. We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel!
Giulia 10. July travelled as Young couple + An oasis of peace and relaxation, ideal for an escape from everyday life.
Alessandro 09. July travelled as Young couple + Excellent hotel, clean, nice rooms. The attitude of some of the waiters and the chef's first courses could be improved, as they aren't up to the standards of a 5-star hotel in terms of quality and variety.
Roman 08. July travelled as 0 + We had a thoroughly enjoyable family vacation at Amonti & Lunaris! The hotel is beautifully located, very modern yet cozy – perfect for a feel-good atmosphere. The food was a real highlight every day: varied, fresh, and simply delicious. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and attentive service – from reception to the restaurant team, we always felt welcome. Families are also well catered for, with activities for all ages. We will definitely be back!
Abdulmajeed 05. July travelled as Young couple + I thank my brother, Chef Radwan Al-Maghribi, a very respectful person with the highest morals, who provides you with the most delicious meals you desire.
Kimberley 05. July travelled as 0 + We'll be there for the fifth time this year, and we simply love it. It's our absolute favorite place. You feel at home from the very first second. The staff are incredibly friendly. The food is absolutely amazing! Nothing is left to be desired. The rooms are a dream. The entire hotel is beautiful, with attention to detail, and everything is very clean. Everything is cleaned several times a day. The location is also top-notch. You can get to the most beautiful hikes, mountains, and sights really quickly. There are super cute farm shops nearby.
David 01. July travelled as Family with young kids + A very nice hotel with an ideal location on the Klausberg in the Ahrntal Valley. Both parents and children loved it. We will be back.
Wolfgang 22. June travelled as 0 + Simply a fantastic hotel with everything your heart desires. It's worth every penny, and the food is amazing!
vwbasti 18. June travelled as Family with young kids + For us, the best and most amazing hotel in South Tyrol. We'll be back again and again.
Elisabetta 14. June travelled as Group of friends + Beautiful hotel with a high level structure, with a splendid Spa as well as the cuisine. Very beautiful and spacious rooms and impeccable staff, certainly the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in and then the Aurina Valley is always wonderful like all of Alto Adige I already miss it, I will definitely return!
Prof 13. June travelled as 0 + Absolutely gorgeous! The entrance area is simply amazing. We stayed at the Lunaris and had a Bergfeuer de Luxe room. Top-notch! Very clean, high-quality furnishings, and slept incredibly well in cozy bedding. The entire hotel (connected underground to the AMONTI) is pure luxury. Decorated with love, everything is of very high quality, with many beautiful details and accessories. The wellness area is separate for families and adults. It's a dream for children, with their own pools, slides, and a mini and junior club. The spa for adults is on the 4th floor. Two huge and beautiful panoramic saunas, sky pools, and a steam room. An endless number of loungers, both indoors and outdoors. The best spa overall! The food was excellent. The dessert buffet was full of works of art, with delicious, always fresh fruit. At lunch, there was a show kitchen and cake. Most of the time, though, it was pasta with tomato sauce or Bolognese. The service lacked a little bit of a sense of customer service. However, if you go to the bar, bartender Max makes up for it. He makes great cocktails and chats with all the guests. The cable car is right outside the front door, and in May and June, the ride is free. Great hiking trails; the bus runs every 15 minutes to reach countless starting points for hikes in the valley. We'll definitely be back to this fantastic hotel!
Nico 08. June travelled as Young couple + A truly exceptional stay – simply world-class! What more can be said about this hotel? From the stylish design to the warm and professional staff, everything is just perfect. What the owner has created is remarkable – with meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of quality. It was especially lovely that the owner himself was present – an incredibly friendly and down-to-earth person who immediately wins you over. Patricia and her colleague were also fantastic. The sauna infusions were performed with great passion, always with the guests' well-being in mind. The spa was comfortable and offered ample space, so you never felt crowded. The cuisine leaves nothing to be desired. Every dish is prepared with love, creatively presented, and of the highest quality. You can simply feel the passion that goes into the cooking. A special thank you to Vukasin, who did an outstanding job as a waiter. We will definitely be back!!!!
Stefano 06. June travelled as 0 + Daniela spectacular waitress super hotel, thank you!!!
Gianfranca 06. June travelled as 0 + Cadipietra is a small village in South Tyrol's Aurina Valley, and the Hotel Amonti, where I stayed from May 30th to June 2nd, is a wonderful and incredibly comfortable property. The Vital Suite features an infrared sauna. The heated skylift offers a beautiful view and is a great place to relax. The outdoor pool is popular with families, and there's an indoor pool for the little ones. There aren't many saunas, but the infusions are truly exceptional! Good food, 3/4 board. Taufers Castle in Campo Tures and Klausberg are definitely worth a visit, easily accessible by the ski lift located in front of the hotel.
Michael 03. June travelled as Family with young kids + I can only review Lunaris here. The service and rooms are first-class. The food is Michelin-star quality. It more than deserves its 5 stars. Admittedly, it's quite pricey, but worth every penny.
Sabine 01. June travelled as Young couple + The best hotel I've ever been to. Everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The food was fantastic, with something for everyone. The wellness area is also fantastic. We'll definitely be back.
Fabrizio 31. May travelled as Young couple + My wife and I stayed from May 19th to 23rd, 4 nights = 3, in the Aurina Suite at the Amonti, and we had a fabulous time. Everything was perfect. The hotel, the beautiful, well-appointed, spacious suite, the gorgeous, clean shower, the king-sized bed, the spectacular window-facing sofa, the staff at the reception, bar, and restaurant (Claudio in particular), and the room cleaner. Everyone was always very kind and available for any request or information. The buffet was excellent with an endless variety of sweet and savory options. Dinner featured gourmet dishes that were always surprising and amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing, with soft lighting. The spa on the ground and fourth floors is truly beautiful: the pools, three saunas, a Turkish bath, and relaxation rooms. Everything was 5 stars with honors. The bar and outdoor relaxation areas on the top floor are a dream. And then the excursions, even those organized by themselves, the breathtaking views. I could have spent hours in the infinity pool gazing at the majestic panorama before us. It was a dream come true, and I'm already recommending it to my friends. We'll definitely be back next year. Thank you all!
Simon 31. May travelled as Young couple + I can absolutely recommend this place, the landscape and the hotel!
Paolo 27. May travelled as 0 + We decided to return to this paradise to spend the first days of our honeymoon. We booked the "A Short Break" package, choosing one of the hotel's brand new suites, equipped with a private sauna and terrace... and with a starry vault on the ceiling of the room!!! Everything was perfectly romantic as we had expected... including breakfast in the room and wellness treatments for couples! We found the cleanliness, the order, the kindness, the quality of the food and the attention to all the details and to all our needs. We highly recommend this corner of paradise even for just a few days to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a relaxing break, pampering or with the family. Obviously we are already planning our next escape in autumn...
Sascha 04. May travelled as Group of friends + We spent a long weekend at the AMONTI & LUNARIS Wellness Resort with friends over May 1st – and it was simply world-class! Everything was absolutely top-notch: the warm hospitality, the modern and immaculately maintained rooms, the cleanliness, the friendliness, and the humor of the entire team – something you rarely experience. The wellness offerings are an absolute dream – pure relaxation. The location is also ideal for all kinds of adventures: whether biking, rafting, or hiking – everyone gets their money's worth here. A special highlight in the evening was the stylish Sky Bar with its incredibly delicious cocktails – a huge compliment to Lukas and his fantastic team, who rounded off the day perfectly. A huge thank you to everyone – we will definitely be back! Addendum: The dessert buffet (sorry, but wow) was simply next level! I've never experienced anything so ingenious – every piece a work of art. My absolute highlight: the apple strudel 2.0 and the peppers – heavenly! You simply have to try it. I was so impressed that I even convinced a guest at the next table to get seconds!
Simona 04. May travelled as 0 + It's a beautiful hotel. The service, food, location, and rooms are top notch! For a 5-star hotel, I expected something more detailed for children. The kids' area was too small and poorly organized, even though the kids' club was available. There were few games. I would have expected more attention for the little ones. Something worthy of a 5-star hotel, as it should be.
Aflux 26. April travelled as 0 + This resort offers elegant rooms, exceptional wellness facilities, and breathtaking infinity pools. We enjoyed the gourmet cuisine, spa spaces and personalized care for body and mind.
Israa 26. April travelled as 0 + We visited this hotel in the last of March And we stayed in Lunaris The rooms was clean The service was great The food was good but I didn’t try the meat The location is great as it is near the skiing school and cable car station to go to the top of the mountain We tried the breakfast , brunch, and lunch
L 24. April travelled as 0 + This hotel is definitely a 10/10. Spent several vacations there and was always completely happy.
simone 22. April travelled as Young couple + Beautiful hotel, professional and friendly service and staff, very beautiful wellness center and pools with breathtaking panoramic views, well-kept spaces, the upper part is for adults only... the ground floor area is for families with children, as it was, we found it very comfortable and welcoming, clean and with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains. It was a wonderful weekend. I recommend it.
Claudia 19. April travelled as 0 + Yes, very nice
Anja 14. April travelled as Young couple + Thank you for the great room upgrade! The room was beautiful, with thoughtful details, very clean, and a fantastic view. The bed was extremely comfortable – we felt completely at home. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, leaving nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very varied. At lunch, there's a delicious gourmet meal with a salad buffet, hot dishes, and a fine dessert. In the evening, there's an extensive salad, dessert, and cheese buffet, along with varied and very fine menus – there's truly something for everyone here. The evening in the Skybar was a lovely end to the day; the cocktails were truly delicious. We especially liked that the wellness area on the 3rd and 4th floors, as well as the Skybar, is "adults only" – a real plus. The wellness area is very well-maintained, clean, and invites you to relax with pools, saunas, and relaxation rooms. The spa treatments are also highly recommended – they are individually tailored and professionally performed. Another advantage: The electric car can be charged free of charge. The only small drawback: There are a lot of children in the hotel, which can be a bit hectic and loud, especially during meals. Families and couples eat together, which doesn't always ensure peace and quiet. All in all, a very nice hotel – but if you're looking for absolute peace and quiet, this might not be the ideal place.
demolizioni 27. March travelled as Family with young kids + top family hotel
Evi 25. March travelled as Family with young kids + Highly recommended
CGT 16. March travelled as Young couple + A beautiful hotel, an extremely good restaurant with a great selection of high-quality food. Service throughout the hotel is excellent, especially in the restaurant. Elmar in particular! Other things like the pool area, etc., are also excellent. You can tell the management is great here. A definite recommendation.
Tiberio 13. March travelled as Family with young kids + High-level structure
Hans 11. March travelled as 0 + Incredible hotel. The rooms, the wellness area, the location, and above all the food are absolutely top-notch and worth every single cent. We will definitely be back Don't be fooled by the completely incomprehensible and outrageous 1/5-star reviews. Complaining about the cuisine and the quality of the food borders on impudence and can only come from either jealous competitors or sad, poor people who can normally only afford a dump and are still bitter about spending "so much money" and now having to live on dry land for a few more months.
Olha 11. March travelled as Young couple + When we arrived at the hotel, no one accompanied us to our room, nor showed us the facilities, which are supposed to be a 5-star hotel. Nor did anyone explain that to park your car in the hotel parking lot, you also need a room key to open the bar. So my partner had to go back to the hotel on the fifth floor to get the key. (The room was nice and quite spacious, with a large terrace and a jacuzzi, which we loved.) However, they don't make the bed in the evening; they only come in the morning to clean. We didn't enjoy the food, but the waiters were quite good. The spa is large, with a choice of saunas and pools for both children and adults. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be back again.
Felix 11. March travelled as Young couple + The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and a great mountain view. The adult spa area was quiet and elegantly designed. Unfortunately, the sky pool was relatively cold. The hotel's design and interior were very elegant and modern. Unfortunately, the food was a complete letdown. The soups were watery, and the so-called Wiener schnitzel was a disaster, with a soggy, greasy coating that stuck to the meat. The fillet was raw instead of medium and full of tendons. The Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) was undercooked and not particularly flavorful. All in all, unfortunately, not as good as expected.
Laura 09. March travelled as 0 + Incredibly beautiful ambience, the food is excellent as well as the spa area. Children and parents got their money's worth! We'll definitely be back!
Aneta 07. March travelled as 0 + Super nice hotel Can only recommend!!!!
valentino 05. March travelled as 0 + Perfect hotel
Claudio 04. March travelled as Family with young kids + Everything perfect! Well done
Dumitru 02. March travelled as Family with young kids + Thanks a lot for all the efforts you put into running it well and welcoming us onboard.!
Christer 01. March travelled as Family with young kids + Very nice hotel and staff, but the hotel smells to much perfume, specially the rooms, and the rooms av very hot without any possibility to lower the temperature, but very nice and clean hotel, with very good spa, but they need to stop with all perfume
Birgit 28. February travelled as Group of friends + Excellent hotel in the beautiful Ahrntal Valley! The staff in all areas are very friendly and accommodating! The wellness area is fantastic, and the massages are highly recommended! The food (breakfast, afternoon lunch, and dinner) is fantastic!
Agáta 28. February travelled as Family with young kids + Third time in this area. But this hotel is the best. We spent a wonderful 5 days of vacation. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the wellness every day after skiing with entry only for adults. Beautiful surroundings and especially peace... a big thank you to the kitchen, great, honestly prepared meals. And for the pastry art, which we had every day, we give it 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back.
Dennis 18. February travelled as Young couple + Fantastic. Great staff, beautiful surroundings, and a fantastic wellness hotel.
alberto 17. February travelled as 0 + Truly beautiful hotel. Super friendly staff, especially Andrea in the dining room, who looked after us very well. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I'm going to give the spa area a lower score. I would suggest staff supervise the area during busy periods, as children were engaging in diving competitions and making noise despite it being clearly marked. This is for the well-being and safety of all guests. The location isn't the hotel's strong point, as it's in a valley with little sunlight and a nearby road is quite busy. This is made up for by the wonderful hospitality and the hotel's architecture. A special mention goes to the cuisine, which is truly surprising compared to other hotels of the same category in South Tyrol. The ski lifts are very close, just across the road, to the beautiful Klausberg ski area. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.
Denise 16. February travelled as Family with young kids + We stayed at the Amonti for 5 nights with our 3-year-old daughter and highly recommend the hotel :-) Very child-friendly, with a lovely water and play area with a mini club, as well as a wonderful adults-only area on the entire 4th floor and great food. Good ski storage is available in the hotel, about 50 meters from the valley station. Only the direct location on the road deducts one star. All in all, we felt very comfortable!
Lisa 15. February travelled as Young couple + This is our third time staying here and it is simply a dream Absolute relaxation at the highest level! The staff are very courteous and attentive, whether at the hotel bar, during meals or in the spa. A very special highlight is and remains the spa area with Patrizia - she always creates wonderful moments in the sauna and is very hard-working and incredibly committed. We love being here and always enjoy our holiday here. The food is also fantastic, whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is and remains probably the best hotel we have ever been to. We are always happy to be here and will come back Thank you for this unforgettable stay.
Alex_1208 15. February travelled as Young couple + We've stayed at Amonti several times – and this time again, 100%. Whether it's service, cleanliness, hospitality, or cuisine, the guest is king! Thank you again for the wonderful stay and see you soon :)
Marc 15. February travelled as 0 + A truly first-class hotel. We'd love to come back.
Andrea 11. February travelled as Family with young kids + An ideal place to relax and unwind for a few days... Top restaurant...
Sarah 11. February travelled as 0 + We stayed there for a weekend and were absolutely thrilled. The service is excellent, all the staff are incredibly friendly, and the wellness and spa area is simply world-class! We will definitely be back.
Murat 06. February travelled as Family with young kids + Our third time here and it was just as wonderful as the first. As a family with three children, we can honestly say that this resort was tailored to our needs. From the reception to the restaurant, everything was top-notch. I'd like to give a special mention to the massage: Gabriella, you're simply fantastic!
Daan 06. February travelled as Young couple + Recommended 5 ️
Andreas 05. February travelled as Young couple + It was absolutely fantastic. Nestled in a beautiful landscape lies a top-notch wellness resort. From breakfast to dinner, nothing was left to be desired.
Angelo 02. February travelled as Young couple + We love this hotel (it's actually two connected hotels). We've stayed at Lunaris several times, this time at Amonti. The suites are truly beautiful, with a perfect location at the valley station. Friendly staff. Dog-friendly. The food is absolutely top-notch. A fantastic experience from start to finish. The wellness area is good, but unfortunately, the wellness clients aren't always perfect, with people throwing towels and people wearing their clothes in the sauna. The ski room and garage are very practical. The icing on the cake for me was that the dedicated charging stations are included in the price of the garage. That's good for both customers and the environment. Anyone who doesn't feel comfortable here should urgently seek out a suitable treatment.
Massimiliano 30. January travelled as Family with young kids + Everything at the top
Silvio 28. January travelled as 0 + Great hotel, beautiful location, superb service! Hannes, in particular, served us more than professionally at both breakfast and dinner—I've never experienced better service. Thank you, Hannes! We'd be back anytime!
Giusy 25. January travelled as Family with young kids + Everything was perfect... A wonderful vacation Top-notch rooms, friendly staff, a wonderful view, and services with spa pools and more that were literally magnificent.

Emanuela 18. January travelled as Family with young kids + Great experience for the second time. Excellent food, especially the open kitchen. Superb spa with the amazing staff of Patrizia and Stefano. Max was also excellent at making cocktails. We highly recommend going there!!!!
Lucia 15. January travelled as 0 + We had a fantastic, wonderful vacation and will definitely be back. The food, the service, and the staff in general were very friendly and helpful!
Lisa 12. January travelled as 0 + First-class in every respect! Both the food and the service are of the highest standard. Despite the hotel's size, you can tell it's owner-managed, and the service is so personable and friendly. Here, every wish is fulfilled and the necessary flexibility is met. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire Lunaris team for 10 wonderful days ️
paola 05. January travelled as Family with young kids + I couldn't have given myself a better birthday present.... Fantastic is an understatement... absolutely beautiful... fabulous location, super service, exceptional cuisine... ditto the staff... amazing rooms... Nothing to add except THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! N.B.: The customer service is exceptional... they left me a birthday present on my breakfast table this morning! What more could I ask for! ️
Jendrik 03. January travelled as Young couple + The trip to Italy is worth it! The food is great. Live piano music. The view outside while eating is unfortunately up the hill. Several pools, pleasantly warm with a very, very great view. The sauna has the same great view. The infusion in the sauna was almost too hot for us, but it was an experience. The hotel itself is a bit of a tube-like layout and a bit confusing, but very stylish with beautiful art. A nice bar on the top floor. The kids' area with slides is separate from the adult pools. The entire roof is equipped with sunbeds. There were never too many people there. The staff was very friendly.
Nasti 01. January travelled as Young couple + It is and remains the best wellness hotel in South Tyrol and has rightly made us regular guests.
diego 31. December travelled as Family with young kids + Family-friendly resort located across from the ski lifts. Very beautiful, well-maintained, and well-furnished property. It's a shame about a few details that could make it impeccable. The pool water is cold (27 degrees Celsius). Some of the staff are not very helpful or attentive to requests. The room doesn't have the usual toiletries; there are only three bars of soap. Housekeeping only takes care of tidying up, but the floors aren't cleaned. The reception closes at 10:00 PM and opens at 7:30 AM; a hotel like this should have a 24-hour concierge. The spa on the fourth floor is reserved for adults because it's a nudist area. It's unpleasant to discover this only on the premises. Therefore, we didn't use all the spa services because we weren't comfortable there, and we only stayed in the family area (floors -1 and -0).
