We had such high expectations for this vacation, and the Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort not only met them, but exceeded them! Our one-week getaway in mid-September 2025 was an unforgettable experience from the first to the last minute.
Check-in was quick and personal, and we immediately felt welcome.
Our stay at the Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort was more than just a vacation—it was a rejuvenation for body and soul. The combination of breathtaking nature, outstanding cuisine, a world-class spa, and unsurpassed service makes this resort truly special. We will definitely return!

The hotel is idyllically and quietly located in Taufers im Münstertal. Autumn is perfect for hiking through the golden forests of the Münstertal valley. We went on several hikes and bike rides. The hotel also rents out e-bikes, which we didn't use because we had our own with us.

A truly pleasant surprise!
A short stay, but one that left us truly satisfied.
Large rooms with simple furnishings and a beautiful view.
We didn't have dinner, but breakfast was plentiful, with excellent quality products, many of which are local or homemade.
The indoor/outdoor pool was truly delightful, especially the outdoor section surrounded by greenery.
The sauna area is beautiful, with ample outdoor space and a daily peeling and Auguss program (except Sundays) posted in the elevator "to ensure you don't forget."
Extremely friendly staff, excellent bathroom products (including a wonderful body lotion), great attention to pets, including the option of bringing them to meals, and special towels and bath sheets provided.

This is our second time back at this hotel, and I can only confirm that it's one of the best places I've ever stayed, both for the high-quality of the stay and for the location.
The staff is incredibly kind, the rooms are beautiful with fantastic views, the spa and pool are top-notch, and above all, the cuisine is sublime!!
I hope to return again in the future!!

The hotel is nestled in the tiny village of Tubre, in Val Monastero, just 2 km from the Swiss border. A quiet place, ideal for rest and relaxation, the hotel offers plenty of activities: a gym, swimming pool, biking, horseback riding, guided excursions, and a beautiful spa.
The cuisine is meticulously prepared and of high quality. The expertly prepared ingredients come mostly from local producers. The only flaw noted is the excessive clutter in the dining room: it should be redesigned, soundproofed as much as possible, and perhaps divided rather than left open. Finally, adding Poldine tables to each table would be enough to offset the lack of natural light. The rooms are spotless and very spacious (a little more attention to detail wouldn't hurt).
The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!

My husband and I just got back! We stayed 5 days half board. Fabulous hotel. Complete spa. Super pet-friendly. But the real highlight is the staff: cheerfulness, professionalism, and politeness. In particular, we thank: Ute and Mathilde in the restaurant; Marina and Vera at the spa; the amazing Iris at reception; and finally Roman at the lounge bar. Fantastic owners! Highly recommended!

There's absolutely nothing to complain about here. A superb hotel. It's worth noting, however, that it's not described as a true "dog hotel." However, the hotel does have two dedicated entrances so you don't have to walk past the reception and crowds of people with your dog, and there's also a fantastic dog washroom with a proper dog bath, grooming table, and hairdryer.

This hotel can be described in one word: PARADISE! Beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean rooms, top-notch cuisine with constantly changing dishes, and a varied, high-quality breakfast.
The spa is truly beautiful, and the treatments are fantastic. What we really appreciated, however, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff; we were completely pampered! Another aspect not to be underestimated is the welcome they give to our four-legged friends! Towels and bath towels are always available, but above all, we could sense the love they have for them, and we never felt bad about having two dogs!
A SUPER HOTEL close to many hiking trails! We'll definitely be back!

We were there solely for a horseback ride. The reservation was straightforward. Since we had riding experience, we were given two very young horses. It wasn't a problem per se, but unfortunately, the ride wasn't particularly relaxing. The area was incredibly beautiful, and we felt at ease with the riding instructor.

Thank you so much, it was a truly wonderful stay at the Tuberis. We enjoyed our time to the fullest. Everything was just perfect :) A very nice suite with a fantastic view. Great, varied food. A super friendly, harmonious team. There was a separate entrance to the hotel for dogs, as well as a dedicated area (dog grooming area), a shower, and towels. We'd love to come back!

We stayed as a family in the Tuberis Suite and felt very comfortable. The hotel is very high-quality and tastefully decorated. The entire spa area is very spacious and leaves nothing to be desired. Only the outdoor pool is a bit smaller than it appears in the hotel photos. The gardens are also very well maintained. The hotel's own parking lot is directly adjacent and offers ample parking.
Special praise goes to the kitchen and the service staff! All the dishes were excellent, and the service staff were always present and helpful.
Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We would love to come back.

