We stayed for three days, definitely a place we'd return to; you can feel the family tradition.
The hotel was excellent, the food was also excellent with a few minor drawbacks. The staff sometimes seemed a bit rushed (even though it wasn't busy).

Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel's location is unique, the food is excellent, our suite was sensational, and the "bathhouse" is truly magnificent.

I was blown away by the beauty, service, food, wine and facilities at this resort. It was beyond expectations.
How anyone could give them a 1 star review because they only serve hotel guests is beyond me and really disappointing. This lowers their rating on Google, it should be much higher than 4.6! These reviews should be disregarded.
From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome, the service from all staff was outstanding, nothing was overlooked. We stayed 3 nights in a junior suite and it was a large modern room, huge balcony with a view like a painting. It was half board and the breakfasts and dinners were delicious.
They have daily group activities as well.
The story behind the resort is amazing, the family who own and run the resort are hands-on and you can tell the love they have for this place. I can’t wait to come back.

We spent two dream weeks in this magnificent hotel in the Italian Tyrol. Very well located at 1600 m, we were able to take many walks in the cool air. There are a lot of excursion options from the hotel. They even organize a night excursion that we will remember fondly. Thank you to the very friendly Michael for all his attention and his commitment to customer satisfaction. Very good cuisine, made with fresh products, spacious room, with a beautiful view of the mountains. It's a place with a soul and we really liked the family atmosphere of this hotel.

As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at home... or rather, better! The welcome was warm and meticulously maintained. The property is surrounded by greenery, a perfect place to unwind and recharge.
The cleanliness and order are impeccable, as is the organization: every day there were different excursions, well-planned and truly enjoyable. The cuisine was a constant surprise: always excellent dishes, with great variety and quality; we truly ate divinely.
The spa is an oasis of wellness, for adults only, wonderful and relaxing. Another strong point is the family that runs the hotel: their helpfulness, kindness, and passion make the difference, truly top marks.
In short, a perfect stay in every way: highly recommended! I can't wait to come back

The hotel's location is what struck me most, but everything else is four-star.
So, the rooms are spacious, at least in the new part. The amenities and the spa with the restaurant, plus breakfast, are all four-star. But, again, being outside of towns and cities is, in my opinion, the real advantage. Trails are right outside the door, and to make sure you don't miss anything, there's even a chairlift just steps away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moseralm. It's a family-run hotel, very well-maintained and managed with great attention to detail.
The food and service are consistently of a high standard – from breakfast to the evening menu to the friendliness and attentiveness of the entire staff.
The wellness area impresses with its well-maintained saunas, relaxation rooms, a pool, and a pleasant ambiance. We would particularly like to highlight the spa treatments – the massage was absolutely first-class!
The location is also perfect: directly at the Rosengarten, ideal as a starting point for hikes and explorations in a stunning mountain landscape.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed a week of hiking in and around Carezza in June, and the Hotel Moseralm Dolomiti Spa Resort was the perfect choice for our stay.
The hotel's location is ideal: It's quietly situated, a bit removed from the village of Carezza. Yet, you can reach Carezza in less than 20 minutes on foot along beautiful hiking trails, and the chairlift that leads directly to the Catinaccio is just a minute away. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and clean, which made our stay very pleasant.
For dinner, there was a varied and creative 5-course menu each evening, which you could put together yourself from a selection. There were several choices per course, including many vegetarian options. The food was locally sourced, and there were always typical South Tyrolean variations to choose from. The portion sizes were sensibly balanced for the number of courses. Both of us (one a big eater, the other a light eater) never went to bed hungry or overfed. The delicious breakfast buffet offers everything you could wish for. Fantastic freshly prepared egg dishes and hot drinks with various milk alternatives (including decaffeinated) can be ordered from the staff.
The spa area for adults offers a huge variety. In addition to the Finnish sauna with two infusions per afternoon/evening, there are many other rooms, so there's plenty of room for everyone. The huge relaxation area on several floors (indoors and outdoors) also contributes to a great place to relax. The cold chamber was a great way to cool off in the hot June weather.
The sunrise hike organized by the hotel, led by great tour guides, was an absolute hit. We were able to borrow hiking backpacks and via ferrata sets from the hotel, which was very convenient. The staff always went out of their way to fulfill our every need.
We traveled by public transport, which was very convenient thanks to the good connections from Carezza with the regular bus and the hotel shuttle to and from the Paolina stop in Carezza. The regular bus is free with the guest card.
Nothing was left to be desired, we are wonderfully relaxed and would love to come back.