R 31. December travelled as Young couple + Unforgettable experience! Such a great place to stay and relax. The staff is very nice and helpful. Update December 2024: spent there 10 days and it was amazing! Spa zone, sauna, Aufguss with Patrizia and Stefano was awesome! The best part of the day after skiing! Food in the restaurant is really good and delicious! The staff is so nice! Mimi and Daniela such great people! Thank you for the great relaxed atmosphere and hospitality.
羅山一(罗山一) 30. December travelled as 0 + Five-star hotel, vacation, summer vacation, winter vacation,
Leo 29. December travelled as 0 + The facility is truly beautiful, large, very clean and well managed. As for the wellness services, they really have ample space, well separated between adults and families. The bare areas are well secluded and truly in privacy to be enjoyed properly. The spaces dedicated to teenagers/children are nice and spacious. I think that a more important animation proposal is suitable for the expense of a 5 star. I think we need to integrate a real entertainment team that offers an all-day program for different age groups: this makes a family holiday in a 5-star hotel important. Cuisine: in my opinion the concept of the menu and the culinary offering needs to be reviewed. Second level dishes. The desserts are truly superior to the national average. Important winery, undervalued with little influence of the sommelier at all tables (give greater importance not only to the average value of the bottle but to the entire supply chain from the moment of the proposal). Spa: large spaces, quality treatments, very good products, high level service in general. Top quality and service. We will return to evaluate ongoing improvements
Ralph 23. December travelled as 0 + We traveled as a couple and had a lovely week at Amonti. Our highlights were: -Very tasty, varied and high-quality breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the various freshly baked breads. Regional & fresh products -Good location with just a 3-minute walk from the Klausberg lift -Very friendly service staff; Bar & reception Our lowlights: -We found some of the audience not appropriately dressed; unsympathetic and not considerate. The hotel can't do anything about it, but we would have expected more rules and enforcement in this category (e.g.: people in pajamas at breakfast; flip-flops at dinner; children in the fitness area for adults; loud conversations in relaxation rooms...). -Drinks were overall very expensive (e.g. €18 for a gin and tonic). Unfortunately there were only wines from the region. -The bed wasn't particularly comfortable Overall a good price/performance ratio and the offer week before Christmas.
Mirco 21. December travelled as 0 + Fantastic place.
maria 19. December travelled as 0 + Spectacular. The room was excellent, with a separate bathroom and toilet, soundproofing, and a comfortable bed. The spa is beautiful, with activities, but the best part is the food: delicious. You can forget about your car because there's an excellent bus service that takes you into the city in 15 minutes.
Nati 16. December travelled as Young couple + The Hotel Lunaris in the Ahrntal Valley impresses with its modern design, spacious rooms, a first-class wellness area, and outstanding cuisine. It offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort amidst the beautiful South Tyrolean mountains.
Donald 15. December travelled as Young couple + Exceptional!! Attentive, friendly service, very good cuisine.
Wolfgang 15. December travelled as Family with young kids + From my perspective, I can only say it was SUPER. I highly recommend it.
Mat 14. December travelled as Family with young kids + One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything here is top-notch. Rooms, food, spa, hospitality, bar service, and garage. It'll obviously hit your wallet, but for this kind of quality, you'll have to spend a little more than usual. If you want to save some money, I recommend taking advantage of the 3/4 or 7/6 offers where you get a day "free."
Evghenii 07. December travelled as Young couple + Simply 5 stars, everything perfect from start to finish, down to the smallest detail. The staff is very polite and attentive, and the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. We would be delighted to visit the hotel again.
Daniel 06. December travelled as Young couple + Excellent place to take a break...the Sky Suite was worth the extra cost. Excellent food. Location right next to the lift station and on the main road in the middle of town...just the right place for some, but I would have preferred it a bit quieter...unreserved recommendation
Claudio 04. December travelled as Young couple + We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Words can't describe how positive our experience was. The room was wonderful (Sky Suite), the cuisine was top-notch, and the attention to detail was top-notch. The spa and pools are worth the price. A stay here is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Fabian 02. December travelled as Young couple + In this review, I would like to report on my stay at the Amonti, where my partner and I spent four nights. Since we both work in the hotel industry, a few things caught our attention that I would like to explain. We booked an Amonti Suite at the end of November. Check-in was quite brief and concise, and we were not accompanied to our room. Upon request, our luggage was brought to our room, and we were allowed to park our car outside (parking in the hotel garage is available for an additional charge, although the temperatures were below zero and diesel vehicles might find a frozen tank; whether that's acceptable given the 5-star rating and the rather hefty room rate is up to each individual). The room was clean upon first entry, but the shower did not have colored lights as advertised on the website, which was one of the reasons we chose that room. We went to the spa area on the top floor of the hotel. The relaxation rooms are nice, but unfortunately, guests still reserve the loungers for hours, which is certainly not the hotel's fault; they were even clearly warned not to do so. Before leaving, we wanted to leave our wet towels, but there was no sign indicating where this was available, nor were there any visible baskets near the relaxation rooms, which made us suspicious, so we took them back to our room. The bar was inviting on the first few evenings! The table at dinner was also great—right by the window. It's a shame that families with children sit in the same room as a couple! There were times when we couldn't hear ourselves being spoken at the table, and this doesn't reflect the 5* atmosphere! Nothing against children, but you also want to relax. Our waiter on the first evening was Giuseppe, a true expert! On the second evening, we learned about the Skybar and that it's also open in the evenings; the atmosphere there was also great! After the second night, we asked at reception for a firmer topper for our mattress, adding that we were going to Bruneck. After about three hours, we found the room with a topper on the floor and sheets piled up next to it. When we asked at the reception, they said they were sorry and that we had been given harder mattresses. After lunch, everything was made up. I don't want to accuse anyone of leaving the dressing and tidying up to us, but it did seem like it was appropriate! Massages were super relaxing and all the spa staff were highly professional; kudos to our masseuses. The service in the evening was mixed in terms of quality, depending on who was serving you. I don't want to name names except for Hannes, who does a super job. As for the rest of the food, I was partly shocked at how hastily the food was served, as if the waiter had already finished work. Plates were sometimes cleared while someone was still eating, and no one asked about breaks – a very tense and rushed atmosphere! What I would like to emphasize positively is the quality of the food – all the dishes were of the finest quality! The breakfast buffet was also okay except for the egg dishes; the scrambled eggs from the grill were bone dry and poorly cooked. The 3/4 board selection was also OK. The thing that bothered us the most were the "day spa guests"! We are South Tyrolean ourselves, but I have NEVER experienced such arrogant and loud behavior as some of them displayed, especially not in a 5* hotel with their reputation (!!). Furthermore, on the weekend, there were an increasing number of South Tyrolean families with children in the hotel who were loud and simply uncouth, simply inappropriate and incomprehensible in a hotel like yours, and no one could say anything, certainly not me as a guest! All in all, a nice hotel, but not really what you expect if you know the reputation, are willing to pay a certain price, and want a few days off.
Abdellah 25. November travelled as 0 + Everything was fantastic, compliments especially to the bar, thanks for everything!
Antica 24. November travelled as Family with young kids + A truly pleasant hotel. New, elegant, and everyone is attentive to the customer. Endless activities to do. Very conveniently located close to the ski lifts.
Leonardo 17. November travelled as Family with young kids + Newly built property, beautiful pools. Very spacious and truly beautiful room. The location, facing the road, isn't great.
Ramona 16. November travelled as Young couple + We spent three days at the Lunaris last year after a truly wonderful stay, and now we've spent four days at the Amonti. This stay didn't disappoint. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. We really liked the room; it was well-equipped and offered a beautiful view. The wellness area is very large and offers numerous saunas and various baths. The water could just be a bit warmer. The food was excellent again. The service during meals and at the bar was also top-notch! We also really enjoyed the piano accompaniment in the evenings. The hotel offers a variety of activities, with something for everyone. Everything was very straightforward. We'll be back!
David 16. November travelled as 0 + One of the best wellness hotels I have ever been to, everything was of the finest quality, top praise to the chef and the waiters, every wish is fulfilled, simply a wellness temple, I will definitely come back
Alessandro 11. November travelled as 0 + Excellent Hotel A+++
G 11. November travelled as Family with young kids + I stayed at this hotel because it was recommended as a family hotel. I think it's nothing like the other 5-star family hotels in South Tyrol. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the spa for adults is lovely. The food, in my opinion, wasn't very good, even though it was plentiful. More international than Italian. Unless you order an extra, you'll get a truly amazing fillet steak.
Eros 07. November travelled as Young couple + Wonderful hotel, 6,000 square meters of wellness and spa area. Indoor pool on the ground floor with outdoor access. On the fourth floor, there's a rooftop pool, an FKK pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and other relaxation rooms. Stayed for two nights, breakfast, lunch, and dinner all included. Friendly and courteous staff. Very clean hotel. Recommended... It depends a bit on your budget...
Michael 05. November travelled as Young couple + Always happy to come back, thank you for the lovely days with you.
Silvia 04. November travelled as Family with young kids + Everything fits here and the guest gets his money's worth.
Tobias 03. November travelled as Young couple + The two of us stayed for a long weekend. It was truly fantastic. The setting, the food, the service, and the staff were simply fantastic. You can tell the Steger family has put a lot of heart and soul into this place. We didn't want to leave at the end and will definitely be back
L. 02. November travelled as 0 + We spent a week here with our 3 children. Beautiful hotel, excellent service. Helpful and friendly staff. High quality food. Clean rooms and hotel. We've visited many hotels in Europe, and this is among the best. See you soon, and thank you!
Manuel 01. November travelled as Young couple + Very nice hotel, modern and spacious wellness area. The pools could be a bit warmer. The food was excellent. Service was top-notch, depending on the waiter. The location isn't particularly central, and the hotel is right on the main road.
Michael 31. October travelled as Family with young kids + A very nice hotel with an excellent wellness area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent.
Marco 30. October travelled as 0 + Excellent hotel, with friendly and attentive staff. Heated pools, though perhaps a few hydrojets are missing to give it top marks. Good and varied food. Modern and spacious rooms. Well done, I'll be back.
Stefan 28. October travelled as 0 + Everything was perfect. We were invited for a three-day stay with our child. Personally, I would have liked more infusions in the sauna and longer opening hours to allow for more relaxation.
Antonio 27. October travelled as 0 + Perfect hotel, wonderful in all its aspects… friendly and well-prepared staff
Gisela 26. October travelled as Young couple + Exceptional! Very relaxing, staff in all areas perfect, professional, cuisine excellent, there is nothing that is not fulfilled, Barchfeld Max outstanding!!!!!
Bernd 25. October travelled as Young couple + A very nice short break in South Tyrol. A wonderful romantic suite with a beautiful view; everything was very clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to Gabriela and Kerstin for the wonderful couples massage – unforgettable. Dinner in the lovely restaurant with exceptional service; we were treated with great care, wonderful food, and excellent wine recommendations. The pastries, in particular, are second to none. The lunch buffet didn't quite meet our expectations; there's room for improvement, as attention to detail is lacking. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. Things went wrong at check-out. The accommodation and massage, which we had already paid for (a total of €2094), were charged again. The accommodation error was noticed after an hour, and I was notified. The massage error wasn't discovered until I got home and checked the bill, but it was promptly refunded. Such mistakes shouldn't happen and marred an otherwise flawless experience.
Inga 23. October travelled as Family with young kids + Great hotel, everything new and modern. Our waiter was exceptionally good! The pool was warm. Great options for the whole family. Personally, I don't like adults-only areas in hotels. The hotel's location is great.
Wolfgang 23. October travelled as Young couple + A hotel that is probably only intended for extremely wealthy clients, but, in my opinion, has nothing to do with the South Tyrol that I know and love.
Maria 23. October travelled as Solo-Traveler + Such a huge temple, unnatural, rooftop pools in such a mountainous landscape, trained staff, forced smiles, unfortunately only imported goods, food, etc. The next money-grubber is being built in Sand in Taufers, such hotelier madness is terrible.
Janette 22. October travelled as 0 + The perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent three days here and were truly able to unwind from the stresses of everyday life. The food was excellent. Beautiful, spacious rooms, friendly service, and a fantastic wellness area! We'll be back and say thank you!
Serene 21. October travelled as Group of friends + We had a comfortable and relaxing stay in this 5* Wellness hotel. At the foot of the Skiworld Arhntal with the possibility to hike to Klausee at 2162m. Friendly staff, beautiful room, great shower, very nice spa with panorama pools, saunas etc for adults only or pool areas for family. The 2 bars we visited were very nice too. We opted for full board and had Riccardo in attendance for dinner and breakfast - he offered good advice for wine. Most of the clients seemed to be German so at the spa they sometimes just explained everything in the language - but fortunately we can manage some German though Italian would be easier. We appreciated having the same table for most meals, and the food was of good quality though sometimes a little too German (love the schnitzel though). The bread selection was great and dessert was surprisingly good. Appreciated the fresh orange juice at breakfast and the coffee machine in the room. We are now thinking of returning for the ski season as the ski domaine is not big but seems convenient to ski in from the hotel.
Marvin 18. October travelled as Family with young kids + The Amonti and Lunaris are two hotels with their own reception but a shared spa area. The hotel is relatively large and offers wonderful suites, especially for families, plenty of pool fun for little ones, and childcare for children aged 2 and up, including an indoor play area. The room is excellent; you can separate the living area from the children's room. The breakfast is plentiful, with everything provided, but the coffee comes from a vending machine. It's a shame. The spa area is spacious and beautifully designed. On rainy days, however, there can be a shortage of loungers and it can get crowded. The infusions could be better (we're more impressed with other five-star hotels in South Tyrol in this regard). The cuisine at the Amonti is good, but not necessarily gourmet in our opinion. We were able to eat at the Lunaris for three days. The quality and visual presentation of the food is superior here. The hosts stay in the background. Note: Rooms facing the street are associated with noise. Quiet location at the back (although not a great view). Overall, a wonderful family vacation with minor drawbacks compared to other hotels in South Tyrol.
Nadine 06. October travelled as Young couple + Our stay was a dream! Everything was perfectly organized, very clean, and, above all, relaxing. The staff was very courteous and attentive, and the food was simply delicious! I can give everything 5*. We will definitely be back.
Oliver 05. October travelled as 0 + Always worth a trip.
Roland 30. September travelled as Young couple + This was our very first time at Hotel Amonti, but definitely not our last! The warmth and hospitality shown by every member of staff, especially Mimi and the dark-haired, curly-haired bartender, is absolutely incredible. We've never felt so comfortable in a hotel before. We savored every meal and every drink. The extensive breakfast buffet made our hearts sing in the mornings. There was so much on offer. A true breakfast dream for anyone who loves a good breakfast. The spa and wellness area leaves nothing to be desired; we especially remember the sauna specials with the "dancing mouse." The surrounding picture-perfect mountain scenery is perfect for hiking and biking. We're already looking forward to our next visit, which certainly won't be long in coming!
Alessio 29. September travelled as 0 + Thanks to Mimi, Max, and Giulia for their warm affection and professionalism. See you next time, Alessio and Chiara
Jehle 21. September travelled as Family with young kids + We highly recommend the Hotel LUNARIS. We've also read the reviews on various review sites and can't understand the negative ones. About us: We are a family of three with a 5-year-old son (who stayed for a week) and come from the hospitality industry ourselves, so we know what it means to evaluate service, cleanliness, cuisine, and wellness. The service is commendable in every area; friendly and helpful. Except for one evening, we had Riccardo as our waiter, and we felt very comfortable with him. The food is excellent; anyone who complains should stay home. The buffet was always fresh and clean. The plate service was always beautifully presented and warm. The only criticism we have now is that, despite previously reporting an allergy, desserts containing nuts were still on the menu. A meal even came with nuts :( The room was very nice, and the view of the Klausberg was fantastic. The separate sleeping area for our son was great. Despite facing the street, it was always quiet. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was a dream. The wellness area is very nice, although we found it a shame that there was only a soft drink bar in the sauna area and not in the regular area. Not every child likes tea. When the weather was bad, you often had to circle around the sauna area to get a spot in the relaxation area, and then often went back downstairs because there were no more spots. The childcare was also used, and our son felt comfortable with the girls. It's also great that you can take the cable car up to the Klausberg and even go on a short hike with a small child. So we'll be back.
Maya 20. September travelled as Young couple + Upscale atmosphere, large wellness area, excellent cuisine, exceptionally friendly service
Phil 19. September travelled as Family with young kids + Great hotel and great restaurant
i 16. September travelled as 0 + Title: A Dreamy Stay at the Hotel AMONTI & LUNARIS Our trip through South Tyrol began with a stay at the Hotel AMONTI & LUNARIS in the picturesque Ahrntal Valley, and what a wonderful start it was! Upon arrival, we received a very friendly and warm welcome. Despite our early arrival, we were able to check into our room immediately, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel is impressively large and offers the opportunity to enjoy the amenities of the neighboring five-star Hotel AMONTI. The two hotels are connected underground, so you can easily walk from one to the other in your bathrobe. Particularly noteworthy is the three-quarter board, which includes a hearty breakfast, a midday snack, coffee and cake in the afternoon, and an exquisite six-course dinner menu. The selection was impressively varied, and the staff were consistently friendly. The dinners deserve special praise, with special mention going to our waitress, Verena. Her friendly, unobtrusive manner made our evenings particularly pleasant. The hotel's spacious wellness area is divided into different zones, creating a relaxed atmosphere without overcrowding. Several pools are available, and the exclusive adults-only zone on the fourth floor at the rooftop is a real highlight. The relaxation rooms are spacious and offer perfect conditions for relaxation. In summary, our stay at the Hotel AMONTI & LUNARIS was a complete success. It is a beautiful hotel that meets all expectations and is highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing break in South Tyrol. We were completely satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit.
Mic 15. September travelled as Family with young kids + The cuisine is outstanding and the service is also great. Great hotel for families and couples
Francesco 08. September travelled as 0 + Fantastic location. Everything is well-maintained, from the spacious, clean, and welcoming rooms to the friendly service and hospitality of the reception staff and the bar/restaurant. An oasis of relaxation immersed in nature.
Milena 01. September travelled as Young couple + This hotel truly captures your heart, and you can't wait to return as soon as possible. Its strong points are the enchanting landscape of the Aurina Valley, the adults-only area on the 4th floor that allows for complete relaxation, the truly high-quality and refined cuisine, the impeccable cleanliness of every area, and the courtesy and kindness of the staff.
Vittorianna 28. August travelled as Young couple + They should decide whether to be a family hotel or an adult-only hotel. The two are now irreconcilable. The spa and wellness area, the bars and restaurants are all beautiful. But their atmosphere cannot be ruined by the presence of babies or small children, children of parents incapable of raising or caring for them. When booking, they should specify which period is best for one or the other, depending on their needs.
ANTONIO 24. August travelled as Young couple + A paradise, there really are no flaws. Food, rooms, location. Perfection.
CarFix 24. August travelled as 0 + A very good hotel for families, Amazing place for kids. Very close to the mountain activities. Staff veri nice and kind.
Eleonora 22. August travelled as Family with young kids + A pleasant stay, but with some room service issues that could be improved, such as the in-room Wi-Fi not working. You'd expect things like this to not happen in a hotel like this. The hotel is beautiful but too scattered, with the pools far from the LUNARIS.
GIULIO 17. August travelled as 0 + I just left and already really want to return... I stayed at this property for 4 nights. Everything was perfect, the room was spotless and very large, tastefully decorated, nothing was missing, not to mention the common areas like the various pools and the spa, a dream..!! We'll see you again very soon, we promise.!!