If you're looking for a place that deserves a perfect 12 out of 10 – for pure enjoyment, relaxation, and the feeling of simply letting your soul unwind – then Hotel Tuberis is a dream come true.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host family's little princess, who proudly showed us the way to our dreamy room. And this room… was simply magical. With a view of the breathtaking mountains, every moment felt like a little miracle.
In the evening, we were served with a warmth and hospitality rarely experienced – a very special thank you to the attentive and loving service team ️.
However, what truly makes Hotel Tuberis unique is the cuisine – a true feast for the senses, an ode to flavor. Every evening was a culinary experience in itself, full of surprises, delight, and attention to detail. We've experienced a lot, but this was exceptional – simply unbelievably good.
We lacked absolutely nothing – not a single thing. The spa area left nothing to be desired: a haven of peace and well-being, with wonderful treatments and a beautifully designed sauna area complete with soothing infusions.
Unfortunately, we were only able to experience this little slice of magic for three nights – but one thing is certain: we'll be back. Because what we experienced here wasn't just a vacation – it was a priceless experience.
A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful people at Hotel Tuberis who took such loving care of us.

Unfortunately, we relied on online reviews to book, but we definitely disagree with what we read. I expect much more from a 4S superior hotel. We travel to South Tyrol twice a year, always to 5S hotels, and I didn't expect such a marked decline in service for a half-star reduction.
Among the negatives, the pool temperature was definitely not warm enough in our opinion (maximum 27 degrees); the breakfast buffet was extremely lacking in sweets and skewed towards savory (for German and Swiss guests, who are the majority); it was unacceptable to pay for water at dinner without being able to use the dispenser, which was deliberately turned off in the evening; the room's cleanliness could be improved; the most serious issue was the double mattress made from two singles pushed together, both sagging. We certainly didn't get a good night's sleep.
On the plus side, the staff was helpful and always smiling. The dinner was good and varied. The value for money was inadequate for what we saw and experienced. I'm sorry, but the standards of a 4S superior hotel need to be much better. I don't recommend it.

Went there for 2 nights and we really liked it. Price-performance is right. The room was simple and the bathroom was quite small (and with a bathtub instead of a shower), but OK for us since we only stay in the hotel room to sleep anyway. The fantastic food and the extremely friendly service outweighed everything else. We really liked the swimming pool and sauna and the relaxation rooms. My daughter is still raving about the menu, great food that just looked fantastic.

What a wonderful place! First and foremost, we would like to highlight the warm and wonderful hospitality of the Steiner family and every single member of staff – we truly didn't expect so much warmth and attention. It was wonderful!
We were also particularly impressed by the regional, high-quality cuisine – be it the lovingly prepared buffet or the excellent evening menu. You can taste the quality and dedication in every dish.
As a family, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. This special atmosphere of warmth and hospitality is truly unique. We are certain: We will be back!

This resort hotel has been almost completely renovated since our first stay 16 years ago with our 1-year-old daughter. We had very pleasant memories of our stay, thanks to the excellent service, cuisine, and ambiance. Today, the hotel has been practically completely renovated, enhancing its comfort, services, and quality of cuisine. The spa is very well-maintained, and the pool water is a pleasant temperature. The relaxation area is also noteworthy. Everything was excellent, including the courtesy and kindness of the staff. We stayed in the winter and hope to return in the summer.

Well-organized and efficient facility; the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant offers breathtaking views of the wonderful, freshly snow-capped Alps.
A rich buffet of both sweet and savory options, with their own cheeses, cured meats, honey, and jams.
The gourmet dishes are light and healthy, especially their locally sourced vegetables.
What can I say?! Well, I was lucky to have (for a last-minute ski week) a fantastic stay here in Tubre (including snowfall).
I highly recommend it to everyone.
I will be back again.

We were here primarily for relaxation and wellness and had a truly pleasant stay. Every afternoon, the spa staff provided wonderful infusions, and the outdoor whirlpool was our highlight. Everyone was very friendly, all areas were very clean, and the rooms were very quiet and the beds were comfortable. I was very pleased with the option to book vegan and gluten-free meals for a small additional charge. The menu selection was generally excellent and delicious. We would definitely come back, and the 2.5-hour drive from us was very pleasant. Hopefully, see you very soon :)

We spent New Year's Eve at this fantastic hotel. A beautiful suite with a view of the surrounding peaks, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable and, what's always important to us: great pillows and blankets.
Now, to you, Andreas, your sister, and the entire team. We have NEVER had better food ANYWHERE! And we've rarely experienced such a great team atmosphere. Introducing the entire kitchen and service team on New Year's Eve was truly touching.
Another important point: the gym is fantastic. Fully equipped for everyone!
Thank you Andreas for everything, and also thank you for showing us the horses, pigs, and donkeys.
I can recommend this family hotel to everyone. Whether with family or just as a couple.

For our wedding anniversary, we booked a long weekend with a spa treatment, along with our dog (a Labrador).
Unfortunately, we were charged for a scratched room door, allegedly caused by our dog.
Even though the hotel advertises its dog-friendly policy, it's essential to check the hotel's inventory before booking with a dog. Otherwise, guests are being ripped off and forced to pay exorbitant repair costs for damage they didn't cause.
It's a shame, but this is no way to treat guests.