The Moseralm is our absolute favorite hotel. We've been here four times now and we're always thrilled. Within just a few days, you get the relaxation you'd otherwise only get after a week. The secluded location in the heart of nature, the empty ski slopes in a fantastic ski area, the beautiful spa, the delicious food, and the excellent service simply ensure a sense of total well-being in no time. We'd love to come back!

We were there for a week on a skiing holiday. The location and the connection to the new armchair and the short tractor are very good. You can sit very nicely on the terrace, which used to be public. Above all, the service and the food are absolutely top notch. The waitresses all speak German or are German, are exceptionally attentive and trained professionals. The new SPA area with the Sky outdoor pool is exceptional. There are so many themed saunas there and they are so well run and maintained, I have never experienced that before. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet and great environment, which is not exactly cheap, then you have come to the right place. I can highly recommend this!

A truly wonderful structure, staying there was a dream! We've never had a bad experience in South Tyrol, especially not in 4* hotels, but the Moseralm has always been the icing on the cake of the perfect Italian cappuccino.
Normally, I'd deduct a star because the delightful sauna attendant from Sicily had no idea what he was doing: airing the sauna before pouring the steam! In Finland, they'd have him thrown out of the country...
But the spacious steam bath, where I was mostly alone, warmed me up enough after 30 minutes for the plunge pool, the cold chamber, and the snow.
Everything was top-notch, the food delicious, the staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating - 6*! And my personal highlight was Chiara - her massage was, without exaggeration, indescribable, the best ever! - I pray it'll be there in 2025 too
CarezzA is a varied, manageable, and at times challenging ski area, perfectly groomed as always in South Tyrol, and the Moseralm is right in the middle of it all – about 50m from the lifts in either direction.
We'll definitely be back!
Tip:
Garage is recommended, loading/unloading directly at the lift, and you don't have to shovel and defrost the car before descending
And you should have the best winter tires on your car, as well as chains for safety: it had snowed heavily last night, and on the way back to the main road, a German BMW from the flatlands suddenly hung across the snow in front of us on a slight incline

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Moser Alm. It was simply fantastic! The hotel is beautifully situated with a view of the mountain range, a warm welcome, and comfortable rooms! We had two days of perfect skiing weather for the opening of the season, with perfectly groomed slopes. What a luxury, going straight from the ski cellar to the slopes! After skiing, we enjoyed the fantastic wellness area (also with a view of the mountains and the ski slopes) with saunas and a sky pool. Here, as in the entire hotel, the staff was very friendly, competent, and helpful. The entire hotel is very tastefully decorated, well-maintained, comfortable, and clean—the attention to detail makes the holiday special! Both breakfast and the 5-course dinner were absolute highlights for us. This long weekend felt like a whole vacation weekend. We are absolutely thrilled and very much hope to come back again. We wish the entire team a successful winter season and many pleasant, satisfied guests.

During our hike, we were caught in a storm, which caused us to arrive at the lift completely soaked, but it was no longer running due to the weather.
To escape the storm, we went to the hotel and sheltered under the awning. However, we were very kindly invited inside and asked to sit inside (even though we were really wet). All the staff were very friendly and helpful; they even offered to dry our laundry and provide us with bathrobes.
I particularly appreciate the friendliness of one staff member, who even offered to drive us to our car at the end of the day. Fortunately, we didn't have to accept this offer, as the weather soon improved.

Two days of skiing and relaxation. You leave the hotel with your boots and ski directly onto the slopes. When you stop skiing you relax in the Spa. Among the scents of wood and hay you immerse yourself in a fantastic experience with the satisfying view of the Catinaccio.

