+ We stayed at the Granpanorama Hotel Stephanshof in September 2025 with four people and were very impressed with the hotel, its fantastic location with stunning views of the Eisack Valley, and the exceptionally friendly staff in all areas. We stayed in the lovely, spacious tower room and had a wonderful holiday both at the hotel and in the surrounding area, including the Villanders-Alm. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended for a fantastic holiday.

+ Everything was great: the rooms were always top-notch, the service was excellent and always available, the dinner was excellent and high-quality, and the location was simply wonderful. Two small points: the complete lack of covered parking and (for me personally) the room was too hot.

+ It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience staying at the Stephanshof. I must commend the staff in every way. At both breakfast and dinner, I never felt ignored or bothered and was always well looked after. The location is absolutely ideal, and the panoramic views are magnificent. The spa is a bit dated, but by no means bad. The sauna area offered a good and varied selection, and the swimming pool and whirlpool are perfect. All in all, a very nice and enjoyable experience.

+ An enchanting location with a perfect atmosphere. The welcome is excellent, everything is explained very well, and the rooms are elegantly and comfortably furnished. The food is top-quality and the flavor is unique. We chose the 3/4 option: Every day at breakfast, you'll receive the evening menu, along with recommendations for activities and hotel offers. With the Alto Adige Card, you can reach all tourist destinations free of charge by bus, train, and, once a day, by cable car. Compliments to the dining room staff: extremely kind and excellent! Superb stay!