Annunziata 16. August travelled as Family with young kids + I spent a week on vacation between July and August. It's a beautiful place, with nature offering a dreamlike panorama. The hotel is very beautiful, with a very impressive reception, but once you get to the rooms, you'll find dirty carpeting and some walls need some work. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The food completely met our expectations. If you're looking for a place to stay as a couple, this isn't it. At times, it felt like we were in a preschool, with too many kids running around. It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, and on some days the heat was relentless. I find this a major flaw, considering it's a hotel, even in the summer.
No 12. August travelled as Young couple + We arrived with great expectations and were looking forward to the five stars. However, for us, that wasn't quite met. It falls a bit short when compared to other hotels. The wrong dish was served for dinner, and the correct meal was unfortunately incorrectly prepared. Unfortunately, the service again brought the wrong order the next day. Unfortunately, the buffet kept dirty plates; guests might have left them back, but it's rather unlikely. Unfortunately, there were a lot of "crumbs" everywhere in the dining area at the afternoon meal. The staff always tried very hard, but the execution was a bit lacking. Unfortunately, in the wellness area, guests were often on their cell phones—even in the nudist area or sauna. It just doesn't work. Entertainment, bar good. The rooms were also good, but sometimes lacked that certain something. For us personally, the price/performance ratio wasn't quite right.
Mario 06. August travelled as Young couple + My wife and I already treated ourselves to a little break here at the beginning of the year, and we had a truly wonderful time. The overall concept, including the location, amenities, service, and wellness offerings, is absolutely outstanding. We would love to come back.
S. 06. August travelled as Family with young kids + We love going to the Lunaris with our kids (4 and 6). Great rooms, fantastic dinners, and the pool and wellness area make it easy for us. But what we like best is the childcare at the Lunaris, which our children really enjoy. This allows us parents to enjoy some peace and quiet now and then. The only thing that bothers us is the lack of storage space in some rooms.
Mathias 04. August travelled as Family with young kids + We spent five days at Lunaris. Everything was perfect: great service, lovely rooms, and a fantastic bar. There's a children's area with slides, an indoor and outdoor pool for everyone, and a large adults-only area (with pools). We'll definitely be back.
Roberto 03. August travelled as 0 + Positive experience We'll definitely be back One small note: they need to improve the kids' club.
Abdulrhman 31. July travelled as 0 + magnificence
Y 30. July travelled as Family with young kids + Good food and clean rooms
Dani 21. July travelled as Family with young kids + This was our first time as a family (children 3 and 1) at the Lunaris in the Family Chalet Suite. Check-in was smooth, and there was nothing to complain about with the room either (great with a large bed for children in a separate room attached to the bedroom). The "adults-only" spa area was very large with plenty of opportunities to relax. The children's area (baby slide, tunnel slide, and regular slide) was a bit lackluster in comparison. The Mini and Junior Clubs seemed great. The outdoor pool was too small for the size of the whole family (one pool for all guests), and there were far too few loungers. The food was very good, but nothing exceptional. What bothered us and other guests the most was the loud music during dinner. Even after repeatedly speaking to the staff, we were only told that nothing could be done (our son was allowed to watch YouTube, but at a reasonable volume). As a result, we couldn't enjoy the meal and even had dessert in our room twice. Other guests were moved. The backpack we rented for hiking was completely unstable and unsuitable (you'd expect a bit more quality from a family hotel). There's also no hiking backpack in the room (which is something you'd normally expect). All in all, a nice hotel, but the price/performance ratio isn't right. We won't be coming back.
عبدالعزيز 21. July travelled as Family with young kids + One of the most beautiful hotels in northern Turkey. I thank my Moroccan brother for his reception and kind treatment.
Christoph 17. July travelled as 0 + My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for five days. We had a fantastic time in the natural paradise of the Ahrntal Valley. The hotel offers everything you could wish for in a wellness hotel. The room was a dream, the food outstanding, and the adults-only area on the fourth floor with saunas, pools, and relaxation rooms couldn't have been better. As a vegan, my wife was also delighted with the very diverse vegan options (a separate vegan menu in the evening and many vegan options at the buffet). A particular highlight was the way our two dogs were treated. The fact that you can bring two fairly large dogs (Labrador Retrievers) to a hotel of this class without any problems is fantastic in itself, but the absolute flexibility with which housekeeping reacted to the dogs' presence and absence in the room was truly outstanding. (We were out with the dogs for about two to three hours every day, and the room was always spotless afterward.) We would love to come back again!
Markus 16. July travelled as Young couple + We stayed at the Lunaris. It's a simply beautiful wellness hotel in a fantastic location. Super-friendly staff, excellent food, and a fantastic sauna and spa area (on the 4th floor with a huge roof terrace). Perfect relaxation. 100% recommendation.
Davide 14. July travelled as Family with young kids + Hotel premises are fantastic. Service is great.. rooms only miss one star for lack for AC, and location is not the best valley of the dolomites but still good
Sead 09. July travelled as Young couple + Everything is perfect in this hotel, nothing is left to be desired.
N 08. July travelled as Young couple + We found it by chance while browsing Instagram and were really happy with our choice. It didn't disappoint. Everything was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very kind and attentive, ready to accommodate all our requests. They truly make you feel like royalty! Excellent facility, worthy of its 5-star rating. Contrary to what I'd read, we ate very well. The food was excellent, varied, and plentiful. For the branch, you can eat until 4 p.m., which is rare in hotels. The room was fantastic and spotlessly clean. We'll be happy to return. Thanks to all the staff, they're truly professional. See you soon!
Antonio 28. June travelled as 0 + Spectacular from every point of view!
J 25. June travelled as Family with young kids + It was such a great vacation! And we'll be back in the fall. Perfect all around.
T. 19. June travelled as 0 + Top!
Linda 13. June travelled as Young couple + The Amonti is a great hotel in itself. Very clean and great rooms. The location is truly fantastic! For me personally, however, the price-performance ratio isn't right. The pools in the wellness area were a bit cool, and the food (except for dinner) could have been more varied. Here, they served the same salads, etc., every day. I've stayed in hotels that were cheaper and could easily compete with the Amonti. Perhaps my expectations were too high due to the price. One incident really annoyed me. When we returned from breakfast, the caretaker was in our room. He was standing in the bed to replace something on the lamp. We weren't informed about this, and I can't imagine it was that urgent. Other than an apology, there was no response from the hotel... which was a real shame.
Giovanni 13. June travelled as Young couple + We stayed at this beautiful hotel the first week of May. It was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back. The restaurant was excellent, the room was very welcoming and romantic, and the spa was one of the best we've ever experienced. Finally, a shoutout to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff!
I 07. June travelled as Young couple + Beautiful wellness resort, very attentive staff, very good food
Denise 07. June travelled as Young couple + Excellent from A to Z! We stayed with our dog in the Heartbeat Suite. Everything was lovingly prepared – even the dog bowl ️ Unique location right next to the Klausberg cable car, which guests can use free of charge. Culinary delights of the highest standard, super-friendly staff wherever you look. (Big praise to Max, who infects everyone with his good mood!) 100% ️️️️️
N 03. June travelled as Family with young kids + This was our first time at the Lunaris. Our conclusion: a good hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff – however, the restaurant wasn't particularly attentive. The hotel areas and rooms were very clean. The food was disappointing for us and unfortunately not up to the standard of comparable hotels. Recommended for families looking for the complete package. If you value a great dinner, we don't recommend it. The hotel is very tastefully and stylishly decorated. All areas (reception, restaurant, bar, spa, fitness studio, etc.) are very clean. The hotel caters to both adults (including a dedicated adults-only spa area on an entire floor) and families (childcare/playroom area, pool, water slides in a separate area). However, some of the individual areas are far apart, meaning they are accessible via a long corridor and stairs, where it's very cold. We highly recommend the massage. It was excellent and one of the best we've had.
C 01. June travelled as Family with young kids + We stayed in the Amonti, the Vital Suite. Check-in and check-out were absolutely seamless! No suggestions for improvement! The food was exceptionally fresh, varied, wholesome, and extremely tasty! A pianist also created a lovely ambiance. The seating arrangements were cleverly arranged. It felt like families with children and adults were sitting together, so no one was bothered by noisy children. We were assigned a table for breakfast and dinner for the entire duration of our stay, which we found very relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean, down to the smallest detail, and very hygienic! Everything was thought out down to the last detail for the benefit of the guests! Non-alcoholic drinks were always available on tap during meal times. The wellness area also offered non-alcoholic wellness drinks on tap throughout. A beautiful and appealing interior and spatial concept. We travel a lot, including to 5-star hotels, but so far none have had a spin dryer for swimwear in the spa, which can spin them almost dry in about a minute! Fantastic. We sleep on Tempur mattresses at home. This actually makes every trip a real ordeal for us in terms of sleeping comfort. This was the first hotel in years where we've had a truly good and restful sleep. What you hear isn't the road, as described in some reviews, but the rushing of the mountain stream right outside! We found it so romantic that we tilted the window open every night. We hardly noticed the cars. The view directly onto the nearby mountain and into the lush greenery was indescribable, as we enjoyed sunbathing on the roof terrace in comfortable, high-quality outdoor furniture. We recommend booking a massage; the quality and intensity are far from the usual average hotel massage. Many thanks to Magdalena, one of the best massages I've ever had, who also addressed my individual tensions. The entire staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating! We had a wonderful and relaxing time! Anyone who dares to give tips to such a professional hotel simply has no idea about traveling and is complaining at the highest level! Thank you for a fantastic and relaxing week! We'd love to come back!
Mario 30. May travelled as Young couple + Great hotel, exceptional service, food, and cleanliness. We've rarely stayed in such a top-notch hotel. The only thing that could be improved is the balcony lighting at night, as it penetrates the room despite the curtains. The location is ideal for hikes and excursions. Top location. We'd be happy to come back.
Kai 28. May travelled as 0 + Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. First-class service, good food, and plenty of activities to keep us entertained. We'll be back!
Annemie 27. May travelled as 0 + A very friendly welcome. It's a busy hotel, though. Meals are half-board, self-service, and the food was delicious. The rooms are large and tidy, with some rooms having a shower. Upon arrival, you'll receive a ticket to take the ski cart up.
Stella 26. May travelled as 0 + Great hotel overall. The location is also very good—across the street from the cable car. Plenty of parking. Excellent food and service. Massages and infusions highly recommended.
Christian 26. May travelled as Family with young kids + A very nice hotel with a spacious spa area. Excellent cuisine and a wonderful buffet.
Anja 10. May travelled as Young couple + In June 2023, my husband and I spent a few wonderfully relaxing days at the AMONTI. We followed a recommendation from friends. The hotel is beautifully situated in the Ahrntal valley. It's not exclusively an adults-only hotel, but there are separate areas for families and adults (though not exclusively), so everyone can enjoy themselves. We also gladly took advantage of the option to plant a tree for each day we had our room cleaned free of charge, contributing to the reforestation of the Ahrntal's tree population, which had been damaged by windbreaks. We also loved the selection of solid, regionally produced toiletries provided alongside the liquid options. Without exception, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt completely at ease. We would especially like to commend Andreas, who took excellent care of us during breakfast and dinner. The food was consistently delicious and of high quality. I had informed the hotel in advance about my vegetarian dietary requirements. We were delighted to receive the food. At dinner, I was offered a vegetarian menu with three choices each for the appetizer and main course, which I was very happy about. The rest of the menu was already vegetarian. At the afternoon buffet (savory/sweet), I had the best Kaiserschmarrn I've ever eaten. However, some of the salads and antipasti that were supposed to be vegetarian had fish or meat as a topping, which I would have liked to try without it. I also would have appreciated clearer labeling of the individual dishes at the buffet, as it wasn't always immediately obvious whether a dish contained meat or fish. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. They even had the mini Weisswurst that my husband loves. We're already looking forward to our next stay, this time for a whole week! ️
Stefan 09. May travelled as Family with young kids + This wellness hotel leaves nothing to be desired. From room service to the kitchen, a perfect team. Whether you're out into nature by bike or on foot, everything is possible. If you want peace and relaxation, you'll find it at this hotel. I highly recommend it.
Peter 07. May travelled as Young couple + The Amonti & Lunaris Hotel offers a great deal and more than meets expectations. An ideal place to relax for a few days and give your body what it deserves. Staff: Wow! The hotel management seems to be doing everything right. The staff are friendly, courteous, and motivated throughout, and always find time to chat with guests. You can't fake it; it's genuine. South Tyrolean hospitality at its best. Restaurant, Food: The breakfast buffet is generous with fresh, regional products. The selection leaves nothing to be desired. At lunch, the Vitality Buffet fills the energy levels of active guests with hot and cold delicacies. Of course, lovers of sweet treats are not left out either. Delicious! Dinner impresses with a large selection of fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Everything is served charmingly at your table by friendly staff. Sauna, Wellness Spacious, clean, in top condition, and lovingly designed. Relaxation areas inside and outside invite you to linger. Fitness Room Work off those pounds here in a pleasant setting with a great view. Good-quality treadmills, plenty of free weights, and well-chosen TechnoGym machines are available. A little oil here and there would do them good, though. Surroundings The Ahrntal Valley has a lot to offer. Hikes, bike tours, and excursions are advertised in the various brochures. At the beginning of May, there is still plenty of snow at higher elevations. Nevertheless, there are plenty of paths for walking. The hotel staff are happy to provide tips.
Rosa 06. May travelled as Family with young kids + It couldn't be better!!! A fantastic hotel, super clean and beautiful rooms. All the staff are very friendly and motivated. A great weekly program that offers lots of variety and is a lot of fun! Not to forget the food...from breakfast to the afternoon buffet and dinner...everything is perfect! Outstanding!! I'm already looking forward to my next stay with you :) Thank you so much for everything. Keep up the great work! Best regards :)
معتز 24. April travelled as 0 + Had a great time , the penthouse suite with jacuzzi was
Luk 04. April travelled as Family with young kids + Excellent hotel, spacious and modern rooms, clean, good service, premium look and feel. Food is very good, tasty, seems and looks home made, great wine selection. Highly recommended! PS: absolutely don’t understand negative or bad reviews, don’t be fooled by them as they are not relevant
Alex 28. March travelled as Young couple + We returned to the Amonti the week before Christmas for another wonderful skiing, wellness, and culinary holiday, and as always, we were not disappointed. The staff are still extremely friendly and accommodating, the food is outstanding, and the wellness area on the top floor is absolutely gorgeous. What always stands out about the food at A&L, in our opinion, is that vegetarians and vegans are also offered a full menu every evening with choices for each course. This isn't a given, even in hotels of this standard. In addition to the many strengths of the hotel and its staff, skiers should also note the excellent location directly opposite the valley station of the Klausberg ski area and the wonderfully empty lifts and slopes before Christmas. We are already looking forward to our next ski holiday at the Amonti or Lunaris. :)
Sandra 28. March travelled as Family with young kids + We had a wonderful break. The wellness area is fantastic and the food was delicious.
Michelle 27. March travelled as 0 + The hotel's location is fantastic if you love skiing; it's right next to the lifts to a beautiful and extensive ski area. The spa is large and luxurious. Just like all the facilities and rooms, they're all incredibly well-maintained and definitely 5-star. We found breakfast, lunch, and dinner disappointing in comparison to the facilities.
Lorenzo 26. March travelled as 0 + Excellent hotel with a spacious spa and wellness center. Completely satisfied with the food service (international cuisine with strong local roots). Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Convenient location across from the ski lifts. Having your own transportation is recommended for exploring the valley.
Matthias 22. March travelled as Young couple + Wonderful and relaxing. Every wish is fulfilled. Breakfast, I didn't miss anything; there was a rich selection. We often skipped lunch. Dinner, the food, was very, very tasty and not too much. If you want more, you can always ask for another plate, but it was also offered. Sports: I went on a bike tour, doable even for inexperienced riders. We passed a waterfall, stopped for photos, and included a short break. Ideal. A ski lift is within sight, always great too. Hiking is a must there, of course. Wellness: Excellent, sauna night with themed infusions. Superbly done. The sky bar, not far from the wellness area, has a beautiful view all around. Perfect for enjoying a cold drink after an infusion. Service is courteous, no matter where you are. Even the lobby invites you to linger. Bus rides are free with the guest card. Our room overlooked the ski lift toward the parking lots, which were on the other side of the street. Very nicely furnished, and the street wasn't a problem since the hotel is set back. Conclusion: I'd go back anytime.
Rafael 22. March travelled as Young couple + My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The sauna and wellness facilities offered perfect relaxation. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I can highly recommend.
Elke 20. March travelled as 0 + It couldn't be better! A unique hotel, nothing is missing! The food is amazing, the sauna area is fantastic! The infinity pool is my highlight! Highly recommended.
Gabriele 16. March travelled as Young couple + Perfect place to relax
Sonia 06. March travelled as 0 + Our vacation at the Lunaris clearly exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, with a wide selection and a fantastic buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa area was the highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.
Angelina 05. March travelled as Family with young kids + Beautiful wellness resort that leaves nothing to be desired. Ideal for slowing down, even with children :)
Robert 03. March travelled as Family with young kids + The best hotel and wellness I've ever been to. It's like I was at a relative's house, family atmosphere, top-notch service, excellent waiters and very, very kind. I always come back to this beautiful hotel. I recommend it to everyone, the food is excellent, suitable for all children, adults, etc. ️️
Liridon 03. March travelled as Family with young kids + Simply stunningly beautiful, as always..
Silvia 27. February travelled as Family with young kids + There's no childcare for children under 2. During our vacation, I had to ask the bar for soup for the evening and had to feed my baby on the sofas in the bar, without a high chair or napkins, which was very inconvenient because dinner opens at 7:00 PM. The same goes for feeding him lunch at 12:00 PM, because their buffet opens at 1:30 PM, and for very young children, it's an inconvenience because it's too late for them. We asked to let my 8-month-old baby play with appropriate toys at the mini club, but adults aren't allowed (neither me nor the babysitter we had), so we had to use the junior club room, which doesn't have any age-appropriate toys. I've been to other family-friendly facilities, and in this respect, I've found them better... there was much more attention paid to very young children. The sauna area is very nice and well-stocked; it would be nice to find some chopped fruit or dried fruit instead of just plain apples (we're still in a 5-star hotel, damn it). The restaurant offers vegan meals, but they're cooked on the same grill as meat (I'm sure of it) because the smell from the food is nauseating (I've been vegan for 13 years and I recognize it immediately). The waiter Dario is truly attentive; the others we had in his place a couple of days didn't even know what a cloche was (I'd asked for one to cover my husband's plate, as he had come up with the baby) and they didn't even bring one. It would take a maître d' with balls to straighten out all those young men who don't know what they're doing. That's a real sore point, in my opinion.
Stefan 19. February travelled as Family with young kids + Everything was perfect!
Giada 18. February travelled as Family with young kids + A truly beautiful, well-kept, and elegant hotel. The location is excellent, especially for athletes, as it's right in front of the ski lifts. The room was gorgeous, not to mention the bathroom with a panoramic window in the shower area: a true picture of the mountains! The amenities were excellent, though perhaps a "recreation" room for the kids, perhaps with a pool table, table football, and some music for them, is missing, given that there were plenty of them anyway (at least during this Carnival week). The entire staff was excellent. A round of applause for the pianist who accompanied the aperitif hour. The cocktails were also exquisite, perhaps among the best I've ever had!
Joyce 15. February travelled as Family with young kids + Super nice hotel.
Rolf 10. February travelled as 0 + A superb hotel with great food and service. Everything is just right here, we love coming here.