Nice hotel, beautiful spa and location especially for those who ski, good breakfast very large and well positioned, the hot stone massage is awesome the girl is really good, less so the hotel staff is poorly trained and not all the services are 4S, for example: very poor dinner buffet, at check-in they showed us where our seat is for the restaurant ️ never seen in a 4S usually in the evening the waiters show you the place, let's skip over it! We wanted to delay our departure, obviously paying extra to stay in the hotel a couple of hours, but they don't have a support room, only changing rooms. Changing rooms are unsuitable for a mother with a newborn. They blocked our passes without even checking out (my husband was skiing in the morning and I was in the haul, walking around with the stroller in and out, and since we still had stuff in the ski room, we couldn't get in). It seems inelegant to me! They don't offer 3/4 board like other hotels, but only breakfast and dinner.

A fantastic stay during a quiet period (January 18-21), which allowed us to appreciate this hotel's many qualities even more: its location directly on the slopes of the beautiful Carezza ski area, the meticulously maintained wellness center with a heated pool overlooking the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains and three saunas where you can enjoy the Aufguss experience, the restaurant's gourmet cuisine, the services and experiences offered daily (morning yoga, guided hikes), the play area with ping pong and billiards. We previously only knew the Moseralm as our favorite ski hut, offering a touch of exclusivity during our ski breaks. Now we had the opportunity to stay there for a week as hotel guests, and we are thrilled. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the service staff and hotel owner, we were always treated very kindly.
We booked a suite with a magnificent view of the mountains and the ski slopes, with a ski lift – pure relaxation. The spa area was a dream, with a team of experts at work. A sky pool and relaxation areas also offered direct views of the Karezza mountains, the stunning Rosengarten, and its glowing peaks.
The culinary dishes in the evening also left nothing to be desired. One could definitely speak of star quality here, and a huge compliment to the kitchen. We enjoyed every course. The service staff deserves praise here too; they are absolutely professional and always in a good mood.
We had a wonderful vacation, especially since we love the Dolomites and felt more than comfortable at the Moseralm.
We will definitely come back!

You could hardly have a better vacation! The hotel is in a perfect location between the Rosengarten and Latemar mountains, with indescribable views and right on the ski slopes. The lift is practically right in front of the ski cellar. The evening menu is hard to beat and certainly wouldn't be better in any expensive restaurant! The breakfast selection and the friendliness of all the staff, from cleaning staff to waiters, are equally fantastic. The new wellness area truly leaves nothing to be desired – even daily infusions by a highly trained sauna master (something many employees at large and expensive thermal spas could learn a thing or two from) are offered free of charge. The heated outdoor pool with a view of the sunset in front of the Rosengarten is a dream, and the cleanliness of the wellness area, the restaurant, and the rooms is perfect. We honestly can't think of a single criticism and are just looking for the 6th star in the review. Thank you for the wonderful week – absolutely recommend it!

An enviable location surrounded by nature with a panoramic view of the Dolomites. We stayed at this property for a Day Spa and were truly delighted. The breakfast buffet was truly excellent, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options and a myriad of options to please everyone. Impeccable service. The adults-only wellness area was recently renovated and is truly well-organized. It extends over multiple levels. There are three saunas, all with panoramic views. A Turkish bath with the option of using salt for body scrubs. The outdoor pool is heated, of course, and a fleece cap is provided to keep you warm. The relaxation rooms were all beautiful and very spacious. There were also several refreshment points where you could enjoy a hot tea or flavored water. A truly wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating.

The hotel is located opposite the Catinaccio mountain, in a very quiet area, ideal for summer. I stayed (as a couple) in a suite with a secluded balcony overlooking the spectacular Catinaccio mountain. In October, the low season with limited guests, the service and tranquility were greatly enhanced. The restaurant is very well-maintained, with refined and delicious dishes. There's a wide selection of vegan options. The building is beautiful, spacious yet harmonious. The highlight is the adults-only spa, spread over three floors with various saunas, an outdoor heated pool, a relaxation area with a splendid view, and a gym with a variety of equipment.

Spectacular view of the Dolomites from our room and in the spa area! We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The spa was very clean, modern with steam room, sauna and heated pool. They even have an aufgussmeister hosting sauna ceremonies. The icing on the cake is the delicious dinner and breakfast buffet.

The food selection at breakfast and dinner was enormous. The meat dishes and desserts were very tasty, but the appetizers could have been a little more thought put into them. An excellent hotel, located 100 meters from the chairlift. Excellent service, good menu. There are two spas, one for adults and one for families, a great idea. The massage center offers a wide range of services. I'll just mention two important things to know. Check-in is not possible after a certain time in the evening (9-10 pm). Another important point: if you're spending a long weekend, you can also do without a car, but it's highly recommended, especially if you're staying for more than a few days. The location is stunning and deliberately isolated from the city center.