We stayed at the Tuberis for the first time in October. The stay was great, and we'd love to come back.
The staff was very friendly and always committed to ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The food was amazing! A rich buffet awaited us in the morning, and there was also a great selection of dishes in the evening. The appetizer buffet was also a highlight.
There was also a great playroom for the children, a small petting zoo, and of course, horseback riding, leaving nothing to be desired. The wellness area was manageable, yet not too small, and the adult section had great saunas and a small relaxation area.
One small drawback with the room: the bed squeaked a bit and was a bit uncomfortable. To be fair, though, I didn't ask the hotel reception about a different mattress or room change, so I can't consider this a criticism.
Overall: a really great stay.

A truly fantastic hotel, which has a very special flair thanks to its family-run management.
The staff is super friendly and always happy to help with any request.
The rooms are beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are modern.
The sauna area is small, but offers everything you could wish for.
Dinner is always a culinary delight, and the regionality and quality of the food are particularly noteworthy.
The village is located on the very edge of South Tyrol, on the border with Switzerland. Therefore, you should definitely turn off your mobile data, which the staff also recommends.
There are plenty of excursion options there; for example, a trip to Churburg Castle is worthwhile, as are hikes in the surrounding mountains.

We stopped for a cappuccino and an Aperol Spritz during a hike. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly. The sun terrace is lovely, with views down into the valley towards Glurns and across to Switzerland.

My husband and I stayed in a Malatz Suite at the Tuberis Spa Resort over the weekend and were extremely satisfied. The service staff exudes such satisfaction and friendliness, you can't help but feel completely at ease.
The food was fantastic and consistently delicious. The breakfast buffet has everything you need and much more.
The spa area is inviting and very spacious, with its numerous saunas and pools. There's truly nothing to complain about. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful weekend – we'd love to come back!

We are very satisfied; the hotel and the rooms—we stayed in the Valletta Suite—are very tastefully decorated. We really liked the high-quality furniture, excellent mattresses, and the natural materials used. The wellness area, fitness center, sauna, and swimming area are beautifully furnished, very clean, and well-maintained.
Wonderful hosts. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The food is a fantastic and varied multi-course dinner, and the breakfast is very plentiful. The dishes are always fresh, beautifully presented, and very tasty. The dining rooms are divided and facing southeast, offering wonderful views of the valley and the mountains. The service was simply perfect; our every need was met. We traveled with our dog, and we were able to shower and dry him in a washroom. There were always fresh towels for him. There was also a large dog blanket and a dog towel in the room. The hotel and its staff are very animal-loving, and Sky felt very comfortable. The beautiful lawn is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The hotel and its guests are very peaceful. Directly behind the house is a riding stable and numerous meadows for walking.
We were very satisfied and would gladly return. Thank you for a relaxing week of vacation with excellent cuisine.

We vacationed here with our children, ages 10 and 14, and a dog, and it was a wonderful holiday. The hotel is quiet, and despite the children and dogs being there, we hardly noticed them. It wasn't loud or hectic.
The service, the staff, and the hosts constantly ensured that you lacked nothing and felt comfortable.
I can recommend the hotel app to everyone; it provides all the important information about the hotel program, for example, and you can easily cancel room cleaning or simply send information.
My daughter went horseback riding and enjoyed it. My husband and son went on an e-bike tour with Vera. We all went on a mountain hike with Vera, and both were fantastic...my daughter really enjoyed the horseback riding. I had two massages with Marina, and they were sensational.
The fitness room is well-equipped and well-explained, so you can also do your exercises using the equipment on site.
During the week, there were always theme nights to complement the menus, which we all thoroughly enjoyed and which were absolutely amazing. The food... well, I can only say it was SOOOOO DELICIOUS and a sensational selection.
We didn't use the sauna, but next time. We immediately had offers sent to us for next year. Soooo great...

The breakfast buffet and dinner left nothing to be desired. Everything was fresh, regional, and seasonal, as well as very varied and plentiful. Special requests were accommodated courteously. There were also several special theme nights as gourmet highlights.
The spa area is very tastefully decorated and offers everything you need to relax. We traveled with our dog. This hotel is particularly dog-friendly. Raw food can be brought along and frozen/stored free of charge. There is also a practical dog shower and free dog towels. Absolutely recommended! We'll be back - no question!

We had a wonderful holiday that left absolutely nothing to be desired. This was our second time at the Tuberis, and we would love to return. As a family with a dog, we can wholeheartedly recommend this family-run hotel, which places great emphasis on sustainability. I don't even know where to begin raving about it. The service is extremely friendly and competent, the food is very good, the wellness area is very modern with fantastic experiences, including sauna infusions. I can also recommend the sports massage. The view from our room was fantastic. The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel is very dog-friendly; there are special tables in the lounge where your dog can accompany you to breakfast and dinner if desired.
The Vinschgau Valley offers countless hiking opportunities and is very diverse. Whether it's the Wahlweg trail, a family hike to the waterfall and under the waterfall (a highlight for our son), beautiful alpine huts, mountain lakes, or even high-alpine tours below the Ortler Group. There's something for every taste, all in virtually untouched nature, far away from mass tourism. We had many wonderful adventures and then relaxed and recovered wonderfully at the hotel. Thank you to the entire Tuberis Nature and Spa team for this unforgettable vacation.