Marica 10. February travelled as Family with young kids + Excellent resort for its services, cleanliness, spa, and pools. Why only 3 stars? It's very trendy, and many guests (I've noticed during my three stays) only stay 1 or 2 nights, and their sole purpose seems to be taking photos or videos for Instagram. This is not only annoying, but bordering on harassing, and it's absolutely not reduced, even in the sauna and naturist pool areas, where privacy should be guaranteed. To be fair, the sauna staff does what they can; I've witnessed more than one argument in which extremely rude people demanded bathing suits in the pools, where it's expressly forbidden. What can I say? It's poorly attended, and despite the stars, it's not a classy place—a real shame.
SA 07. February travelled as 0 + Our recent stay at the Amonti 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. The Romantic Suite, which we booked for a special occasion, was undoubtedly a highlight: stylishly furnished, spacious, and truly romantic—a dream come true. However, the rest of the hotel's service couldn't match the quality of the suite. A striking example of this was our experience at the lunchtime vitality buffet, which was offered from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. To our disappointment, the popular Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancakes) was already sold out by 2:50 p.m. A question to one of the waiters led to a rude interaction in which the elderly gentleman simply walked on during the conversation and later walked past us without any response. In a 5-star hotel, I expect such situations to be handled with more professionalism and hospitality. Furthermore, many employees left a demotivated and gloomy impression, which greatly dampened the overall impression. A friendly smile seemed to be the exception rather than the rule, which simply shouldn't be the case in a hotel of this category. There was, however, one commendable exception: the bartender at the rooftop bar. His professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service were outstanding. He masterfully knew how to delight us with his creations, and his commitment to the guest was exemplary. All employees should take a leaf out of his book, as he embodied the standards one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, we weren't asked about our satisfaction at the end of our stay, which represented a missed opportunity for the hotel to obtain direct feedback. Given our experience and the lack of value for money, this was unfortunately our first and last visit. Despite the positive moments, we cannot recommend the hotel in its current state.
M. 04. February travelled as Young couple + Generally speaking, this is a poor value for money for a 5-star hotel. We paid €1,350 for two nights and booked a spa treatment and a bottle of wine with dinner. However, it didn't feel like a 5-star experience at all. I suspect many of the reviews are fake. The entire hotel is new, and the wellness area is very nice. However, it's starting to get rancid in many places. For example, in the room, where the mattresses are completely saggy and have a hollow in the middle. The food was the most disappointing, as it felt like a cafeteria. Even at dinner, you have to get your own starter. This is probably due to the proximity to the ski slope directly across the street, which gave the food more of a cafeteria feel, and the focus is on ski tourists. Dinner also took an extremely long time to arrive, and the food was mostly lukewarm. The food is also not suitable for vegetarians, and no consideration is given to vegetarians. At breakfast, for example, the eggs and bacon were cooked in exactly the same place as the requested vegetarian options. Furthermore, almost the entire menu is meat-heavy, and vegetarian options aren't labeled. A vegan would be completely lost here. The staff was friendly everywhere. However, we won't be coming back and can't recommend the hotel, as it's simply not worth the extra money, and you really only get what feels like a solid 3-star hotel.
Fabian 01. February travelled as Young couple + The Amonti & Lunaris is tucked away at the end of the Ahrntal valley, which makes the journey a bit longer – but the peace and quiet more than compensate, and it's not as crowded as other places. The staff are consistently friendly, and you always feel welcome. Everyone gives the impression of giving 100% to ensure complete guest satisfaction. The rooms and suites are very stylishly furnished, perfectly matching their respective ambiances, and leave nothing to be desired.
Lyndon 30. January travelled as Young couple + Everything was very good, especially the food and drinks, which were amazing.
Nando 26. January travelled as Family with young kids + A week in Trentino that was nothing short of fabulous, excellent structure, location, spa, everything was truly beautiful, the only flaw was the room for 5 people and only 1 bathroom.
Marilina 23. January travelled as Family with young kids + A wonderful holiday, Excellent cuisine, very attentive and professional staff (Andrea was incredibly attentive). Highly recommended hotel, the spa is top-notch.
K 19. January travelled as Family with young kids + Our seven-day stay at the AMONTI & LUNARIS Hotel in South Tyrol was simply dreamy. The spacious rooms and suites offered breathtaking views of the ski slopes and mountains. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the provided bathrobes and towels, was exemplary. The variety of pools and saunas, as well as the outstanding menu with excellent wines and beers, ensured pure relaxation and enjoyment. The service in all areas was outstanding, from the warm welcome to the farewell. Special thanks go to Mr. Steger, the superbly friendly manager, and the entire team, who impressed us with their friendliness and professionalism. The AMONTI & LUNARIS Hotel is a first-class choice for an unforgettable stay – simply fantastic! Thank you very much!
Konrad 17. January travelled as Family with young kids + A great place to relax for families with children and adults. Very nice service, very good food, the hotel takes care of each client individually. I would highly recommend
Flavio 17. January travelled as Family with young kids + Stayed at the Lunaris on New Year's Eve the 23rd. The two hotels are comparable, being identical and under the same management. Excellent, elegant and refined hotel. In front of the cable car to the ski slopes. Spa, pools, and food are superb. Haute cuisine, so for palates who understand quality and differences. Everything was magnificent. It's just a shame some guests were rude.
Luca 16. January travelled as 0 + It's with great regret that I'm writing this review because this is our second time at this hotel, the first two years ago, and we were thrilled. This time, the biggest disappointment was the restaurant, especially the dinner. The menu was truly dismal; not even in a guesthouse have we had such a bad meal. Dishes were rambling and lacking a shred of logic, a jumble of seemingly unrelated ingredients. Even the buffet, while seemingly generous at first glance, turned out to be remarkably lacking in both product and creativity. The cleanliness of the common areas was somewhat lacking. The spa, again, is remarkable for its offerings and size, and the helpfulness of the staff, who go out of their way to accommodate guests' requests. Honestly, given the prices, I don't know if we'll return. With great regret, The Livi family.
Cristina 13. January travelled as Young couple + Super fantastic hotel!!!
Zoran 04. January travelled as 0 + We rented a 82m2 family suite with 2 bedrooms and stayed 10 days over New Year. The rooms are well designed, cosy and clean but pleasantly minimalistic. Bathrooms and showers are top notch. The staff is generally young , local and extremely friendly and helpful. The Spa and wellness area is world-class. The food and wine selection is of high quality and is always well presented. Lunaris fully deserves the 5 star rating.
Valeria 31. December travelled as Young couple + We stayed at the Amonti from December 7th to 10th, 2023. The facility was truly beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the rooms were gorgeous (we booked a suite). On the top floor, there are saunas, a Turkish bath, two heated pools, each more beautiful than the last, a cold-water pool, numerous relaxation rooms, and a bar, all accessible to adults only. On the first floor, there's a gym and a heated indoor pool where you can swim and swim outside, which is also accessible to children...what can I say? It's a dream place! So much so, that we immediately booked another stay in a few months. I highly recommend it because, as far as I'm concerned, I can't find any flaws, only positives!
Serena 27. December travelled as 0 + The Balance Suite is fabulous. An unforgettable stay.
Gianandrea 27. December travelled as Young couple + Excellent accommodations for all tastes, skiers and non-skiers, summer and winter, food and spa, and a variety of activities. Prices are accordingly.
Demis 23. December travelled as 0 + Wonderful spa. A relaxing stay, not too crowded. Friendly staff, varied breakfast and afternoon tea with plenty of choices. Spectacular dinner!
Monica 18. December travelled as Family with young kids + A 5-star hotel, but in my opinion it doesn't deserve it. Everything was spotless, but the rooms were very small (ours was a Balance Suite), aesthetically pleasing but not very functional. The spa was beautiful, as was the children's pool area, but the spaces were extremely small. The worst part of our stay was the food: the combinations were unlikely, nothing really suitable for children, and everything was terribly presented. A pleasant note: the excellent waiter who looked after us during dinner was very kind and empathetic.
Lilli 15. December travelled as Young couple + We were very impressed by the professional communication beforehand. My partner and I are both vegan. Accordingly, finding accommodation with half or full board that offers us an alternative is quite a challenge. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this area in the past and had to find an alternative. Fortunately, we stumbled upon the Lunaris Wellness Resort. We're very much looking forward to our stay.
Monica 14. December travelled as Family with young kids + We've been coming here for many years, even before the renovation, and it remains one of our favorite places for its beauty, friendliness, and excellent service. Fabulous cuisine and all the staff are truly kind ️
pietro 13. December travelled as Solo-Traveler + Everything was top-notch, from the reception to the service and location, a restaurant with exceptional gourmet cuisine and competent, friendly, attentive staff. I recommend it to anyone looking for a completely relaxing family holiday.
Nausicaa 11. December travelled as 0 + The hotel is truly beautiful, even the rooms. For me, however, there are two major flaws: the pools are small and, more importantly, they're cold. It wasn't pleasant to be in the water; I came back with a fever! As beautiful as it is, I honestly wouldn't go back.
Daniel 10. December travelled as Family with young kids + Very nice and modern hotel. Lots of activities for children from about 3 years old. Right next to the valley station. There are also several attractions for children on the mountain, including a trampoline, a water park, and a sandpit. One star deducted because the premium all-inclusive package hardly includes any drinks. Only one free drink on the day of arrival. Ordering apple spritzer in the evening costs money, but it's free from the vending machine at the buffet (where the waiters also serve drinks). Finally, the surprise came when checking out. It cost more than booked. Why? The hotel includes insurance, which you have to actively cancel. Even though nothing about it was mentioned during the booking process or in the booking confirmation. It's a shame. It tarnishes the hotel's good impression.
Thomas 07. December travelled as Young couple + We were very satisfied and experienced quite a few "wow" moments. A very beautiful and comfortable house, and very friendly staff in all departments. Highly recommended, keep up the good work! Thank you and best regards from Kleinwalsertal.
Stefan 05. December travelled as Family with young kids + A fantastic hotel with excellent service (thanks Illya!) and very good food. It's worth the longer journey. The kids' area and wellness area are fantastic!
Sebastian 03. December travelled as Solo-Traveler + Great hotel, very good staff, always friendly and accommodating.
Magdalena 03. December travelled as 0 + The rooms are breathtaking. The hotel is large and very modern. It features glazing on all sides. The modern designs are insulated with plenty of wood and wooden accents. The designer did a wonderful job. We have an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, three bathrooms with a private sauna and jacuzzi. The hotel offers a children's pool, gym, wellness area, adults-only area, rooftop pool, children's playground, and all other amenities. I am impressed with the design and workmanship. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel's location is a 3-minute walk from the ski lift. Perfect. I admire the views from every window from morning to night. I highly recommend it.
def. 03. December travelled as Young couple + The stay at the Lunaris was very pleasant and relaxing. The food was exceptionally good and the service was very attentive. Highly recommended!
hg 28. November travelled as Young couple + As a trained HoFa, I can only say: speechless! I have rarely experienced such fantastic service. :-) (My special thanks go to Johannes/Hannes for dinner). The room was top-notch, clean, service unbelievably good, and the buffet was amazing. Everything was signposted (lactose-free & gluten-free)! The entire staff was incredibly accommodating. I had a pretty bad stomach ache on the first evening and we were immediately given a hot water bottle. Really great. The only small drawback: for those who aren't so open-minded, a few hours in the "textile sauna" would be really great. :) Go and experience it for yourself. The price is a bit high by "normal" standards, but it's worth it, and there's so much included. I'd love to come again with my partner. :)) Greetings to everyone!
Ch 26. November travelled as Family with young kids + Positives: Very nice wellness hotel, everything was super clean, extremely friendly, attentive staff, large and spacious rooms with good amenities. The food was (almost) excellent too. The wellness area is top-notch, especially the fourth floor is wonderful and perfect for relaxation. The pools and saunas are very pleasant. The HIGHLIGHT is PATRIZIA's infusions in the event sauna... THANK YOU so much for that... Unfortunately, there are also a few negatives: (to be improved!!!!!) BERGFEUER DE Luxe Room 1. Mattresses (parents) are sometimes worn out (mine was 100%) or very hard (children). 2. The afternoon snack could be improved compared to other 5***** hotels, e.g., free coffee and drinks. 3. The spa on the 4th floor, when it's busy, has far too few loungers, etc., as they are reserved by people and are only cleared after an hour!!!!!! Furthermore, it would be a good idea to allow children aged 12 and up to be taken to the spa for 1-2 hours once or twice a week in the early afternoon (when the spa isn't that busy yet). 4. If you're willing to leave a large amount of money at the hotel, then a free underground parking space including car service (available in many 5-star hotels in South Tyrol) should be included, and not an additional €10 per day. Finally: All in all, it was a very nice stay with my family, and we will book there again sometime... THANK YOU!!!!!
johny 25. November travelled as Young couple + One could write a lot about the resort (ample space for couples and families), a lot about the excellent cuisine (fantastic food and a wide selection at the buffet), and a lot about the staff (polite, attentive, and professional), but I recommend everyone go there for themselves and get a firsthand impression. You'll never want to leave. A truly unique and relaxing experience. We'll be back!
Rene 24. November travelled as Young couple + A top-class hotel that excels in spa and wellness facilities. Excellent location, great rooms, outstanding cuisine.
Rainer 22. November travelled as Young couple + Very modern hotel, great service and great food. We had a nice weekend.
Ermira 20. November travelled as Group of friends + A truly dreamy hotel with very friendly staff! I booked a weekend at the Lunaris for my birthday and was beyond thrilled. I arrived at the hotel on my birthday itself, and almost everyone congratulated me. That evening, a gift awaited me at dinner, and at the end, I was treated to a cake with a candle on it – so welcoming! The wellness area is very nice and clean. The views are simply beautiful – enveloping in the idyllic South Tyrolean atmosphere. I would love to come back!
Reini 19. November travelled as Young couple + A beautiful hotel with very good service and good food. The hotel is perfect for relaxation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I also thought the many options for charging an electric car were great. In short, an absolute recommendation for wellness.
Gianluca 19. November travelled as 0 + Truly wonderful resort
Christian 18. November travelled as Family with young kids + Simply a fantastic hotel – beautiful rooms, a fantastic wellness area, top-quality food, and beautifully presented! Outstanding service! A nice gym, and everything was very clean – just one wish: the rooftop bar should be open to children for two hours a week. I would have loved to have a drink with my son and enjoy the view! I never made it up there :-( which is a shame… just one point, but they should consider being a bit more flexible for families with children who want a gin and tonic and a view :-)
Marvin 15. November travelled as Family with young kids + We had a perfect weekend at the Lunaris Resort. Very friendly and professional staff, great rooms, top-notch food, and an absolutely fantastic spa area. Thank you and see you next time.
Hendrik 09. November travelled as 0 + We booked the Vital Suite for three nights and were our first-time guests at Amonti. Unfortunately, the reception was marred by the fact that our room wasn't ready until 3:45 PM instead of the stated 3:00 PM. We spent the wait taking a walk and waiting for the promised call, which never came. After we returned, our room was already ready. When we asked why we hadn't been called, we were told that it must have been missed during the shift change. This shouldn't happen at a resort of this level and with this level of service, and unfortunately, it somewhat dampened our arrival. This is where the negative reviews end, because from that moment on, our stay was an absolute dream vacation, which is why I'm happy to forgo a deduction in the rating. Our room was very spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The shower was very large and comfortable, and our infrared sauna was fantastic. The food was incredibly delicious and prepared with love. Almost without exception, every course tasted excellent, and every wish was happily fulfilled by the very well-trained and attentive staff. The wellness area is located primarily on the roof and essentially features two saunas, a steam bath, and two pools, one nude and one clothed. The infusions are well-organized and were always on our daily schedule. We booked again for next year during our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend this hotel!
Ulrich 07. November travelled as 0 + It was simply a perfect vacation.
Maria 07. November travelled as 0 + Excellent food, clean staff, spa, the only flaw is the location because you can only get away in the evening there is nothing... if they had organized evenings I would go there more often
1980 05. November travelled as Young couple + The buffet was fantastic, offering a wealth of delicacies. I stayed for one night in the south-facing Romantic Suite 324. The wellness center, especially the adults' area, was beautiful.
Andreas 03. November travelled as Family with young kids + A very cozy and well-maintained hotel. In this beautifully situated valley, almost every wish remains unfulfilled. A wide range of bathing and relaxation options are offered here. There's a special area for children with slides to keep them entertained. Adults are also well catered for with the huge sauna area, including an infinity pool, on the roof terrace. Very high standards, we would gladly return.
Andreas 27. October travelled as Family with young kids + Great hotel – ideal for a relaxing break! Excellent service!
Babette 25. October travelled as Young couple + Many thanks to everyone involved. We had a wonderful vacation. To all those who write negative reviews about this wonderful place... just stay home.
C 08. October travelled as Family with young kids + Normally not in our price range, because as a family it's just too much luxury, so it was only a short weekend trip for one of our kids' birthdays. I specifically read the negative reviews and can only say that they're full of exaggerated complaints about things I can't understand or consider minor or irrelevant (small cracks in some of the loungers by the pool. So what, or rather, sensible and sustainable, the same goes for the soap bars. Long walk to the pool? Well, it's a big hotel, of course there are transfer routes) or can't understand (someone wrote about inferior furniture??? I thought our room looked classy, lots of real wood, gimmicky lighting, a chaise-longue-style couch, and next to it a heated toilet with an illuminated vanity mirror...) This is what we experienced: Very friendly staff at the reception, bar, and in the restaurant (we had no other interactions). Delicious welcome drink, also non-alcoholic for the kids, friendly bartender. The food was very fine, lovingly prepared. There was a large buffet, but soup, main course, and dessert were served. Show cooking, for example, with pasta, was stressful for the chef behind it, as it sometimes involved queuing. Free soft drinks from the tap with meals. The restaurant had a nice decor, but few tables with a view. The room was chic (Mountain Living), well-equipped, but a bit dark due to the north-facing slope behind the building. It was nice that the hotel assigned us three rooms next to each other. It was also a luxury that everyone had their own, clearly labeled beach bag. I think having beach shoes at reception is a good solution, so only the person who needs them gets them. Children's bathrobes were also available. However, they weren't in the room to begin with. Hotel location: You can see the road and lift system, including the parking lot; it's not a dreamy valley location in idyllic isolation. But especially from the roof, you have a beautiful view of the valley towards Sankt Johann. You could also start hiking directly from the hotel (or use the included bus ticket; cable cars are not included). Parking is across the street, but you could park at the entrance to check in. The pool and saunas met all our needs; our two teenagers would have loved to have a look at the roof (adults only), which I could understand because it was really beautiful there. And finally, a big thank you for the wonderful decorations, cake, candles, and even a gift (3 bottles of juice) for our child's birthday. We had a wonderful weekend.
DINE 06. October travelled as Young couple + Incredibly beautiful hotel. We were speechless. Everything was just perfect. From the reception, the room, the spa, the staff, the amenities, the view—simply WOW. We're already planning our next vacation.
Damiano 28. September travelled as Young couple + We stayed at the LUNARIS: a fantastic wellness resort with a beautiful sauna landscape and a peaceful spa area. Professional service in the restaurant and at the varied breakfast buffet. We particularly enjoyed the Sky Suite with its private whirlpool and sauna. The room was very clean and offered a fantastic view of the Ahrntal Valley. We are thoroughly satisfied with our stay!
Elena 27. September travelled as 0 + I won't add anything else. They should perhaps just offer better prices off-season, like now when bad weather means you can't go hiking or skiing because there's obviously no snow. But I think everything is excellent: rooms, staff, food, everything.
