Reischach has something for everyone
The sunny village neighboring Bruneck has gained a great deal of fame over the past decades, not least because its local mountain Kronplatz, one of the largest ski-resorts in South Tyrol offering a fabulous view of the incredible mountains of the Dolomites. The hillsides of Kronplatz offer winter sports enthusiasts of any type plenty of space for adventures in the snow. For this celebration, every other year the mountain invites to the so-called lake-party (or “Locknfescht”). During this event, daredevils try to make it across the lake of melt water (or “Locke”) on all sorts of vehicles created by the participants’ imagination.
Summer training camps
Notable Italian football teams have been choosing this South Tyrolean first class village for years to stage their summer training camps.