I've been to South Tyrol many times, but never to Taufers. It's the border triangle of Austria, Italy, or rather, South Tyrol, and Switzerland. Not far from Merano and Bolzano. A wonderful region in any case.
I booked 6 nights at the Hotel Tuberis and I highly recommend the hotel, giving it a 5 . I had the room in the old building, which was functional, clean, and had a balcony. Top-of-the-range rooms are available depending on your booking. The hotel has every imaginable amenity, including a large swimming pool with a beautiful outdoor area and a 31C pool, sauna, spa, fitness room, table tennis, billiards, and...and...Please inquire, I can't list everything. There's also a small adjoining "zoo"...and you can book horseback riding. And now for the kicker: the restaurant and the mountain panorama view are unbeatable, as is the food...5 from me. Vegetarians and vegans alike will find their money's worth. Most of the offerings are regional...eggs, honey, bread, meat, vegetables, etc. A choice of six half-board meals.
The staff gets 10 - I would have loved to take Ms. Mathilde with me...and everyone else too. I could write more...

In the rooms in the older building, the shower enclosure could be improved. Water accumulates quite quickly in the bathroom. But that's just a minor complaint.

Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort was excellent. We only stayed one night as we were travelling through the area from a ski resort in Italy to Switzerland. Although the hotel is located in the village, it is still quiet and offers fantastic views of the Vinschgau and Münstertal valleys. The wellness area boasts an infinity pool, various saunas (including fantastic infusions), absolutely stunning relaxation areas, and a spacious indoor pool. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the beginning the staff was super helpful and provided me with information on where I can find mountain shoes that I needed for my hike. They provided us with public transport tickets to explore the region which was more than helpful to us and saved us some €€.
The service at dinner, the service at the spa, the service at the reception and bar raised the bar in professionalism for me. These are people that have amazing hospitality manners, treat you like family and they do it with a smile!
The cleanliness is impeccable, regardless which amenity you use. Great decoration, lovely views from every side. Our room was maintained every day and left impeccably clean.
Food was always something new for me; if you are an explorative foodie, you will love it. I have to stay, fine dining is not an everyday thing for me, as I am not used to eat small portions over a longer course of time, but its still nice to try something different.
Now, how this hotel exceeded my expectations :
It's the first time to see a hotel that is friendly to noise sensitive people. Generally the music they play is calming and quiet. They have quiet zones at the spa and they kindly ask you to mute your phone while in the dining room. This made my stay so much more comfortable.
The only remark I have is the access to food at certain times. We arrived after 14:30, which is the time when they finish with lunch service. There isn't much around where one can get food and it certainly wasn't very pleasant to wait hungry till dinner :/ that was a bummer

We spent 3 relaxing nights there with our kids. The room was very nice and modern. The pool was clean and modern, and the water temperature was good (though it shouldn't be any colder). The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food was good, mostly very good, and the wine list was fair. The snacks you could order at the bar for lunch were also fair. My wife and my kids had a blast riding horses and spending time with the animals in the stable. The staff and instructors were also very nice. A few minor criticisms: The cold cuts at breakfast could be a bit different, for example. It was the same every day. The pool area is modern, but decorated/furnished a bit "poorly" for a wellness hotel. I'm used to more atmospheric places like South Tyrol. Our room was right above the fire bowls. Smoke would often drift in, and the clothes you hung out after leaving the stable didn't smell of horses and other things anymore, but they smelled strongly of a campfire ;). But that's just nitpicking. :) We felt completely at home.

Holiday with dogs over New Year's Eve at Tuberis Nature a wonderful experience.
The dogs were able to enjoy a long walk every day, and there was still snow at the end of the week. The rooms in the old part of the hotel are a bit small and rustic—that's something to be aware of.
I particularly liked the spa and fitness area; the mix of relaxation and exercise did me good.
As a vegetarian with half board, I particularly enjoyed the culinary options. Everything is regional and sustainable. The honey from the alpine flowers from the beekeeper next door is an absolute dream. The service here is truly unbeatable, and I will miss everyone. Thanks to the siblings, a fantastic team.

We booked the Deluxe Junior Suite and our dog came with us. The Hotel Tuberis is perfect for holidays with four-legged family members.