Anne 27. September travelled as Young couple + We stayed at the Amonti for a week in July 2023. How can I put it? We were overwhelmed and still are! Starting with our arrival at the hotel. A friendly and warm welcome. No unnecessarily drawn-out check-in, just a short and sweet briefing with the most important information. I highly recommend that. The hotel facilities are fantastic and of very high quality. Arriving in the room, we were surprised by the size and modern furnishings. On the balcony, you could read on two loungers or just relax. The bed was super comfortable, and the private infrared sauna was great. Many thanks to the housekeeping staff; everything was spotless! Thanks also for the heart-shaped duvets. The spa area is stunningly beautiful! We basically only used the upper spa area and wished we never left. There are several saunas and a relaxation pool, as well as a small nudist pool. The bar is also impressive! Cheers! We were able to rent the Boxer GTS for a day and had a wonderful and unforgettable day in the Dolomites. It was so beautiful, I still often reminisce about that day. If you can, rent a Porsche and have a magical day with it. My favorite place in the hotel is definitely the restaurant. The huge selection at breakfast alone, wow! The lunch buffet... wow! But dinner... a total disaster. Dreamy flavor combinations and beautifully presented. Refills of all courses are offered again and again. Generally, a dream hotel in a dream location. But what really makes it special are the staff. No matter which department they were in, everyone was warm, friendly, and always committed to providing the best for their guests. Special thanks to Elmar for the excellent service at dinner. Many thanks also to Rosi, Lukas from the bar, Chiara (intern), Lydia, Rakel, Zoe (always smiling), and Claudio. And to everyone else. I really hope we can come back next year.
simone 18. September travelled as 0 + A charming location and a facility that represents excellence in the sector. The sixth star goes to the staff, especially: Illya, extraordinary for his professionalism, kindness, and politeness (we're truly fortunate to have him on the team), followed by Zoe and Andrea. A remarkable experience.
Helmut 18. September travelled as 0 + Perfect as always
Burkhard 18. September travelled as Young couple + Booked two days at short notice through Secret Escapes after a poor hotel on Lake Maggiore. Great room, very friendly staff, good food, pleasant style. Modern and warm. Excellent wellness facilities – a perfect end to the trip.
Christopher 10. September travelled as Family with young kids + We had a great vacation. Thank you very much.
Patrick 10. September travelled as Solo-Traveler + I'm truly overwhelmed by everything here. You're completely pampered. Everything is first-class in my opinion. Food, staff, spa, rooms, view... Hallelujah, AMAZING! I'm going to enjoy the next few days and will definitely come back and recommend this resort. Thanks to the A&L team!
Janos 04. September travelled as Family with young kids + A fantastic hotel with first-class service, beautiful rooms, fantastic food, and a great location. The spa treatments are amazing!
Umberto 04. September travelled as Family with young kids + Simply excellent
Theres 02. September travelled as Young couple + If I could, I would give it 10 stars. There is no better wellness hotel! Service, suite, wellness, cuisine—everything is of the highest standard! We are regular guests and are already looking forward to our next stay at this hotel.
Giovanni 29. August travelled as 0 + The best in the Aurina Valley
Annina 27. August travelled as Young couple + Excellent hotel, friendly staff, excellent food, very large and comfortable rooms, pools for every taste, excellent spa. It should be noted that access to the saunas and Turkish bath is without swimsuits, so you must be nude.
Bruna 22. August travelled as Group of friends + Place Stunning to say the least
Fede 21. August travelled as Family with young kids + Dream hotel
Liz 19. August travelled as Young couple + Gorgeous hotel Excellent cleanliness Refined food with local character Fantastic spa and pool area Gym and steam room with highly qualified staff...special thanks to Patrizia...a burst of energy and positivity!!!! Highly recommended!
Massimo 17. August travelled as Young couple + Everything was perfect, I would just suggest considering family rooms and smaller rooms for couples for dinner.
Matteo 15. August travelled as 0 + Exceptional!! Wonderful design structure with an exceptional super panoramic Spa! Top notch food! Very kind staff!
Daniele 15. August travelled as 0 + Wonderful hotel, with truly 5-star quality services and facilities. Special mention goes to the quality of the cuisine and the wait staff, a real plus in a setting of absolute excellence.
Gerhard 14. August travelled as 0 + We had a lovely few days at the Lunaris. The rooms were very nice and clean. The service was excellent at all times. The only criticism: We went to dinner relatively late once, which meant that the appetizer buffet was dismantled shortly afterwards. We couldn't have a snack.
Bianca 09. August travelled as Young couple + A magnificent place, where everything makes you feel pampered. A huge, well-equipped spa with a stunning design. Full of corners to retreat to read or enjoy a drink. The room is large, spotlessly clean, and well-organized. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The staff is always smiling and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with excellent products. The afternoon buffet is delightful and always up to par, as is the dinner. I'll definitely be back!
En 08. August travelled as Family with young kids + A fantastic hotel, and the food is excellent. The ladies in childcare put in a lot of effort and do a fantastic job. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
albert 07. August travelled as 0 + Excellent top hotel Top wellness area
annina 04. August travelled as Young couple + Excellent hotel. Friendly, efficient staff, always available for anything. Super comfortable and technologically equipped rooms. Excellent pillow menu. Gourmet cuisine and a wide selection of dishes. The breakfast and afternoon snack buffets are generous and will satisfy any craving.
Dagmar 01. August travelled as Family with young kids + Great hotel. Our suite (Alpine Suite) was absolutely amazing... Private sauna, whirlpool, great design. Very comfortable beds - huge terrace, everything fits perfectly here! The service was very attentive - especially on my birthday! No matter which area we were in, everyone had a smile on their face and was very, very friendly. The food was good - there's still room for improvement. The kids' junior club was okay, nothing particularly noteworthy. The wellness area is nice - especially since there's also a separate area for adults. Overall, the Amonti is very nice and harmoniously decorated. We felt very comfortable.
George 30. July travelled as Family with young kids + Beautiful resort. Culinary excellence. The town itself doesn't have much to offer.
serena 28. July travelled as Young couple + Bellissimo hotel moderno, curato nei dettagli con una spa mozzafiato. L’unica pecca la posizione, lungo la strada
Susanna 26. July travelled as Young couple + I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, the first time perhaps in 2005 when it was still called Alpenschloss and had not undergone the expansions and renovations that led to its current name, Smonti&Lunaris. Our 2022 stay lasted almost three weeks ((Lunaris) in the Mountain Suite. The introduction was necessary. The structure is gigantic but well-maintained, well-kept, and spotlessly clean, with a truly beautiful wellness area. Let's get to the sore points, which in my opinion are unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Poor bed linens; when we changed the bed, we even had a worn-out bottom sheet. The sheet itself was not cotton, but a synthetic blend. Inadequate mattresses (lumpy and dated). Room cleaning was sometimes sketchy, with toilets left uncleaned twice. Despite there being a large and beautiful children's area with a pool and water games, the large pool on the ground floor was overrun with children, even very young ones, making it impossible to relax. No big deal; the area reserved for over-16s on the top floor, with two small outdoor pools, was a nice refuge. I think the worst experience was dinner. The food was good compared to the South Tyrolean average (a little (Repetitive) but in an environment we had to escape as soon as dinner was over. A multitude of uncontrolled children were crying, screaming, and running around everywhere (poor waiters, constantly in danger of tripping). The problem is certainly not the children, but their rude parents, just as the organization is inadequate. No reminders for noisy families, no separation between adult couples and families with babies and small children. We would have liked to have a completely relaxing stay after a difficult year, but it wasn't possible. I'm sorry, but more than a 5-star hotel, it felt like a summer camp with neurotic and rude children and adults. It's normal for there to be some glitches in August due to the high number of guests, but considering the cost of a 5-star hotel, I expect adequate service. I don't think we'll be returning. What a shame.
Stefano 24. July travelled as Young couple + Simply everything was perfect!...the food, the rooms, the location, the very clean and brand new spa area with a quiet and discreet adult-only area...the children's area aside, it's very beautiful...5-star luxury...!
Manuel 22. July travelled as 0 + First-class wellness hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. From the furnishings to the service and the sauna, everything is simply perfect! We immediately felt comfortable. A huge thank you to the great waiter who always gave us great advice. We will be back and have already recommended the hotel
Rico 14. July travelled as Young couple + The 1964 Gourmet Restaurant is particularly great.
Markus 11. July travelled as 0 + Everything was great in this hotel
Susanna 05. July travelled as Young couple + Practically perfect
Le 29. June travelled as Group of friends + I read negative reviews first to see what wasn't right in this hotel. So we spent 4 nights in the Amonti with friends, celebrating 2 birthdays. Later our friend came over for 1 night and he was in Lunaris. Both hotels are very nice, very clean, modern and well equipped. From Lunaris there is a good connection to Amonti. The wellness area and pools are in Amonti and you don't have to walk long, as someone wrote here. Suites are very modern, views of the mountains and the river are fantastic. I realized that someone had posted photos here at night and with the view of the parking lots. I really had to laugh. If he took the photos during the day, everyone would see that there are beautiful, big mountains in the background and the gondola station and parking spaces at the bottom of the station, of course, but it doesn't make the view any worse! Suites are well insulated, we never heard the street or the neighbors when the door was closed. Food was very good. Staff super friendly. Our table was beautifully decorated for birthdays. Pools were very pleasantly warm. All paths are well labeled and very clear for us, who were in the A&L house for the first time. In the Aduls only area, we were able to relax in the pools and relaxation rooms and enjoy the view of the mountains. Small negative points: Towel stations! Down by the pool, we didn't find a station at all. There was a station upstairs in the sauna area. Bathrobe swap! We would have gladly swapped the wet bathrobe. Because it didn't dry overnight. Since we didn't think it was that bad, we didn't ask. We went through the rooms a few times and didn't see any signs for these stations, so we kept the coats as they were. Swimsuit dryer! We liked that, we found it great in other hotels that you could dry the swimsuits in a special box. We missed this box here, or maybe we just didn't find it)))) But conclusion: we will definitely come back.
Carla 25. June travelled as Young couple + It delivers on its promise. Dot leaves nothing to be desired. A visit to Lunaris is an absolute experience.
Alessandro 21. June travelled as Family with young kids + We spent a wonderful week skiing at Amonti. The service was impeccable, the food excellent, everything was so fantastic. We would definitely go back. We've already booked Christmas week 2023.
damiano 21. June travelled as Family with young kids + Everything was 5 stars. Location, rooms, service, but especially the food. Fantastic.
Annalisa 11. June travelled as Family with young kids + We spent our honeymoon at this exceptional resort. Everything was perfect, there's nothing more to say... Pure perfection.
Theresa 11. June travelled as Family with young kids + It was, as always, a complete delight! We've been there several times and each time we're speechless at how wonderful the time there is.
Banana 10. June travelled as 0 + We really enjoyed our stay at the Amonti. The food was delicious, though sometimes a little under-seasoned. There was a great selection of dishes. As an early riser, I was bothered by the lack of coffee in the room. Breakfast was at 7:30 a.m.
Marc 08. June travelled as 0 + A fantastic adults-only rooftop. Excellent food. Highly recommended gourmet restaurant.
SPAddicted 05. June travelled as Young couple + Our stay at Amonti & Lunaris was unforgettable!! We found everything to be top-notch, from the food to the enormous pools, the large and spacious room, the amazing bartender, the spectacular daily spa events, the perfect welcome from our dog, and the magnificent views of the Aurina Valley. They even gave us unlimited rides on the nearby Klausberg cable car to enjoy the Aurina Valley in all its splendor, even at high altitude! We will never forget this experience and hope to repeat it soon! Thank you so much for being one of the best wellness resorts in Europe!
Maria 30. May travelled as Family with young kids + Great for a family vacation! We'd love to come back. The value for money could definitely be improved, though ;)
Bernhard 29. May travelled as 0 + The last few days have been simply fantastic. Nothing and no one is left out here! Warm, friendly staff…a fantastic wellness area and first-class cuisine. Thank you for the perfect "time out!" We would love to come back!
Fabio 28. May travelled as Family with young kids + I stayed at this beautiful family resort with a spa for adults and children in December. Everything was impeccable, from the delicious food to the extensive wine selection from their well-stocked cellar. The in-house bar also offers high-quality cocktails, but what makes this hotel special is the family atmosphere and, above all, the smiles of our children. They never tired of having fun with the entertainers and the pools designed for them. I highly recommend it.
J 10. May travelled as 0 + Stylish rooms, very friendly, family-run service, child-friendly, and excellent food. We'd happily return to the Ahrntal Valley anytime. Oh, and yes: a chic wellness area!
Michaela 01. May travelled as Family with young kids + 1000 Moments of Happiness The second perfect holiday at the Amonti, which leaves nothing to be desired. A truly magnificent hotel that promises on the outside what it delivers on the inside. Feel-good factor - fabulous. Food, ambiance - the finest. Every single plate, a poem and an explosion of senses and pleasures. Wellness - spa - sensational. Clean, superbly organized, incredibly friendly staff. The service, especially at this point, requires a big compliment and thanks to Daniela and Elmar and the entire fantastic team who looked after us so well for 5 days. The combination of wit, charm, and professionalism created a wonderful atmosphere at breakfast and dinner. It doesn't really need many words, it's simply perfect. I'm already looking forward to the next time.
Thomas 28. April travelled as Family with young kids + One of the most beautiful hotels in South Tyrol! Great wellness, great food, great bar! Always worth a visit!
D 20. April travelled as Family with young kids + The hotel didn't meet our expectations in this price range. We will continue to stay at a competitor 100km away.
Tanja 18. April travelled as Family with young kids + Where do you even begin to rave about such a beautiful hotel? Everything is simply beautiful, elegant, and tastefully decorated. The layout (children downstairs - adults upstairs) is perfectly and clearly signposted. The wellness area offers everything we could wish for, and it was a dream for the kids. The indoor playground, the mini club, and the baby and children's pools are simply fantastic. But I'd like to highlight a few things: The water is the perfect temperature everywhere. For us, a holiday can easily be ruined if the water is too cold, but that wasn't the case here! It was wonderfully warm everywhere, and the baby and children's areas were especially warm. You could leave the children in the water as long as they wanted without worrying about them getting cold. I think that's one of the most important points of all, because it makes water fun for a long time! There were lovely, varied, and sometimes quite strong infusions in the sauna. There was something for everyone! If you're a little organic fanatic, you'll find plenty to enjoy. There were organic teas in the wellness area, organic jams, organic yogurts for breakfast, and even organic butter. The salad buffet even had organic vinegar and organic oil. This is particularly important to me personally. Dinner was incredibly delicious and varied. You could always choose between three starters and three main courses, and each buffet included a main course and starters. You also got the feeling that a lot of care was taken to ensure there wasn't too much in excess, so that not much was thrown away. I personally think this is good and sustainable! Speaking of sustainable: You receive an email before your arrival asking you to bring your own slippers to save on disposable ones and thus avoid unnecessary pollution. Since sustainability is very important to me and it fits the current zeitgeist, I think this is a great idea. I've rarely seen solid shampoo in a hotel room. Zero plastic. Absolutely fantastic, and a very high-quality solid shampoo at that. Sustainable, environmentally friendly, and even locally produced by a South Tyrolean manufacturer. It couldn't be better, and perhaps it will even encourage some people to avoid plastic shampoos at home! Very responsible!
Mathis 16. April travelled as Young couple + The hotel is very modern, and we had a wonderful two-night stay. The spa area offers everything you need to relax. The room was beautiful, and the staff were always friendly. As far as we could tell, there are also a wide range of activities for families and children (childcare, children's pool/slides, etc.). Contrary to the negative points: -Location: Directly on a main road and across from the ski lift. Our view directly overlooked the parking lot. -Spa opening hours: They are only open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Earlier spa opening hours would be welcome, as would longer opening hours, such as until 10:00 p.m. Upon departure, you have to pay extra for continued use on the day of your departure. We've seen this differently at other wellness hotels. Rooms for improvement: Food: They advertise seasonal and regional products, but they don't live up to them. Less (offerings) would be more here! There's no vegetarian main course to choose from among three options, and this in 2023. Sure, there's a dedicated vegetarian menu, but there should really be a vegetarian option on the regular menu as well. Besides, the appetizer and dessert buffet would be perfectly sufficient and wouldn't require an extra à la carte option -> overkill.
Manuel 15. April travelled as Family with young kids + We've been visiting this hotel for several years now. It offers a full range of wellness facilities for families and couples alike. There's a completely separate adults-only area. We're consistently impressed by the food and wine list. The range of activities could be expanded.
Alexander 15. April travelled as 0 + We will definitely return. A fantastic, family-friendly resort. Excellent service and delicious food. A lovely warm, child-friendly pool. The spa is spacious with plenty of room to relax.
Nicola 15. April travelled as Family with young kids + Upon entering the lobby, you immediately get the impression of a high-end, refined, and elegant hotel. The scenic impact is remarkable. A structure that catches your eye wherever you are. The spa area is clearly divided into family and adults-only areas. The latter is truly impressive for its order, beauty, cleanliness, and overall organization. Events abound: every hour, from 3 PM onward, there are sauna infusions alternating with exfoliation treatments in the Turkish bath. The adjoining bar is also a real treat. The pools are clean and well-heated. The staff is very professional and competent, if a bit cold and aloof. The food, unfortunately, is a sore point. The lunch buffet is clearly recyclable and full of ready-made salads: pasta, farro, and rice, all topped with pickled vegetables. The hot soup, however, is prepared with a cream base six days a week. I'm not opposed to these tastes and I believe that on vacation you always have to adapt, even in a 5-star hotel. However, I would have greatly appreciated more authentic flavors. Dinner tends to be ostentatious, a constant stream of experimentation, with dishes perfectly presented but sometimes overly sophisticated. Desserts, on the other hand, are truly delicious, always balanced, refreshing, and never cloying. The risottos are also excellent, while homemade pasta is virtually absent. Another disappointing aspect is the weekly activities program. The official website, the lobby displays, and the morning paper all feature snowshoe excursions, which are effectively unavailable due to lack of snow. So why include them in the program, creating false expectations? Or, wouldn't it be more appropriate to organize a valid alternative? "Dear Sirs, we're sorry, there's no snow this year, and instead of the snowshoe hike, we've organized a beautiful trek to the mountain hut." The same goes for bicycles, which should be available but in reality won't be until May. Finally, the room. Perfectly soundproofed, warm and welcoming despite not being brand new. There were plenty of decorative pillows, certainly too many, so much so that I had nowhere to put them. For hygiene reasons, I recommend limiting their use. There's no second curtain (the thin one), so for privacy reasons, you're forced to always use the blackout curtain. The mattress is clearly sagging, in need of replacement—unthinkable for a 5-star hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay, with plenty of light but also a few unexpected shadows. The ostentatious luxury of the property is remarkable, but all that glitters is undoubtedly not gold.
carlo 05. April travelled as 0 + Enchanting place
Eva 04. April travelled as 0 + A wonderful wellness holiday! Particularly impressive: - Mr. Elmer's service! Super professional and friendly. - The sauna infusions by Patricia, Stefano, and Robert! World-class! - The food! As vegans, we had a choice of three different dishes for both the appetizer and main course every evening, just like the omnivores. Wow! We've never experienced anything like it. The breakfast buffet was also incredibly extensive. - Fantastic sauna and spa area. - The clever layout of the spa and dining areas makes it more relaxing for families as well as couples (without children). - The surroundings - 15 minutes to the Reinbach Waterfalls, 1 hour and 50 minutes to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks). - Modern, great design and spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Marc 03. April travelled as 0 + A very nice wellness area, good food, and top-notch rooms with a beautiful view in the suite. However, the service at the dining room was more in line with a 4-star hotel. It must be said that we occasionally had unusual meal times, but there's a reason why we go to a 5-star hotel like this. When we wanted breakfast at 10:45 a.m., it was only possible after asking three times and pointing out that it was available in any comparable hotel without hesitation. Also, at 5 p.m., it was impossible to get anything other than chips and nuts anywhere in the hotel. This could have been improved. *Update from the second stay: This time, we were truly accommodated in every way, even my gluten-free diet was taken very seriously. Thank you very much!