The Moseralm is an excellent starting point for hikes in the Rosengarten. The hiking weeks with guided tours by Monika, Verena, and Ivan are a fantastic offer. A big thank you to these three for the fantastic, informative, and eventful tours. You'll be treated to culinary delights at breakfast and dinner. The food and drinks are very good. Another highlight is the spacious spa area with its many different saunas, steam bath, outdoor pool with loungers, and indoor relaxation areas with stunning views of the Rosengarten and Latemar mountains. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The reception staff is always happy to listen to any concerns. The entire staff is friendly and genuinely willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had another wonderful week at the Moseralm, and it certainly won't be the last. We'll be back.

Simply wow. A fantastic hotel, everything was just perfect. The new suites are very spacious, clean, smell of high-quality wood, and the view is breathtaking. On one side is the Latemar, on the other the Rosengarten. The location is perfect; you're practically on the ski slopes in a top South Tyrolean ski area.
All our wishes were met, and the service is very friendly and competent. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, and the wine recommendations were excellent. The highlight was the new Dolomiti Mountain Spa, with its fantastic saunas and pleasant relaxation rooms. The outdoor pool is heated, with a whirlpool and a view of the aforementioned mountains. Simply fantastic! The massages were wonderful, both the classic and the Ayurvedic ones, which I enjoyed. We would love to come back!!

Just 5 meters from the Carezza ski lifts, the hotel offers an ideal retreat for a weekend or a longer vacation away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortable, bright rooms furnished in Alpine style (a special mention goes to the complimentary water supply during your stay). The new spa alone is worth the stay, with an outdoor pool overlooking the Dolomites and a panoramic sauna where you can enjoy the sunset (it's a shame it closes at 7:00 PM, as it could have been enjoyed much longer). The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are nice (we stayed in one of the new rooms with view to the dolomites), spacious and modern, the brand new spa area was amazing and the food delicious! Every staff member was super friendly and we felt very welcome. The only thing I was not convinced about, was the massage, which was just mediocre. There are a lot of hiking and cycling possibilities, just next to the hotel.

True, high quality comes at a price, but here every Euro spent is backed by service and a homely atmosphere. This isn't my first time eating at Moseralm, and every time I return, my mouth waters for the fantastic desserts. The strudel is Nobel Prize-winning... with the crust crunchy and thick, just the way I like it. The cream is exquisite. The portion is for two. The same goes for the Kaisersmarren, cooked to perfection. Not even a single burnt piece fits. Perhaps the only flaw is that it's served with very little compote, but we asked for more and they gave it to us right away, very kindly. Otherwise, the dishes are typical South Tyrolean. The quality is decent... good... but not exceptional, and perhaps the prices are a bit high for the quality of the food. In any case, if you're taking a trip to Carezza, stop here for a top-notch dessert, perhaps with a nice fresh Weiss on tap. I'll definitely be back if I pass by again... for a top-notch dessert.

Once we arrive, the place (a bit remote) is breathtakingly beautiful. Between the panorama and the snow, you're almost enchanted. But then you're brought back to reality, trying to avoid skiers who would otherwise compromise your health by running you over. The slopes and a ski lift are right next to the hotel, and it's not impossible to see skiers whizzing past the front door.
Upon entry, the welcome melts the winter ice: kind, helpful, and present.
A member of the staff accompanies us to our true destination (once we pick up the keys at the Moseralm), some mini-apartments (owned by the Moseralm) located a few hundred meters away: the complex is called Waldhaus, and here the tragedy begins.
• "Mini-apartments": bedroom, bathroom.
• Room that reached something like 35C that night. No thermostat.
• Sheets stained in two or three places, no one knows what.
• Lack of adequate window coverings...at dawn, after a night of partying, everyone wakes up with the sun piercing your eyes through the thin curtains.
The view from the balcony, however, is something unique...the surrounding places and landscapes are magnificent and rich for those who love sports...in short: if you want to be enchanted and play sports, this is the right place...the quality, however, in my experience, left a lot to be desired.