First, what's really good: it's very clean and the staff, for the most part, is very friendly. The food was lovingly prepared, and the sauna and pool facilities were also excellent. I didn't have the option to make my own coffee or tea in the room, which is normal for a 4-star hotel. Some of the rooms aren't that modern. The buffets in the morning and evening were unfortunately too small. Not 4-star quality for me. The hotel is only partially dog-friendly, as there are signs everywhere saying dogs are not allowed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Tuberis in South Tyrol and can safely say it was one of my best hotel stays to date. From the warm welcome to the farewell, everything was simply perfect.
The hotel staff deserves special praise. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and professional. Whether it was recommending hiking trails in the stunning surroundings or a special dinner request, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their commitment to excellent service was truly remarkable.
The hotel's location is simply gorgeous. Nestled amidst the picturesque South Tyrolean countryside, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Every morning, I was truly enchanted by this view. It was a true paradise for nature lovers like me, as there are countless hiking trails and activities in the area.
The hotel's dining experience was simply delicious. The restaurant offered an exquisite selection of regional specialties prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every meal was a feast for the senses, and the friendly staff ensured I lacked nothing. From hearty South Tyrolean dishes to sophisticated international cuisine, all my culinary desires were fulfilled.
Another highlight of my stay was the hotel's spa. After a long day of activities, I was able to relax and be pampered there. The wellness area was spacious and offered a variety of treatments and amenities that allowed me to completely unwind. I enjoyed the sauna, whirlpool, and relaxing massages in a tranquil and luxurious atmosphere.
The only minor criticism I have concerns the bathroom in my room. Although it was very clean and modern, I would have preferred more privacy. The bathroom was designed with glass windows and doors facing the living area. Better screening would have improved the intimacy.
Overall, my stay in South Tyrol was simply unforgettable. The exceptional staff, beautiful scenery, delicious food, and superb spa make this hotel a first-class choice for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. I can recommend it to everyone and am already looking forward to my next visit.

We spent six days at the Tuberis with six people – from first-graders to grandparents. And we'll definitely do it again!
There are certainly resorts that are even more stylish, more modern, and more luxurious – but we would still choose the Tuberis again anytime! The design, furnishings, and decor are modern and lovingly and high-quality down to the last detail. We had both a suite and a double room and felt completely at home. The housekeeping service was meticulously thorough and came up with something new for the beds every day – much to our children's delight. One tiny detail: Not everyone likes the bathroom's glass door with a partial view of the toilet.
The location is sensational. Within walking distance of the Swiss border. A bike path is in front of the hotel. The nearest ski resort is a 15-minute drive away. The riding stables are part of the hotel. There's a lovely children's playground and a huge playroom for children. Of course, there's also a charging station for electric cars. The village itself is wonderfully quiet, yet you can still get to and from the tourist hotspots quickly.
The culinary aspect actually deserves a sixth star. The selection, regionality, quality, and variety are probably unbeatable. Whether it's ultra-regional specialties or fresh swordfish, the Tuberis kitchen team has always managed to conjure up fine dining.
The Tuberis's biggest asset: the staff. In all areas of the resort, incredibly warm and friendly people work. This truly feels "honest" and is a clear departure from the trained friendliness we've come to expect from other hotels.

We visited Taufers im Münstertal in the summer of 2022 and stayed in a beautiful family suite at the Hotel Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort. The hotel, the staff, the service, and the food (we booked half-board) were simply fantastic. We felt at home from the very first moment. Our daughter (11 at the time) had a great time riding at the adjacent stables, and the hotel's pool and small (but well-equipped) gym also contributed greatly to her relaxation. The surrounding area is also ideal for hiking and mountain biking. We've done many lovely tours from there. Dogs are very welcome at the hotel and are happily kept on leashes by the hotel manager's young daughter ;-) We would definitely love to come back!!!

Located on the Swiss border, in the village of Tubre, lies this magnificent hotel.
Well, what can I say? It's truly a very welcoming and warm place... the owners, with their wonderful children and their gorgeous cat, welcomed us with open arms... we stayed for a week, pampered by their magnificent staff (always attentive to the smallest details): helpful, attentive, and highly trained (I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the lady who looked after our table every evening, a delightful, kind, and very meticulous person). Finally, I'd like to compliment the cuisine, in my opinion the real highlight of the hotel... our reaction to every single course was: "Wooooow!!!!" Everything was truly excellent, we especially appreciated the local products, some, like raspberries, apples, and various vegetables, picked directly from their garden (the children's menu was excellent, with a truly wide selection).
The rooms were always spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful. The heated pool was very charming... one part indoors and one outdoors, immersed in a breathtaking landscape. A well-stocked gym and a cozy relaxation room with oversized cushions, where you can unwind after a day spent in the majestic mountains surrounding the hotel

The facility is excellently organized, spotlessly clean, and the staff is welcoming, kind, and professional. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, which is not a given in a hotel. The food is truly delicious.
I went horseback riding at the riding stables attached to the hotel: they have 20 horses and other well-kept animals. The instructors are kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
I stayed with my little dog, and he was also treated wonderfully.

Unfortunately, the attached riding stable is the complete opposite. The riding instructor didn't engage with the children at all and just complained. The hotel management wasn't interested in constructive criticism. A shame. One star for that.

You're in the middle of the mountains and have views of nature as far as the eye can see. The hotel offers horseback riding and has a petting zoo. The hotel is child- and dog-friendly. There's even a dog grooming salon. The food is regionally produced and well-prepared. The beauty treatments were expertly performed and used local natural cosmetics. We also rented e-mountain bikes (€40 per day).