Elena 03. April travelled as Young couple + Beautiful wellness hotel.
massimo 31. March travelled as 0 + It's always a pleasure to stay at this splendid property. Special thanks to Claudio for his restaurant service and to Patrizia for the sauna service. See you soon.
Tanja 30. March travelled as Young couple + The hotel is truly beautiful and luxurious. We really enjoyed it! There was a small mistake regarding the bouquet.
Marisa 30. March travelled as Young couple + Just left this wonderful place, this is our third time back, the first since the renovation. What can I say, simply WONDERFUL! Everything, from the room to the food, to the service, I can't find a single flaw. Special thanks to Patrizia, who gave us a unique experience in the sauna, and thanks to Claudio, our always smiling and kind waiter. Both were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you all, and see you soon.
T 28. March travelled as 0 + Always a fantastic place with absolutely top-notch service. We come back every year because we're always satisfied. The food and quality are very good! There's plenty on offer for children, all carefully selected.
Antonio 27. March travelled as Young couple + As first-time visitors, we were impressed by the Hotel Amonti & Lunaris, which provided a truly perfect vacation experience. The rooms are tastefully and luxuriously furnished, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Michele from the restaurant and Max, the bartender, were particularly noteworthy and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's spa area is very spacious and offers a wide range of treatments. We thoroughly enjoyed the professional spa treatments. The two rooftop infinity pools are real highlights and offer breathtaking views. Our only criticism is the absence of a concierge at the entrance of this 5-star hotel. We would have appreciated a concierge to greet us upon arrival and assist us if needed. Overall, our stay at the Hotel Amonti & Lunaris was an unforgettable experience that we highly recommend. We will certainly return.
Martin 25. March travelled as 0 + Ahrntal 2.0
Daniel 25. March travelled as 0 + This was our second time staying at AMONTI, and we have to say: Everything is just right here! A fantastic wellness area, outstanding and friendly service, delicious food, and beautiful and super clean rooms! We'll be back!
Alessandro 21. March travelled as Young couple + A truly spectacular place, with a refined, essential and simple design (all in wood). The rooms are truly spacious and well-appointed; ours had an in-room sauna and a shower separate from the "standard bathroom," including a bidet. The relaxation areas are very well-appointed, even with heated armchairs for relaxing and reading. The heated outdoor pools are wonderful; if you're a couple, like me, choose the one on the hotel's rooftop, as the one on the ground floor is full of children playing. The staff is extremely friendly, both at reception and in the dining room. Dinner is a mix of buffet and table service. It was truly a surprise, with sushi as an appetizer and the option of reordering dishes from the menu. Breakfast had a perfect selection of sweet and savory options, with the staff even making scrambled eggs on demand. At checkout, the management also gave us a cookbook featuring various recipes from the Lunaris restaurant. The location is perfectly in line with the price paid; it's certainly not cheap, but you pay for quality.
Alessia 12. March travelled as 0 + Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location for access to the ski lifts. Very spacious and clean rooms (suites). The wellness center is well-maintained and equipped with every comfort. However, being a 5-star, the service is not quite up to par; there are some shortcomings that may seem minor to some, but for those who frequent 5-star hotels, they're standard, especially considering the price. No parking, no toiletries unless requested, and the same goes for room/spa slippers. The suite doesn't have a coffee machine, as is often the case in many hotels. The staff is very friendly, but perhaps too young and inexperienced to provide adequate customer service. In my opinion, it could be an excellent 4-star, but not more. Overall, it's a very pleasant property with a few details that could be improved.
Marco 09. March travelled as Young couple + The spa and pools are fun and well-equipped. Dinner could be improved, but breakfast is superb.
Mario 06. March travelled as 0 + TOP Structure
ANA 05. March travelled as 0 + Amazing place ! Personnel - exceptional 10/10 ! Food 10/10 ! Amenities and facilities : hot indoor and outdoor pool ! Hot outdoor jacuzzi …. 10/10 cleaning 10/10 ! Simply outstanding !
Tom 01. March travelled as 0 + This place is AMAZING! One of the nicest resorts I have found in the world. We changed our trip so we could spend one more day. Great skiing across the street. All employees deserve a raise. The spas and saunas are incredible. Adults only and then great accommodations for kids.
Chiara 01. March travelled as 0 + Beautiful! Very close to the ski lifts, fantastic wellness center, excellent food... everything perfect!
Liza-Luminita 28. February travelled as 0 + We stayed there for three days and it was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was my birthday, and the owner personally congratulated me. As a gesture, they set a birthday table. We will definitely come back. Thank you again for the wonderful time.
Frank 20. February travelled as Group of friends + Perfect
Riccardo 12. February travelled as 0 + Excellent stay for two in every way, and as it should be... starting with the Family and Adult areas. A very beautiful, clean facility, with attentive and helpful staff. Thanks to the girls who take care of the room arrangements, applause to the room service staff, the receptionists, and the spa staff—in short, a huge compliment to the family who owns the facility. As I always say, if everything works, it's because everyone from the company's top management to all the staff is completely in agreement about who should be doing what. Congratulations again, keep it up, you're on the right track. I recommend it to everyone.
Z. 12. February travelled as 0 + We had the most beautiful and relaxing vacation as a family at LUNARIS. We set off with great expectations. All of our expectations were exceeded. Despite the luxury, we experienced a lot of cordiality and warmth from the entire crew. Thank you very much and we will definitely come back soon.
Vito 07. February travelled as Family with young kids + Beautiful and welcoming structure! A paradise! Recommended
Rossella 31. January travelled as 0 + A wonderful place. Strategically located just steps from the ski slopes. Luxurious design, spacious rooms with a view, and equipped with every comfort. Cleanliness and professionalism are the cornerstones of this property. Indoor and outdoor pools, a children's area, and many relaxation rooms (wonderful). Suitable for couples, groups, and families. Excellent food, a rich breakfast with authentic products, and all kinds of desserts available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation...your senses will thank you.
Fulvio 29. January travelled as Young couple + Luxury hotel. Featuring hot tubs with 35-degree water. Truly relaxing. I highly recommend it. Also perfect for families with small children, who can enjoy the pools with slides and smaller ones for babies. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.
Alessandro 28. January travelled as 0 + Absolutely positive review, no ifs or buts. Beautiful hotel, meticulously maintained and, above all, spotlessly clean. Before leaving, we were a little worried by a couple of reviews written in December. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. The room was wonderful and spacious. The ski slope (and what slopes and facilities) was just 80 meters from the hotel. The spa area for adults was truly beautiful, as was the one for the little ones (my kids had a blast). Given that we're restaurateurs, I can assure you that the food deserves a lot of praise for the staff. Anyone who criticizes the buffet should ask themselves: did we behave like a 5-star hotel? They can criticize later. We know that the rudeness of some guests knows no bounds. Our waitress Lisa's service was professional and impeccable. Congratulations! We'll be back next year.
Vins 28. January travelled as 0 + A very beautiful and elegant place... excellent food and efficient service... we stayed in August 2021... The only flaw is the massage treatments, which I didn't find professional. Otherwise, the facility is truly beautiful. The rooms are fabulous, the view is spectacular, and the spa area is very beautiful... I always tell the truth.
Mirko 21. January travelled as 0 + I don't even know where to begin to express my disappointment with a 5 star hotel.... Let's start from the arrival where a 5-star hotel makes you sit down and offers you a welcome drink until they unload your car and take your luggage to your room, which obviously didn't happen here... We requested hard pillows due to neck problems, we were told three times that they would bring them to our room, which didn't happen until an outburst at 11.30pm then at 12.00am the bartender knocks on my door with two hard pillows, honestly I felt cheated.... Let's not talk about the SPA being undersized compared to the number of rooms and customers (a mess).... As if that wasn't enough, we ask for information about going snowshoeing, where a 5-star hotel takes you with a transfer and gives you a free guide, here instead you take your own car and even pay for the equipment and the guide.... Let's leave aside the fact that there isn't a pen in the room or pegs to recognize the bathrobes!!! We are talking about a 5-star HOTEL where detail and customer care (given what they pay) should be the most important thing. The only positive thing is a beautiful location (with terrible service) and good cuisine.
David 18. January travelled as 0 + Wonderful hotel and excellent service. Great for kids.
silvio 17. January travelled as Family with young kids + Again and again. Until next time.
GBM 09. January travelled as Family with young kids + Good for kids and families.
Gustavo 29. December travelled as 0 + Beautiful
Marco 29. December travelled as 0 + Pleasant experience!
Andreas 25. December travelled as Family with young kids + The hotel is in a great location, right next to the ski area. Just across the street, you're at the ski lift or après-ski. The wellness area is fantastic, the saunas are lovely, and there are several show infusions every day. The Mini Kids Club and Junior Kids Club are very professionally supervised. The food is amazing, the service impeccable. The hotel staff are the epitome of friendliness. Highly recommended!
Sigi 21. December travelled as 0 + Like every year, it's simply a dream. Nothing is left to be desired. Pure relaxation!
Ralf 19. December travelled as Young couple + The service, cleanliness, food, and wellness facilities were top-notch. We spent four unforgettable days at the Amonti. We highly recommend it.
Jasmin 18. December travelled as Young couple + My husband and I are visiting the Lunaris Wellness Resort for the first time and are absolutely thrilled. We booked through Secret Escapes and are more than satisfied. I casually mentioned in an email that we wanted to spend a lovely weekend for our wedding anniversary, and a lovely card with congratulations was waiting for us in our room And that evening, our table was very romantically decorated with hearts ️, etc. Mr. Steger also personally brought us to our table. No matter what you need, you'll be helped immediately and in a very friendly manner. The food was exceptionally delicious. Especially in the evening, every course is a culinary delight . Everything is very clean and lovingly furnished and decorated. The wellness area is easily accessible underground. It's located in the Amonti. Everything is clean here, too. Our partner treatment, with a peeling, massage, and subsequent treats with Prosecco, was simply amazing We can 100 percent recommend the hotel. Many thanks to the entire team at the A&L Wellness Resort for this unforgettable weekend
Tino 16. December travelled as 0 + Everything was excellent, the staff very friendly, the food the location the rooms
Thomas 11. December travelled as Family with young kids + We (a family with our 4-year-old son) enjoyed wonderful days at the Amonti. We wanted a wellness holiday and to celebrate Mom's 40th birthday. We enjoyed it so much that we spontaneously extended our stay by another night (five in total), which involved a room change, but this was arranged seamlessly and without any problems. The spa area, divided into adults-only and family sections, was fantastic. The sky pool and panoramic saunas were particularly noteworthy. Simply amazing! Our son loved the spacious pool and can now actually swim on his own without any aids! The food was also excellent. A huge compliment to the chef! We were also incredibly lucky to have Mirela in the service! Absolutely professional, yet so friendly and genuine. Her sister Sabrina has an excellent role model from whom she can learn a great deal for her future career, for which we wish her all the best! :) Thank you so much for the beautifully decorated birthday table, which I hadn't specifically requested, but is certainly to be expected in a hotel of this caliber. On December 6th, St. Nicholas visited the hotel, much to the delight of the many children, and the kids' club staff did a fantastic job, allowing us, as stressed-out parents, to relax in the mornings without a second thought. Suggestions we made at check-out were met with open arms. We didn't participate in any winter sports. However, there is a large ski area with a lift and gondola directly opposite the hotel. The Amonti is also perfect for simply relaxing and is certainly worth a visit in the summer as well. In short: Our expectations were 100% met. We wholeheartedly recommend the Amonti to discerning travelers! Best regards from Germany, The Stein Family
Pavlina 10. December travelled as Young couple + Stunning resort, very nice and well-kept hotel, very well-served wellness. Very kind staff. Hotels are well looked after in every detail. The only precaution is the length of the course service on the dinner menu.
Simone 09. December travelled as 0 + The experience was top-notch: location, attention to detail, friendly staff, and quality food. I hope to return in both winter and summer/spring to enjoy the opportunities offered by the different seasons!
Matteo 06. December travelled as 0 + An excellent mountain hotel, for both families and couples. Which is no small feat: as long as it manages to balance these diverse audiences, it will be a rare hotel, especially considering its high quality.
Kerstin 04. December travelled as 0 + Very nice stay, we had a beautiful room and the wellness area was top-notch.
Antonino 29. November travelled as 0 + Everything perfect.
IlDaNy 29. November travelled as 0 + Superb location, very friendly staff, very clean rooms. A great place for both families and couples. Excellent service, truly delicious food. A generous breakfast, a rich and long lunch, and a delicious and varied dinner.
FAUSTO 27. November travelled as Group of friends + Wonderful holidays, just like the previous ones. - Very spacious and spotlessly clean rooms; - Excellent and varied food options; - Friendly and very professional staff. Points of attention: - Separate families with children from couples in the pool area; - Increase the temperature of the outdoor pools. Highly recommended.
Sara 27. November travelled as 0 + I've traveled extensively, but this hotel is by far the most beautiful. Meticulous attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness, exquisite food, and a knowledgeable staff. My only complaint is that the rooms are too hot, and you can't regulate them yourself.
Otmar 25. November travelled as Young couple + TOP Hotel!!!
Heinz 24. November travelled as 0 + A fantastic sauna area, with a wonderful sauna master (Patricia) who guarantees an entertaining stay with her infusion ceremony. The rooftop pools are a lovely place to relax and enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fitness equipment needs some maintenance and repairs (the bearings on the ergometer bikes and spin bikes are worn out and noisy, and some of the pedal baskets are missing). Otherwise, the hotel makes a good overall impression and is definitely recommended.
wilde 22. November travelled as Young couple + We spent our wedding anniversary at this hotel; it was recommended to us! Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly, and our suitcases were brought to our room! A superb suite, very clean and romantically decorated. The evening menu was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly! The breakfast buffet had a huge selection, and of course, they also offer great long drinks. You simply feel very comfortable in this hotel. We will definitely be back! And the wellness area is beautiful and clean! On the first day, you don't know where to start... simply AMAZING!
Martin 14. November travelled as 0 + Spacious suites with everything you need, a fantastic menu, excellent wines, and a well-stocked bar with great drinks! A large spa area with plenty of outdoor space and a fantastic infusion! Well-run hotel with friendly staff! Excellent value for money!
Karl 14. November travelled as 0 + Very nice, clean, friendly hotel ️
Reinhilde 13. November travelled as Young couple + Top hotel with very friendly staff, great food with something for everyone, very nice rooms and a large spa area
Alfredo 12. November travelled as 0 + Nestled in the heart of the Aurina Valley, an enchanting location with breathtaking views (the only flaw is that the property is built practically on the main road, fortunately with little traffic, but that takes away a bit of magic). The rooms are spotless and spacious; our romantic room on the third floor had a spectacular view. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with the latter also available à la carte. Delicious desserts and cakes, an excellent lunch buffet, but I think dinner could be improved. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. A small tip: we understand that the property also welcomes families and children (with a dedicated area for them, which is also wonderful), but since the property allows it, just as there is an adults-only spa, with a little forethought, a dining area could be dedicated exclusively to families with children, so that they can enjoy complete relaxation even while dining. A 5-star hotel should do this without guests having to point it out once they arrive. Little things that make a difference! The spa and relaxation areas on the fourth floor offer peace of mind, with breathtaking views of the valley. Overall, a great experience. Would we return? Definitely, but we prefer to always change, given that Trentino offers wonderful facilities and places in every corner!
Francesco 11. November travelled as 0 + Very high level, in all
Anders 08. November travelled as 0 + On the rather pricey side! Friendly service, excellent food, great wellness area and fun for the entire family… but … pricey!
David 08. November travelled as Family with young kids + A few days ago, we stayed at the Amonti for the second time this year, and we'll definitely be back. Rarely does one experience such a completely perfect vacation. The rooms are tastefully and exquisitely furnished, certainly not easy to clean, yet still as clean as an operating room. The food and service are absolutely top-notch. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great, which isn't something you can take for granted these days. The wellness area is unparalleled, and not only in the surrounding area. Real investments have been made here to ensure guests feel at home. Thank you, and see you next time! P.S.: For personal reasons, we had to arrive a day later than planned, but we were kindly not charged for the night we had booked. Nevertheless, we were allowed to have breakfast. Thank you very much for that! None of this is to be taken for granted!
R 07. November travelled as 0 + Besides the cozy ambiance, one thing stands out: the bar manager, "Max." Highly recommended for enjoying a drink in the evening and the friendly and funny manner he brings to the evening. Very entertaining.
barbara 31. October travelled as 0 + Fantastic!!!!
Mary 29. October travelled as Family with young kids + 5 stars because it's the best you can get. Perfect in every way, impeccably clean, gorgeous rooms, excellent food.
Christina 29. October travelled as Young couple + Our stay at the Amonti was perfect from start to finish. Very friendly staff, excellent food, a luxurious spa, and fantastic leisure activities. We'll definitely be back!
DB 28. October travelled as 0 + Beautiful place The only thing that didn't live up to a 5-star rating in my opinion was the food.
Vilma 19. October travelled as 0 + Stunning structure, spectacular view Highly recommended for families with children, there's a kids' club from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm The only thing we didn't like was the food, considering it's a 5-star hotel!
Dennis 17. October travelled as 0 + Pure Relaxation - Excellent Design - Great Service This was our first time at the Amonti & Lunaris Wellness Resort. We booked the "Four Sense" SPA Suite for two nights. Arrival was seamless; we had already been served a lunch buffet on the day of arrival, along with two welcome drinks. The suite is hard to describe in words: pure luxury on 110 sq m. A bathroom including a Finnish sauna, a large shower, and a separate toilet. The bedroom, with its wonderful beds, also has a very large bathtub. The large living room impresses with its elegant feel and fantastic lighting design. The large balcony has two loungers and seating. The closed doors block out any outside noise. Breakfast offers everything you need and much more. Dinner was sensational, with fantastic creations beautifully presented. Starters and main courses are served at your table. There's also a show kitchen where you can order the third course. I would especially like to mention our waiter, Iija from Macedonia. A very attentive and friendly staff member made our stay in the restaurant even more enjoyable. The wellness area is second to none. The pools are perfectly temperate and the "Sky View" area is beautifully designed. We were truly impressed. The best hotel we've ever stayed in. We definitely want to come back!
Anna 17. October travelled as Young couple + A beautiful room, outstanding food (also for vegans), delicious cocktails, a soothing and beautiful wellness area, and a wide range of spa options.
Philionnaire 16. October travelled as 0 + And unfortunately, we're leaving this wonderful place again today. Without exaggeration, the Amonti is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything here is just right. Above all, it's great value for money. I'll definitely be back.
גיא 15. October travelled as 0 + Lovely/clean guesthouse/amazing view and excellent food.