The rooms are great; you feel at home from the very first second.
The indoor and outdoor pool are amazing - the pictures speak for themselves. The saltwater pool - something different. Great place. Open from 7:30 a.m. - perfect for a dip before breakfast. There are plenty of loungers - perfect. I didn't try the sauna area - can't comment on that. However, it looks very, very good.
We were "only" there for two nights - we will definitely extend that next year.
E-bike rental is available on site, great.
You can reach Lake Reschen / Reschen Pass quite quickly by car. Lots of hiking and cycling opportunities.

We had the pleasure of spending four days at the Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort at the end of August. From the very first moment, we felt completely at ease. The hotel is run with a warm, family atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the cheerful staff. Whether enjoying the generous breakfast or a gin and tonic at the bar, they were always incredibly attentive and friendly. The cuisine is an absolute highlight. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Right from the start, we received a warm welcome and were given an explanation of the hotel and the procedures regarding meal times and the spa.
The staff and service at the hotel were fantastic, and our individual requests were immediately addressed and fulfilled.
Unfortunately, the room wasn't quite what we had expected. We stayed in the "Pazin" room, where unfortunately the first things we noticed were that the roller shutter was crooked and two lamps weren't working. Then, in the evening, disaster struck: while showering, the entire shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom. I also got a splinter in my foot from walking on the balcony without shoes.
The food is truly fantastic, plentiful, and varied. We even noted some minor changes to the menu, which were always accommodated. Personally, I have to say I've rarely eaten so well. They even sometimes offered seconds, although with such generous portions, this was never necessary.
The spa is also highly recommended. It's not huge, but the staff there are always dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction.
Unfortunately, due to the room, I can only give it 4 stars, but it's still highly recommended!

The restaurant at the Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort is highly recommended. The terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view stretching from the Adige Valley to the peaks of the Stelvio National Park and far up into the Val Müstair. The service is attentive and very friendly. The small lunch menu offers something for every taste and dietary preference. The ingredients are sourced locally. The beef consommé with sliced pancakes is homemade and delicately seasoned. The potato gnocchi with green and white asparagus are simply divine. The green ribbon pasta with finely sliced venison goulash (from local hunting grounds) is also a delight.

All in all, very good food and a reasonable wine list, as well as friendly service.
The affordable rooms are comparatively spacious at just under 30 square meters, but are no longer entirely modern. The large in-room safe and the large LCD TV are positive features.
The design of the wellness area and the overall impression of the hotel only impressed us 80%. Nothing is really bad, but you can get much better for the same price. For us, it was a two-day stopover, also to try something new – but for longer stays, we'll stick with our current regular hotel in South Tyrol due to the better value for money.

A beautiful hotel in South Tyrol. Excellent staff and a wonderful host. We felt truly at home here and felt right at home on our very first day of vacation. The food is delicious and a feast for the palate. A beautiful room with a view of the Swiss mountains.
The hotel itself has a petting zoo and you can go horseback riding on site. There are all sorts of activities for the children, including a children's pool in the swimming pool. The highlight is the fantastic and truly wonderful wellness area, where you can just relax and unwind. A real eye-catcher that would make many a spa or thermal bath pale with envy. The Tuberis is a truly beautiful place to linger and unwind. Unfortunately, there are only five stars; the Tuberis deserves six!

Extremely Relaxing – an absolutely fantastic lifestyle hotel in all categories. We've tried many hotels, but everything here fits perfectly. The food is excellent, combining regional cuisine with excellent presentation. The service is outstanding thanks to the family-run business. There's something for everyone in terms of activities. From there, there are alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, hiking, and cycling. The sauna area and the infusions are particularly noteworthy. It's remarkable how everyone feels at home here – whether they're singles, couples, families, or dog owners. The hotel radiates a truly positive effect on all guests.

Just great! The staff is simply amazing. Super child friendly. My daughter is a bit wild and can be loud at times and there are no annoyed looks or anything like that. They are super nice to the kids. The in-house petting zoo (horses, pigs, goats and rabbits) is also very nice. The food is very tasty and varied. If you don't want to ski, you can also book other things at reception (Tesla ride, pony rides, massages and much more). I can only recommend everyone to go here!

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at the Hotel Tuberis with Herta and Andreas. The two run the hotel with authenticity, hardworking, honesty, and a very personable attitude. This positive attitude extends to the entire staff. The hotel is clean and offers a wide range of amenities, offering excellent value for money. Located in a typical South Tyrolean village, surrounded by beautiful nature, it's very animal-friendly (horses for the kids and a cat) – and dogs are welcome. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and the evening menu offers a good selection – special requests were always accommodated.

We stayed here for a short trip in January 2019. The hotel had just undergone an extensive renovation and a major new construction. We like hotels that are modern and comfortable, yet still blend in with their surroundings and retain traditional elements. The Tuberis certainly delivers that! The hotel feels very modern and well-maintained. Our room, a small attic suite, was wonderfully comfortable, and the food was plentiful and delicious. We also liked the pool area and wellness area. The pool area is designed so that the (nicely warm) children's/baby pool is right next to the adults' pool, so you can comfortably swim laps while the kids play in the baby pool.
Since there are naturally a few hiccups in a renovated hotel, we sent the operator a brief overview of where we, as guests, would like to see improvements (e.g., extremely smooth tiles in the pool area). They responded very kindly, stating that they were already working on the aforementioned issues. Customer service is a top priority here, and feedback is taken seriously! Thank you for a few wonderful days, we'll definitely be back! We highly recommend the Tuberis!

Everything just fits perfectly here. The tasteful furnishings of the suites and the spa area allow for the ultimate in relaxation. At the breakfast buffet and dinner menu, you can taste the quality of the mostly regional ingredients.
The staff is always friendly and attentive.
The location, with its beautiful view of the Vinschgau Valley, offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities.
This is our second time here and we will definitely be back.

The staff, personnel, and managers were all incredibly friendly. The food, rooms, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We even took a Tesla from the hotel, then rode our bikes to Merano, and then took the train and bus back to the hotel.

The service is very courteous and attentive. The food is fantastic! The pool and outdoor area are very inviting and beautifully designed, as is the spa area. However, there are a few loungers there to relax after the sauna. The suite is very spacious, but the lighting is very bright, rather cold, and not very cozy. Tissues in the room would also have been welcome. The rentable electric mountain bikes are absolutely top-notch and in perfect condition.

All in all, it was very nice. The young lady at the bar in the evening was super funny and nice. We really had a great time. Unfortunately, the dining room was much too warm, as were the rooms. Resort with a spa overlooking the mountains and valleys, excellent location for hiking and biking in the beautiful Val Gardena and nearby Switzerland. The staff is competent, friendly, and helpful (thanks, Andreas, for the wonderful excursion suggestions and the always entertaining jokes). There's a lovely indoor and outdoor pool in the garden with swings and loungers. The resort also has a riding stable and a small petting zoo with goats and rabbits. Excellent cuisine with themed evenings, a rich buffet, and delicious dishes. First of all: BEST HOTEL WE'VE EVER BEEN TO!
We stayed at the hotel as a couple for 4 nights. From the very beginning, we were very pleasantly surprised. Our journey was quite hectic, and we didn't arrive until late at night. We received a very friendly and understanding welcome, even though the reception was already closed. The next morning, we were surprised by a fantastic, highly recommended breakfast buffet. High-quality regional and fresh organic products, as well as a large selection of bread, cold cuts, fruit, teas, and allergy-friendly products, were available to us daily. Dinner was also always to our complete satisfaction and of a very high standard! I would recommend booking half board. The wellness area is very clean and quiet – you can really relax here with a view of the mountains. The staff is always super friendly and authentic – you can tell from the very first second that these people pamper their guests with heart and soul. We'll definitely be back and have already enthusiastically recommended the hotel to family and friends. THANK YOU for the wonderful time, dear Tuberis team, and see you soon.

- Extensive breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice, muesli, cold cuts, salmon, yogurt, bread, 7 varieties of honey, cake, and much more. Freshly prepared eggs are available upon request and are included.
- Dinner is included (3-course menu), with a choice the night before. On our visit, we had veal fillet for the main course. It was fantastic.
- The main course always comes with a large salad buffet including cold cuts, salmon, etc.
- The wellness area is good, but the pool was a bit cold. The night zone (sauna/whirlpool) is well-equipped and modern. It's worth a visit.
- The room is beautiful, large, and modern.
- The service and reception are very friendly.

We went to Vinschgau for a short vacation to ski and relax and found our dream hotel in the Tuberis. The rooms are very nice and spacious with a balcony and wonderful mountain views. The SPA with various saunas and plenty of relaxation areas invites you to relax after a day of skiing. The swimming pool is very nice, but it was a bit too warm for us.
The service and food are second to none. The hotel team is extremely well-coordinated and you are looked after very well. The food is varied and nothing is left to be desired. For people who don't like haute cuisine, there are always alternative dishes to suit every taste.
You simply feel indescribably well accommodated and we hope that we will have the opportunity to spend a short or perhaps even a longer vacation there again.