Andreas 15. October travelled as 0 + Simply TOP
BK 14. October travelled as 0 + As a lover of small boutique hotels, it's rather surprising that we ended up here because this hotel is really big. The entrance area and dining rooms are so well laid out and divided that it never gives the impression of being huge and is never noisy. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Design and materials are great. Since the hotel (at least the Amonti part) is right on the street, it is recommended to get a room at the back. The only thing you can hear there are the suppliers who come early in the morning. The food is very good. There could only be a few more vegetarian options in the dishes served. The wine list is also good. But the highlight is the spa. We enjoyed extensive massages (normal massage, foot reflex, Balinese temple massage, hammam with massage) and they were all sensational. Absolutely no comparison to any other hotel massage we have ever had. What I didn't like so much was the sauna and bathing area. The pool is firmly in children's hands and therefore cannot be used by adults who want to swim without children screaming. The sauna area is huge, but somehow not cool. It only has wipes in one place and no additional features such as ice or water jets. And the sauna is also the only place where the staff isn't quite as friendly as elsewhere in the house. The fact that I didn't like the sauna that much is probably simply because there are far too many people there due to the size of the hotel and the landscape is simply too big. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.
Roberto 11. October travelled as 0 + Amonti and Lunaris are well-deserved 5 stars, with spacious and well-maintained rooms and a wonderful spa with an infinity pool overlooking the mountains. The room we stayed in was equipped with every comfort and was impeccably clean. The food was sublime. Compliments to the chefs, they delighted us with spectacular and exquisite dishes. We want to thank and compliment Mirella for her professionalism and kindness, which pampered us throughout our stay during dinner. I highly recommend it.
Meir 09. October travelled as 0 + The lifestyle suite, the service, the atmosphere, the spa and the food. Perfect!!!!
Daniel 09. October travelled as 0 + Top hotel. You feel at home, courteous and smiling staff, wonderful cuisine, top-notch wellness area.
Torsten 08. October travelled as 0 + Everything here fits perfectly, from A to L and Z.
Claudia 07. October travelled as 0 + Excellent food. Mega friendly staff. We felt very comfortable from the first to the last day. So much so that we have already booked for next year.
Federica 06. October travelled as 0 + Spectacular hotel, excellent location. Spacious, designer rooms equipped with every comfort. Large bathroom with tub and shower, decent-sized terrace. Clean common areas. Huge spa, beautiful and spacious saunas. Two swimming pools located on the fourth floor, while on the lower level is a children's pool with slides. The hotel has a mini club for younger guests. The indoor pool extends outside, and the gym is nice, as is the beauty center. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside (in my opinion) was the food, which wasn't to our taste. Overall, good, but more of a 4-star.
Annika 04. October travelled as 0 + One of the most beautiful and modern spa hotels we've ever been to! We're thrilled! Beautifully located, stylish decor, fantastic spa facilities, excellent food and service. We'll definitely be back :)
Simon 28. September travelled as 0 + A first-class wellness hotel in a convenient location with very friendly staff! The massages are highly recommended, which isn't something you can say about most hotels. A truly great hotel!
Alexandra 28. September travelled as Young couple + I expected a bit more from a 5-star hotel. The service upon arrival was poor. The reception was staffed by only one very friendly lady, but she already had a guest. After a while, a second lady finally came over, looking as if we were disturbing her peace. We stood there with our suitcases, then she said, "Welcome drink?" Then we would have to take our suitcases to the bar, because she made no move to have them brought to our room. So we postponed the welcome drink until later. The lady went with us to the room, but we had to carry the suitcases ourselves. Since the hotel is very spacious, we looked around a bit aimlessly, then she said, "You'll have to keep reading for the next few days, otherwise you'll end up somewhere." The room is very nice, but there's so much frills that they could have done without a bit of extra work. After we stuck a note on the mirror (a great idea) saying that the towel warmer wasn't heating up, The next day, the room was spotlessly clean, but the towel warmer still didn't work. Service at dinner and breakfast was 5 stars. The food and breakfast were very good. Great view. The wellness area, indoor and outdoor pools, were very clean and great. The water could be warmer. Sky Pool was great, but too cold. The saunas and infusions were very good. But there could be a bit more on offer. It's a shame that children are allowed in the lower indoor and outdoor pool areas, even though families have their own area with adventure slides and a pool. The afternoon buffet is at the other hotel, so you have to go through a lower corridor to get there. Being closer to the pool areas would be better; then we would have made more use of the facilities.
U 28. September travelled as 0 + A great hotel, and above all, very friendly, reliable, and courteous staff. The rooms are very nice, bright, and welcoming. The food in the morning, afternoon, and evening is perfect. Unfortunately, if you want to use the wellness area, you have to go through the hotel a bit.
Olga 24. September travelled as Family with young kids + Everything is super, excellent deposit, delicious food, high-quality and fast room service
Carmen 14. September travelled as 0 + A wellness resort for dreaming and unwinding. A fantastic lifestyle. The food was absolutely delicious. The infusions with Patricia were simply amazing! Hannes in the Skybar always had great cocktail recommendations. We'd love to come back; a break couldn't be more wonderful.
Isabella 13. September travelled as 0 + We were completely happy at this hotel. The food was delicious and varied, the room was beautiful, and the adults-only sauna area was very relaxing. We'd love to come back.
Peachy 06. September travelled as Young couple + Everything is more than perfect - service, food, location
Francesca 02. September travelled as Family with young kids + Spectacular!
Ottavio 01. September travelled as 0 + Optimal
Ruth 30. August travelled as Young couple + A wonderful wellness resort that will make your heart race! It's stunningly beautiful, but not exactly cheap. But that's no surprise given all the comfort and culinary delights. From the area with its wide range of hikes, bike tours, fun park, mountain restaurants, and cable cars to the exquisite wines and cocktails at the Sky Bar: It's perfect!
Gerald 28. August travelled as 0 + Great service, everyone very friendly. Very good food and very nice rooms. Prices are certainly reasonable.
Dante 27. August travelled as 0 + Must try... extra luxury hotel
Elisa 25. August travelled as 0 + Everything was perfect. We had already stayed last year and loved everything. This year, however, what made our time at A&L even better was Mr. Andrea's attentive and professional service. Well done! We'll be back.
Andrea 19. August travelled as 0 + Fantastic. Nothing to add
Sebastian 16. August travelled as Young couple + Excellent hotel with a great spa, super and super friendly service, absolutely recommendable
Marco 16. August travelled as 0 + A pair of twin hotels, ultra-modern and with excellent gourmet cuisine since 1964.
Marco 10. August travelled as 0 + The ideal hotel for a few days away from the stress of the city. The staff is always helpful, and the hotel is very clean. The pools, spa, and relaxation areas will rejuvenate your body. The restaurant also lives up to expectations.
Lella 06. August travelled as Family with young kids + I spent 4 wonderful days there. The property was beautiful, the room was large and comfortable, everything was always clean and tidy. The food was excellent, and the staff were attentive to our every need without ever being intrusive. We relaxed and had a great time. The view was breathtaking. We will definitely be back. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it.
M 05. August travelled as Family with young kids + Where to begin? Everything was perfect from A to Z. From the food to the hotel, the location, and the staff, everything was excellent. This was our second stay with a child and not our last. Our every need was met.
F. 04. August travelled as Young couple + Superb hotel! Clean and quiet room, large and comfortable bed (reviewed for a bio suite), sauna/pool area, and spacious relaxation area, always clean and staffed by qualified and helpful staff. The food is excellent, although I remembered it being more sophisticated. There's ample private outdoor parking, or a paid indoor one. Only two negatives: we found a dirty blanket, which fortunately wasn't needed, and the bathroom was poorly lit, even for a lady! Prices are obviously high, but they're in line with the standard. Despite this, the five stars are well deserved.
Michele 04. August travelled as 0 + It looks like a factory. On the road.
Pier 03. August travelled as Group of friends + Very nice hotel with an excellent spa. The food is good, but overly revisited. The wine list is excellent, but the markups are excessive.
Gianluca 02. August travelled as 0 + Introduction: The 4 stars are based on the quality-price ratio; if you pay a lot, I think you can expect a lot. Having said that, I can say that the hotel is definitely excellent, with very large, spacious, and well-appointed rooms; in some areas, a ventilation system (or air conditioning) is missing, which would have been helpful. The food is very good, but at this level, you can expect more. Where excellence is achieved, in my opinion, is the spa area. In this case, the staff really makes the difference, and I wanted to thank Patrizia and Zoe, who made the aufguss a pleasant and relaxing daily ritual: I've never found a hotel where the sauna/Turkish bath area was so well managed. The staff's service is always excellent, accompanied by smiles and courtesy (the fact that in South Tyrol, German is spoken as well as Lin...
Robin 02. August travelled as 0 + The Hotel in 1 word: Wonderful. Beautiful and spacious rooms with great view. Delicious breakfast, buffet and dinner, and many hiking and cycling routes start from the hotel. The professional and friendly service completes the experience in this hotel. Leonie and Hannes in particular, the friendliness and joy in work is very special and makes you happy. Finally, the nice infusions will ensure that you completely relax during your stay. We will be back soon! Roy&Sharon
Vishali 22. July travelled as Family with young kids + Had a wonderful trip. Friendly staff, stunning facilities, incredible menus and the most wonderfully relaxing spa experiences. The masuses all seemed knowledgeable, passionate and skilled. The only downside is thw choice of food for children, pasta and fried chicken are not great options. Also Wi-Fi was hit and miss, which cwb be good and bad for a wellness resort
Andrea 21. July travelled as Young couple + We spent our honeymoon here and enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing 10 days at the resort. Attentive and helpful staff, excellent food and wines, a peaceful and beautiful spa area, a large and tastefully decorated room, and the best massage ever with Evi. Highly recommended!

R. 14. July travelled as Young couple + As a couple without children, we stayed at the Amonti Wellness Resort for four nights in June 2022 (offer: four nights for the price of three). This was our third visit, following our first stays in January and October 2017. Back then, the hotel was still called Alpenschlößl & Linderhof. Our goal was relaxation/wellness, hiking, and biking. Just like before, we felt very comfortable this time as well. The renovations in 2018 have done the complex a world of good. The significantly expanded wellness area with its adults-only section and the well-defined separation between families and couples are particularly well done. Our room, number 310, was beautifully, modernly, and practically furnished. Despite its location directly on the main road, we didn't hear a thing thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. The food was delicious and varied. We remember that in 2017, in addition to dinner, the selection at the buffet and the show kitchen was larger and more elaborate. Nevertheless, nothing was lacking; the dinners were very tasteful and creative. ... One great thing is that bus service in the Arnthal valley is free for tourists, and during our stay, so was the Klausberg cable car. This allowed us to enjoy a short hike and some shopping in Bruneck without needing our own car. Highlights included a guided hike to the Tauernalm at the end of the valley and a guided e-mountain bike tour with our guide, Sepp. The bikes were rented from the hotel for €35 per person per day and were perfectly fine. Many thanks again to our guide, Sepp. We also had a lot of fun in the sauna area with Patricia and Zoe. The sauna infusions were very atmospheric and perfectly complemented by the music. Thanks again for the wonderful time! The staff deserves special mention; they were always friendly and attentive. We had several questions, which were always answered thoroughly. We never felt rushed and always felt welcome and well taken care of. Areas for improvement: We were lucky with the weather this time, and every day was fully planned and packed with activities. Since we're early risers, we probably would have used the gym in bad weather and the saunas after our workout. Unfortunately, the sauna area doesn't open until 11:00 AM. Positive: Highly recommended hotel; the price/performance ratio is excellent. Friendliness and cleanliness throughout. Very nice and large spa area with good separation between couples and families (even at dinner). Delicious food, modernly furnished rooms. E-bike rental, guided tours, tons of information material, maps, weekly schedules, etc. No hustle and bustle, very peaceful, and in a great region when the weather is good.
Jozef 06. July travelled as 0 + A very well-maintained hotel complex with a huge spa area, friendly staff, and delicious food. Simply fantastic.
Sandra 03. July travelled as Family with young kids + We spent a week at the Amonti with our two kids (baby and toddler) and had a wonderful time! Very nice room, great food, and incredibly friendly staff. Many thanks to Lisa, as well as Biljana and Vesna, who made us feel right at home. :-) There's a lot on offer for parents of children: a baby pool, a spa pool (accessible to everyone), water slides, an indoor and outdoor playground, a kids' buffet, a mini club (for ages 2 and up), and easy access for day trips. You can also borrow almost anything for your child on-site for free: e.g., a stroller, diaper pail, crib, changing mat, etc. A small suggestion for improvement from us: - A play area/painting area or toys in the dining room so the kids can keep themselves busy. Five courses do take a while... ;-) - Changing facilities near the restaurant. Unfortunately, I always had to go up to my room to change. Otherwise, everything was great, keep it up!
Fabio 03. July travelled as 0 + We stayed at the Amonti for 5 days. The hotel is beautifully situated. There's a large parking lot, free of charge, where the barrier can be opened with your room card. Alternatively, there's an underground parking garage, but I don't know the prices. The food is very good and varied. With the 3/4 board option, everyone gets their money's worth. Breakfast has everything you need when you need it. In the afternoon, there's a large buffet with a wide selection, plus a show kitchen. In the evening, there's a 5-course menu, always delicious. The service was always very friendly and attentive. The wellness and pool facilities are top-notch. There's a very nice sky bar on the roof.
Cristina 03. July travelled as 0 + A magnificent, unique hotel. Everything was perfect: the room was gorgeous, the food was truly delicious with top-quality gourmet dishes, compliments to the chefs, and the staff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. There are no words to describe the uniqueness of the spa, truly marvelous with beautiful outdoor spaces framed by the fantastic mountains... the view is unique. Not to mention the massages; I found the staff to be excellent, expert, and friendly. And finally, the hotel is in an excellent location: right in front of the hotel is a ski lift that takes you to a beautiful place—I believe it's called Klusen—and about an hour away you can visit the stunning Lake Braies, Lake Dobbiaco, Lake Misurina, and the splendid Brunico. My only advice is to ask for a room with a panoramic view of the mountains, because my room was one of the nicest but it was on the second floor and didn't have a very nice view. It's my fault, I should have asked for a change. But it doesn't matter because it was a perfect, unforgettable stay, and I will definitely be back.
giulia 26. June travelled as 0 + Very friendly staff, helpful and very polite. Professionalism, discretion ️ Relaxation guaranteed Room cleaning ️ Room cleaning ️ Breakfast and dinner: varied buffet with lots of vegetables, typical cheeses and gourmet dishes. If you pass by the skybar the cocktails are delicious, compliments to the Bar Manager
Mar 26. June travelled as Young couple + Excellent
Orietta 24. June travelled as 0 + As a structure, nothing to say, but as far as the restaurant is concerned, I would review some things, it is not a four-star superior... it does not offer much for families, few excursions and as far as mini and junior clubs are concerned, you only stay in the hotel, few activities.
Carmen 21. June travelled as Family with young kids + From the beautiful suites to the excellent service, friendly staff, the stunning hotel grounds, and the culinary delights – we were simply thrilled. The perfect spa area offers complete relaxation, idyllic views, and pure tranquility. A special highlight was definitely the 12-course "LUNARIS 1964" menu. A culinary masterpiece in a modern, homey atmosphere. The countless cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area invite you to explore nature, and various mountain huts enchant with traditional and seasonal dishes – a truly perfect stay that we will definitely repeat!
Lukas 18. June travelled as Group of friends + I've stayed in several 5-star hotels with wellness areas, but the Amonti&Lunaris surpasses them all. Unbeatable value for money. Absolutely everything was thought of in the planning and implementation of the hotel complex. Modern and luxurious furnishings, leisure activities, and even a large children's area for parents with children (pool and games club). This is very pleasant for the other guests. I haven't seen free bike rentals at any hotel in this category before. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The view from the sky bar and sky pool is magnificent. Several times a day, live piano playing takes place at the sky bar and indoors, which is broadcast throughout the hotel via the sound system. So, you won't miss a thing here. You'll see me again! Great!
Arianna 06. June travelled as 0 + We stayed for a short stay at the Amonti in a suite; the room was gorgeous, impeccably clean, and the decor was modern and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, obviously native German speakers, but that's certainly not a problem...we're in South Tyrol after all! Very good food, a wonderful spa and pools, and a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Of course, access to the wellness area, including the sauna, Turkish bath, and some pools, is reserved for adults only, and requires no clothing or swimsuits. A second area is shared and features additional pools, including children's pools, and a sunbathing area. The prices are obviously high given the 5-star rating of the property, but the experience at the Monti e Lunaris is definitely worth it.
Angelika 05. June travelled as Young couple + We spent five days at the Lunaris. We were absolutely thrilled. From the extremely attentive staff, to the exceptionally delicious and lovingly prepared food, the fantastic spa area, and our wonderful room, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.
Paolo 05. June travelled as Young couple + Excellent hotel, spectacular finishings and service
Lili 31. May travelled as 0 + We took a 3-day mini-vacation at this resort in the Aurina Valley on the recommendation of an acquaintance. The property has parking for those arriving by car, which is super convenient. The staff, from the front desk to the maids, were all very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was truly lovely! The rooms are just like the photos: large, spacious, and clean. It was a truly wonderful discovery. I recommend it to both families with children and couples! Excellent value for money!
Michael 29. May travelled as 0 + This hotel is fantastic. In summer, you can hike to your heart's content, and in winter, the ski lifts are right nearby. Great welcome – the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! Our room was superb. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable! The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and was very extensive. A big compliment also goes to the kitchen and the service staff. The guys and girls are very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The sauna area is spacious. There are several saunas and pools, all clean. The relaxation areas are plentiful and very comfortable. The two sauna attendants made the sauna infusions a highlight. The spa area is wonderfully designed. The staff (Katja and Magdalena) are excellent at massage and were very helpful. The others could probably do it too. There are two pools for children. One has a large slide. There also seems to be some kind of childcare service. In short: a superb hotel and fantastic staff!
Jutta 29. May travelled as Young couple + Maintenance work in the rooms during your stay... Impossible?
Timo 28. May travelled as 0 + General: The hotel is beautifully situated in the Ahrntal Valley, directly opposite the Klausberg lift. From the roof terrace (adult wellness area), you have a fantastic view down the valley. The hotel is in a very quiet location with direct hiking access. There are plenty of free outdoor parking spaces opposite, just a few meters from the hotels. While the Lunaris and Amonti have separate receptions and restaurants, Lunaris guests have access to the amenities of the Amonti wellness area – connected by an underground passage. Pre-check-in is possible in advance, so there are no waiting times when checking in. A welcome drink is available via a voucher that can be redeemed at any time at the bar. We rented electric bikes for a day; it was very easy to use and in good condition for rental bikes. A lock and helmet are included. The hotel also reserved tennis courts for us at the neighboring tennis club in advance. It was also very easy to use and, at €14 per hour, not very expensive considering the excellent courts. Well, there is one criticism – the elevator. There is one, but it's always running one after the other, which is difficult when it's busy. All the staff, whether at reception or in the restaurant, are very friendly and attentive. We had perfect spring/summer weather during our stay. Room: We booked a Deluxe Suite. The bedroom and living room/daybed could be separated by a partition wall. Both rooms have a large TV. The bathroom is very large, very stylish, but also very dark. The lights, heating, and cell phone can be controlled from the mirror. The walk-in shower is large enough for two people to shower in. We had a large terrace with its own whirlpool tub, including an electric pergola. Everything was great; perhaps the huge terrace could use a parasol, but you can also retreat to the shade under the pergola at any time. The view of the Ahrntal Valley from the terrace is fantastic. The closets are very large; you can certainly fit clothes for two people and four weeks in there. Unfortunately, there's only one armchair in the living room; there would have been plenty of room for a second one, but it worked just fine. The room was very quiet; all in all, a perfect room. Wellness: Very nice wellness area with plenty of relaxation rooms, enough pools, and enough sun loungers. The lower wellness area and the Kids' Fun Park are designed for families. A timed slide, a wide slide, and a paddling pool—everything is there. On the terrace, which is accessible to those over 18, there are two more pools, one of which is in the nude/sauna area. Both are very large with great views, and if it's not too busy, you can also swim. The bar in this area is great, with friendly service and everything your heart desires. The selection of massages is extensive; the "regular" massage was excellent. Restaurant: Contemporarily furnished, all seating is well spaced from your neighbors. Very attentive staff. 3/4 board includes breakfast, afternoon snacks, and dinner. There's a chef on hand at all times to prepare everything for you, and it's very delicious. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m., and everything is available: sparkling wine breakfast every day, sometimes white sausages, and always freshly squeezed juice – you can make your own juice in a cold room. In the afternoon, there are delicious cakes, salads, and pasta, and always a special dish from the live kitchen. A very extensive selection, perfect, basically a complete replacement for lunch. Dinner consisted of only truly delicious courses, absolutely excellent. A very good wine selection. We also ordered a steak with two side dishes once – that too is highly recommended. You can notice the influence of the Michelin-starred restaurant Lunaris 1964, which was unfortunately closed during our stay. Staff were very attentive, and the food was exceptionally good overall.