A Hotel to Feel Good
Upon arrival, we weren't informed of the location of our room – as is common in many places – and left to find it ourselves; no, we were shown to our room and accompanied. A pleasant service that not every hotel offers. The first impression was overshadowed by the large roof terrace, approximately 4.5 meters wide and 9 meters long. However, it was immediately clear that this is a paradise for those who sleep with the windows open. Tip: Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. There was no street noise at night, but the church bell tolled every quarter hour and played its familiar encore on the hour. Fantastic: The unobstructed view of the valley all the way to Mals. The room/suite is spacious, and even the bathroom is inviting. The always friendly staff also informed us about the options for getting from the hotel to the bike path to Merano. A quick word about the bike path: A dream with perfectly signposted trails, along seemingly endless apple orchards and the refreshing accompaniment of the Adige River. But back to the hotel: We enjoyed starting our day in the pleasant water temperature in the indoor pool and then admiring the mountain panorama in the outdoor pool. The indoor and outdoor pools are connected by an automatically opening door.
Regarding the cuisine: Breakfast consisted of a lavishly stocked morning buffet, which also included a selection of sparkling wine. Egg dishes were actively requested by the staff and freshly prepared where necessary. The salad buffet for dinner left nothing to be desired. All the dishes were visually eye-catching. We found the flavorless soups suboptimal. In a blind tasting, we would often have had a hard time identifying which soup it was.
We are very sure we will spend a few days here again, especially since the hike to the Sesvenna Hut inspired us to visit the Uina Gorge. The Tuberis – our absolute recommendation.

Great hotel. We're currently there skiing. From the sauna area to the cleanliness of the rooms to the food, everything is perfect. The facilities are diverse. There's even a Tesla you can rent and a pool. The spa area includes a steam bath, an infrared sauna, a bio sauna, and a Finnish sauna, which offers a different infusion every day. For example, a scented infusion or a Tyrolean infusion with Tyrolean music. After each infusion, there's always a snack to match the infusion. The relaxation area is very nice and cozy. There's also a fitness area and various wellness treatments, including different massages.
The staff is very friendly and the food is very good.
You sit in a cozy dining room with large windows.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful.
Our family has been a regular guest at the hotel for several decades, and the renovations have greatly improved it.

Everything was perfect, no "buts" at all! Arriving late in the morning, we were greeted by the owner, who kindly asked for our documents and showed us in, offering us a welcome drink. The room was confirmed to be ready at 2:00 PM, so we decided to have lunch out. Back at the hotel, we were escorted to our room by a very kind young lady. The room was clean and meticulously maintained.
We decided to go down to the spa. The heated indoor pool is connected to an outdoor pool with a breathtaking view. Unfortunately, the relaxing atmosphere was ruined by the presence of children, who were left free to make a racket, screaming, diving, and so on. "Despite having a pool just for them," this wasn't due to the hotel, but to the poor manners and rudeness of the parents who didn't care about their children. Perhaps a reprimand from the staff might have eased the annoyance, but since it's a family hotel, they probably thought it was bearable. If you're looking for a place to relax, this isn't the place, or maybe I was just unlucky to find myself with rude people.
As for the dinners at the hotel, in my opinion, it's 10-star. Everything is always very good. The staff who served us in the dining room were very kind, except for one. The older of the two male waiters had a very arrogant manner, in my opinion. Perhaps he needs to learn a little more humility and kindness from his colleagues.
Breakfast is a buffet, and is promptly refilled.
All in all, it was a good experience.

Absolutely fantastic! They only opened in summer 2018, so you can still see signs of the renovations. But: everyone is incredibly friendly and the food is exquisite! It could perhaps use a touch more salt, but you can usually add more seasoning.

Beautiful hotel, they are completing the work.
Very courteous staff and very quick in returning identity documents after registration.
Welcome drink, excellent glass of white wine offered on the house.
To avoid waste, the dinner menu must be booked in advance, with a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian, even the desserts are different and the choice is more difficult because everyone is tempted
This was our choice for the first evening: saddle of wild boar in a walnut crust, chocolate mousse and pistachio ice cream, all fabulous!

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. However, it had a few teething issues for me (the hot water and telephone in the room didn't work, there was humidity in the room, the pool was too cold and the whirlpool wasn't working yet, and the dining table was wobbly and needed to be replaced). Furthermore, the construction crews were still in the building finishing up work. If the issues are resolved and the work is completed, a visit will definitely be worthwhile.

We always enjoyed visiting the LAMM, as it was called in the past, for a delicious meal with the Steiner family. It is currently being renovated (early 2018) and is now called Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort. I can't comment on this as I haven't visited in the new guise yet. I also don't know whether the restaurant will still be open to passers-by and non-guests. Anyway, the pictures look WOW

Hotel Lamm is located in the heart of Taufers. We were on holiday for hiking and horseback riding. The hotel itself offers the opportunity to ride on nine horses in the Western style. In addition to the spacious room, which we shared with our daughter, the hotel has an excellent wellness area, a swimming pool, and a large sauna. Massages are also available at the hotel. A breakfast buffet and a delicious dinner round out the excellent offering.

I've known this hotel since I was a child. It's since been completely renovated and received a 4-star rating, I think last year. Very nice rooms, excellent meals, and friendly staff. Beautiful pool with a spa area, relaxation, and treatment options and massages, all very good too. Horseback riding is available. The hotel has its own horses.
There are beautiful hikes in the surrounding area. The hotel also rents mountain bikes.
I have very fond memories of it and plan to return again because I felt so good there.
I have nothing but positive things to say.