ELENA 27. May travelled as 0 + It's beautiful to be here
Christina 23. May travelled as Young couple + We honeymooned at the beautiful LUNARIS. The rooms were ultra-modern, and the 38-degree whirlpool was perfect for soaking! All the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly! We'll definitely be back!
Nicole 22. May travelled as 0 + Always a pleasure to stay at Lunaris! Friendly, clean, beautiful, modern, well-located right by the ski slopes, fantastic and spacious spa area. Excellent food, good wines, and polite and unobtrusive staff! Highly recommended!
giuseppe 22. May travelled as 0 + Fantastic
Christian 15. May travelled as Young couple + A superlative hotel! Location: in the middle of a valley - 10 points Hotel: modern and stylish - 10 points Hotel rooms are pure insanity - 10 points Pool & wellness area: modern, cozy, in short, simply beautiful - 10 points Service: exceptionally good, courteous, and unobtrusive - 10 points I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is close to perfection. I've never experienced anything like it on any of my previous travels.
Dietmar 15. May travelled as 0 + Perfect, always happy to do it again
Mukaddem 18. April travelled as 0 + Very child-friendly hotel with many options for parents and children.
Matthias 13. April travelled as Young couple + Overall impression: OK, but only adequate for a five-star hotel. Reception: Impersonal; there wasn't even a welcome drink to help us recover from our journey. Rooms: The rooms are modern, but very noisy. We could hear our neighbors watching videos and coughing. Unfortunately, there was no shower gel in the room. Food: The first evening, the service was abysmal. After that, we had a different waiter, who was very friendly. The food is good, but not up to five-star standards. The wine glasses were never clean, and unfortunately, neither water nor wine was refilled. Allergies were well taken care of and noted on the menu. Wellness area: Unfortunately, there are only two Finnish saunas, a steam bath, and the infrared loungers. The shower fittings were a bit worn. There are no snacks, only water and tea. The waterbeds in the relaxation area are located in the basement, right next to the pool, where many children play. Unfortunately, the handwritten information about the times of the infusions at the tea and water corner in the sauna area didn't match the information on the screens in the sauna area, and some people waited in vain in the wrong sauna. Location: Ideal for skiers. There are beautiful walking trails a few minutes away by car. The road isn't too much of a nuisance. There are some details that aren't accurate, but they're what distinguish a 4-star hotel from a 5-star hotel.
GF 12. April travelled as 0 + The service and friendliness at the Alpenschlössl are unique. "Welcome home" was the warm welcome this year. They know our preferences and habits, and we appreciate that very much. The hotel's wonderful ambiance and the huge spa area with a rooftop pool are evident from the pictures on the website and need no further documentation. Last but not least, we were impressed by the culinary offerings, with dinner always being the absolute highlight of the day. It is the genuine customer service that sets the Alpenschlössl apart from other hotels of this type. We'll be back. We promise! Addendum from April 12, 2022: The hotel is now called Amonti & Lunaris.
erbert 11. April travelled as 0 + I'd love to come back
Manfred 10. April travelled as Young couple + Friendly, clean, and excellent food! My wife and I felt very comfortable
Tine 10. April travelled as 0 + Top-notch! Suite, food, pool, hotel staff, cleanliness, parking: nothing to complain about, we'll be back!
Felice 09. April travelled as 0 + A wonderful place to stop and hit the ski slopes, always ready. The food is really good.
Le 05. April travelled as 0 + Wellness and relaxation at a high level - Many delicacies from morning to evening - The Klausberg is right on the doorstep (skiing)
James 29. March travelled as Family with young kids + Excellent
Elisabetta 29. March travelled as 0 + My boyfriend and I had the best weekend of our lives! You guys are wonderful and so welcoming! Thank you ️
Grecia 17. March travelled as 0 + The only advice I can give is to improve the staff and the quality of the buffet! Other than that, everything was perfect.
Sabrina 16. March travelled as 0 + We stayed at the Lunaris for a week with a toddler. The hotel is very nice, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the children's pool area is fantastic. The spa area for adults is also very nice and inviting. However, the meal times weren't ideal for us with a toddler. Dinner from 7-9 pm was unfortunately too late for us, and the lunch buffet was also too late. Thankfully, they always cooked something for our little one. It would also be helpful if they had children's plates and cutlery available. We were generally very satisfied with the food. However, we had the impression that the selection at the buffet (fresh rolls, appetizers, etc.) was significantly reduced because we were there during the "off-season." This was a bit disappointing. We had booked a suite with a sauna and whirlpool. Unfortunately, the sauna couldn't be heated up properly. The maximum temperature was around 60 degrees Celsius, which wasn't really a "sauna" for us. We also noticed that the après-ski area and the traffic from the valley station do generate a certain level of noise, at least on weekends. We were there in the off-season, so we don't want to imagine what it's like in peak season. All in all, we were satisfied, but we think there's still room for improvement.
chiara 15. March travelled as 0 + Very well-kept hotel and always helpful and kind staff....impeccable cleanliness everywhere!!!
Paolo 12. March travelled as 0 + I would have given 5 stars for the wellness area, spectacular indoor and outdoor pools, complete with massage, perfect temperature, top sauna, satisfies even the most demanding, let's move on to the suites, I had a truly spacious, comfortable and clean 64 square meter room, plenty of food and all in all good, only some dishes could have been done better, sore points well not many but that's why I didn't give it 5 stars, drinking water 5.20 per bottle, hospitality as in a very banal business hotel, only water in the room at room temperature, mini bar at the minimum terms, they told us at the reception if we wanted a hand with the luggage... honestly these are not questions to ask, in fact in a 4 star in Madonna di Campiglio they even parked the car for me... quite high prices, 2005 euros for 3 people for 2 days are not cheap then the 5 euro discount was mandatory not for the value but for the gesture, in any case I will return and I hope they will have improved this nonsense but it makes the difference
Christoph 12. March travelled as 0 + The hotel, the amenities, the rooms, and the food were absolutely amazing! But the real highlights of our 6 days were the sauna infusions from Patricia and Zoi and the yoga class with Zoi! I've never had such an experience before, so a huge thank you!
Isa 06. March travelled as 0 + Beautiful hotel with every comfort, a lovely spa with a spectacular view. The food, service, and cleanliness were top notch! I'll definitely be back.
Rene 01. March travelled as 0 + Great wellness area, first-class cuisine, friendly staff. Modern hotel with a rooftop pool and relaxation area. We are very satisfied and enjoy the modern ambiance. The cable car directly across the street up to Klaussee is highly recommended. The entire Ahrntal Valley offers wonderful hikes, especially the Weissenbach Falls.
Axel 27. February travelled as 0 + Beautiful - as always.
Flodibari 24. February travelled as 0 + Marvelous
Rebecca 19. February travelled as 0 + I've stayed at this wonderful hotel five times already (twice at the Lunaris and three times at the Amonti). It's a fabulous property: gorgeous rooms, always spectacular showers, and impeccable cleanliness. The food is truly excellent and perfectly commensurate with the 5-star standards offered. The staff is truly friendly and helpful: the buffet is plentiful and of excellent quality. The only flaw is the pool, which in my opinion is a bit too small for the guest-to-lounger ratio; in fact, there isn't much seating in the pool. The rooftop spa (pool for guests over 16) is truly stunning. Highly recommended hotel!
Anna 18. February travelled as 0 + It's paradise! I love this place. I've been there many times, taking the all-inclusive option. Everything is truly exceptional: the modern, clean atmosphere, fantastic design, fabulous gourmet food. I'll never forget the breakfast featuring all the local products, various types of bread, honey, cheeses, etc.! The spa, the saunas, with the view of the valley! The landscapes that surround you make you forget all the stress and negativity! The service is impeccable! Always precise, punctual, clean, and helpful! A truly unique experience, and I can't wait to go back ️️️️
Yenny 07. February travelled as 0 + Perfect place, both for its careful management and its beauty. Impeccable service. They are very fast and competent, both in cleaning the rooms and in the restaurant. The food is excellent and they have a wide selection, including gluten-free and lactose-free products. It's a shame to leave this place. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars. We'll definitely be back, very soon!
Nicola 04. February travelled as 0 + We spent two wonderful nights at AMONTI. The facility is new and has a modern style. There's plenty of choice for activities, with various relaxation rooms, saunas (with steam baths), Turkish baths, and heated pools. We also enjoyed the treatments, which immersed us in total relaxation. The cuisine is excellent and the dishes are refined (we recommend the 3/4 board option). Parking outside the facility is free. The staff is super helpful and friendly. An experience to remember! We'll be back!!!
Christian 02. February travelled as 0 + Certainly not bad, but for a 5-star hotel there are far too many weaknesses in the service.
Schönegger 01. February travelled as Young couple + Sky Lounge and Sky Bar were great!
Stephanie 31. January travelled as 0 + Simply wonderful. A dream come true.
Roldano 28. January travelled as 0 + A wonderful environment... Everything top of the range...
Il 27. January travelled as 0 + Always the best
Gonca 25. January travelled as 0 + Amonti & Lunaris is fabulous we had a great time and everything was five stars
Tanja 25. January travelled as 0 + A superb hotel with a fantastic wellness area. We spent two nights at the Amonti and thoroughly enjoyed it. The suite was fantastic, everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. We would especially like to thank Mariella, who enhanced our dinners with her warm hospitality.
Enrico 23. January travelled as 0 + Stayed for four nights. Breakfast and lunch were buffet style with a modest selection of dishes, and excellent daily menu changes. Dinner was very satisfying. The staff were knowledgeable and made you feel at ease. The room was excellent; my partner and I chose a romantic suite. The hotel's location was good, close to the ski resort for those who want to spend a skiing holiday. It's also convenient for hiking. The panoramic pool and adults-only sky bar were beautiful. The price was fair and in line with what we found. Highly recommended whether you're traveling with family or just for a romantic weekend. I'd definitely consider returning.
Fabian 18. January travelled as Young couple + Modern hotel, extremely friendly staff, spacious rooms and breathtaking wellness facilities
Besir 17. January travelled as Young couple + We were only there for two nights but we would have preferred not to go home at all the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating, whether it was the reception waiter or the wellness area, everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable and looked after. Our rooms were so clean that you couldn't even see a limescale or water stain and the food was so beautifully prepared and we really enjoyed it too you could get as much food as you wanted, no one said anything and even asked us not to shy away and get more. During the meal we were asked several times whether everything was good, whether we needed anything and we were even allowed to take something from the breakfast buffet with us for the long journey home. Very, very attentive. So this hotel has really very very good staff especially the waiters were worth their weight in gold! The massages were also heavenly and the infusion saunas were a dream for a little break from everything just thank you and I would love to come back and next time for sure a week and not just 3 days
Luca 10. January travelled as 0 + There's little to complain about, the hotel is truly ideal for families and non-families alike. Thanks to the staff for everything, especially the kindness and friendliness of the highly experienced Andrea.
Maria 09. January travelled as 0 + Spectacular structure, enchanting and wonderful place, Patrizia in the spa area was exceptional and super top. Structure worthy of 5 stars and more. See you soon.
Günter 08. January travelled as 0 + Simply perfect
Anna 29. December travelled as 0 + Beautiful, highly recommended!! ️️️
Stephan 28. December travelled as Family with young kids + We stayed at the Amonti several times. The hotel, and especially the food, hasn't lost any of its class even during the coronavirus pandemic. With Patricia, however, the sauna and wellness area was greatly upgraded. The infusions were an absolute highlight. A small request for Mr. Steger: Perhaps there will be a week with "long sauna nights" every now and then. For families with children, this would be a great opportunity for parents to relax after the kids have gone to bed. Patricia would definitely come up with something great :-) Children & Family: Above all, the hotel has a great area for kids. Lovingly designed and has everything they need. The separation between children (even with a sauna) and "adults only" is ideal. You can quickly switch between the two areas. Surroundings: The Klausberg cable car, including the ski area, kids' area (on the mountain), and après-ski at Hexenkessel, is directly across the street. Less than a 5-minute walk. The only downside to the Klausberg: In December, there's simply no sun on the mountain (don't be fooled by my picture... it's only briefly in the afternoon and really only at the very top :-)). What else is worth mentioning: - the service is excellent - the rooms were really clean and everything was lovingly tidied every day - skis can be stored/locked in the depot I'm usually critical, but the Amonti deserves its 5 stars here.
Winkler 20. December travelled as 0 + We were there for a short trip in the summer of 2021. We're usually always looking for new hotels, but it was clear to us that we'd be making a second visit. We arrived yesterday, checked into our room, and then headed off to the water park. Unfortunately, our time there was very short, as our little one broke his foot through his own fault, and we had to go to the hospital. When we returned with the cast, we unfortunately had to announce our departure. The hotel was very accommodating and only charged us for that one day, even though we would have stayed for five days. I hope we'll be back in spring 2022! Overall, the hotel is very new and has been renovated to a very high standard. There are a lot of staff on hand, all of whom are very friendly and accommodating! There's plenty to do for everyone at the hotel, and the food is also top-notch! We're already looking forward to seeing you again and thank you again for your understanding. The Winkler Family
Sandra 19. December travelled as 0 + Best hotel ever! Super, super high quality! Even after 6 months, we're still raving about this fantastic hotel. The reception, the staff, everyone was so courteous and professional! We were never annoyed, we were never disappointed, everything worked out... 100% perfect all around.
Ettore 18. December travelled as 0 + We've been coming to Cadipietra for several years, first to the Hotel Linderhoff, now to the Amonti & Lunaris. Same ownership, wonderful services, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean rooms. The spa and pools are beautiful. The food is decidedly gourmet.
Ebru 14. December travelled as 0 + We had booked a 3-night stay in a suite. As soon as we arrived, we knew these 3 nights at the amonti would be special. The hotel has a special atmosphere; the exterior itself is a positive draw. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and modern, especially the Belvita Suite we had booked. We simply cannot fault this hotel; we were extremely satisfied from check-in to check-out! The hotel well deserves its 5 stars. Simply pure luxury! We would be happy to stay again anytime.
Alberto 13. December travelled as 0 + A hotel that absolutely lives up to its 5-star standards, where comfort and luxury shine through in every detail. Staff: This is a crucial detail, as kindness and helpfulness are priceless. The staff here are top-notch, and they take care of every guest's need. Food: Breakfast and dinner are excellent. The buffet offers a wide variety, with a delicious selection of desserts. The lunch buffet exceeds all expectations. From 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, there's an unlimited supply of hot and cold dishes and fantastic desserts. Water is included, which is usually always paid for separately. Room: Very spacious, good bed, superb bathroom. Kudos to the toiletries. The only downside is the view. Unfortunately, some rooms overlook the road I pass in front of me and the parking lot. You have to go out onto the terrace and lean out to enjoy the mountain view. Spa: Both the pools and saunas are excellent. The selection and availability of treatments is also excellent. Services: Many activities are available for guests, with a variety of hours. Families or couples: it's so big it's perfect for both. There are separate areas so you never meet. Congratulations!
Sttffr 12. December travelled as Young couple + Nice hotel, great staff
Niclas 12. December travelled as 0 + The amonti lunaris Wellness Hotel was recommended to us by a booking website, with a particularly good or rather affordable price. Accordingly, the pricing is not the subject of this review. About the hotel: The hotel is located in the Tauferer Ahrntal, directly opposite the small but fairly snow-sure Klausberg ski area. The hotel complex consists of two large, interconnected hotels. The spa and sauna facilities are mostly located in the amonti section of the complex, located further forward. The complex is very modern, with a consistent style featuring plenty of light and open wood. No Alpine frills, but rather understated, luxurious and pleasant. There are three bars that are very similar in style and appearance, several saunas, and several pools. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished with nice touches, such as a beautiful daybed or sofa in the room. We appreciated the excellent soundproofing from neighboring rooms. This is well above average; we didn't stop even though the hotel was almost fully booked. The quality of the room service is above average, even for a hotel of this quality. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even for a hotel of this quality. However, there was no specific situation in which the staff were challenged in any way. The general burden of wearing masks and adhering to hygiene measures is something that everyone has to live with equally. In the "Amonti Lunaris" (amounts of money), the entire hygiene situation was handled with the necessary seriousness, without making customers or guests feel restricted to a greater extent than necessary. Regarding the food: the food, both breakfast, snacks, and dinner, was excellent. Different and above the standard of comparable hotels, the breakfast offerings were excellent, as were the options for children, for whom a separate dinner service with potato fries, spaghetti, and Vienna schnitzel was introduced. The wine list is extensive, befitting the hotel, with a broad range of regional, national, and international offerings. In conclusion: for a hotel of this quality and class, it was in no way less than expected and in some respects slightly exceeded the expected standard. We will most likely visit this hotel again.
antonia 10. December travelled as 0 + When checking in, it is advisable to clarify which of the two hotels you will be staying in. Furthermore, especially in winter, it would be a good idea to book a garage space when booking to avoid your car icing up. It is also a good idea to ask the room staff to bring you a shower cap, shampoo and shower gelwhich were missing in both of our rooms. The hotel itself is ideal for families with children, but also offers separate areas just for adults. The food is upscale and the service staff are friendly and competent.
marcel 06. December travelled as Young couple + All in all, a very nice and modern hotel. The room (Panorama Suite) is very luxurious and spacious, and has a large bathroom with a lovely shower and bathtub. The food was exceptionally excellent. The staff, with very few exceptions, were also friendly and accommodating, especially at dinner. Our room was on the second floor, and unfortunately, it felt like a herd of elephants was staying above us, trampling back and forth nonstop until late at night… But that's not the hotel's fault. The wellness area, while very nice and modern, is a bit too small for the number of rooms, so you had to be lucky to find free loungers. Despite these minor drawbacks, we felt comfortable and would come back anytime!
Cornelia 05. December travelled as Young couple + We were thrilled. Everything was perfect: the service, the extremely friendly, attentive staff. From breakfast to the afternoon vitality menu to the 6-course dinner, everything was top-notch. Nothing was left to be desired. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and very luxurious. The wellness area is very generous, and everything was very clean, tastefully decorated, and varied. I absolutely cannot understand how anyone could give this wonderful hotel only one star. Such reviews should not be taken seriously; the author is making a complete fool of himself. We will definitely come back. Respect to the Steger family for what they have created.
Laura 04. December travelled as 0 + Beautiful and super quiet location, a private, clean, and well-equipped resort. The spa, relaxation, and pools are truly worth it. The room was top-notch; even though it wasn't a suite, it felt like one! Good service in the evening, and very good, plentiful food. A week to repeat.

Alain 22. November + I've stayed at Amonti several times.
November + Always a pleasant stay, with one small point for improvement.
